While Obama and his cronies try to slither in excuses to abridge our second amendment rights here in the US due to the violence in Mexico, Americans are buying up every gun and piece of ammo they can get their hands on because they fear their leaders in office (and rightly so). Also, I just want to state something here… You will find no one out there that is a more staunch supporter of following our laws and putting a halt to illegal immigration than me. However, having our government send National Guard troops or any other military force through our streets to the border gives me the willies – and this time they’ll be armed. This should be a states issue on this side of our border. Check this article out: Obama: Troop move to Mexican border under consideration. I want those people protected as well, but the place for the military is IN Mexico not on our border if we are at war (which the government will never proclaim). From Glenn Beck today who I agree with:
GLENN:. Hey, here’s good news. Obama’s thinking about moving military down to the border, which I would really, I’d like the states to decide that, just like, you know, I’ve got a problem. I mean, are we going to enhance the guys who are already there who are answering phones and can’t stop anybody because they are not carrying guns? Then, okay. But I’ve got this thing, I just don’t like, you know, the military under the president’s watch and serving the president and not the governors, you know, walking in with tanks and guns and stuff like that. I’ve got a problem with that.
Frankly, at this point I don’t trust our government not to turn their guns on us. I keep hearing about the plan they have in place in case there is civil unrest due to the economy and I just seethe with anger over it. Read Civil Unrest in America?
