Hat Tip: The Radio Patriot

Well, I think Americans have just about had enough of the crap that is being foisted upon them by our Dear Leader and the current administration. From The Politico:

Screaming constituents, protesters dragged out by the cops, congressmen fearful for their safety — welcome to the new town-hall-style meeting, the once-staid forum that is rapidly turning into a house of horrors for members of Congress.

On the eve of the August recess, members are reporting meetings that have gone terribly awry, marked by angry, sign-carrying mobs and disruptive behavior. In at least one case, a congressman has stopped holding town hall events because the situation has spiraled so far out of control.

“I had felt they would be pointless,” Rep. Tim Bishop (D-N.Y.) told POLITICO, referring to his recent decision to temporarily suspend the events in his Long Island district. “There is no point in meeting with my constituents and [to] listen to them and have them listen to you if what is basically an unruly mob prevents you from having an intelligent conversation.”

I think some politicians are about to be taken to the woodshed. Perhaps Jim Rawles at SurvivalBlog put it best:

Gee, it sounds like the “Angry Villager Rule” from Dungeons and Dragons. Perhaps the sale of tar and feathers should be banned, just in case.

Also, from The Radio Patriot – this sums it up very well:

No-o-o-o, they are not looking forward to hearing from you. At all.

In fact, they’re gulping, gasping, and breathing shallow. They dread it and are desperately trying to figure out how the hell they’re going to handle teeming masses of you angry constituents who are going to rain holy hell on them while they’re home on recess, taking a break from destroying our country and our Constitution.

You can only push and oppress Americans so much before they scream, “We have had enough!” I think the coming months are going to be very interesting indeed and probably violent. And while the government keeps on pushing the big lie that things are getting better, Geithner comes out and declares what we all knew was coming – placing further taxes on the middle class:

To get the economy back on track, will President Barack Obama have to break his pledge not to raise taxes on 95 percent of Americans? In a “This Week” exclusive, Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner told me, “We’re going to have to do what’s necessary.”

Geithner was clear that he believes a key component of economic recovery is deficit reduction. When I gave him several opportunities to rule out a middle class tax hike, he wouldn’t do it.

“We have to bring these deficits down very dramatically,” Geithner told me. “And that’s going to require some very hard choices.”

Transcript: Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner

And from Fox News:

President Obama may have to break his campaign pledge and raise taxes on middle-class Americans to pay for public health care and the growing deficit, an eventuality that administration officials touched lightly on Sunday as they promoted an economy emerging from recession.

These guys are supreme liars and manipulators… Just read the last quote. Unbelievable…

Just keep it up guys… I’ve said it before, when people can’t feed their children or their families and they have nothing left to lose, look out… That’s when people will rise up and remove politicians from office and take their country back, by force if necessary. The only question then is will it resemble the Boston Tea Party or the French Revolution? Torches and pitchforks, oh my!
