		<description>Although it does looks bad in the video, I don&#039;t think this is as serious as it seems. Texas Representatives have helped each other vote when they are away from their desks for decades, and it has become standard practice. The video implies that they are &quot;stealing&quot; votes, which would be unethical, but I doubt this happens often or we would see enforcement of the house voting rules. If a rep found that their vote was entered wrongly, or if they accidentally voted incorrectly themselves, there is a procedure for them to change their vote with the clerk. So there is a &quot;safey net&quot; in place.</description>
