Action Alert!!!! You MUST Act Now!
This week, the U.S. Senate is trying to put the Baucus Bill on the Senate floor. It is up to us, the American Patriots, to stop this government takeover of health care. Every American Patriot, Everyone needs to make phone calls to 13 Senators and let them know that you DO NOT WANT A VOTE FOR A MOTION TO PROCEED. A MOTION TO PROCEED IS A VOTE FOR GOVERNEMENT CONTROLLED HEALTHCARE!!
The past two weeks you all have done an awesome job in having your voices heard and Standing Together against government control of health care. This fight is not over. It is just beginning. The Senate needs to know you want this government takeover of health care stopped NOW!!
Tuesday & Wednesday Call DC and LOCAL SENATE OFFICES:
1. Call Senators! Tell them to Vote NO on the MOTION to PROCEED with the Health Care Bill. That voting yes to proceed is the same as voting yes for government control and mandates on health care. You can find the list of 13 Senators here.
2. Call your Governor’s office and tell them to help stop this bill in the Senate. Ask your Governor to stand up for the citizens of the state and ask the Senators to vote NO for a motion to proceed. Go here to find your state governor contact information.
It is important that our Governors help us in this fight. The federal government is looking to make enormous cuts in medicare. The plans being discussed will require that states make up for these cuts. With the high unemployment rate of over 10% and the state of our economy it would be detremential to state governments. Governors need to know we don’t want the states to have to make up the difference, and we need their help in stopping this bill.

1. Call your state medical associations and voice your concerns about the AMA voting to support the Government take over of health care. Express your concerns and let them know that they are not speaking for Americans or the majority of physicians. Go here to find your state medical associations.

On Wednesday evening at 8:00 pm EST, we will have a National Town Hall Meeting on the health care legislation and answer questions from American Patriots across this country. Congressional members, physicians, and other experts will participate in this call.

“Let’s be clear: Any senator who votes to proceed to this bill is voting for a government takeover of health care. Senators who hide behind procedure and claim they just want to allow for debate are not being honest, they are trying to deceive their voters while helping to pass this terrible bill that will make health care more expensive.
“Earlier today, Democrat leaders told reporters that the Senate may vote to proceed to a shell bill, not related to health care reform, in an effort to grant the President’s wish for a government takeover of our nation’s health care by Christmas. These outrageous shell games won’t fool Americans. Voters will remember who stands up for their freedom and who stands with the special interests who want to ram through this takeover.”
“President Obama and Democrats have now put forward at least four different versions of their government takeover, and Harry Reid has been secretly working behind closed doors on the fifth act of this fiasco. But despite the nuances, every Democrat bill puts Washington in control of health care, slashes Medicare coverage for seniors, raises premiums for families, raises taxes, places bureaucrats between patients and doctors, punishes young adults who choose not to buy coverage, and opens the door to government rationing of care.
“Americans have loudly and repeatedly rejected the President’s government takeover of health care. It’s time to for the Senate to listen, stop the shell games, and start over with real solutions that will provide every American the opportunity to afford, own and keep a health care plan that best meets their needs.”
