TARKANIAN: STATE OPT-OUT INITIATIVE COMMITTEE STILL MOVING FORWARD
Republican U.S. Senate candidate Danny Tarkanian issued the following statement regarding the opt-out provision in Senator Reid’s health care bill;
“The current health care bill proposed by Senator Reid apparently still contains an opt-out clause for states. As long as current legislation offers that choice, I intend to move forward with my initiative committee to put that choice in the hands of Nevada voters.”
