My 90-day tax holiday proposal would use the available funds from the stimulus and the remaining TARP of about $700 billion as a cushion to cover the monies not coming into the Federal Government because the American people are getting to keep all their money for 90 days. The government could cut some billions as well to cover the shortfall of revenue, just like everyone else has to.
