The guy just can’t help himself, must be that Slinky in his neck.
I’m telling you, there’s something *seriously* wrong with this guy.
I just don’t get it. I mean, I have this thing where I kinda look away when I shake hands with someone, not sure why, but bowing? Ok, so you bow to the King of Saudi Arabia and the Emperor of Japan, both unacceptable but maybe, just maybe understandable. King and emperor sound like people you should bow to, unless you are called “president”, but bowing to a mayor… of an American city no less?
Maybe there’s more to this photo than meets the eye… I have to Hope(tm) that there is anyway.
It seems to me that when you’re called “American,” you don’t bow to *anyone*
