President Felipe Calderon needs to be told to butt out. He doesn’t have the right to sue in Federal court. As far as that goes, the Federal Government needs to be sued for not upholding the laws on the books. The Government’s first duty is to protect the people. Obama is not the only one guilty of this, but I find it rather stupid for him to sue over a law at the state level, that he is guilty for not upholding at the federal level. Wow, and we stomach this?
