‘Benghazi-gate’ will be ‘Last Stand’ for Obama and Hilary Clinton

At this moment, President Barack Obama no doubt believes that walking a mile in bare feet on broken glass would be preferable to his mandatory participation in the first of three presidential debates against Gov. Mitt Romney tonight.

During all three of the presidential debates being held this month, Barack Obama will be inconveniently ‘trapped’ for 90 minutes, on a brightly-lit stage, live before a prime time national television audience estimated to be 50 million or more.

And the worst part is that President Obama will now have to answer direct questions from someone other than Joy Behar of ‘The View,’ without a teleprompter, or hand picked cheering audience who salivate over his every word–especially the false ones–which now will be ‘caught,’ dismantled, then thrown back at him by Mitt Romney, with the force of a major league baseball pitcher.

Even so, Barack Obama is probably thanking his lucky stars that the debate category tonight is ‘Domestic Policy,’ instead of ‘Foreign Policy,’ which will be the subject of the third and final presidential debate on October 22nd, at Lynn University, located in Boca Raton…Florida, the most important ‘battleground state,’ and holding 29 electoral votes in the balance.

Why?

Because on that hot and humid Monday evening in Florida, as God lives, the opening question for President Barack Obama will be about the ‘Islamic terrorist attack’ on our Libyan Embassy on September 11th that, for the first time since President Jimmy Carter’s administration, resulted in the death [and brutal rape] of our U.S. Ambassador, Christopher Stevens, and four other Americans.

As information is received and analyzed, it is becoming ever more clear that the Obama administration has been engaging in a full-court press cover up of their ‘gross negligence,’ a scandal since labeled ‘Benghazi-gate,’ which continues to explode daily, with all of the ingredients to implode the Obama presidency [and his reelection bid].

And, it will like take Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s political career with it, as the primary responsibility for this rests directly in her lap.

Just this week, it was learned that U.S. diplomats in Libya had repeatedly pleaded with the Obama administration for additional security at the consulate in Benghazi, during the months leading up to the attack, but were “denied these resources,” according to two congressional lawmakers quoted in a FOXNews article yesterday.

House oversight committee Chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif., and Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, pressed Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for more information on those requests and other concerns in a letter Tuesday, which included 13 separate incidents that showed the deteriorating security situation on the ground and an account that members of the Libyan security force were urged by their family members to quit over rumors “of an impending attack.”

Based on information provided to the committee by individuals with direct knowledge of events in Libya, the attack that claimed the ambassador’s life was the latest in a long line of attacks on Western diplomats and officials in Libya in the months leading up to September 11, 2012. In addition, multiple U.S. federal government officials have confirmed to the committee that, prior to the September 11 attack, the U.S. mission in Libya made repeated requests for increased security in Benghazi. The mission in Libya, however, was denied these resources by officials in Washington.

FOX News also reported that the physical security was so substandard at the Benghazi consulate that it required a waiver, signed off in Washington by the secretary of state, the head of diplomatic security, or the heads of foreign building operations.

Today, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton responded to Issa’s letter from the committee, by asking for time to complete an internal review, saying, “nobody will hold this department more accountable than we hold ourselves,” and assured lawmakers that a newly formed “Accountability Review Board” will be getting on the case this week, according to a FOXNews article today.

As FBI agents dispatched to Libya have yet to even arrive in Benghazi, to begin their part of the investigation, Rep. Chaffetz expressed concern that the State Department’s findings would be pushed off until “after the election,” then adding:

There are clear signs that (there were) security concerns in Libya and other embassies around the world, and what they [Obama administration] were doing is diminishing security in the name of normalizing relations.

Fox News also obtained letters that also appear to show the State Department refused to get involved when the company tasked with protecting the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, raised security concerns; and, when the Libyans tried to bring in a third party–an American contractor–to improve security, the State Department contract officer declined to get involved.

When Victoria Nuland, who is the spokeswoman for the State Department, was questioned about it, she said the department’s investigation likely would address the issue.

Unlike ‘Fast and Furious,’ where President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder have been able to ‘stonewall’ and ‘pervert’ that Congressional investigation, unless there the State Department delivers its’ investigation report before the ‘Foreign Policy’ presidential debate on October 22nd, President Obama will likely be tried and convicted on the matter in the court of public prime time television.

Then, on November 7, 2012, sentencing will be announced, wherein American voters will execute an ‘Eviction Notice’ upon him, ordering his to leave the White House by January 20, 2013.

Don’t Let Obama’s Media Change The Subject!

By: Lloyd Marcus

It goes without saying that the mainstream media is an enemy of the American people. To fulfill its mission to reelect Obama, the MSM is willing to sacrifice national security, the economy and the best interests of our nation.

Obama continues to lie about our ambassador’s murder in Libya. The Obama administration’s “fast and furious” gun scandal along with a plethora of Obama failures in leadership continue to go under-reported. The MSM completely ignores vital major news stories to focus on “gotcha,” let’s make Romney look bad, trivia. A major network led its evening news TV broadcast asking, “What must Romney do to turn his campaign around?” Numerous U.S. embassies and consulates around the world have recently come under attack. Meanwhile, the MSM stays focused on destroying Romney.

Patriots, we MUST do the work the mainstream Obama media refuses to do.

The Campaign to Defeat Obama has released a new TV ad titled, “Barack Obama’s Legacy of Failure”. https://secure.donationsafe.com/clof Folks, please assist us in making it go viral!

Our team is boots on the ground on a 72 city Rebuild America – Defeat Obama national bus tour. In Michigan, someone attacked our bus today with a full can of beer. The coward swiftly disappeared.

Our rallies thus far on this tour confirm that passions run high on both sides of the aisle. But, unlike the Obama OWS minions, I am proud to report that no one on our side has displayed violence or vandalism. And yet, Obama’s mainstream media continues to portray the Tea Party as racist and equal to OWS. They shamelessly lie folks.

This is why it is crucial and urgent that we spread the truth to as many people as possible regarding “Barack Obama’s Legacy of Failure.” https://secure.donationsafe.com/clof

Energy New Front in Economic Warfare

By: Daniel J. Graeber of Oilprice.com

Opposition leaders in Canada suggested a string of cyber security threats to domestic companies might be the work of Chinese hackers. Twice last week, the Canadian government confirmed two separate companies -– both in the energy sector — were the target of cyber-attacks. In the United States, meanwhile, the Obama administration said national security interests trumped energy concerns and blocked a Chinese company from constructing wind turbines near a Navy installation in Oregon. While the Chinese military isn’t the overt threat like the Soviet Union was, Beijing’s rise as an economic power has seemingly sparked a war of economies.

The Canadian government last week confirmed that two energy companies were the target of a cyber-attack believed to have originated from China. Though Beijing denied it was responsible for the attacks, opposition leaders in Canada said there was cause for concern given the pending Chinese takeover of Canadian energy company Nexen.

“Cyber security is something we have to pay attention to and that … includes how deals are set up and trade deals are set up and acquisitions are made,” said legislator Paul Dewar, the foreign affairs spokesman for the opposition New Democratic Party.

Nexen in August backed a $15-billion takeover bid by China National Offshore Oil Corp. Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper has lobbied for Chinese investments in his country’s vast oil and gas riches. Those ambitions could be derailed, however, given political divisions in Canada and Dewar’s comments may further exacerbate tensions following a Chinese leader’s statement that Beijing can’t do business in Canada if deals like Nexen become politicized.

Meanwhile, the U.S. government last week blocked Ralls Corp from moving forward with plans to install wind turbines near or within restricted air space at a naval weapons training facility in the western state of Oregon. President George H.W. Bush was the last U.S. president to declare such action when, in 1990, he blocked a Chinese aerospace technology company from buying out a manufacturing company in the United States. Ralls has four wind farm projects in various stages of development and said it would take the matter before the courts. Despite U.S. President Barack Obama’s “all-of-the-above” domestic energy policy, the administration said the move to build wind installations so close to a military site was a threat to national security interests.

Beijing on Monday celebrated the 63rd anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. An opinion piece in China’s official Xinhua News Agency last week said the country is “confidently grasping opportunities” given the pace of economic growth since 1949. As economies expand, they must do so beyond their borders as domestic markets become saturated. With the Cold War over, it’s unlikely the geopolitical fears that dominated the international arena in the 1940s would redevelop in the early 21st century. But as low-grade conflict becomes the norm, so too may a different kind of global warfare.

U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Samuel Cox last week accusing Beijing of trying to crack into the Pentagon’s computer network.

“Their level of effort against the Department of Defense is constant,” he said.
