At the same time NDAA walks all over the constitution and it was passed by both the House and Senate. Someone please explain to me why that was OK and the issue of guns is a hotter subject. When my republican senator from my state voted for NDAA both times I was furious about it. But it was done non the less. Walking on the constitution on one issue and not the other is still walking on the constitution. It just Irks the hell out of me.
