In America All Men are Equal Under the Law

T F Stern’s Rantings

Our Independence Day has come and gone; children waving sparklers in their front yards with parents standing close by to supervise the use of pyrotechnics, bottle rockets and firecrackers going off randomly while dogs and cats scurry to find safe shelter from the onslaught and the aroma of spent gunpowder drifting lazily through the darkened canopy of tree lined neighborhoods. A reminder of bombs bursting in air as recorded by Francis Scott Key in his poem which eventually became our National Anthem…as I pray silently to myself, Oh! Thus be it ever…

Oh! thus be it ever, when freemen shall stand
Between their loved home and the war’s desolation!
Blest with victory and peace, may the heav’n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: “In God is our trust.”
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

There’s a segment of our society which seems to grow from year to year, a group of folks who would prefer there be no reference to God, at least as His having anything at all to do with the establishment of our country or individual liberties. Personally I’d have to say these folks were showing their ingratitude to our Creator; but that is their choice. We are permitted our individual agency to either obey God’s laws or come out in open rebellion to His commandments. The consequences for such behavior falls into an eternal order of things rather than a court of law unless such failures to comply happen to be criminal or civil laws established by the consent of the people.

In the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, the Mormons, we have a list of stated beliefs we call the Articles of Faith. These were written down by Joseph Smith in a letter to a fellow named Wentworth who’d asked what we believe in order that he might have a better understanding. A more concise explanation would be difficult and so that original list stands to this day; a means of explaining our basic tenants.

We claim the privilege of worshiping Almighty God according to the dictates of our own conscience, and allow all men the same privilege, let them worship how, where, or what they may. 11th Article of Faith – The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints

Among our ‘standard scriptures’ we include the Bible, The Book of Mormon, The Pearl of Great Price and The Doctrine and Covenants. Along with the 11th Article of Faith is a companion found in Doctrine and Covenants 134:4.

“We believe that religion is instituted of God; and that men are amenable to him, and to him only, for the exercise of it, unless their religious opinions prompt them to infringe upon the rights and liberties of others; but we do not believe that human law has a right to interfere in prescribing rules of worship to bind the consciences of men, nor dictate forms for public or private devotion; that the civil magistrate should restrain crime, but never control conscience; should punish guilt, but never suppress the freedom of the soul.”

The Church adopted and approved that section on August 17, 1835; but in ancient days, as recorded in the Book of Mormon there was a similar law of the land. It should be noted that the land referred to in the Book of Mormon is the same land upon which the United States of America was established.

“Now there was no law against a man’s belief; for it was strictly contrary to the commands of God that there should be a law which should bring men on to unequal grounds.” Alma30:7

That verse was recorded somewhere between 76-74 BC if you’re looking to find consistency in the manner in which the Lord works with His children. The Lord has provided a means whereby non-believers might engage equally in society even when that society has been established by the Lord.

Stephen D. Foster Jr. wrote a piece, 35 Founding Father Quotes Conservative Christians Will Hate, in which he lists excerpts from letters written which tend to back up his opening statement.

“The separation of church and state is one of the cornerstones of America’s foundation. Conservative Christian fundamentalists have sought to crush this cornerstone in the hopes of establishing Christianity as the state religion, an action that would threaten the rest of the foundation that makes up the Constitution. These conservatives contend that the Founding Fathers dreamed of making America a Christian state at the expense of those who practice other religions or none at all.”

Within the quotes which Foster claims conservative Christians will hate, there was one that jumped off the page, a line from Thomas Jefferson when he addressed Virginia Baptists in 1808. I had to ask myself, do I hate this particular quote or does it restate something which I approve of. You should recognize this one:

“Because religious belief, or non-belief, is such an important part of every person’s life, freedom of religion affects every individual. State churches that use government power to support themselves and force their views on persons of other faiths undermine all our civil rights. Moreover, state support of the church tends to make the clergy unresponsive to the people and leads to corruption within religion. Erecting the “wall of separation between church and state,” therefore, is absolutely essential in a free society. We have solved … the great and interesting question whether freedom of religion is compatible with order in government and obedience to the laws. And we have experienced the quiet as well as the comfort which results from leaving every one to profess freely and openly those principles of religion which are the inductions of his own reason and the serious convictions of his own inquiries.”

Thomas Jefferson pointed out State Churches, a specific reference to the Church of England which was tied directly to the government from which we had gained independence. The Church of England received support through taxation and redistribution of wealth from all subjects of the state regardless of their personal beliefs or acceptance of the teachings of the Church of England. Jefferson’s remarks warned of having a specific sect as the official church of the land as it would control power and wealth through legislative action; exactly the situation which brought about our separation.

This is not a denial of God’s hand in government; only a means of acknowledging the need to keep church government and civil government separated in order to facilitate a free society, one in which believers and non-believers have equal footing.

Hummm… sounds like Jefferson might have been inspired much as the Prophet Alma over two thousand years earlier; but Jefferson expressed this thought long before the Book of Mormon had been translated, much less published.

In keeping with the idea that there is a separation of church and state, as applied to governance of the people; it should also be observed that the separation did not remove consequences of individual action from laws which were directly associated with God’s basic commandments, laws which in present day are based upon the Ten Commandments. Theft, assault, murder and all other established incidents are covered by criminal and civil laws which just happen to be tied to eternal laws which have existed since before the earth was created.

The Bible recorded that the Israelites were a stiff necked people slow to obey God’s words, that Moses deliver the Ten Commandments unto them. But; as we’ve found throughout all of history, His laws having been etched in stone haven’t forced individuals to obey; only reminded them of their wayward path.

Robert Beaudine wrote an article, Cultural Marxism: The Doom of Language, which explains much of what is essential to this discussion.

“Our founders envisioned a commonwealth of freedom extending from coast to coast. Commonwealths, by definition, are established for the “common good,” which our founders defined as freedom from tyranny and the protection of unalienable rights – bestowed by God – those of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. This meant there were natural limits because of natural law. The pursuit of the fruits of labor was limited when it infringed upon other’s unalienable rights.”

“Multiculturalism requires a new definition of “common good,” one for a godless society where rights are granted by governments. The left think tank, Center for American Progress, claims that government is essential when people pursue their dreams. They redefined the common good as governmental policies that benefit everyone while balancing self-interest with the needs of the entire society. Perhaps that explains why Texas removed “the common good” from their public education’s textbooks. The common good has become a progressive term that refers to entitlements for the disadvantaged, but also includes big bailouts for our megacorporations.”

There has always been a segment of society which would prefer to do away with mankind’s relationship and dependence on God. It doesn’t matter if we’re talking about folks who walked on this land before Christ made himself manifest in flesh at the meridian of times or in our present day; some folks refuse to acknowledge the Author of Liberty. Beyond that, these same folks have it in their agenda to destroy the faith of anyone they come across, as if by doing so their faulty line of thought is some how strengthened; how sad.

As a Christian I am continually amazed at the wisdom and patience God has shown in His dealings with mankind. It should be a source of gratitude for anyone living in these United States of America, a land specifically set aside as a place where individuals could live in full compliance with God’s laws without oppression from despots or tyrants as found in the established governments from which our ancestors fled.

Some have insisted that we, here in America, recognize Sharia Law and incorporate this form of society within our constitutional republic. Not wishing to get into the complexities of such requests, or demands as they seem to be; let it be stated that Sharia Law is not compatible with our constitutional republic. By its very definition, Shiria Law imposes radical beliefs and actions on others regardless of the beliefs or desires of those being imposed upon. This is in direct opposition to anything reasonable or sound and most definitely against any process set forth by our founders.

It is reassuring that our founders recognized the dangers of having a state supported religion and made it a point to separate the functions of government from any one religion. This acknowledgement in no way diminishes the historical fact that our founders were deeply spiritual men who were committed to establishing our nation on sound principles which just happen to be in accordance with Christian doctrine and under divine guidance of His Holy Spirit.

Amnesty – The Little Engine That Couldn’t

Blasted Fools

This was the ’86 Government Industries ‘Simpson – Mazzoli’. From what we’ve seen, the new one won’t look any different. Maybe worse outside and in.

Immigration Vehicle Trends preview of the 2013 Government Industries ‘Reformobile’.

You’ve heard so many glowing reports about the 2013 Immigration Reformobile and the designers, a group of eight men in the Senate, who have coaxed 60 of their colleagues to invest in it. Here at Immigration Vehicle Trends, we obtained some key details on the new model and are now able to provide you with an outline of the features. There are no advantages or benefits, we’re sorry to report. (Correction – one benefit is provided to illegal motorists, it is the feature known as the ‘Citizenship Path’, referred to by our team of experts as Amnesty).

First, the car looks interesting from the outside – the Obama Media Complex has given it high ratings for it’s stylish trim (appeal to liberals). It has no engine (quantified benefit to the economy), transmission (guarantees of assimilation and English language proficiency) or brakes (guaranteed border enforcement). The Senators behind its development are selling the car without them, but promise to supply them later.

The blueprints for the car (S744) were remarkably lengthy – 1,900 pages, for such a basic and obviously derivative engineering concept. Let’s talk about the engineering philosophy behind this vehicle. This car, the Reformobile, is conceived as basic transportation. It is purposed to transport millions more low / non-skilled migrants into America. The design team, the ‘Gang of Eight’, as they are known in the Immigration ‘Reform’ industry, stridently claim that their wundercar, will not convey more unlicensed immigrants into the country, but we think, having examined the production plans, that they are being unnecessarily modest.

The fact is that, an independent industry review board, the Congressional Budget Office, opined in their report that illegal immigration, would at most, be reduced 25%. We at Immigration Vehicle Trends, suspect, based on our own research of past performance of these vehicle designs, think that the CBO’s projection there might be very over generous. We invited someone who saw the roll out of the 1986 model, into our review labs, to look at the current plans and opine on the ‘new’ proposed plans – Former Attorney General Edwin Meese III. Especially interesting is his assessment of the similarities between the two:

“Advancement to citizenship was not automatic (in ’86). Immigrants had to satisfy various requirements along the way. They had to pay application fees, learn to speak English, understand American civics, pass a medical exam and register for military selective service. Those with convictions for a felony or three misdemeanors were ineligible.
Sound familiar? It’s pretty much the same “penalties and hurdles” set forth by the Gang of Eight. Today they call it a “roadmap to citizenship.” Ronald Reagan called it “amnesty.”

The ’86 reform bill also had supposedly “rigorous” border security and immigration law enforcement provisions. So how did that pan out? On the day Reagan signed “comprehensive” reform into law, only one thing changed: Millions of unlawful immigrants gained “legal” status. The promised crackdowns on security and enforcement never happened. Only amnesty prevailed. Since the ’86 amnesty, the number of illegal immigrants has quadrupled. That should teach Congress a very important lesson: Amnesty “bends” the rule of law. And bending the rule of law to reach a “comprehensive” deal winds up provoking wholesale breaking of the law. Ultimately, it encourages millions more to risk entering the country illegally in the hope that one day they, too, might receive amnesty.”

Another old hand at this, who actually approved the last start up of the ‘Reformobile’, Senator Charles Grassley, joined us in a conference call, to warn us about the dreadful performance of the 1986 vehicle:

“This committee is going down the same road that we did in 1986. I was there. I lived it. We screwed up. We shouldn’t do it again.” He also pointed out to us that two members of the original design team back in 1986, that produced this monstrosity, have their fingerprints all over the plans for this one – Senator Charles ‘Chuck’ Schumer of New York and Senator Dick Durbin of Illinois.

Before the call ended, he recommended we get in touch with a few other colleagues that have done the research and have some inside knowledge of the prototype. One was Senator David Vitter of Louisiana, who told us, as he had told another car buff, Laura Ingraham, “ This is the same old formula we’ve dealt with before, including when it passed in 1986, and that is a promise of enforcement and immediate amnesty. And of course, the promises of enforcement never materialize. The amnesty happens immediately, the millisecond the bill is signed into law.”

Then Bill Beach, chief economist on the minority staff of the Senate Budget Committee stopped by to chat. He gave us some insight on the marketing plan and some of the nuances of the economic performance the Reformobile is touted to have:

“If I were selling a growth plan, I would lead with the growth chart. I wouldn’t just say that the car is bigger, I also would say it’s faster. Because if I have a bigger car and it goes slower than my old rattletrap, then I have not actually improved things at all. And one of the reasons why we have a slower economy [according to CBO’s report] is that amazingly—amazingly—we have slower wage growth. Average wages for the first 12 years are below current law projections.”

“When you increase the population,” Beach noted, “the economy grows—it’s bigger.” But, Beach emphasized the dissimilarity between a bigger economy (higher gross national product [GNP]) and a better economy (higher GNP per capita). “A bigger economy by itself, he explained, doesn’t mean that people are more prosperous; expanding the size of the economy by including more people doesn’t mean each person is better off.”

To us this translated to, the acceleration on this thing is going to suck, maybe worse than the last one. Needless to say, we found his car analogy to be right down our alley. The number crunchers on Capitol Hill, the Congressional Budget Office, looked at the technical specifications on how the car impacts wage performance. According to the CBO, wages for both the lowest skilled workers and the highest skilled workers would decline for the first ten years after comprehensive immigration reform passed. The average wage across the economy would decline for the first decade. Worse yet, unemployment would initially rise. The reason for both effects is relatively simple: the gasoline entering the intake manifold from the low skilled labor fuel pump floods the carburetor. Yes, this car actually still has a carburetor, that is how low tech the whole thing is!

The proponents of the new vehicle tell us that the interior of this car is going to be luxuriously appointed. We don’t see it. There is no interior in this vehicle (enforcement) We were looking on the bare boned instrument panel and there is no e-Verify module and no restraint system (interior enforcement). There is pretty much nothing. One of the flim-flams that was put over on Congress last time in the promotional marketing material for the 1986 Reformobile, was automatic employer sanctions. We wondered what happened to those.

“During the debate in Congress, the bill’s sponsors ended up watering down the sanctions on employers to attract support from the business community”, explains Wayne Cornelius of the Center for Comparative Immigration Studies at U.C. San Diego. “The end result was that they essentially gutted the employer sanctions. We have found no evidence that the 1986 immigration law has shut off the flow of new undocumented migrants.”

No wonder the interior of this death-trap is so sparse. Roberto Suro, in a New York Times report in 1989, wrote:

“The 1986 law allowed 3.1 million previously illegal aliens to obtain legal status here. Recent studies show that many thousands of people crossed the border surreptitiously to take advantage of the program, some of them with falsified documents and personal histories. The mass of newly legalized immigrants is also acting as a magnet for illegal aliens who want to come to the United States to join friends and relatives.”

That’s not a Right Wing blog, that’s simply a rare example of the Times reporting without a filter on.

At first we thought there might be some promise on savings at the tax pump. Our pulse quickened when we read the CBO’s optimistic predictions on revenue increases based on legalization of 12 million presently unlicensed drivers, who with the release of this automobile, would be legally permitted to drive. Then we actually read the report in more detail. It does not explain how workers who are at the bottom of the wage scale now, are suddenly going to be owing taxes to the government. It just repeats the unwarranted assumption of the language in the bill. When we ran a program of the tax premise on our conception simulator, we scratched our heads trying to figure out how the CBO could have possibly come up with such absurd conclusions.

This is not complex, but rather a function of a simple equation. Low income earners – typical of illegal immigrant households, if they were to theoretically file taxes, would not owe any Federal Income Taxes. Not only would they not owe any taxes, they would be eligible for tax rebates in the form of the Earned Income Tax Credit and in a majority of the households, the Child Care Tax Credit. So now, instead of the fictitious $197 billion increase in revenue from the Reformobile, we actually have a car that is an extremely high maintenance vehicle. Consider some sample numbers from our program simulation:

Assuming only 10 million recipients claiming only one qualifying child, the annual burden would be $31.69 Billion per year (10,000,000 X 3,169).

Assuming only 10 million recipients claiming two qualifying children, the annual burden would be $52.66 Billion per year (10,000,000 X 5,236).

Assuming only 10 million recipients claiming three or more qualifying children, the annual burden would be $58.91 Billion per year (10,000,000 X 5,891).

Still puzzled by the nonsensical claim of a tax windfall, we wanted to find out if there was anything we missed about the promise of ‘no maintenance’ for this car. Our fellow car enthusiasts at NumbersUSA, called our attention to this item in the design plans:

Page 68 of S.744, the Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act, defines the tax requirements for illegal aliens that are eligible for amnesty under the bill. The tax clause states:

An alien may not file an application for registered provisional immigrant status under paragraph (1) unless the applicant has satisfied any applicable Federal tax liability. The bill then defines the term “applicable Federal tax liability.” The term ‘applicable Federal tax liability’ means all Federal income taxes assessed in accordance with section 6203 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.

There it is – ‘Applicable Federal tax liability’. ‘Applicable’. That’s the key. As we said before, there are no applicable Federal Tax liabilities for those gifted with legal residency and citizenship. But wait, supporters say, “what about local sales taxes?”. Uh-huh, what about them? Everyone pays them, underground economy or not.

But since you brought the subject up, let’s look at the mechanics of property tax, the taxes that maintain schools and community infrastructure like fire, police and health services. The typical illegal immigrant family lives in one rental dwelling with one or more additional families or several members of the extended family. The property tax model, created before the mass influx of illegal immigration, was based on the notion of one residence (home or apartment / townhouse / condo) = 3 to 5 people. That model still is operational only now the equation has changed. Now the taxes from the landlord to the county / state government don’t cover the number of residents and you have an unfunded mandate from the Federal government’s unwillingness to deal with uncontrolled immigration. Will Amnesty change that equation? Do dogs enjoy fleas?

To see more of the atrocious specifications on the tax performance of this dog (S744), please hop over and see the details outlined by our friends at Heritage.org, here.

Next, we checked out the ‘sound system’. The design team, touts that the vehicle will produce English sounds through an English proficiency requirement. We however, looked at the wiring for the system and the power supply – there isn’t any. The only stations that the radio will produce will be Spanish language. That’s another red flag of poor performance in a world economy continuing to adopt English as the Gold Standard second language.

Ah, but the car does have one feature we expected to see. Air Bags. These are the windy and flatulent, lying politicians that sound and act like the car lot salesmen from Hell. The Gang of 8 designers and their co-investors are doing their utmost to promote the initial stock offer, by claiming that the car will be wildly popular with a segment of the government policy market that has supposedly been under served by all the product that has come out of Washington until now – the Latino / Hispanic market.

A huge concern to us is that the engineering details of the proposed new vehicle are nearly identical to the 1986 model, that is considered a failure by all observers, except the beneficiaries of the Amnesty feature and the Dealership network of the Democrat and Republican parties. Oh, we should mention, that the Reformobile will have two different model brands – one to appeal to the national business groups and industry associations that hire a lot of illegal labor, like the United States Chamber of Commerce, Hospitality, Construction, Agriculture, Landscaping; and another to constituencies of the Democratic Party, La Raza, MALDEF, Labor Unions, etc.

What will this car finally cost when it goes on the market? Its developers are throwing out estimates, but are being evasive about the actual sticker price. There is a tentative price tag on citizenship – a fine. $185 was the fine assessed in 1986. We all looked at each other and marveled at how the incomparable privilege of citizenship could be devalued and debased by putting it up for sale to someone who has already disrespected it. That was enough to irreparably taint this car, in our eyes. A rebate in the form of back taxes is promised. We don’t think that the people that are financing this (American citizens), will ever actually see any dividends in the form of a rebate. The vast majority of the recipients of the permit and title to this amnesty feature, don’t owe taxes now and based on the structure of our tax system, will not in the future. As a matter of fact, the recipients of the amnesty feature, will be net tax consumers, not net tax contributors.

How do we think the thing will road test? Again, we wanted an outside opinion, because we can’t reconcile the fact that all of us on the panel think this thing is a death-trap, when so many in DC think it’s the best thing since sliced bread. “Nobody knows the future, but if the past is any guide, the farmworkers who get legalized, many of them will leave agriculture pretty quickly,” said Philip Martin, professor of agricultural and resource economics at University of California, Davis. He showed us research that illustrated that after the corresponding drop in the number of farmworkers in illegal status, the federal data showed that farmers failed to retain their legalized workers and turned again to hiring employees from the groups of people entering the U.S. illegally. That’s exactly what we predict will happen again, despite all the seductive rhetoric of ‘guest worker programs’.

The last model (the Simpson Mazzoli), of the Reformobile that was manufactured in Washington in 1986, absolutely was a failure in terms of promised performance. The reform specs released in advance of production, indicated that the problems with the ‘seals’ on the border manifold were fixed and based on all new technology. The car actually developed border leaks that were worse than before – to the extent that we now have more visa overstay and illegal border crossing fluids that have poured from the vehicle, than we had with the previous engine. The President of Government Industries at that time, a normally very sensible Chief Executive Officer named Reagan, received extremely bad advice from his staff and yielded his discretion under pressure. The car was a disaster in every respect. Incidentally, we’ve seen an alternative design blueprint that actually has a lot going for it. That is the Strengthen and Fortify Enforcement (SAFE) Act. And then at MadisonProject.com, Daniel Horowitz has sent us over a great list of redlines and engineering improvements.

To sum up our review, we think this car will be one of the worst, if not the worst vehicles the government has ever put into production and that’s saying a lot. We’d unanimously decline to road test it anywhere, much less a mountain road with steep cliffs bordering the pavement. We don’t see any necessity for amnesty in this vehicle at all. In fact, we think it was the amnesty included in the last version that caused it to be the Lemon we never were able to trade in. Of course, if you prefer to put your faith in the carney barkers, hucksters and snake oil salesmen on Capitol Hill, just remember they are the same one’s that got you to buy the War on Poverty, the War on Terror, the War on Drugs, the Patriot Act, Obamacare and the ‘Debt Reduction’ bill. Good luck with the 2013 ‘Reformobile’. I hear they are thinking of changing the tentative name to the 2013 ‘Bueno’.

Hey, a stinker by any other name is still a stinker.

Hello, boys! I’m back!

Hat Tip: BB

I’mmmm Baaack! I promised I would share the horror story of the move and here goes… This is a cautionary tale for those who need to move.

The trip was 1800 miles over the 4th of July — and the traffic wasn’t among our problems. Here’s an overview:

1. The packers forgot boxes to pack the beds, so instead packed them in plastic wrap. Ensuing damage was inevitable.
2. In the move, a good 30% of our items were damaged. The freezer no longer works, washer is dented, etc.
3. Here’s a hint… Don’t drive a Durango with a small V8 and then try to haul a 6 x 12 UHaul with your guns and ammo, computers, etc. We were probably over 500 pounds heavier than we should have been. An SUV that has never acted up, overheated at even the hint of sunlight. We spent four days taking inclines at 15 miles an hour (not kidding) with the air off in 100+ degree heat. We also spent 5 hours stranded on a pass, until a nice officer had a mechanic came out who told us there was nothing wrong and charged us $100 for it (not his fault – ours).
4. NEVER travel 1800 miles with two cats in a cage in the back of your vehicle. They are miserable and get pissed — the same could be said for us.
5. Children, even grown, are a royal pain in the ass on a long trip. Enough said.
6. Beware closing bills from utility companies. Sigh.
7. The Best Western Laramie Inn and Suites ripped us off in Wyoming. We love Best Western, but stay far, far away from that one. On the 5th, I called them to make a reservation for that night in the morning. Jessica said to call back after 3 pm. I did and made the reservation. Later in the day I called her telling her we had car trouble and probably wouldn’t make it there. I asked if when I was sure could I cancel without a penalty. She said sure, no problem – to call Mike the Night Manager after 11 pm. Well, I did because we only made it to Sheridan, WY. Mike said cancelling was impossible because I did not cancel before 2 pm (remember, I wasn’t allowed to reserve till after 3 pm). He said it was hotel policy that he charge us half a night’s fare. I have now filed a Better Business Bureau complaint because corporate made the mistake of backing him after contacting him. Never have we been treated like this by Best Western – he was rude and condescending. So, stay clear of that one.
8. On the 5th we were too late to get into the Best Western in Sheridan. They were booked. So they referred us to Trails End, who charged us an outrageous amount for a room in a place that is charitably described as being inhabited by denizens of the night. It was filthy. Half the lights didn’t work, etc.

That’s only part of it, I’ll spare you all the rest as it is mundane and infuriating to me. The bright spot in all of this was a wonderful first class stay in Missoula, Montana at the Best Western. Just incredible and then massive fireworks displays over Billings, Montana. I figured they were telling Obama to stuff it.

I’m back and unpacking after the move from Hell and will continue spreading real news and investigative research, while gleefully sticking it to our corruptocrats. I missed you guys!

The First Inmate

Blasted Fools

I, uh debated whether or not to subject to the horror of this woman’s grill. As you can see, you lost.

First Skank Michelle Obama, according to ABC News, described living in the White House as like being in a “really nice prison.” I had no choice, I had to comment on this.

‘Really nice prison’? World Trade Federation? Michelle, what prisons have you been in that you can draw a comparison to the White House? Mrs. Obama’s comment came during her discussion with former First Lady Laura Bush at the African First Ladies Summit in Tanzania during an interview moderated by journalist Cokie Roberts. By the way – what is a ‘Cokie’? Is that someone who’s into blow?

So, Michelle is in Africa, not the White House, and is whining about her life. In Africa, Michelle? In Africa, where poverty, malnutrition, disease, ethnic cleansing and women are oppressed – you are griping about living in the White House? Are you kidding me? The White House? I’d hole up in that slam as long as I could before they tossed my cracker ass out of there!

Former First Lady Laura Bush, maintained a friendly, polite, demeanor in keeping with how her husband has been engaging in tongue hockey with Barack Obama. But she wasn’t buying it anyway. She told the audience that First Lady’s don’t have to prepare meals because the White House has a Chef on staff. This was her subtle and classy way of saying, “May I pour you a nice cup of Shut the Hell up, you stupid bitch?”

Ms. Obama, wife of the man impersonating a President and making a horrific mess of it has the unmitigated audacity to spit in all of our faces with her ingratitude. This is the ‘Vacation Junkie’ that according to reports from people maintaining the accounting of White House expenses, wasted $10 million of the taxpayer’s hard confiscated money, in 2010 alone!

The U.K. Daily Mail Online, gives a small sample of the lush pickings of Michelle Obama:

“The First Lady is believed to have taken 42 days of holiday in the past year, including a $375,000 break in Spain and a four-day ski trip to Vail, Colorado, where she spent $2,000 a night on a suite at the Sebastian hotel.

And the first family’s nine-day stay in Martha’s Vineyard is also proving costly, with rental of the Blue Heron Farm property alone costing an estimated $50,000 a week. The source continued: ‘Michelle also enjoys drinking expensive booze during her trips. She favours martinis with top-shelf vodka and has a taste for rich sparking wines.

‘The vacations are totally Michelle’s idea. She’s like a junkie. She can’t schedule enough getaways, and she lives from one to the next – all the while sticking it to hardworking Americans.’

Obama Vacation Highlights.

  • Use of Air Force Two, the Air Force version of a 757, comes in at $149,900 for the round trip. This does not include time on the ground.
  • Mrs Obama’s personal staff, of which there are an unknown amount and might cost considerably more per day, should also be taken into account.

  • $1,000,000 on Mr Obama’s return trip from Washington on Air Force One.
  • $38,000 for the ‘Winter White House’ beach property rental. Pardon me, but John Adams would be turning in his grave!
  • $63,000 on an early flight bringing Mrs Obama and the children to Hawaii ahead of the President.
  • $134,000 for 24 White House staff to stay at the Moana Hotel. Dear heavens, mustn’t leave those poor souls behind to languish in ‘the Prison at 1600 Pennsylvania’!

  • Mrs Obama and her daughters stayed at the Sebastian hotel on Vail Mountain, where rooms cost more than $2,400 for multi-bedroom suites.
  • Again add up RT costs on AirForce One.
  • They were escorted to the resort by a motorcade of about a dozen vehicles, including 15 state and local law enforcement officers. Oh yes, by all means – as everyone knows that the Vail resorts are a hotbed of terror cells.

  • The Blue Heron Farm estate, where the Obama family are currently staying, rents for about $50,000 a week. $50K a week! Poor old thrifty John Adams just woke up again.

Here is a comprehensive list:

– February 2013 – Michelle and daughter’s Aspen Ski trip – again.
– January 2013 – Hawaii again.
— President’s Day 2012, Michelle and the first daughters in Aspen, Colorado to ski.
— Christmas 2011, the first family in Hawaii for an extended vacation.
— Summer 2011, in Martha’s Vineyard, Mass., for the annual beach break.
— June 2011, the first lady, her mother and daughters traveled to South Africa and Botswana.
— President’s Day 2011, the first lady and first daughters travel to Vail to ski.
— Christmas 2010, in Hawaii.
— August 2010, the first family traveled to Panama City Beach, Fla., for some sun and fun at the beach.
— August 2010, Obama spent the weekend alone in Chicago for his 49th birthday bash.
— August 2010, the first lady and daughter Sasha traveled to Spain for a mother-daughter vacation.
— August 2010, summer vacation again at Martha’s Vineyard.
— July 2010, the first family went to Mount Desert Island, Maine.
— May 2010, the first family had a four-day trip to Chicago.
— March 2010, first lady and daughter spend Spring Break in New York City.
— Christmas 2009, Hawaii again for the annual break.
— August 2009, at Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Canyon for a short vacation.
— August 2009, their first summer vacation as first family at Martha’s Vineyard, Mass.

It’s a bit staggering, the narcissism of this woman. I don’t think they even get this many outings at ‘Country Club Prisons’. I’ll tell you what. I’ll be more than happy to commute Michelle’s sentence and let her go back to Chicago. Don’t let the White House door smack you on your wide ass on the way out the door, and take your fellow inmate Barry along with you!

Added bonus – here’s White House Spokeshole, Jay Blarney blowing off a legitimate question about the Obama’s extravagant vacationing by providing a stupid answer. Notice also the White House Press Corps reaction to the question. It ranges from smirks to indignation. The Obama Media Complex has to suffer through an actual fastball pitch that Blarney can’t see much less attempt to hit. But then Blarney couldn’t hit water if he fell out of a boat.

Ted Cruz’s Dad Compares Obama to Castro

The Cruz boys

The Cruz boys

Rafael Cruz, father of U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, delivered a fascinating speech at FreedomWorks’ “Free the People” event in Salt Lake City recently.

Having experienced and escaped Castro’s Cuba, the elder Cruz drew comparisons between the island communist regime and the Obama administration.

Cruz/Palin, Cruz/West, Cruz/Paul 2016? Whats it gonna be?

Chokwe Lumumba, Van Jones, Rev. Jeremiah Wright – Race Radicals, Marxist Militants

Chokwe Lumumba

Chokwe Lumumba

What do Jackson Mississippi’s radical new Mayor Chokwe Lumumba, former Obama “Green Jobs Czar” Van Jones and former Barack Obama pastor Rev. Jeremiah Wright have in common?

All of them are veterans of the Communist instigated Black Radical Congress.

The U.S. black Left is small, ultra-militant and both fractious and incestuous.

In March of 1997, some 70 activists from more than twenty cities across the country came together in Chicago to begin planning for a Black Radical Congress. Participants came as individuals, but represented connections to groups ranging from New Afrikan People’s Organization, Black Workers for Justice, The Labor Party, The Communist Party USA, the Malcolm X Grassroots Movement, African American Agenda 2000, the Chicago Ida B. Wells Forum, Democratic Socialists of America and the Communist Party splinter Committees of Correspondence.

This group agreed to host a Black Radical Congress and constituted itself as the continuations committee… Three subsequent national meetings of the continuations committee were held in Washington, D.C. in May of 1997, in Atlanta in September of 1997 and in New York City in January of 1998. A “Call for the Congress” was drafted and issued with the names of over 100 conveners.

The BRC organizers issued a call to support their project:

Sisters and Brothers, we stand at the edge of a new century. The moment for a new militancy and a new commitment to the liberation of all Black people, at home and abroad, has arrived. Let us build a national campaign toward the Black Radical Congress, setting in motion a renewed struggle to reclaim our historic role as the real voice of democracy in this country. Spread the word: Without struggle, there is no progress! Now’s the time!

The New Afrikan People’s Organization was connected to Chokwe Lumumba’s Republic of New Afrika. He was also a leader and founder of the Malcolm X Grassroots Movement, so it was no surprise to see comrade Lumumba on the speaking roster – in a workshop called “Organizing the South.”

Speaking alongside Lumumba were Ashaki Binta of North Carolina’s Black Workers for Justice and Ajamu Dillahunt of the same organization and the Maoist leaning Freedom Road Socialist Organization.

Van Jones was of course also there. At the time a leader of a Maoist sect called STORM in San Francisco, Jones participated in a workshop entitled: “Sustaining Community Groups and Institutions.”

Jones, Obama

Jones, Obama

Another participant was Illinois activist Judy Hatcher, a former member of the Board of Directors of the Chicago Committee in Solidarity with Southern Africa, alongside two Marxist Barack Obama mentors, Timuel Black and Alice Palmer.

Both veteran Chicago activists, Black was a member of both Democratic Socialists of America and Committees of Correspondence, while Palmer was an official of the Communist Party controlled U.S. Peace Council and the bona fide Soviet front International Organization of Journalists.

Rev. Wright was there as well, revealing his Marxist take on Christianity for all to see.

Obama, Wright

Obama, Wright

Jeremiah wright’s workshop was, “Faith as a Weapon: Spirituality and the Role of the Church In The Radical Movement.”

What are the lessons we can learn from Nat Turner, Absalom Jones, Sojourner Truth, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, Jr. and other Black ministers as leaders in the struggle? What is the history of spiritual motivation in the radical/liberation movement?

Panelists included Michael Eric Dyson, Cornel West of Democratic Socialists of America and Kevin Tyson, a former Communist Party member and parishioner of Wright’s Trinity United Church of Christ.

Cornel West would go on to to become a member of Obama’s 2008 Black Advisory Council, while Dyson would later become a strong public defendant of the Obama/Wright relationship.

Like Barack Obama, Chokwe Lumumba came out of the Black Marxist movement.

Like that of Obama, Lumumba’s rise to power is no accident.

It’s another milestone on the way to a socialist America.

Loudon Book Teaser: The “Vietnam Scam”

By: Trevor Loudon

Did you know that American Marxist-Leninists have been working with the communist Government of Vietnam to extract huge “reparations” payments from the U.S. taxpayer for damage allegedly done by American forces during the Vietnam War?

Do you know that actor Martin Sheen, Senator Al Franken, Representative Sheila Jackson-Lee and other prominent politicians have been enlisted to support this scam?

The organization involved is the Communist Party spinoff Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism (CCDS).

Here’s CCDS member Clay Claiborne with actor Martin Sheen, who narrated Claiborne’s Vietnam “documentary” in support of the campaign.

Here’s CCDS leader Merle Ratner (second from left), three Vietnamese communists and Texas Representative Sheila Jackson-Lee.

Here’s Merle Ratner (right), with Senator Al Franken, leading Vietnamese communist Dr. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Phuong and claimed Agent Orange victim Tran Thi Hoan (seated).

Here’s a recent U.S. Congressman conferring with Vietnam’s communist Premier Nguyen Tan Dung on the “reparations” issue – the onlooking bust of Ho Chi Minh is trying hard not to laugh.

The Congressman’s trip was partially funded by a well documented international communist front.

If you want to know which of your representatives are enabling this communist run operation, you need to read Trevor Loudon’s soon to be released “The Enemies Within: Communists, Socialists and Progressives in the U.S. Congress

The Enemies Within” will be officially released August 20, 2013, at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.

However, if you are a U.S. resident, you can receive one of the very first copies hot off the press by pre-ordering through the button below.
