Parents of Fallen Navy SEAL Endorse THE CLAPPER MEMO

By: Bob McCarty
The Clapper Memo

After watching a news conference two months ago, I reached out to Billy and Karen Vaughn, the parents of Aaron Carson Vaughn, an elite U.S. Navy SEAL who died along with 29 other Americans after their helicopter was shot down in Afghanistan Aug. 6, 2011. Yesterday, they reached back to me.

Click image to visit the site dedicated to Aaron Carson Vaughn.

I had been drawn to Billy and Karen by the fact that they were among the SEAL Team Six family members speaking at the news conference who said they believed a flawed vetting process is partly to blame for the deaths of their loved ones. Because the flawed vetting process is at the heart of my latest book, THE CLAPPER MEMO, I simply had to get the book in front of them.

During a phone conversation, I told Billy about THE CLAPPER MEMO and asked if he would be willing to read it. After he said, “Yes,” I shipped him a copy and waited for feedback.

Left to right: Billy Vaughn, Bob McCarty and Karen Vaughn.

Three weeks later and quite unexpectedly, I ran into Billy and Karen in person. Both of us had both made last-minute decisions to attend an event in Fort Lauderdale.

While visiting over dinner the evening of June 8, I learned Billy was spending a great deal of his time searching for answers about his son’s final mission, call sign “Extortion 17,” and co-authoring a soon-to-be-released book, BETRAYED: Exposing the High Cost of the War on Terror. As a result, he had not yet finished reading THE CLAPPER MEMO. Still, he promised he would. As an added plus, Karen said she was reading the book whenever Billy didn’t have it in his hands.

On Saturday, after seven more weeks had passed, Karen sent me a powerful note in which she informed me that she and Billy had finished reading THE CLAPPER MEMO:

THE CLAPPER MEMO by Bob McCarty gives the reader an in-depth look into the dirty little secrets of politics and greed triumphing over safety and security for our fighting men and women as well as the average American citizen. In this gripping account of one man’s quest for truth, McCarty exposes filthy backroom deals bent on squelching the best technology available for securing quick, reliable, lifesaving information in the theater of battle.

The most shocking revelation for us, as parents of a fallen Navy SEAL, was learning that Army leadership was more willing to rely on laboratory studies commissioned by officials and agencies with vested interests in the outdated polygraph than in what they were being told by real-life heroes on the field of battle. The almighty dollar wins again…while the Soldier dies and Americans live at greater risk than necessary. – Billy & Karen Vaughn

If those words and the words of others who’ve endorsed the book do not make you want to read THE CLAPPER MEMO, then I don’t know what will. Thanks in advance for ordering a copy and spreading the word about my book.

Egypt’s Morsi gone, military brings hope not coup

By: Ashraf Ramelah
Voice of the Copts

A picture of deposed Egyptian President Mohamed Mursi is chained on the gates outside a government building Reuters

As the country rejoices, Egyptians fear jihad will turn into civil war. The military removed and jailed President Morsi on the demands of the people, and now Morsi’s angry remnant – defenders of the dishonored, ousted Muslim Brotherhood — roam the streets in bloodthirsty revenge. Instigated by President Morsi’s June 26th and 28th speeches, the Muslim Brotherhood and their sympathizers terrorize Egyptian neighborhoods. All who are happy to have Morsi gone – ordinary citizens and Egyptian military — becomes their enemy.
Where does the United States stand on this battleground?

Now, after Morsi, Egypt’s military plays the role of transitional authority and guardian without taking power. The army has not seized power from the government or sought violence. The military has not grabbed positions, control, or command as a consequence of the people’s rebellion. Instead, it continues to support Egypt’s revolutionary democratic movement and keep law and order after removing the President. The army is facilitating the appropriate legal course and changeover in the government according to guidelines provided in Egypt’s previous constitution — correctly “freezing” Morsi’s Sharia law constitution rejected by the majority.

An Egyptian man carries a portrait of Defense Minister Gen. Abdel Fattah al-Sisi AFP

Egypt’s military performed dutifully toward its countrymen resolving the June 30th issue with perfect timing as it rejected the bait of “dialogue.” This resulted in a miraculous turnover for Egypt. Unlike SCAF’s dirty compromises after the overthrow of Mubarak, this army is supervising the transference of power from Morsi’s regime to the president of the High Constitutional Court, Adly Monsour, who is now the interim President of Egypt. In siding responsibly with freedom fighters Egypt’s army has forgone political empowerment.

This is the stunning part; the part that the media around the world seems to be missing.
Claiming Egypt’s military action as a military coup is dangerous for this plays into the hands of the radical views of a vindictive and deceptive Muslim Brotherhood now threatening warfare on Egypt. It is as wrong as the “Arab Spring” label before it. Some in the media even suggest that the July 3rd removal of the terror-backed, Shariah law advocate overreaching his executive powers to build a parallel Saudi-like brown squad and much worse, defies democratic principles. Even if this were true, Egypt must first clean house of democracy’s enemies in order to begin its democratic process. Innocent Egyptians are at risk if, based upon such views, the U.S. halts aid (the $1.3 billion commitment) to an Egyptian military aligned with freedom-fighters.

Why did the army act as a trustworthy steward of the people’s non-violent Tamarud (Rebel) movement, intervening and demanding Morsi comply with their petition request? It is difficult to say. There is no indication that the military, which just played the role of mediator and protector of the people, will turn the tables in a power grab nor is there evidence to the contrary. More importantly, the army remains unified against the Muslim Brotherhood. Egypt’s sequel depends on one figure, Commander-in-chief Abdel Fattah El Sisi.

While in office, Commander-in-chief Morsi moved around army officers like chess pieces securing in part loyalty to his regime in many areas as in the replacement of Mohammad Tantawi, head commander of Egyptian Armed Forces, with Abdel Fattah El Sisi on 12 August 2012. Given more time to complete his gradual plan, Morsi was to make a total overturn of military leadership to Muslim Brotherhood loyalists, including El Sisi, who was former head of military intelligence under Mubarak. Now it is El Sisi who put the army at odds with Morsi. He responded to the country’s unrest as the Tamarud petition grew with millions of signatures, making multiple requests for all political interests in Egypt to come together for talks – including freedom-fighters, Muslim Brotherhood, and Morsi. Morsi refused and no talks occurred.

Referring to the Muslim Brotherhood-backed Morsi regime, El Sisi made known his loyalties before June 30th protests when he said, “When we see that Egyptians are under threat and we are not able to defend them, it is better we die.” Finally, on behalf of Egyptians, El Sisi delivered a 48-hour notice to Morsi to leave office, which Morsi rejected. After handcuffing the President on July 3rd, the army naturally began to arrest and jail Brotherhood figures and to dismantle their power structure out of fear that certain leaders would instigate violence. This included the arrest of Khairat el-Shaiter, Vice Morshed (vice-spiritual guide) of the Muslim Brotherhood, who was declared ineligible for a 2012 presidential bid because he escaped a seven year prison sentence for money laundering to the banned Muslim Brotherhood.

Confiscating classified documents from el-Shaiter’s villa residence upon his arrest, the military received information damaging to America’s pro-democracy position. The army claims these files show the U.S. gave more than $8 billion to Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood upon el-Shaiter’s White House visit in April of 2012. Now the central focus of the Egyptian army in its battle against the Muslim Brotherhood is on the U.S. administration.

Upon Morsi’s removal, the U.S. ran to Morsi’s defense by threatening the Egyptian army with cutting off U.S. aid. Unfazed, an army spokesman responded with a statement pertaining to the army’s plans to publicly unveil the contents of the incriminating documents. The Egyptian military intends to embarrass the U.S. using Egyptian TV and the international media to air court hearings concerning these documents which link U.S. interests to the rise and support of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Other hidden documents discovered by the army in Brotherhood Al Fayyum offices reveal that Morsi received fewer votes in the 2012 Presidential election than his opponent, Shafiq. Suspicion of U.S. involvement in this matter runs high among Egyptians. It has from the day Morsi was announced President. Back then the U.S. administration was silent on the issue of Egypt’s election fraud.
The U.S. also overlooked the mysterious delay in the announcement of Morsi’s win (some say America was behind it) and, without comment, accepted a reversal of opinion from the electoral judge on the issue of unopened voting polls in Coptic neighborhoods where the judge pointedly condemned it and then suddenly dismissed it as irrelevant. How is it that these items were excluded from the efforts of the Obama administration to “broaden engagement” in the Egyptian post-revolutionary scene.

The tacit U.S. of recent past is now vocal. The Obama administration asserts its influence by requesting Morsi’s return. Before June 30th, U.S. concerns tried to suppress pro-democracy freedom forces particularly through private meetings initiated by the U.S. ambassador. The U.S. now questions Egyptian protocol regarding its military. We should be doubly outraged toward America and German-led Europe in calling for the reinstatement of Morsi to lead Egyptians — who neither voted in fair elections to have him nor want him after a one-year term of anti-democratic maneuvers – for that calling of a reversal of freedom’s magnanimous feat demonstrates America’s allegiance to the lies of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Thankfully, the army looks to avoid bloodshed by keeping Morsi under house arrest protected from a disenchanted Muslim Brotherhood ready to assassinate him and spark mayhem – legitimizing violence to hold on to power. So far, the military’s power is the power of the people. We do not see a military coup in Egypt, but an Egyptian army honoring the sea of waving red cards stating “get out” – the only “weapon” wielded by freedom protesters to rid a deplorable ruler. In a soccer match, a referee pushes the red card into the face of a foul player in the field to signal him unacceptable and too dangerous to remain in the game. Now Mohammad Morsi is out of the game. He must stay that way for good.

Weekly Featured Profile – Bill Chandler, Mississippi

By: Trevor Loudon
New Zeal

Chandler

Bill Chandler is the founding Executive Director of the Mississippi Immigrant Rights Alliance and a close ally and enabler to Jackson Mississippi’s newly elected Marxist/Black Nationalist Mayor Chokwe Lumumba.

Chandler is a bona fide communist. As recently as 2009, Chandler was elected to the National Coordinating Committee of the Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism – a spinoff of the Communist Party USA.

Chandler has been an organizer for more than 50 years, beginning as a laboratory worker in 1960 when he helped build SEIU Local 434 at Los Angeles County Hospital, to working with the United Farm Workers during the 1965 Delano-based grape workers strike. He was then sent as an organizer by Cesar Chavez to Texas, where he was involved in many strikes.

Chandler first came to Mississippi to help with civil rights leader Charles Evers’ unsuccessful gubernatorial campaign in 1971.

Through his organization, Chandler can claim credit for working with leftists in the Mississippi State House to block any laws designed to reduce illegal immigration into the state.

In 2011, Arizona-like anti-immigration bills were sweeping the South. But in Mississippi, a strong alliance including the far left Mississippi Black Legislative Caucus killed some 33 bills; including 5 “Arizona clones.”

Mississippi’s SB 2179 was the last of a whole host of bills that would have made Mississippi less of a haven for illegals.

Opposition to the bill was organized largely by Chandler’s Mississippi Immigrant Rights Alliance. Chandler stated, “This law is a challenge to who we are as a state and who we are as human beings. The proposal only pandered to the fear, xenophobia and bigotry of only some of our residents. This legislation violates the civil rights of all residents of Mississippi. We need to ask our selves what kind of state we want to live in—one that respects human rights, or one that returns to the days of trampling on the rights of people of color.”

Chandler’s group worked very hard to oppose these bills though grassroots organizing, mobilizing and propaganda. It was just through this kind of work that MIRA was able to defeat all 33 of the anti-immigrant bills in the Mississippi legislature that year including SB 2179.

Chandler is also on the Board of Directors of the National Network for Immigrant and Refugee Rights.

In June this year, Jackson Mayor-elect Chokwe Lumumba announced the members of an advisory committee that will help ease his transition into the mayor’s office in July.

Bill Chandler, executive director of Mississippi Immigrant Rights Alliance, was on the list.

Was NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden a Chinese spy? Did he have inside help with his treachery?

By: Gordon D. Chang, Gatestone Institute

“Ask yourself: if I were a Chinese spy, why wouldn’t I have flown directly into Beijing? I could be living in a palace petting a phoenix by now.” So wrote Edward Snowden in the middle of last month, in a live chat with readers of London’s Guardian.

Today, the famous 30-year-old cuts a pathetic figure, presumably still marooned in the transit zone in Moscow’s Sheremetyevo International Airport. He has, we are told, remained there since June 23, when he arrived, without passport or Russian visa, on an Aeroflot flight from Hong Kong. Snowden, through the assistance of the WikiLeaks organization, has filed a reported 27 requests for asylum. Venezuela’s president, Nicolas Maduro, offered him refuge on Friday, and Bolivian leader Evo Morales followed suit on Saturday, but China has yet to welcome him.

Beijing’s refusal to accept Snowden suggests he is not a Chinese agent, at least if we accept the premise of his argument outlined for the readers of the Guardian. Nonetheless, there are aspects of his relationship with the People’s Republic of China that are, at the very least, unsettling.

As an initial matter, China may have helped him gather information from the National Security Agency. Sources in the American intelligence community suspect the famous “leaker” was really a “drop box,” receiving information from others in NSA who were working for China. It was his job to act as the courier.

This theory explains how Snowden could possess information to which he did not have access. It is possible he figured out how to bypass barriers in NSA’s systems, but it is more likely he had help. Eli Lake of the Daily Beast reports that the FBI is investigating whether Snowden obtained documents “from a leak inside the secret FISA court.” Similarly, Mike Rogers, chairman of the House Select Committee on Intelligence, has suggested Snowden probably had an accomplice in the NSA who gave him information.

Beijing may also have encouraged Mr. Snowden to leave Hawaii. One of my sources indicates that Chinese intelligence, either directly or through FBI personnel working for China, tipped Snowden off that NSA investigators were closing in on him.

There still is no proof of this allegation, but it is telling that Snowden chose to run to Hong Kong. At first glance, that city is a curious choice for someone trying to avoid American justice. It has the equivalent of an extradition agreement with the U.S. — as a non-sovereign it technically “surrenders” suspects, not extradites them — and a well-known history of close cooperation with American law enforcement. The Guardian, referring to Snowden, stated that “he believed that it was one of the few places in the world that both could and would resist the dictates of the U.S. government.” In view of Hong Kong’s record of regularly turning over suspects to America, this had to mean Snowden thought Beijing would step in to protect him.

Why would he ever think that? It seems clear that Snowden, if he did not actually work for the Chinese, at least did their bidding. He insisted, for instance, that the Washington Post time its initial disclosures so that they would occur on the eve of last month’s “shirtsleeves” summit between President Obama and his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping. When the Post refused to give a guarantee — we learned this from Wolf Blitzer’s June 10 interview with the paper’s Barton Gellman — Snowden dealt mostly with the Guardian, which evidently proved to be more pliable. The timing of the Guardian‘s disclosures benefited the Chinese enormously, changing the global narrative from Chinese hacking to American surveillance.

Similarly, in Hong Kong, Snowden’s disclosures in the South China Morning Post also helped Beijing in its campaign to win hearts and minds there with his detailed allegations of U.S. surveillance of the city’s people and institutions. And we should not be surprised: despite what Snowden said in the Guardian chat, he had met with Chinese officials. In fact, those officials encouraged him to give an interview to the Hong Kong paper’s reporters, who then wrote a series of blockbuster articles about NSA surveillance of Hong Kong and China.

In his interview with the South China Morning Post, Snowden turned over documents that contained detailed technical information about NSA activities, including specific Internet Protocol addresses surveilled. That information, almost needless to say, was enormously beneficial to Chinese intelligence. It was in that encounter that Snowden, if he had not done so before, then crossed the final line from “whistleblower” to traitor.

The Chinese then did their best to make sure that American officials did not get the opportunity to interrogate Snowden. The last thing they wanted was for the U.S. to have the opportunity to learn the extent of China’s penetration of the NSA and the FBI in Hawaii. Therefore, they ensured he left Hong Kong before the city could “surrender” him. Albert Ho, one of Snowden’s attorneys, has publicly stated that Beijing approached him through intermediaries who said his client should leave Hong Kong. And as we know by now, this is exactly what Snowden did.

By that time, there was no point for China to give him a Beijing palace where he could pet phoenixes. Ministry of State Security agents had been in contact with Snowden while he was in Hong Kong and probably obtained all they wanted from his four laptops and one thumb drive. Bill Gertz of the Washington Free Beacon reports that U.S. officials say Russian and Chinese intelligence operatives obtained access to, in the words of Gertz, “highly classified U.S. intelligence and military information contained on electronic media” held by Snowden.

At this moment, we do not know whether Snowden, during his time in Hong Kong, actually traveled to China, as some believe, and we do not know the extent of his dealings with the Chinese. Yet the information we do possess — and the suppositions we can reasonably make — point to troubling conclusions.

We know Snowden revealed technical information of particular value to the Chinese, lied about his contacts with them, and helped them further diplomatic and public relations objectives. We know Beijing not only permitted him to leave Hong Kong but also ensured that he did so. Perhaps the relationship between Snowden and China was even more insidious than this, but even if it were not, he prejudiced American security and long-term interests to a significant degree.

Snowden was working for Chinese intelligence or alongside Chinese intelligence. In either event, the damage to U.S. security interests has been incalculable.

Forum: Is America’s Culture Dysfunctional? How Would You Change It?

The Watcher’s Council

Every week on Monday morning, the Council and our invited guests weigh in at the Watcher’s Forum with short takes on a major issue of the day. This week’s question: Is America’s Culture Dysfunctional? How Would You Change It?

The Independent Sentinel: I love your questions Rob.

The answer is yes!! The culture is dysfunctional. When the man or woman or teen on the street doesn’t know who the president is or what the NSA is up to but can come up with Kim Kardashian’s baby’s name, that’s fairly dysfunctional. When people are rooting for the filibustering lady who thinks it’s okay to abort full-term babies, that’s very dysfunctional. People who are willing to sign petitions to repeal the Bill of Rights leave me speechless.

Our media is violent, vulgar, and misleading and that’s a reflection of who we are.

The Brave New World has come to pass. We need Wall-e.

That being said, my solution is to lock up the extreme Democrats and there are some on the extreme right who need to be thrown in the clink too.

Until we address the core problems, nothing will get better. We need to believe in something and it can’t be Jay-Z. We have to stand for something, and it can’t be entitlements and money. We have to have a strong work ethic and a desire to be the best we can be and that would mean we have figured out how to extricate ourselves from the couch.

We certainly have to understand there is a broad swath of humanity out there that we should care about and a world we should contribute to, which would require us to accept that the “I” and “me” culture doesn’t work.

One doesn’t have to believe in a higher power, but one has to believe some things are not relative. There are core values that one should stick with and never abandon. Never sacrifice your soul! Teach your children well because if you don’t do that, there’s hardly anything else that matters.

Most of all, never give up!

The psycho-babble generation spends too much time wallowing in self-pity and doing drugs, eating, and drinking.

We can come back. Yin and Yang.

GrEaT sAtAn”S gIrLfRiEnD: Trick question. As a fully crunk democrazy – our culture and scene au courant is a killer montage of fun and free choice. Or as Uncle Tony Blair so hotly saged it – “The freedom for you to be you as long as it doesn’t halt me from being me” – somewhat simple – tho not simplistic.

JoshuaPundit: Yes and no, although sadly,it’s trending that way. What passes for our culture these days largely originates in Manhattan and Los Angeles, where the major media and entertainment centers are. What passes for the norm in these and other urban enclaves has very little to do with what passes for culture in the Heartland, although enough of it has leached in to be destructive.

It’s important to realize that America’s traditional culture was deliberately attacked by the Soviets, who were following a strategy laid down by one of Lenin’s favorite strategists, Italian communist Antonio Gramschi. Gramschi said that the communist revolution could never be spread effectively by armed struggle, but that capitalist societies could be rotted from within by taking over areas like academia, the arts, radio and motion pictures and other political, cultural and social institutions. The Comintern was specifically formed to coordinate this strategy in 1919, and the full details – including the names of a number of outright Soviet agents and symphathizers became available thanks to the declassified cables of the Venona Project and access given to historians to the Soviet Archives during Boris Yeltsin’s presidency of Russia.

My prediction is that economic hard times and what I can only call an end to certain illusions are going to result in a resurgence of our traditional culture… it will change because it has to if America is to remain a cohesive country,

Well, there you have it.

Make sure to tune in every Monday for the Watcher’s Forum. And remember, every Wednesday, the Council has its weekly contest with the members nominating two posts each, one written by themselves and one written by someone from outside the group for consideration by the whole Council. The votes are cast by the Council and the results are posted on Friday morning.

It’s a weekly magazine of some of the best stuff written in the blogosphere and you won’t want to miss it.

And don’t forget to like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter… ’cause we’re cool like that, y’know?

Here comes the lynch mob. Obama’s racist DOJ plans federal action against George Zimmerman.

By: Nelson Abdullah

The headline says it all.

Justice Department Explores Possible Federal Charges in Zimmerman Case
Justice Department says it will determine whether federal prosecutors will file criminal civil rights charges in shooting death of Trayvon Martin, after Florida jury finds Zimmerman ‘not guilty’ on all counts, sparking protests across the US.

This is the same DOJ that dropped the charges against the Black Panthers who were intimidating voters outside a polling place in Philadelphia a few years ago. If you are Black like Obama and Holder you can do almost anything and get away with it. Guess the only people who have Civil Rights in this Obamanation that the Democrats created are Black people.

UPDATE:

The George Zimmerman trial has become the best example of Democracy in Action. A case of Mob Rule.

By: Nelson Abdullah
Conscience of a Conservative

One more time for the record: America is a Republic not a Democracy, lets keep it that way. That simple bumper sticker from the 1960s led me to a better understanding about what my country was supposed to be. The two words: Republic and Democracy, are bandied about every day without any attempt to understand what they mean. When we Pledge Allegiance To The Flag (some of us still do) we say “I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.” While liberals like to complain about the mention of “one nation under God” they fail when it comes to defining what “to the Republic for which it stands” means. Conservatives often point out the fact that the word Democracy does not appear in either The Declaration of Independence or the Constitution of the United States of America and that the Founders of our nation has strong dislikes for the word. My education into politics also learned the origin of these two words. Republic, is a combination of two Latin words res and publica. The term res publica has a set of interrelated meanings in the original Latin. The term can quite literally be translated as “public matter” or “public thing” which has been translated to “the law”. The word Democracy comes from two Greek words, “demos” the people and “kratia” means power or authority. The two words come to mean the people rule but on the other hand it is simply defined as “majority rule”. While it serves some meaningful purpose when deciding the choices of a group of people as in an election, it is in total disagreement when it is compared to a Republic because a Democracy can also mean “mob rule” as in a lynch mob.

And that mob rule part of Democracy is what is turning the George Zimmerman trial into a lynch mob.

The Democratic administration of Barack Hussein Obama has many faults. While it has been correctly characterized as Communist inspired and pro-Muslim, it is also blatantly racist. Never before in American history has an occupant in the White House made a critical comment about a civilian murder trial while the proceedings were still underway. Yet the Communist-mentored, pro-Muslim Barack Hussein Obama went on the news and spoke of his sympathy for the black thug who was shot and killed by George Zimmerman, Obama said “If I had a son he would look like Trayvon.” As things go in Washington politics, when the head of the Democratic Party, which Obama is, expresses his opinion, all the lower echelon followers go out of their way to please him. A good example is the IRS scandal that persecuted various Tea Party groups. So the Department of Justice, which has its own racist priorities, used its own community organizers to help create some racial demonstrations in Orlando, Florida to push for the prosecution of that “murdered teen” Trayvon Martin. Or the liberal news media that kept publishing child pictures of Trayvon Martin that were taken years before he was shot. Truly, Democracy in Action. One can only wonder if the same mob will be carrying a rope with them if the jury declares George Zimmerman NOT GUILTY.

Democrats and liberals are never influenced by facts and they often try to distort them to add fuel to their arguments. Like NBC editing the tape of Zimmerman talking to the police dispatcher and removing a few words to make the statement that Zimmerman was profiling Martin because he was Black. George Zimmerman was volunteering as a neighborhood watchman in a closed gated community that had experienced some burglaries. George Zimmerman has a permit to carry a concealed weapon. In order to qualify for a concealed carry permit you need to have your background thoroughly checked out by the police or sheriff. In fact, the incidence of people with concealed carry permits committing crimes with guns is so infinitesimally small it is hard to measure, something like 1 in 10 million. On the night that George Zimmerman spotted Trayvon Martin he called his police dispatcher to report a suspicious person who appeared to be like he was on drugs. The dispatcher asked Zimmerman if the person was Black and Zimmerman responded, “Yes he looks Black.” The suspect was in fact a 17-year old who had had several encounters with the police. He was also skilled in Mixed Martial Arts combat. George Zimmerman was a pudgy, overweight man who was no match for the younger, stronger Martin. As the defense attorney pointed out at trial, Trayvon Martin snuck up on George Zimmerman and sucker-punched him breaking his nose then knocked him to the ground and began smashing his head on the concrete. Zimmerman, yelled for help which was recorded on a phone call a neighbor made to the police and then, in fear of his life, managed to get his pistol upholstered and shot his attacker who was still on top of him. It is also noted that the called to the police described Martin on top of Zimmerman and the gunshot was heard seconds after Zimmerman’s call for help. The forensic examiner hired by the defense testified that the shot was made at point blank range and the clothing worn by Trayvon Martin had powder burns on it to prove it.

But none of these facts swayed or influenced the racist Black mob stirred up by some equally racist Black politicians. From as far away as New York City they came to stir up the mob in Florida. The Black racist Attorney General, Eric Holder, who refused to prosecute the Black Panthers who intimidated voters in Philadelphia, sent down his organizers to assist in the demonstrations. As it revealed on Infowars: “It also emerged this week that the federal government encouraged and funded last year’s protests demanding the arrest of Zimmerman via the Community Relations Service, a division of the Department of Justice. Documents obtained by Judicial Watch show that the CRS was “deployed to Sanford, FL, following the Trayvon Martin shooting to help organize and manage rallies and protests against George Zimmerman,” spending millions of dollars in the process.”

Judge In Zimmerman Case Pressured by Obama Administration?

Bizarre outburst against Zimmerman suggests prejudice

Paul Joseph Watson & Alex Jones
Infowars.com

July 11, 2013

Speculation is raging that the judge in the George Zimmerman case could have been put under pressure by the Obama administration after she staged a bizarre outburst during which she interrogated Zimmerman while repeatedly silencing his lawyers.

And further down…..

Given the likelihood that Zimmerman will be acquitted, has Judge Nelson been put under pressure by the federal government to aggressively advocate for the prosecution, just as Supreme Court Justice John Roberts was apparently pressured to vote to uphold Obamacare?

Read the rest here: http://www.infowars.com/judge-in-zimmerman-case-pressured-by-obama-administration/

The judge at the trial, a life-long Democrat, went overboard to prejudice the jury against the defense, most likely because she was trying to please the administration in Washington. Perhaps, Judge Debra Nelson had high hopes for an appointment to a Federal Court by the Obama administration. One never knows what motivates a Democrat to do what they do.

The fate of George Zimmerman is now in the hands of the jury. A jury of 6 women, who will decide the fate of an innocent person. Thankfully, majority rule won’t apply, they must all vote to convict or reach a finding of not guilty unanimously. A criminal case that was politically motivated from the very beginning and one that should never have been prosecuted. A case of an individual using his gun in self defense that was turned into a show trial of Black racism. As I have said before, no thug who attacks another person has the right to declare the rules of combat. Trayvon Martin lost the fight he started because the person he attacked was able to defend himself with a gun because he wasn’t strong enough to use his fists.

And as I update this story the jury has asked the judge to clarify the secondary charge of Manslaughter. I fear that this may result in another case where an innocent person went to jail because their lawyer convinced them not to take the stand and testify. This is a case of lawyer ego. I hope that I am wrong.

Postscript:
At 10 PM tonight the jury in Florida found George Zimmerman NOT GUILTY. I was relieved as were many others that justice was served and an innocent man was not convicted on the basis of a racist mob. I am most certain that George Zimmerman feels relieved as well but I think he will be looking over his shoulder for many years to come because of the threats made on his life. The prosecutor should be ashamed for putting this man through this ordeal solely because of the political pressure.

The day after the verdict:
The liberal news media still can’t get their facts straight on the Zimmerman trial. We can expect them to keep fueling the fires for many months to come, stirring up the anger of racial hatred. And along with heat of the Summer season there will be the likes of Al Sharpton reminding their paid audiences of how the Black community was denied justice and they are privileged to riot and burn. The following paragraph is a perfect example of how they distort the facts.

The jurors considered nearly three weeks of often wildly conflicting testimony over who was the aggressor on the rainy night the 17-year-old was shot while walking through the gated townhouse community where he was staying and where Zimmerman lived.

The “17-year-old” mentioned in the AP story is, of course, Trayvon Martin but he was not shot “while walking through the gated townhouse community” – he was shot while he was attacking George Zimmerman. He was shot at point blank range while on top of Zimmerman beating the crap out of him using his MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) skills. Had Zimmerman not managed to draw his weapon he likely would have been beaten to death. But these facts are not so obvious to the leftist news media who slants every story to fit their agenda.
