22 September 2013, Warsaw, Poland: The annual conference of the International Civil Liberties Alliance is taking place today in the Polish city of Warsaw. This year the conference takes the form of a working meeting, very much similar to ICLA’s very productive conferences in Vienna (2008), and London (2011). As usual delegates have travelled from across Europe and North America to attend this important event.
