Obama Ratchets Up Cloward and Piven

It’s looking to me like last weekend’s snafu with the EBT cards wasn’t so much a screw up as a dry run.
The US Department of Agriculture is now telling states across the country that supplemental nutrition assistance programs (food stamps) will be halted indefinitely until further notice on November 1st if the Republicans don’t cave to Obama and the Marxists. Give in, or people go hungry and the food rioting will begin. Watch it Bam, Bam… your fascist face is showing. Think long and hard about what this says about a President who will do this to his people. Remember the Killing Fields of Cambodia… Remember the Holodomor of Russia.
“This is going to create a huge hardship for the people we serve here in our food pantry,” says Bill Tibbits who is the Associate Director at Crossroads Urban Center.
They posted a letter from the USDA on its Facebook page. It says in part, “in the interest of preserving maximum flexibility, we are directing states to hold their November issuance files and delay transmission to state electronic benefit transfer vendors until further notice.”
“What this means if there’s not a deal, if Congress doesn’t reach a deal to get federal government back up and running, in Utah about 100,000 families won’t get food stamp benefit,” says Tibbits.
In other words, tens of thousands of Utah families may not be able to feed their children come November.
Yep, Obama is pushing to make it as painful as possible unless America acquiesces to his demands and submits. Hunger is a very powerful weapon and dictators love it. But many communities will tell Obama to stuff it and turn to their food banks to feed people. I’m sure our Marxist-in-Chief is noodling on a way to shut that down too. Perhaps he’ll just starve them out – it won’t be long until food pantry shelves turn up empty.
The government is also getting ready to equip grocery store shelves with surveillance, did you know that? They say it is to track what you are buying, but it is also to really clamp down on stealing from people who are about to go very hungry. It will be used against Americans, mark my words.
Starting in 2015, high-tech shelves, equipped with built in cameras could appear in grocery stores to watch us and get intelligence.
It’s called retail surveillance and at least one company is moving forward with plans to track what you put in your cart.
The idea is coming from the company that owns mega brands like Chips Ahoy, Nabisco, Ritz, and other snack foods.
The company called Mondelez wants to build a data-base of basic information about grocery store customers like age and sex, so it can better market its products.
In a depression that is gaining in intensity, the economy is getting worse. So, of course, this would be the ideal time to stop food assistance, or so the Progressives think. After all, it serves their political agenda. I am no fan of entitlements, but there are a lot of people out there barely getting by. If you take away their food and you force hunger on their children, things are going to get violent and fast.
Obama is ratcheting up the Cloward and Piven model and heading full steam for a collapse of the system. Get food, get it now. Arm yourselves and have some cash on hand. The American dream is transforming into a nightmare.

America… Paying for Our Own Brainwashing

Seriously? Must see TV for Obamacare. I’d rather be drawn and quartered. Bet it rivals FEMA if something ever breaks – no, scratch that… Obamacare’s web site doesn’t even work after 634 million in American money flushed down it’s hole and another 400 million on the way — it still won’t work; it was never meant to. If there ever is a pandemic, may I recommend we help each other because turning to the government would not only be pointless, but would probably bring death on much more quickly.
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is promoting Obamacare through its $1.5 million television studio, which is currently being upgraded for a more “cinematic look.”
The agency has five broadcast studios, known as “HHS-TV,” that are tasked with communicating with the public in times of emergency, such as a pandemic. HHS-TV is also used for public service announcements and press conferences.
However, the studio’s operations in recent months have been almost exclusively devoted to promoting Obamacare.
Imagine that… hot and cold water tortured Obamacare with a constant airing of Sebelius’ Marxist visage. Gag me with a stethoscope.
HHS-TV released a video of Secretary Kathleen Sebelius hyping the opening of the health insurance exchanges as “exciting news” on the first day of enrollment on Oct. 1.
“If you’re uninsured, if you thought that good health insurance would never be within your reach, help is on the way,” she said. The studio also provided b-roll for media outlets of the Obamacare Marketplace on its first day.
Another HHS-TV video on Aug. 26 said Obamacare is “great news” for young people. Sebelius attempted to convince young Americans that they should purchase health care.
Maybe if they hype it often enough, the young will fall for it. I doubt it. But it won’t be for lack of trying. NBC and the other networks are working Obamacare into all their programming for the sheeple.
In a video on July 10, Sebelius praised the Obamacare enrollment website as “easy to use.”
“To help people get ready, we launched HealthCare.gov, which was put together with you and your family in mind,” she said. “It’s easy to use, it has a live web chat tool and a 24/7 customer call center to help you out.”
“And it’s available in English and Spanish,” Sebelius said.
ROTFL. Bwaaahaaahaaa!!! So easy to use, you can’t use it. And forget multiple languages. The only language the Obamacare site fluently speaks is FUBAR. Oh, the irony… the comedy… the abomination that is Obamacare.
Taxpayers spent $1.5 million in fiscal year 2012 to operate the HHS broadcast studio, which is used “as a lead component in their communication strategies.”
The studio recently upgraded to high definition (HD) and purchased over $37,000 in television production equipment, including the Canon EOS C300 system, which is designed for “cinema industry professionals.”
“The success or failure of government initiatives rests on the timely and accurate communication of information,” HHS said in its justification for the order.
“The Canon C300 system with Zeiss prime lenses offer a cinematic look called for in certain production situations,” the agency said of the purchase. “Additionally, the Zeiss prime lenses can be adapted to work with our HD studio cameras for a shallow depth of field look when required.”
HHS-TV is also looking to purchase studio lighting, upgrade its editing software, and add an archive system.
HHS said the television studio is important in the event of a pandemic flu and will “play a vital role in keeping the public informed.”
Wow… I feel so much safer and more protected now. Not. So, exactly how would this help in the event of a pandemic flue outbreak? Are they going to notify everyone: “You are screwed, prepare to meet your maker?” Because after a pandemic outbreak, the genie is already out of the bottle pretty much. Maybe they will recruit for body disposal detail thru their new channel, providing it is still on the air – see The Stand.
So, we’ve wasted another 1.5 million on this and trust me that is only the beginning. More propaganda channels to come I’m sure as well. America is paying for her own brainwashing. Yep, this worked out so well for Nazi Germany and every other fascist/communist regime on the planet. It always ends in death, death, death. Russia and China must find this hilarious.
