Where did this “10X” come from? The EPA sets limits on emissions, which get DIVIDED over time. For example, Factory A puts out 500 tons of MEK per year, which is legal for awhile, but then the EPA rules that only 20 tons is acceptable. The math translates to a 96% reduction (not a 10X or 20X reduction), or 4% of the original emmisions. Your lack of math knowledge ruins the credibility of your article.
