Trump obsesses about Ted Cruz during speech to RNC volunteers the day after he accepts the nomination for president

  • Trump surrogates are now actively attempting to unseat Ted Cruz as Texas Senator,
  • On the day after his acceptance speech, Trump denied that he insulted Heidi Cruz and again questioned whether Ted Cruz’s father was involved in the JFK assassination.

Cruz adviser Jason Johnson additionally claimed that Cruz “made it clear to Trump during an in-person meeting in Washington a few weeks ago that he would not endorse him…”

As also revealed at Twitchy, Trump surrogates had the speech well in advance. One of the most compelling tweets illustrating this is from Sean Davis of The Federalist.
