Former Broward County Deputy Scot Peterson Who Failed To Confront Parkland Shooter Arrested For ‘Inaction’

By: Terresa Monroe-Hamilton

Somewhere in heaven, the victims of the Parkland shooting are smiling. Former Broward County Sheriff’s Deputy Scot Peterson was taken into custody today after a 15-month investigation into his actions, or should I say ‘inactions’, during the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting. His cowardice got students and faculty killed that fateful day and this is justice that has been a long time coming.

Peterson now faces seven counts of neglect of a child, one count of perjury and three counts of culpable negligence. As far as I’m concerned, he should have been charged as an accomplice to those murders – all of them. I have no doubt he’ll be found guilty on all charges and is going away for a very long time… and we all know just how well a disgraced cop does in prison. There will be more justice coming his way behind bars.

“The FDLE investigation shows former Deputy Peterson did absolutely nothing to mitigate the MSD shooting that killed 17 children, teachers and staff and injured 17 others,” Florida Department of Law Enforcement Commissioner Rick Swearingen told WCTV. “There can be no excuse for his complete inaction and no question that his inaction cost lives.”

From The Daily Caller:

“On February 14, 2018, seventeen people were gunned down at the high school despite Peterson being on campus at the time of the shooting. There is video that shows him waiting outside the building instead of trying to confront the shooter.

“I was pleased the Florida Department of Law Enforcement in conjunction with the State Attorney’s Office conducted a thorough investigation that yielded the arrest of Scot Peterson. All the facts related to Mr. Peterson’s failure to act during the MSD massacre clearly warranted both termination of employment and criminal charges. It’s never too late for accountability and justice,” Sheriff Gregory Tony said to WCTV.”

And from TheBlaze:

“On Feb. 14, 2018, 14 students and three adults were murdered at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, and 16 others were injured. While the attack was ongoing, Peterson, then a school resource officer, was on campus. He chose to take cover instead of trying to confront the attacker, a disgruntled former student. He also ordered other police officers to stay back away from the building.

“Peterson would later defend his actions, telling NBC News in June 2018 that he was “sorry” about what happened but that he had been “trying to do the best I could with no information or intel at the time…and it was just happening so fast.”

“But evidence released later that same year, including audio from Peterson’s police radio, and a video that tracked the relative positions of both Peterson and the shooter painted a different story. At a Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Commission meeting in September, commission chairman and Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said that this proved that Peterson not only made no effort to help but also slowed the response of other law enforcement units.”

Peterson was both fired and arrested today which calls for a Snoopy Dance. Then he was booked into the BSO Main Jail. He deserves everything he gets for hiding while those students, staff, and teachers at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida were gunned down. No sympathy here for such a craven coward.

Fourteen students and three adults lost their lives that horrible day. Not only did Peterson not help them, he actively hid and kept others out as well while the massacre took place. Peterson’s case will be handled by Assistant State Attorney Tim Donnelly. Let’s hope they throw the book at the guy… in fact, throw all of them at Peterson.

One Man’s Journey From Revolution to Redemption

When President Donald Trump canceled former President Barack Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran—and, more recently, ordered the U.S. State Department to add Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps to the list of designated Foreign Terrorist Organizations—it was an ironic but redemptive moment for a Southern California psychotherapist and Buddhist teacher named Marv Treiger.

On June 11, 1964, the United States’ main ally against Soviet expansionism in the Middle East, the last Shah of Iran, addressed a graduation ceremony at the University of California–Los Angeles before receiving an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree. The Shah, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, spoke of the need for social reforms in his country and the need to overcome “traditional” resistance. Like Turkey’s Kemal Ataturk before him, the Shah was attempting to modernize and partially secularize Iran in the face of opposition from both Islamic traditionalists and Soviet-backed communists.

The ceremony was marred by protests organized by the Iranian Students Association and an airplane flying overhead trailing an anti-Shah banner. The plane circled continuously, and the police were forced to deploy helicopters to force it down, but not before a “dogfight” ensued above the open-air ceremony.

For the pilot, the job was nonideological. He was paid in cash, and no one was ever held responsible for the stunt that made headlines across the nation.

Until now.

A Breached Benediction

By: Tabitha Korol

Dan Freemyer, minister at Broadway Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas, recited a Benediction prayer at the Baylor University commencement on May 18, 2019.  Toward the end, he prayed, “God, give them the moral imagination to reject the old keys that we are trying to give them, the planet that we are poisoning by running it on fossil fuels and misplaced priorities,  a planet with too many white straight men like me behind the steering wheel while others are expected to sit at the back of the bus.”

This was quite a plea.  Rather than concentrate on the students as they celebrate the years of hard work, dedication to their studies and the financial sacrifices made by their families, and praise them as they make their formal entry into the adult workforce to offer their contributions to our great nation, the speaker used the pulpit and the podium to call on God to promote his personal political message, an affront to our Judeo-Christian values.

Dedicated to leftism over Christianity, Freemyer is no more a Christian than Bernie Sanders and Chuck Schumer are Jewish.  Despite his pastor title, he expressed concern about an “ecological calamity,” which we know was invented solely to destroy capitalism, the only economic system since the Industrial Revolution that has contributed to the improvement of life on earth.   The purpose of this evil scheme, confessed by United Nations official, Christiana Figueres, in February 2015, was to redistribute global wealth under the control of one ruling class, and despite the expose’, it continues relentlessly.  Globalists are determined to destroy life as we know it, through government changes, the schools, and the media.

Schiff & The Dems: Can They Really Be That Clueless?

By: Frank Salvato

Have you ever known one of those people that believe they have come to a conclusion independently even after you have stated that very conclusion repeatedly and ad nauseam? That appears to be the case with House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (P-CA). That he is just now expressing that impeachment would result in nothing but further damaging the country makes him either arrogantly tone-deaf or politically stunted in his intellect.

Appearing on ABC’s This Week, Schiff finally came to the same conclusion that the overwhelming majority of Americans came to when Progressive-Fascists started the impeachment drum-thumping even before Mr. Trump was elected President: House Democrats could achieve impeachment but the move would fail because there isn’t enough support for impeachment in the GOP controlled Senate; the very place the trial would have to take place.

Impeachment “is destined for failure,” Schiff said. “I think we’re going to do what is right for the country, and at this point, the speaker has not reached the conclusion, and I haven’t either that it’s the best for the country to put us through an impeachment proceeding that we know will, is, destined for failure in the Senate.”

He went on to say that because Republicans in the Senate refuse to sign on to the effort (due to the fact the GOP believes impeachment is a transparent and pathetic political move to deflect from the do-nothing platform Democrats have saddled themselves with for 2020) they present as “the cult of the president’s personality.”

Fraud/Theft On Govt Contractor For Puerto Rico Hurricane

By: Denise Simon | Founders Code

Not only do individuals not do the research and proper vetting of people and information, but when the federal government is guilty, things are really bad. The federal government has people, technology and the resources to get it right when it comes to spending taxpayer dollars but again, we get fleeced.

So we have this cockamamie contractor that in the end was just not real and no one up or down the system was able to figure that out. So, 475,000 tarps that were to be delivered to Puerto Rico never happened but the money… well, that is gone too. Yikes.

Just for fun, read the contract here.

Now for the story that began burning in 2017 and continues.

Nadler’s Committee To Hold Mueller Report Hearings

By: Denise Simon | Founders Code

They have some old Nixon people coming in to chat with them and this is after some select present and former IC officials have already been chatting with key Democrats in the House. Swell eh?

The House Judiciary Committee will hold a series of hearings related to special counsel Robert Mueller’s report, with the first one titled: ‘Lessons from the Mueller Report: Presidential Obstruction and Other Crimes’ taking place next Monday.

Next week’s hearing will feature John Dean ‘the former White House counsel who famously turned on President Nixon during the Watergate investigation, as well as former U.S. Attorneys and legal experts,’ according to the committee’s press release.
