Deliver Us from Evil Democrats

Despite 30 million Americans losing their jobs, domestic violence, and suicides on the rise, Democrats and fake news media are terrifying Americans into believing the lockdown must continue. These evil people are fully committed to using the coronavirus to stop Trump’s reelection.

I scratch my head thinking, “Don’t these wacko leftists realize that if they destroy America, their livelihood is destroyed as well?” Democrats and fake news media’s hatred for Trump and his voters and their desire to block him from making America great again, again, overrules logic. Their behavior is like the wicked queen in the Disney Snow White movie. Her hatred for Snow White was so great that she sacrificed her beauty, transforming herself into an ugly old witch to deceive and destroy Snow White.

Democrats and fake news media will sacrifice America if it means destroying Trump. These people must be defeated.

Sadly, half the country still does not realize that Democrats and fake news media are tag-team partners in transforming America into a socialist/communist nation.

Before my lifelong Democrat dad, Dr. Rev. Lloyd E. Marcus passed away at age 90, I tried to inform Dad that his workingman party had been hijacked by the 1960s hippies. Hippies (Democrats) also took over Hollywood, mainstream media, and public education decades ago. Consequently, they created a generation of young adults who hate America, hate the God of Christianity, and believe their parents are stupid, racist, sexist, and homophobic.

Long gone is the mindset of the TV show, “Father Knows Best.” “Family Feud” game show surveyed 100 people. “Who would you ask for advice?” Not one person of those surveyed said they would seek counsel from their father. Wow!

For many years, I have tried to educate my family and friends to the truth that Democrats are not our friends. Everything they desire to do is harmful to Americans. The Democratic party has been taken over by a spirit of anti-Christ. Every policy they seek to implement is rooted in their belief that they are smarter than God, desire to overrule God’s original intent and mission to ban God from our culture.

Daring to be an independent thinker speaking the truth about Democrats gets me called names; a self-hating n*****, stupid, Republican, and Uncle Tom sellout. I challenge you to research and prove my observation of Democrats wrong.

Democrats and fake news media are all over TV absurdly saying that because of COVID-19, we can never return to normal life in America. For crying out loud, viruses have been around since the beginning of time. Suddenly, because of one flu virus, Democrats say we must wear masks and social distance forever. God did not design or intend for us to live like that. But then, Democrats believe they are smarter than God. Folks, there is no scientific data that supports social distancing.

Knut Wittkowski, Ph.D., said that elderly and people with immune issues should be protected. Wittkowski said forcing the masses to social distance is harmful because it delays herd immunity which makes the virus last longer. “…we should not believe that we are more intelligent than Mother Nature was when we were evolving. Mother Nature (God) was pretty good at making sure that we’re a good match for the diseases that we happen to see virtually every year.”

Dr. Judy Mikovits said that by wearing masks, we are breathing in our own germs. I witnessed this at a local store. The clerk was struggling to breathe. “What is wrong with you?” I asked with concern. She said the mandatory requirement that she wear a mask was stupid because it blocked her from breathing fresh air.

Virologists say we are doing the opposite of what we should be doing to deal with coronavirus. We are lowering our immune system by sheltering-in-place, wearing masks, and killing our good bugs by overusing hand sanitizer.

And yet, Democrats are using coronavirus to implement crazy policies such as never again allowing church gatherings over 50 people. These Democrats are crazy and evil.

Most of my family and friends who are Christians still do not realize that Democrats are obsessed with overruling God’s original intentions. A Democrat memo exposed their desire to legalize 12 new perversions which include pedophilia and bestiality.

Democrats are masters of deceiving and bullying the public into surrendering to anti-God cultural norms. Here’s how they will normalize pedophilia and bestiality.

I’ve seen articles and heard college lectures that pedophiles are born that way. Therefore, pedophilia is simply another God-given sexual orientation. Hollywood will produce movies portraying pedophiles as victims of our intolerance. Expect a new “groundbreaking” TV sitcom titled something like, “Suzy Loves Daddy,” a hilarious comedy about a goofy lovable dad who married his daughter.

Democrats and fake news media will gang attack anyone who dares to criticize the immoral show. They will say, “love is love.” Sadly, Christians will say, “’Suzy Loves Daddy’ is so funny!” Then, they will say, “Jesus loves everyone” which means good Christians should embrace every perversion. Suddenly, pedophilia and incest are normalized, featured in movies, TV shows, and commercials from home improvement to diet and exercise. Pedophilia and incest will skyrocket. Your kids will view you as an out-of-touch dinosaur for not embracing “loving” pedophile and incestuous relationships.

Next up, Democrats will force us to normalize bestiality; sex between humans and animals. The Oscar-winning movie, The Shape of Water is a major step in normalizing bestiality.

Believing they are smarter than God, Democrats outrageously seek to legalize aborting babies even after they are born to save the planet from overpopulation. Democrats outrageously say it is not a human being with rights unless the mother says so. How can any Christian think this is right? God said, “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you…” (Jeremiah 1:5)

I could go on and on with examples of how Democrats and fake news media believe themselves smarter than God. “Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.” ( Romans 1:22)

Democrats are hellbent on prolonging this insane unscientific lock-down for as long as they can get away with it. It is Democrats’ most destructive effort thus far to attack America, destroy Trump, and assume the role of God.

Making Heroes Out of Dope Dealers and Stoners

The new “Heroes” bill offered by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is the latest version of the Green New Deal. It makes “heroes” out of dope dealers, with the “green” being marijuana and money.

The $3 trillion bill, considered DOA (Dead on Arrival) in the Senate, is an example of the power of Big Marijuana, which owes its very existence to billionaire George Soros, the founder of the modern drug legalization movement. The Heroes act, supposedly designed to provide relief from the coronavirus, legalizes banking on a federal level by marijuana businesses.

Marijuana trafficking and drug-money laundering are still illegal under federal law. The Heroes act would change that by incorporating a version of the so-called Safe Banking Act (HR 1595) into the legislation.

“Our lobbying team in D.C. has been hard at work on your behalf,” says the National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA). “We have been working every angle and are exploring any and all opportunities to provide relief for our industry.”

The lobbying paid off. “On Tuesday,” the group said, “Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi unveiled the newest bill to provide the next stage of coronavirus relief funding and included language that would improve access to banking services and loans for the regulated cannabis industry.”

The “regulated” marijuana industry is a reference to drug operations that have been legalized by some states to generate tax revenue and campaign contributions to left-wing politicians.

Demonstrating the power of this lobbying group, the executive director of the NCIA noted that his industry has been deemed “essential” in most states during the coronavirus crisis.

Passage of the bill would greatly facilitate the use of marijuana, a drug sometimes compared known to Soma in Aldous Huxley’s classic book Brave New World. The drug is used to keep people addicted and complacent while politicians maintain their control over the stoners by promising easy access to cheap dope. One big problem is that the high potency marijuana being sold today is linked to mental illness, and the violence that results from its use has and can affect us all.

To cite just one example, the Islamic Jihadist Boston bombers were marijuana users and traffickers. The Journal of Addiction Research & Therapy has published a ground-breaking analysis of how marijuana is linked to violence, mental illness, and jihad.

“Given the known scientific harms of marijuana, which all politicians should be acutely aware of, to aid this illegal business in any manner should be considered an act of treason,” said Roger Morgan, author of Soros: The Drug Lord. Pricking the Bubble of American Supremacy. “The Democratic Party and its leaders have been owned and controlled by George Soros for decades. Soros drug policies are still in effect. Too many Republicans have crossed the line as well. Ultimately, the solution is to enforce marijuana laws, the burden of which falls directly on the Commander-In-Chief.”

In a personal account of the human toll, Heidi A. Swan wrote a book about her brother’s life as a homeless drug addict with cannabis-induced psychosis who went to jail eighteen times. The story is called “A Night In Jail” and has been adapted for the stage and made into a short film. Dr. Christine L. Miller helped produce a very informative free educational toolkit to go along with the story that explains how about 12-15 percent of users of low-to-moderate doses of THC, the mind-altering ingredient in marijuana, will have a psychotic experience. However, it says that because today’s marijuana is much stronger, “more people are at risk to experience psychosis and schizophrenia.”

Tucker Carlson’s Fox program on Tuesday night noted that, in addition to promising “safe banking” for drug dealers, the Heroes bill directs that money be used in minority communities so that marijuana businesses can more easily distribute their dope to people of color. “Democrats would like to see more drug sales in minority neighborhoods,” he said. He counted an astounding 68 references to cannabis, another name for marijuana, in the legislation.

Playing the role of fact-checker, I used the “find” feature on my computer and confirmed Carlson’s claim about 68 references in the bill to cannabis. This is all being done under the cover of fighting a virus. Yet, smoking dope makes one more likely to get sick after getting exposed to the virus, which causes lung damage in many people.

Scott Chipman, Vice President of Americans Against Legalizing Marijuana, said, “The leadership in the House is using their COVID funding request to pay back and buy the loyalty of pot drug dealer donors. They hide behind the idea of ‘social justice’ in supporting assistance to ethnic drug dealers to set up drug dealing marijuana businesses in ‘under-served’ ethnic communities. These are the very communities that have been, and are, most negatively impacted by drug dealing and drug addiction. This would not be assistance to these communities, it would be abuse.”

On CNBC, which is owned by Comcast, commentator Jim Cramer has become a big booster of pot stocks. His motivation appears financial, as his newsletter regularly features such headlines as “Top 5 Cannabis Companies to Buy.” He’s now quoted as saying that marijuana stocks “need Democrats to show up with some wins in the November election.”

The power of Big Marijuana is so great that Dwight K.Blake, Editor-in-Chief of American Marijuana, reports that Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden has changed his anti-drug position and is now counted as a supporter of marijuana legalization.

WHAT IS UNMASKING?

During routine, legal surveillance of foreign targets, names of Americans occasionally come up in conversations. Foreigners could be talking about a U.S. citizen or a U.S. permanent resident by name, or a foreigner could be speaking directly to an American. When an American’s name is swept up in the surveillance of foreigners, it is called “incidental collection.” In these cases, the name of the American is masked before the intelligence is distributed to administration officials to avoid invading that person’s privacy.

Unless there is a clear intelligence value to knowing the American’s name, it is not revealed in the reports. The intelligence report would refer to the person only as “U.S. Person 1” or U.S. Person 2.” If U.S. officials with proper clearance to review the report want to know the identity, they can ask the agency that collected the information — perhaps the FBI, CIA, or National Security Agency — to “unmask” the name.

WHEN WOULD AN INTELLIGENCE AGENCY UNMASK A NAME?

The request is not automatically granted. The person asking has to have a good reason. Typically, the reason is that not knowing the name makes it impossible to fully understand the intelligence provided.

The name is released only if the official requesting it has a need to know and the “identity is necessary to understand foreign intelligence information or assess its importance,” according to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence’s latest report, which includes statistics on unmasking. “Additional approval by a designated NSA official is also required.”

Former NSA Director Mike Rogers has said that only 20 of his employees could approve an unmasking. The names are shared only with the specific official who asked. They are not released publicly. Leaking a name, or any classified information is illegal.

HOW OFTEN ARE NAMES UNMASKED?

The number of unmasking requests began being released to the public in response to recommendations in 2014 from the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board.

There were 9,217 unmasking requests in the 12-month period between September 2015 and August 2016, the first period in which numbers are publicly available. The period was during the latter years of the Obama administration.

The number rose during the Trump administration. The 9,529 requests in 2017 grew to 16,721 in 2018 and 10,012 last year. More here.

Shut Down for COVID-19? Locked Up for Demonstrating? Habeas Corpus and a Good Judge May Set You Free

What does someone mean when they talk about American exceptionalism? The realization that government is not inherently good, and that governments will overreach and will oppress the masses if given an opportunity to do so. America’s founding fathers crafted the US Constitution with these truths in mind, and for the first time, rule of law meant restricting the acts of government, not the citizenry.

In Federalist No. 51, James Madison eloquently described this tendency of government to usurp power and authority. He wrote, “If men were angels, no government would be necessary. If angels were to govern men, neither external or internal controls on government would be necessary.” Madison knew the reality when men are given the task of governing other men. This reality involves giving the government the authority to control the governed while at the same time, trusting that those with this authority show restraint to some extent by offering recognition of an individual’s God-given rights.

Every time a law enforcement officer arrests an individual, it is understood that they are doing so with probable cause and that this infringement on one’s individual rights is justified under the law due to the fact that they have violated criminal law within the officer’s legal jurisdiction. Sometimes, this legal process is circumvented when people cut corners, or avoid the process altogether.

Writ of habeas corpus can be invoked if a person feels that they are being unlawfully incarcerated. Here they can present evidence to support their argument through a court order that demands a public official bring the accused before a judge. A valid reason must then be given for their incarceration proving that it was done on a lawful basis.

Recently we have been subject to a nationwide economic shutdown due to the COVID-19 virus that has been front and center in the news for the last two months. Since then, states have started easing restrictions on business operations as protests spread from state to state. These restrictions on private participation in commerce have all been done through the governor’s decree, not through state legislatures because they argue that it is too dangerous for our elected officials to do their jobs, as so many other have during this so-called, “crisis.”

Law enforcement has been enforcing these governors’ executive orders as though they were existing criminal statutes. The arrests being made are not lawful and habeas corpus is relevant here to all that have had their rights violated by this usurpation of authority.

The USA Patriot Act was the first legislative power grab that creates provisions for eliminating writ of habeas corpus. The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is another legislative monstrosity that is still renewed every year by congress. It includes federal funding for the military, homeland security, and also allows for the federal government to incarcerate an individual without charging them with a crime. This incarceration is indefinite and there is no time frame put forth for the government to present charges or probable cause.

The only trigger that is needed to implement this detention is a declaration that you are a suspected terrorist. No explanation is required in the instance that this measure is taken, habeas corpus is also suspended indefinitely. Every year the NDAA is renewed by Congress and is signed by the president with this draconian measure present, and few have come to the defense of the constitution to ask that it be taken out of the legislation. This is always sold to the American public as a necessity if we want to be protected from terrorists. Terrorism, white supremacy, deadly viruses, or any other big bad boogeyman that we are told to be afraid of.

Rand Paul is one of the few brave souls that has argued against this violation of basic rights on the Senate floor, but he is only one person. It is scary to think that our elected officials are ok with this kind of tyranny that is woven into the NDAA. This is why we must remain vigilant and hold their feet to the fire when it comes to these important issues. The government does not give us or allow us our rights, as they are only recognized in our founding documents. Our rights are given to us by God Almighty, and with those divine gifts comes the realization that no “man” can take away any of those rights. Our liberty comes from God, not Uncle Sam.
