This article is absolutely NOT true ! The motto of DAR is God, Home and Country. Taking out any references to God in it’s printed material or ritual is wrong, nothing could be further from the truth.
This is from family member who is in DAR.
Are there no REAL journalists left who check the facts before publishing ?
FOX News’ reporting was not entirely accurate and people should read the President General’s take on it at http://www.dar.org/natsociety/content.cfm?ID=1648&hd=n. I blogged about this today and am not happy about the revisions that have been made, but to say all references have been removed is incorrect.
