anyone can say they are a Christian. A Christian needs to be full of the Holy Spirit in order to understand the scriptures. Islam for instance says it’s ok to lie to reach your goals. For who receives much, much is required. It is not referring to money but service to God. 10% tithe is Old Testament. New Testament you should give what you purpose in your heart but 10% is now legalism. There is a major powerful revival coming very soon. The country has more to fall first..then people will cry out for God.
