I live in the Rio Grande Valley where all this is taking place.. You can build a fence.. won’t do any good.. they will go under.. plus they have the Gulf of Mexico to use for running drugs and people. On the cartels, as long as there is a demand, they will be here. We have to fine users.. make it public they are busted. Maybe shame will make them stop. There are not enough prisons to lock them up.. but our highways could use some cleaning.. have them do that. I have a friend who went to our beach and found “bundles” of cocaine in the dunes.. they called in law enforcement and they (cops) thought it was from cartels being chased by Coast Guard and they tossed it.. Stray bullets have hit the campus in Brownsville.. This is a war zone down here. But.. our government says not.
