   Well, I suppose he could, but he has already pissed off even his own party with his arrogant statement that he doesn’t need Congress to do whatever he wants. Ear Leader had best watch his step, because if he becomes too large a political liability to his own party, they will support efforts to impeach him for abuse of power. Slow Joe Biden would then be President and would know better than to believe he is the absolute ruler of this country.
