Photojournalist El Marco has returned from a trip to New York during which he documented the final days of the Occupy Wall Street encampment in Zuccotti Park. His newly published collection of Zuccotti Park portraits contains many unforgettable images (one of which we already featured here), but one particular image summarizes the entire Occupy movement — and the entire entitlement mentality as well.
I hereby present the photo I have titled “JFK’s Greatest Nightmare“:
Alternate title: Cloward-Piven’s Revenge.
I doubt my country will ever do anything for me, especially now that we managed to elect a president that has accomplished destroying ever constitutional right we were given!
Um, 1389AD, this “fleabrain” went to Zucotti to turn tables on the OWS movement and show them how stupid they truly are.
He deliberately added the question mark. He is opposed to their views. If he is a ‘fixture’ at lefty events, then he is a fixture because he’s there opposing them.
“His name is Jeremiah Washington, age 68, a resident of Harlem, a retired psychology professor at New York State University and all-around concerned citizen.
After two months of hearing the OWS crowd demand “Gimme, gimme, gimme!”, he decided to take action and bravely headed straight into the heart of Zucotti Park with a question designed to force the OWSers to think about their little protest in the greater light.”
This fleabrain seems to be a fixture at lefty events. He also doesn’t comprehend what a question is; evidently, he assumed that a sentence containing the word “ask” automatically requires a question mark at the end.
