Obama surrogate’s last ‘or else’ note to “Supremes” for Obamacare
By: Jeffrey Klein
Political Buzz Examiner
Obama Administration surrogate’s, Paul Goldman, former chairman of the Virginia Democrat party, and Mark Rozell, professor of Public Policy at George Mason University, teamed up to submit an “Op Ed Brief” to the U.S. Supreme Court on March 28th–wherein they argued against a decision on the Obamacare Mandate, until after the November 2012 elections.
Although they implied it was for the good of all Americans–that is patently false.
PGMR: “Let’s be honest: The Supreme Court makes political decisions.”
JK: Only because their province in the U.S. Constitution, which was written to restrain federal government power and reach. Generally speaking, GOP presidential appointees utilize a strict, literal application of the Constitution in their decisions; whereas, liberal presidential appointees most often side with Liberal ideology which favors expansion of federal government.
At present, there is a 5-4 Conservative-Liberal division among the nine Justices on the court.
PGMR: “Right now, the Supreme Court’s public image is at a worrisome level; less than 30% of likely voters rat[e] the institution excellent or good.”
JK: What a difference three weeks can make.
According to a brand new Rasmussen poll of “likely voters,” … “Forty-one percent (41%) of Likely U.S. Voters now rate the Supreme Court’s performance as good or excellent … the court’s highest rating in two-and-a-half years.”
This is up from 28% in mid-March, prior to Obamacare arguments being heard.
PGMR: “A recent Gallup poll found an astounding 72% of Americans believed the fundamental glue to the president’s health care reform – the individual mandate – is unconstitutional. Besides nearly all Republicans, many Democrats and independents are also opposed to the health care law.”
JK: Even though we already know it, there is a reason they put it on the record here.
PGMR: “As legendary Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes warned, in his classic book ‘The Common Law,’ legal decisions defying such collective wisdom threaten respect for the law.
JK: Here they are facing the fear that the court will base their decision on the will of this 72 percent of the people, versus properly passed legislation. However, the original bill passed by only 7 votes in each the House, 219-212, and 53-46 in the Senate–while Democrats had complete political control of the federal government.
Additionally, when you take into account the 89 Democrats in the House and Senate that were summarily “fired” during the November 2010 mid-term elections, it appears that the law was being passed against the will of the people then, too.
PGMR: “Fast forward to today — the ‘ObamaCare” case risks a bitter Supreme Court split.”
JK: A “bitter-split” Supreme Court decision?
Is there another kind?
Especially after Barack Obama berated the Justices on national TV during his State of the Union Address last year, then again just last week, when he obviously ‘threatened’ them with public unrest, should they find against his signature legislation?
PGMR: So we ask: would the Supreme Court best serve America by intentionally delaying any substantive decision about the health care law until after the 2012 presidential election?
JK: Definitely not–it would set a dangerous precedent by implying the court cowered to the minority Democrat party.
PGMR: The Supremes need to step back. There is no pressing need for a quick decision. Let Americans first “have it out” in the presidential campaign. It is time to trust the people for a change.
JK: PGMR’s waiting until the end to use their metaphoric “last resort” epitaph, “Supremes,” reveals their hubris and audacity to be surpassed only by their principal, President Barack Obama, who realizes that the end of his disastrous presidency in mercifully near–for the collective good of the entire nation.

COVER UP: THE TRUE DEMOCRAT/LIBERAL HISTORY OF RACISM/RACE BAITING
By: Jay Loeffers
Hey everyone… The liberal media coverage of the Martin shooting and MSNBC getting caught with their pants down doctoring the 911 call, trying to pin one of their own for a hate crime or racism is riveting. Then Jesse Jackson, Rev. Al-not-so-Sharpton and the New Black Panther (Nazi) Party are trying to get race based riots going, while putting a bounty on Zimmerman is coming to light as well. With all this going on, I thought we should take a long hard look at the civil rights history of the liberal Democrats and see the true face of hate and the continued slavery mindset of the Democratic Party.
HOW DARE THEY!
Let’s go way back to 1865, after the Civil War and look at the southern Democrat’s gun laws for freed slaves, then the Democrat’s own efforts concerning voter fraud and voter terrorism. After the Civil War, many of the freed slaves considered Abraham Lincoln a hero and most became Republicans to honor him. Many went into local politics themselves and started businesses. But the southern Democrats would not stand for this. I mean, how dare these people learn how to read, get a business going and be leaders in their own towns! This is when they decided to develop the first gun/weapons control laws aimed at a certain race. No black American were allowed rifles, pistols or even a knife in the southern states to protect themselves from the coming lynch mobs and a newly formed Klu Klux Klan. The Democrats created the KKK as a new local terrorist group to prevent black Americans from voting and to retard their progress as a people. Then a former slave named Frederick Douglass, rose to the challenge of civil rights and became the most influential speaker and activist of his time. You should read his autobiography, it’s very eye opening.
BEDSHEETS OF TERRORISM
The Klu Klux Klan in popular revisionist history and liberally written text books were just a bunch of dumb conservative rednecks out to kill all the black people they could find. But in sad reality, it was a southern Democratically operated terrorist group utilized to prevent blacks from voting Republican and to terrorize these hard working people. The Democrat’s most violent massacre was at Fort Pillow and was led by Nathan Bedford Forrest, who was later made a Grand Wizard of the Klan with gratitude. During the voting cycles, the Democrats even went as far as to hire gunmen and place them in the polling places to terrorize black voters either into not voting or to vote Democrat. The Democrats even then were counting dead people in the votes. In reality as well, most history text books over play the Klan’s role in America. They were just a bunch of bullying worthless numbnuts wrapped in bedsheets that Democrats paid for.
THE NEGLECTED VOICES
In the 1870s, America saw a rise in blacks being teachers, business leaders, pastors and going into politics. What a difference 5 years makes. All of the black founding fathers were Republicans. The background of these incredible men varied from ex-slaves to full time church leaders. Difficult challenges lay ahead for these men. In 1871, the southern Democrats were trying to make the KKK a legal organization with protection and tax breaks. This debate was the greatest fight that the black founding fathers ever had and they were passionate about winning the fight. I had never heard of these men in any of my history classes in high school and you don’t hear the media talk about these guys either. I wonder why that is.
BYRD IS NOT THE WORD
The current Democratic Party would have you believe that all white Republicans were against the civil rights bill in the 1960s. Really? Then let me ask you this… who was the Virgina senator who aggressively filibustered the bill? The loudest senator was Robert Byrd, a Democrat and a Grand Dragon of the KKK. Not very pretty indeed.
THE DREAM, THE MARCH, THE FAITH
As you may have heard off and on from both Jesse Jackson and Sharpton, Dr. King was a practicing communist. Really? It seems that these men have never read Dr. King’s own autobiography. Way back in the early part of his writings in college, he studied all types of government history and flat out rejected communism and Jackson should know better. He worked with Dr. King for crying out loud. The dreams of Martin Luther King, Jr. were of faith that men could change and live and work together without threats of violence. It’s ironic that former NRA president Chuck Heston – who was a fine actor and 2nd Amendment activist – was accused many times of being a hateful racist because of his stand. But Mr. Heston in reality had marched with Dr. King against the advice of his agent. Martin Luther King, Jr. was a gun owner himself. But since he took an oath of non-violence, he sold his guns to lead by example to follow the teachings of both Jesus and Ghandi. King had faith in his people to practice non-violence as well, even under the threat of violence and jail.
THE JACKBOOTED GHETTO NAZI
The Black Panther Party, old or new, who cares… They are just a bunch of ghetto Nazis. These guys are the opposite of what black Americans need to lead their own communities and are the biggest local terrorist organization since the KKK. They didn’t help their cause when they ran a voter terrorism blockade during the 2008 election. The Justice Dept. did nothing, with a wink and nod from Obama and Holder. Dr. King was opposed to their violent and hateful style.
THE MOST RACIST OF PEOPLE
I have observed that the most racist people are the ones that cry out racism the most and the loudest. Let’s look at the Rev. Jesse Jackson. This man could have carried on Dr. King’s message and could have been a fine leader of his community. He could have done great things, but instead he decides to turn man against man. To strong arm companies for money and he is one of the biggest Jew haters around. The Nation of Islam’s Farrakhan is also a clueless bastard who wants all the Jews dead and he is a wacky conspiracy nut job as well. He threatens Glenn Beck’s life as well as his family’s because he is a coward and evil. Jeremiah Wright, with his African Liberation Theology, is another racist who lives and works in America and has been recorded saying kill all the white people and Goddamn America while Obama sat in his pew. Rev. Albert “NOT SO SHARP” Sharpton is MSNBC’s recycled reject of mankind and a racist that should fail and be fired. Where does this race baiter get his hair done anyway?
THE REASON FOR THE SEASON
Let’s look at the reason for all of this race baiting and crying racism:
1. To continue to enslave the black community through the welfare state and class warfare.
2. To retard the progress of a traditional American black family.
3. To cultivate a culture of government dependency.
4. To promote the destruction of the black population through Planned Parenthood and abortion.
5. To ‘nudge’ the community into continuing to vote for and support the Democrat Party.
IN CLOSING
The problem of racism folks, is it is not a black man problem, a white man problem or an American problem… It’s a human race problem and we need to deal with it at that level, just as Dr. King and Ghandi did. Both described the situation and were teaching all of us on this. They both died standing strong in their beliefs. Please have your teenager read this article and have him invite a friend over and read this so they don’t believe the crap on TV or the drivel they get from radical minded teachers.
