Obama is Blocking Putting America Back to Work–as his Lies Increase

By: Sher Zieve
Gulag Bound

Unless they are being used as were the Israeli slaves during Pharaoh Seti’s reign to build his Treasure City (Obama‘s just sticking it to Americans by gutting the US Treasury that they built with their own sweat) or agree to be trained as Obama’s soon-to-be-if-we-don’t-vote-him-out personal Palace Guards, Obama has no intention of putting the American people back to work. He was hired to destroy the USA and the American dream…not to help perpetuate it. And, he has done his job very effectively and quite gleefully. Why do you think he’s still smiling so broadly and laughing so loudly?

Obama is highly amused by our pain and suffering under his policies and control and even makes slap-in-Americans’-faces comments such as his recent condescending and blatant lie “the private sector is doing fine” while the American people know the tyrant has worked hard to destroy it…and them. Note: By the way, Obama–contrary to the press–did not correct himself on this issue.

In order to completely transform the USA into the Obama syndicate’s vision of a Police-State Marxist Empire, the United States of America must be totally broken and completely destroyed before it is rebuilt into a colorless, tasteless and formless totalitarian State. The US Media–now wholly owned and controlled by Obama–is working overtime to help him make this occur.

Note: Like all media from the beginning of time, the current establishment press refuses to accept historic truth that tells them that under all totalitarian governments the media is the first to be decimated when the storm troopers arrive and move in.

If Obama had any intention–whatsoever–of putting Americans back to work he would have already employed those measures that would–historically–bring it to fruition. But, he does not intend to bring any jobs or industry back to the USA. It has been his mission from the beginning of his term of office to decimate our country. As I’ve written for years, now, with help from a willing despotic Congress Obama has done a truly excellent job. Instead, he continues to perpetuate the “Big Lie” (a program developed by Adolph Hitler and his NAZI crew) with every word that issues forth from his permanently forked tongue.

Recently, Obama has even started releasing US national security secrets to our enemies and the world in an attempt to prop himself up. Instead, this process has diminished the ever-shrinking Obama’s elevated view of himself. However, it is contributing to the demise of the USA. His actions have also put all Americans–on the Left and the Right–in peril. Obama has flaunted his usage of “drones” to pick off and kill his enemies at will, while ensuring the technology is developed domestically to spy on (and also kill?) his political and general opponents. In fact, if I did not believe the NY Times article concerning his “kill list” (which Obama is said to relish as he smilingly picks his victims) was a collaboration between the Times and the Obama Mob, I would expect to hear about severed horse’s heads appearing in the beds of sleeping Times’ editors.

Barack Obama's gift to Iran – MSNBC: "EPA A picture released by the official website of Iran's Revolutionary Guards on Dec. 8 shows Iranian Revolutionary Guard Gen. Amir-Ali Hajizadeh, left, looking at the US RQ-170 drone that reportedly crashed in eastern Iran.

Folks, Obama is continuing to issue one Executive Order after another (he has not slowed down) to both shore-up his power and/or–in case we have a miracle and Obama does lose the coming election–to ensure that the next White House occupant finds the USA in utter tatters. Remember, the US Treasury has already been gutted by the Obama/Geithner goons.

So as the Red Obama Dawn looms heavily over America’s disappearing horizon, please remember that any chance we have of rebuilding our country will need to include a landslide of votes against Obama and the New Global World Order…an Order that Obama and his syndicate work daily to bring to the world…and especially the USA.

Where is Congress? We now know it is either cowering in some dark corner or collaborating with the NWO tyrants. Where are the Military leaders? All too many of its leaders–and we pray not the real soldiers–seem to back-up the USA’s dissolution and seizure by the United Nations and its others’ enemies.

We are at war with our government, folks. And the ObamaGov has been at war with the American people since Obama “won” the 2008 election. The one question remaining is “Who will win…We-the-People of the destroyers?”

Republicans Outmaneuvered by Obama and Holder

By: Cliff Kincaid
Accuracy in Media

Senator John McCain, who lost to Obama in 2008 in part because he did not want to challenge Obama’s personal character or loyalty to the U.S., is now upset over what he calls “…a disturbing stream of articles” that cite “leaked classified or highly-sensitive information…” in an “effort to paint a portrait of President Obama as a strong leader on national security issues…”

McCain’s statements, like his 2008 presidential campaign, are careful not to personally accuse Obama himself of any wrongdoing. McCain’s statements refer repeatedly to the “Obama Administration” or just the “administration,” rather than the President himself. At best, he says that Obama is ultimately “responsible” for the leaks. Obama denies the White House leaked anything and finds the charge that anyone did so “offensive.”

The senator went on to say, “The fact that this Administration would aggressively pursue leaks perpetrated by a 22-year old Army private in the ‘WikiLeaks’ matter and former CIA employees in other leaks cases but apparently sanction leaks made by senior Administration officials for political purposes is simply unacceptable. It also calls for the need for a special counsel to investigate what happened here.”

Here, the senator makes two questionable assumptions: that the administration is determined to aggressively pursue the WikiLeaks matter, and that “senior Administration officials” are behind the recent leaks, not Obama himself.

In the first place, government prosecutors have ruled out the death penalty in the case of Army intelligence analyst Bradley Manning, the source of the classified WikiLeaks material. This is strange because the leaks constitute the largest release of classified information in history. The trial of Manning, regarded as a hero by the radical left, has been repeatedly delayed and now won’t occur until November. Then, after the election, it wouldn’t be surprising to see the government dropping some of the charges against him.

Second, Attorney General Eric Holder has not brought charges against Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, who allegedly received the stolen documents from Manning and was therefore part of a conspiracy to commit espionage. Like Manning, Assange is a hero to much of Obama’s political “progressive” base.

McCain’s decision to accuse administration officials, rather than Obama himself, of the leaks to The New York Times, is an assumption that enables the senator to avoid questioning Obama’s personal patriotism. McCain fought for his country in wartime but politically he wants to “play nice.”

Nobody doubts that McCain, who was tortured by the communists when he was a POW during the Vietnam War, believes in his country. But his decision to give Obama the benefit of the doubt makes no sense, especially because the Obama campaign has been caught lying about such relatively minor matters as Obama’s membership in the New Party, a vehicle designed for a Trojan Horse takeover of the Democratic Party in Chicago. Obama’s ally in this effort was Rep. Danny Davis, who recently accepted an award from the Communist Party USA. This followed the campaign’s claim that Obama’s childhood mentor, Communist Party operative Frank Marshall Davis, was just a civil rights activist. Obama called him just “Frank” in Dreams from My Father, leaving it to anti-communist investigators—not the FBI—to discover his true identity.

McCain requested a special counsel independent of the Justice Department to investigate the leaks. Holder outflanked McCain, appointing U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Ronald C. Machen Jr. and U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod J. Rosenstein to conduct the inquiry and “follow all appropriate investigative leads within the Executive and Legislative branches of government.” Since not even McCain has suggested the President personally did the leaking, it cannot possibly be appropriate to investigate Obama himself. As a result, Obama is, once again, off the hook. Congress will hold hearings but they will go nowhere because the administration will claim an investigation is already underway.

McCain never learns—or doesn’t want to learn. When HBO’s “Game Change” came out, conservatives attacked the film for its distorted portrayal of McCain running mate and GOP 2008 vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin. That was legitimate criticism, and McCain defended his former running mate and attacked the film. But the film was accurate, as far as we can determine, in depicting McCain as a candidate who did not want to take the gloves off when attacking Obama. “This is not the campaign I wanted to run,” McCain says, when some of his supporters in a crowd scene label Obama a socialist or a Muslim and cry out that “He hangs out with people who hate our country!” It was Palin, not McCain, who took the fight to Obama over his “palling around with terrorists” such as Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn.

Before the 2008 election, we wrote a column titled “Who Vetted Obama?” that asked two simple questions: When did the FBI investigate Obama? And who vetted him? The FBI did not investigate Obama, and the media did not “vet” him, something that angered the late Andrew Breitbart and made him want to pick up where the news media failed to tread.

We noted, “Obama has a 30-year history of associating with unsavory characters, beginning with communist Frank Marshall Davis and continuing with Jeremiah Wright and communist terrorists Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, which should disqualify him from getting a security clearance in the government that he wants to run.”

Four years later, we find McCain and many Republicans making the same mistake they made then—assuming that Obama is above the fray and should be shielded from any personal charges. Mitt Romney seems to be following in McCain’s footsteps, refusing to label Obama a socialist. On the other hand, the Obama campaign does not shy away from calling Romney a “capitalist,” as if that is a dirty word.

The media, who receive the leaks that make Obama look good, have a vested interest in not investigating their source. In the strange-but-true department, American national security suffers but Obama comes across looking like someone committed to the security of America and its allies. According to the latest Fox News poll, Obama beats Romney by 11 points on handling of foreign policy and 13 points on dealing with terrorism. The leaks have served their purpose.

The fact is that the FBI does not vet presidential candidates for national security purposes. There was no FBI investigation into Obama’s own background, associations, loyalty, and overall fitness for office. The FBI only probes those being considered for some federal positions under the president. It is not clear, however, if Van Jones was ever investigated. If so, he got the job anyway, and then-Fox News personality Glenn Beck and blogger Trevor Loudon discovered the truth, not the FBI.

Former FBI agent Max Noel told me that the Bureau used to investigate candidates for federal employment by analyzing Character, Associates, Reputation, and Loyalty to the United States. The first letters in those words make up the acronym CARL. By the standard of “A” alone—Associates—Obama flunks.

Obama was never investigated by the FBI, however. He captured the presidency and, with the help of the media, continues to outflank his Republican opponents, McCain then and Romney now.

Freeways and Freeloaders

By: T F Stern
T F Stern’s Rantings

Freeways are not free; they are very expensive to build and maintain. For that matter, neighborhood streets, connecting roads and all of what we now take for granted to get us from point A to B have come at a staggering cost and the up-keep requires considerable resolve.

Many states are coming to the realization they don’t have sufficient funding, or as we say around our house, “there isn’t enough money at the end of the month,” as they try to scrounge through the sofa looking for spare change. According to an article by Dan X. McGraw, some states are considering a “Tax by the Mile” levy on drivers.

“Politicians are struggling to figure out a way to adequately fund state and federal road and bridge repairs for the future. The federal gasoline tax of 18.4 cents hasn’t been increased in nearly two decades, and few politicians seem eager to increase it.”

{…}

“As the (national vehicle) fleet becomes more fuel efficient…we’re going to lose a lot of revenue from the gas tax,” he (Josh Schank, president of the non-partisan ENO Center for Transportation) told the newspaper. “If it’s not replaced, we’re going to see our transportation infrastructure deteriorate.”

{…}

“Some states are exploring using the car’s onboard technology to remotely send the data to officials or using a pre-pay or unlimited mileage system. James Whitty, a manager at the Oregon Department of Transportation, wrote in a Bloomberg column that officials must do something to fund future infrastructure.”

Before I jump on board of any new fuel tax or increased levy system on drivers to pay for road building and repair, wouldn’t it be better to find out how much is being brought in and then find out where that money is being spent? There’s more information supplied by Zahira Torres from the El Paso Times, Austin Bureau, explaining how Texas legislatures are coming up short in their transportation budget.

“Since 1991, Texans have paid a 20-cent state tax per gallon every time they fill up their cars. Five cents goes to help pay for public education and the remainder, about $2.2 billion annually, helps finance the state’s transportation system. An increase of a penny would provide $115 million a year toward transportation and $38 million for public education. If the increase goes solely to transportation, it would provide $153 million annually.”

{…}

“Another suggestion is to increase vehicle registration fees.
Drivers in the state pay different registration fees based on a vehicle’s age. Registering a new car costs about $59, excluding county, road and bridge fees. Drivers of cars that are at least 7 years old pay about $41.”

States are looking for ways to match spending with income. Actually, since we’re talking about government, they’re looking for ways to bring in additional taxes so they can figure out ways to spend it all and then some; but that’s just how government works. Why not figure out how to spend less on some budget items that are less productive and divert that money towards the infrastructure which we all depend upon?

The next part made my head hurt trying to make the figures work; but my math skills have always been a bit lacking. That said here’s what State Rep. Joe Pickett, D-El Paso said regarding Texas roads.

“An estimated $487 billion would be needed to continue meeting the state’s highway needs for the next 20 years, according to a report by the 2030 Transportation Committee.”

Okay, I’m with him so far; that means we’ll be spending $24.35 Billion each year for the next 20 years if my calculator can be trusted.

“Texas’ two-year budget for transportation is about $16 billion but will go down by about $2 billion in the state’s proposed 2012-13 budget.”

Hold on there, Partner; that doesn’t add up. I thought he said it would cost around $24.35 Billion per year; then how come the two-year budget for transportation is listed at only $16 Billion? Then it will go down by $2 Billion for the following 2 years; how can that be? Folks in government would call this “fuzzy math,” but when I was in school they circled the answer with a red pencil and told me to improve.

Let’s put funding for our transportation infrastructure on hold and venture off on a tangent and see if it is related. Joel Nagel wrote an article explaining how the government can now restrict your ability to travel if you happen to owe them back taxes. I’ll keep this short, so go read his article; basically his last line summed it up:

“The Government beginning with the Passport Act of 1926 considers travel a “privilege” not a right.”

All that money you’ve been paying at the gas pump in taxes along with your vehicle registration fees which are intended to help pay for road building and maintenance; all that money you paid does not “automatically” entitle you to use those roads, provided you have a driver’s license. Travel is a privilege, not a right.

While we’re talking about money that should go toward transportation, how about we consider Food Stamps? Nobody is “entitled to” or has a “right” to Food Stamps, just like Travel is not a right. Nicholas Ballasy’s article, Sessions: Food stamp spending up 100 percent since Obama took office, happens to bring up a comparison of spending tax money on Transportation with Food Stamps.

“The vast majority of federal spending in the Senate farm bill, which is estimated to cost over $100 billion annually, is going toward food stamps, representing a 100 percent increase since President Barack Obama took office, according to Alabama Republican Sen. Jeff Sessions.

“The legislation will spend $82 billion on food stamps next year…we will spend next year $40 billion on the federal highway program,” said Sessions, the ranking member of the Senate Budget Committee.

“Food stamp spending has more than quadrupled, four times, it’s increased fourfold since the year 2001. It has increased 100 percent since President Obama took office,” he said.”

You mean to tell me we’re spending more on Freeloaders than on Freeways? We just increased spending on Food Stamps in the past three years by 100 percent; how much more good could that money have been used on restoring, upgrading and improving our transportation infrastructure? The government has more than enough tax revenue if they’d quit wasting it. We could forget about increasing the gasoline tax, forget about raising vehicle registration fees and toss that Draconian idea of taxing motorists by the number of miles they drive if we changed the direction of spending. Get rid of the freeloaders first and we could take care of the freeways in short order.
