Rep McCaul: Snowden aided by a foreign power

Rep Mike McCaul echoed what Mike Rogers had said on Meet the Press – that Edward Snowden had help from a foreign power. McCaul argued that Snowden lacked the “wherewithal” to have acted alone.

“He was helped by others,” McCaul said. “I personally believe that he was cultivated by a foreign power to do what he did.”
