US Government Turns Fully Against Americans and Few Seem to Care

Over last weekend, it finally got out–despite suppression from the White House and the media– that the Mexican drug cartels/human traffickers are now firing .50 caliber ammo at our USBP Agents. These are bullets that can reach their targets as much as a mile away.

This is an act of war. Yet, neither the Pretend POTUS and Dictator-in-Chief Barack Hussein Obama nor any of his minions comment on it at all. Neither does Obama try to stop the thousands of illegals (largely gang members, drug cartels/human traffickers and Islamists…not children) that he has invited into the country as a foreign invasion force to replace US citizens and help him bring down the USA. Besides, he’s already decimated most of the US military, demanded the Border Patrol “stand down” and no longer attempt to stop anyone entering the USA while placing them on diaper and baby-sitting duties for the children coming in with their parents. What difference do some USBP deaths–or any additional US citizen deaths–mean to him? He does, after all, have a one-month vacation in August coming up.

Obama-Medvedev-Shtukina-Ekaterina-NYT-120326

Recently, Obama barely commented on the passenger plane that was shot down, apparently by the Russians or their “rebels,” over Russian-held Eastern Ukraine. Instead, he initially called it a “possible tragedy” and then continued on to another fund-raiser. Possible tragedy? Everyone on board was already known to have been killed and it’s a “possible” tragedy? Note: From Obama, there‘s never any wasted–or any at all–compassion. He’s shown that to us all with his destruction of the American people via killing their economy, encouraging them not to work while he destroys jobs and businesses, bringing on the demise of healthcare (Hint: ObamaCare does not provide healthcare), allowing foreign invasions of any and all comers via the US Southern border who are bringing in deadly diseases and being transported to multiple States; without telling the leaders of said States where he’s had them “dumped.” Yes, folks, he’s doing his job extremely well. And still no one is stopping him. Apparently, we have way too many suicidal citizens in the country now.

With regards to the growing war between Israel and Hamas, the Obama position has been and remains telling Israel to be careful not to kill too many of the aggressors trying to destroy them,–the only democratic country in the Middle East. Over the years, it has become painfully obvious that Obama’s foreign policy consists of replacing all Islamic Shia countries with Islamic Sunnis. After all, his supposed family is Sunni and its members are Muslim Brotherhood; that same Muslim Brotherhood is now largely–in de facto modality–running and ruling over the US government. Anything else non-domestic doesn’t really interest the faux POTUS. He was primed for and hired by his masters to destroy America…annihilate it…and he’s done his job well. But, the complete destruction of the USA is tiresome to him and rather a bother. And he does, after all, have a one-month vacation in August coming up. Priorities must be set!

Holder & Obama

Holder & Obama

Obama. Eric Holder and the lion’s share of Congressional Democrats still try to downplay the despicable behaviors of Lois Lerner, apparently many if not most of the IRS agents and now the FEC in their attempts to kill free speech for conservatives and those of non-Islamic religions…especially Christians and Jews. Obama and his syndicate have not followed US law and have been actively suppressing (and trying to find ways to imprison) their opposition since entering what was once our White House. So, why would they start now?

The Obama syndicate is now in all-out dismantling-of-the-USA push and does not intend to be stopped by anyone. Past experience tells them that no one will even really try to do so. Besides, they’ve been getting away with treason–and no consequences for their actions–on an almost daily basis since Obama usurped the Office of POTUS.

Does anyone see and hear what’s really happening here? Does anyone care? Hello…

And some of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make them white, even to the time of the end: because it is yet for a time appointed.

And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvelous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done

Jumping to conclusions: Evidence suggests Russian Buk missile did not shoot down Malaysian Flt MH17.

By: Nelson Abdullah
Conscience of a Conservative

I came across an interesting discovery about the B777 Malaysian Flt MH17 shot down over the Ukraine. Everyone in both government and the mainstream news media (which at times seems to be the same thing) is saying the Boeing 777 was hit by a Russian Buk missile but this may not be true. When taking in to account what kind of missile system the Buk is, it is an air-burst, anti-missile missile with a fragmentation warhead designed to create a cloud of a hundred thousand high-speed projectiles to destroy an aircraft or incoming cruise missile, photos of the larger pieces of wreckage appear to be missing the multitude of holes from the fragmentation warhead. Compare these photos from two British newspapers, the Telegraph and the Guardian.

An article ran today on the Finance page of Townhall, http://finance.townhall.com/columnists/mikeshedlock/2014/07/21/video-of-mh17-hit-by-missile-n1864123?utm_source=thdaily&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=nl and supposedly shows a video of the missile impact. But more interesting is an update to the story filed by a reader, Jacob Dreizin, a US citizen who speaks both Russian and Ukrainian who provided this update a few hours ago.

Russian media has quoted multiple Russian defense experts as saying that “Buk” missiles are designed to explode within several hundred meters of a target, sending between 50,000 and 100,000 pieces of shrapnel in all directions at supersonic (maybe hypersonic) speeds. According to these experts, an aircraft met by a “Buk” would be instantly riddled with holes, and the wreckage would evince that type of damage pattern. However, the few large pieces of Malaysia 777 wreckage that we have seen so far don’t seem to fit the bill. In that case, was it really a “Buk”, or some other missile system? (And if the latter, is it even worth arguing over whether the rebels have a “Buk”?) Or was the plane not destroyed from the ground at all?

Just as a point of reference, a fairly accurate illustration of the affects of such a warhead was used in the 1977 movie Black Sunday. In the film terrorists created an explosive package with tens of thousands of metal shards and tested it inside a barn with these results.
Scene from Black Sunday directed by John Frankenheimer, produced by Robert Evans, and based on a novel by Thomas Harris
Incredibly, Wikipedia has the complete technical specs on the Russian Buk Missile system and how it was constructed and used with a fragmentation warhead which raises considerable doubt as to whether it was used to shoot down the Malaysian passenger jet. The important question is there are no signs of the affects from the fragmentation warhead on the larger pieces of wreckage. The Buk missile does not destroy its target solely by explosives. It destroys the target by shredding it. Read the following, it is very long and technical but here are two easy to understand paragraphs.

Wikipedia: A proximity fuse aboard the missile determines when it will detonate, creating an expanding fragmentation pattern of missile components and warhead to intercept and destroy the target. A proximity fuse improves the “probability of kill” (or Pk) given the missile and target closure rates, which can be more than 2000 miles per hour / 3000 feet per second (or more than 3300 kilometers per hour / 900 meters per second).

9M317ME missile

The weight of the missile is 581 kg, including the 62 kg blast fragmentation warhead initiated by a dual-mode radar proximity fuze. Dimensions of the hull are 5.18 m length; 0.36 m maximum diameter. Range is 2.5–32 km in a 3S90M “Shtil-1” naval missile system. Altitude of targets from 15 m up to 15 km (and from 10 m to 10 km against other missiles). 9M317ME missiles can be fired at 2-second intervals, while its reaction (readiness) time is up to 10 s.

War Update

Arlene from Israel

Today was a day on which I had planned to skip posting.  A busy day, starting with an event in the Knesset this morning (about which more in time). But I know I must write to update my readers, even if very briefly.

After I had written yesterday, news was released of 13 soldiers who died late Saturday night during the operation in Shejaia, near Gaza City.  They were all from the Golani Brigade.  Terribly painful news. Sad news, pulling at our entire nation.

http://www.jpost.com/Operation-Protective-Edge/Seven-Golani-soldiers-killed-in-Gaza-363528

~~~~~~~~~~
The battle in which they died was the biggest of this war, and one in which the IDF accomplished a great deal with regard to identifying and destroying tunnels, locating rockets, etc.
Later in the day yesterday, Prime Minister Netanyahu addressed the nation, in order to offer comfort and strength (emphasis added):
The heart of the entire nation is with the families of the fallen. We feel your pain. We bow our head to your sons who fell so that we can continue living here. On behalf of the Government and the entire People of Israel, I would like to express the deep pain that we feel. We send our condolences to the parents, children, spouses and families of the IDF soldiers who have fallen in defense of the State of Israel.
“I would like to say to you that there is no war more just than that in which your sons and ours heroically fell. We will complete the mission that we have begun. We will restore quiet and security to the south, the center and the entire country.
“On behalf of all of you, citizens of Israel, I would like to send best wishes for a quick recovery to all the wounded soldiers. I believe that each one of us knows someone who is participating in the campaign, and mutual guarantee is also the secret of our strength. We must be strong in difficult days such as today as well as those that are likely to come. We are in a war for our home. Our forces are currently active in the field; they are operating professionally, with determination, great strength, great firepower and great strength of spirit.
“Soldiers of the IDF, I would like to tell you that the citizens of Israel are behind you and are praying for your welfare.
“To the dear families, I would like to say that I am aware of your concern, we all share it. We are doing our utmost to secure the lives of our citizens and of our soldiers.
“Israel did not choose to enter this campaign but from the moment it was forced on us, we will carry it out to achieve the goal of restoring quiet to Israel’s citizens for a prolonged period while inflicting a significant blow on the infrastructures of Hamas and the other terrorist organizations in Gaza. We are not deterred and we will continue to act as necessary. The current operation is necessary to for the security of Israel’s citizens…”
http://imra.org.il/story.php3?id=64399
~~~~~~~~~~

The words of comfort are on the mark, appropriate and gracious.  His statement about the necessity of fighting this war is absolutely true.  Those who died, gave their lives with purpose.

And he speaks with strong determination.

It is difficult, however, to get a clear sense of the goals for this war from the words of the prime minister, or the minister of defense.  Not clear when the end of the ground operation will be declared or when the shelling by air and sea will stop. I would say this is how it should be, to keep the enemy off balance. There is talk about seeing through the operation to its end (whatever “end” means).  But Defense Minister also speaks about the days (two or three) necessary to eliminate the tunnels.

This is what I see now:

The wagons of “ceasefire” are circling and it will become more and more difficult to continue in the face of international pressure.  Kerry is due in Cairo tomorrow to work on a ceasefire plan.  (Not that Kerry matters.)  Ban Ki Moon is making noises about how excessive our operation is.  (Not that Ban Ki Moon matters).  But more difficult.

Under no circumstances do I see us withdrawing from the ground in Gaza until we are satisfied we have done what we need to do with the tunnels.  That job is not done yet.  Just this morning 10 terrorists attempted again to infiltrate inside Israel, using two different tunnels. They were taken out because of a Shin Bet warning.

This risk has to be eliminated or Israelis will live forever on the edge, with terrorist murders and kidnappings not uncommon.

Will every single tunnel be identified and eliminated? There is such a network of those tunnels, that this is difficult to say. But every attempt is being made, and in particular with regard to the tunnels that go into Israel or head in that direction.  They really need to be eliminated.

It is this that is estimated to require another two or three days of intensive effort by our troops.

~~~~~~~~~~
Will we continue beyond that time that is essential regarding the tunnels?  I would guess that it depends on the military and diplomatic situation.
We have at this point eliminated at least 50% if not more of Hamas’s rocket supply – and will, of course, continue to take out more in the days ahead (remember, there are rockets stored in the tunnels, as well as elsewhere).  But there is no way that it will be possible to have eliminated every rocket.  This is especially so as rockets are hidden in civilian areas – in schools and mosques. What we will have done, at a minimum, is strike a blow that will serve as a long time deterrent to this terrorist group, which have been seriously depleted and demoralized.  Then it remains to be seen what sort of ceasefire is negotiated.  Netanyahu has in mind some sort of confiscation of the rockets by the international community.  I am not going to discuss that here.
~~~~~~~~~~

I know there are those (and some of my readers among them) who think we should “go all the way”: taking down Hamas and taking over Gaza.  Maybe it will happen – and from a purely emotional perspective it seems great – but I tend to doubt it. What is more, I am not sure it would be a good thing.  A seriously weakened Hamas might be the better option right now.

There are several factors to remember:

[] There are jihadists even more radical and vicious than Hamas, such as al-Qaeda, in Gaza.  To eliminate Hamas would be to make room for them.  This is a critical factor that must not be discounted.

[] To literally take over Gaza lock, stock and barrel is to assume an incredible burden, and at a great cost.  It talks easy from an arm chair.  It would not be easy.

[] To become enmeshed in handling a long term operation and then management of Gaza might be unwise considering that our military must focus on multiple fronts. Remember that Hezbollah is at our north, as are jihadists in Syria at the border of the Golan.  We will undoubtedly have other battles to fight.

~~~~~~~~~~
One last matter: As I have mentioned before, Hamas is trying desperately, in its last gasp, to score a “victory.” This is why we are seeing all of those incursions into Israel now.
Last night they tried something else as well: They put out a story that they had kidnapped an Israeli soldier in Gaza – a horrible prospect. Turns out that this is not true.
Who Is Like Our Nation?
Arlene from Israel
The question is rhetorical. For there is no nation like Israel.
Said Prime Minister Netanyahu on Friday (emphasis added):
“I have met with the commanders who are leading the IDF operation, uncommonly brave, determined and motivated commanders, with strong values. I am impressed by the motivation of our soldiers, both conscripts and reservists, and their desire to take part in the campaign. They understand that their mission is to defend Israel’s citizens.”
“Our fighters all know that they are fighting for the most just of goals – the defense of our shared home.”
http://www.algemeiner.com/2014/07/18/netanyahu-says-international-coalition-supporting-israel-to-take-systematic-and-strong-action-against-hamas/
~~~~~~~~~~

Meet here one uncommonly brave commander with strong values:

Col. Rassan Alian, a Golani Brigade battalion commander, was moderately injured last night when he was hit by shrapnel.  Doctors where he was hospitalized insisted it wasn’t time for him to leave the hospital yet. But the colonel objected: “I have a lot of soldiers over there and I need to get back to them.”

http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-4546862,00.html

Col. Alian is not some extraordinary exception.  He represents a norm for Israeli commanders.

~~~~~~~~~~
Overnight, our operations in Gaza increased further.  That this should be necessary at all is painful, but since it IS necessary, it is possible to view the new clear-eyed determination of our political and military echelon with great satisfaction and relief.  This time we are going to do what needs to be done.
Credit: Yossi Aloni/Flash90
What Netanyahu also said was: The IDF is a moral military without peer; it does not aspire to harm any innocent person. We are operating only against terrorist targets and we regret any inadvertent civilian casualties.
Continue reading for more on how Israel conducts herself.
~~~~~~~~~~

Also overnight, in the course battle in Gaza, we have lost two more soldiers:

Staff Sergeant Bania Roval, a 20-year-old soldier from Holon, serving in the Paratroopers 101st Battalion, and Second-Lt. Bar Rahav, 21, from Ramat Yishai, from the Engineering Corps.  They were killed in separate actions.  Israel mourns every death.

~~~~~~~~~~
A major operation conducted today was against the neighborhood of Shejaia, which had been identified as a main focus of terrorist activity in Gaza.  In the course of the fighting some 40 to 50 Arabs were killed.  The IDF reminded everyone that warnings had been sent out two days ago asking civilians to please leave. These were ignored – or, Hamas advised people to ignore them. At any rate, it was only after the shelling – which has been very heavy – started that people suddenly decided it was essential to leave immediately.
It should be noted that ten tunnels were found in this operation.
Among the dead were family members of Hamas leader Khalil al-Haya.
What happened subsequently – precise media reports vary – is that Hamas asked for a humanitarian ceasefire so the dead and wounded could be evacuated and civilians would have a chance to leave.  The Red Cross intervened, Israel agreed, and a two-hour ceasefire was set – with the proviso that if Hamas broke it, Israel would not hold fire.
It took forty minutes for Hamas – who was said to have wanted this ceasefire – to again start shooting at Israel. Israel returned fire, but then, in spite of this, agreed to once more hold fire and even extend the ceasefire by an additional hour, for those humanitarian reasons.
http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-4546861,00.html
~~~~~~~~~~

Are we crazy to do this?  I am sure some think we are.  From where I sit, this sort of humanitarian gesture is fine, AS LONG AS WE PROCEED to pummel Hamas – and don’t pull back in the face of casualties inflicted on the enemy.

We are fighting two sides of the same war: the military and the public relations.  There are major anti-Israel demonstrations in a host of countries because we are so “vicious.”  If this humanitarian gesture gives people a different view of Israel (a somewhat dubious proposition) that is to the good.

And, in terms of humanitarian gestures, there’s even more.  (This indeed seems certifiably nuts.)  The IDF is setting up a field hospital at the Erez Crossing between Israel and Gaza:  It is for women and children from Gaza, and includes a delivery room.

http://www.jpost.com/Operation-Protective-Edge/IDF-sets-up-field-hospital-at-Erez-border-crossing-for-injured-Palestinians-363541

~~~~~~~~~~
What must be remembered here is that we are fighting a defensive war that is entirely justified as our civilians are being targeted. In wars, no matter the precautions, innocents are casualties.  In every war this has been so.  No one can legitimately point a finger – but the world loves to accuse Israel.
The ceasefire pressure is going to increase.  UN Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon is going to meet with Abbas. And Kerry is coming to the area. How did we get so lucky?
~~~~~~~~~~

Remember the 20 rockets found in an UNRWA school that UNRWA officials say they knew nothing about?  Well. Israeli officials are objecting to the fact that UNRWA has now turned those rockets over to Hamas.

Vallely: The Southern Border – Time to Boldly Lead

By: Denise Simon
Gulag Bound

MG Paul E. Vallely, US Army (Ret.)

“This incursion is not just a border issue but rather it points to ineptitude, beltway gridlock, political correctness, special interest lobbyists, and a complete alteration of the demographics in states, giving rise to the fact that this is intentional; our actions must reflect this fact.”

By: Paul E. Vallely, Major General, US Army (Ret)
Contributors: Denise Simon, Scott W. Winchell
Stand Up America

Back in 2011, we at Stand Up America US raised the alarm on the threat level of Mexico and the Southern Border. We rated the threat from our Southern Border just as great as the Middle East (except for Iran and proxies, along with the Afghanistan/Pakistan conflict).

We raised the alarm then that inaction by our government were treasonous, and our leadership in Washington, D.C. continued on a rudderless course when it came to National Security, especially concerning our homeland along our Southern Border.

We need leaders now that understand the current threat and vulnerabilities to be much worse than we wrote about in 2011.

We are now being flooded by the young on the Southern border and predictions indicate this is just the beginning. Constant enforcement of standing immigration law has been a debate going back to the 1980’s but now we have a crisis of epic proportion.

Solutions since the 1980’s are getting more convoluted given all the amendments and exceptions to the law, along with selective enforcement under the current administration.

To stem this tide, we call for an immediate 45-day closure of the entire southern border with access to commercial enterprises only.

In 2011, published federal reports exposed how the U.S. government was prioritizing environmental preservation over national security by keeping Border Patrol agents out of wildlife refuges. These are areas that are heavily transited by Mexican drug and human smugglers.

This created ‘no-go zones’ in America, leaving these geographic cells to unauthorized aliens and warning signs for citizens are posted. Now it is all but certain that this was but one major issue. It is time that ‘no-go zones’ be placed in Mexico, not in the USA.

The newest incursion dilemma emanated directly from the White House, Department of Homeland Security and the State Department simply under the memorandum of a White House edict. The lobbyists pressured the White House and associated agencies, particularly the Department of Justice, to find loopholes in the law to allow Obama to skirt the law.

One such loophole was a 2008 law signed by President George Bush that was legislation to deal solely with sex trafficking, now it is being used for the influx of the young, many unaccompanied by adults.

This administration had no intention of securing the border unless the House passed the Senate version of new immigration law first, all while claiming it was more secure than ever before. Since they said it was secure, they said it was time for comprehensive immigration reform, but this was never true.

TO GO WITH AFP STORY BY OSCAR BATRES A MToday, Border Patrol, ICE, and the court system are being overwhelmed in broad daylight with an excessive volume of cases that must now be processed.

The roots of this latest incursion are grounded in the months and years of the implementation of a tacit invitation for those most in harm’s way to come to the US, where they were assured they would not be sent back under any circumstances.

The proof is emerging daily on this point, ask the kind folks from the City of Murrieta, California, San Diego, even up north in Massachusetts, and nearby in Oklahoma to name a few examples.

We can rehash the causes, but the fact of the matter remains, unauthorized aliens will continue this insurgency and no one in leadership is suggesting any solutions except for throwing billions at the problem without addressing the core issues. These requested dollars still do not begin to tighten the border in any form.

I hold out little hope that I am about to suggest will ever take place, but it is time we stood and demanded it of the White House, with the backing of our representatives in Congress.

Of course, we expect no legislative measure can survive a trip to the Senate unless it is exactly what the President wants, but if enough of America stands with those willing few in the House of Representatives, maybe we can force Obama to act appropriately. By acting, we do not mean more speeches and the blame game; we mean real action as follows.

It is now time to enforce the rule-of-law and to protect Americans and the homeland FIRST.

We will stand for no more excuses, no more delays, no more politics,
no more kowtowing to special interest groups, and no to this open-border fanaticism.

The fact is, the citizens of the USA are being inundated with undue safety, health, and economic pressures at a time when there have still been no tangible solutions placed on the table for debate. This latest upheaval rivals the violence, and lawlessness of any time since 1846. We cannot afford to deal with their diseases, the expense of their care, schooling, housing, clothing, and health care.

Mexico has a choke point where it would be far easier to cut off the flow of the young heading north to the much longer border – complicit? Yes! (click to enlarge)

It should be noted that two previous presidents launched firm and aggressive deportation programs; both were deemed successes, only later to have a subsequent administration relax the enforcement of law again causing a grade of a failed operation. (Eisenhower and Clinton, versus Obama)

This may sound a bit heartless, but it is a self-inflicted wound brought upon us by another failed foreign policy and a most complicit and corrupt nation that is Mexico.

These children are placed in serious jeopardy for political gain. Barack Obama has proven his feckless policy and detached energy by deciding he is no longer interested. He will not even go to the border himself. Here is where the American people step in with a united and forceful voice.

If our Federal Government will not execute an operational plan to secure our southern borders then the individual States must exercise their Tenth Amendment rights without equivocation.

This incursion is not just a border issue but rather it points to ineptitude, beltway gridlock, political correctness, special interest lobbyists, and a complete alteration of the demographics in states, giving rise to the fact that this is intentional; our actions must reflect this fact.

As a starter, the governors of California, Arizona, Texas, and New Mexico must employ the National Guard in each state to completely shut the state borders down immediately. The bill for the costs will then be sent to the federal government after the problem is solved. This would be a forty-five day moratorium on all cross-border traffic with trade and commerce being a petitioned exception.

This would provide some breathing room to stem the tide and regain our senses legally speaking. America is a sick patient. The patient’s vital signs are unstable at this moment, therefore, we need immediate triage, and we must stabilize the patient first.

Then we can go on the offensive for immigration reform that starts with border security first. We can get these young illegal immigrants already here into safe havens and then back home, but not into unsuspecting communities who are right to be in abject fear. We cannot take in any more now, period.

Mexican Border Zones

Mexican Border Zones

Now if I were the Commander-in-Chief, I would act as if we were on a war-footing and I would have my military commanders planning and executing a strategy that would swiftly and decisively defeat those who aim to enter our country from the south and bring the border under control.

I would also make it a priority that our other borders, ports of entry such as international airports and seaports as well, are secure. I would also ratchet up the enforcement of laws concerning those who over stay their visas.

I would also create emergency State Department plans to include creating operational diplomatic teams comprised of State, CIA, and DOD personnel. Both diplomatic and force solutions will be required from this point forward.

We doubt Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, or any other southern entity will be happy, but we no longer care. The problem is just as much theirs as it is ours, and we need to force their action as well.

Here are the categories of action to be taken and action items for each:

State Department:

  • Immediately designate all drug cartels as Foreign Terrorist Organizations;
  • Recall each ambassador and their top staffers for immediate diplomatic realignment to facilitate the following:
  • Create the “operational teams” to immediately visit the following countries, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador;
    • The message upon arrival for each nation: NAFTA will be suspended indefinitely, along with all aid to each government. All monetary initiatives such as USAID, and the Departments of Agriculture, Defense, and Education, will be suspended and investigated. In all, 24 agencies provide foreign assistance with Columbia receiving the most;
    • All Visa programs, including ‘free zones’ will be suspended indefinitely for Central and South American nations;
    • All wire transfers to these nations from private citizens will be frozen;
    • Demand to have aired, or seize the air waves by whatever means necessary in each nation to broadcast one message: “Stay Home, you will not be allowed to cross into America, period.” To be repeated incessantly;
    • All international flights will continue and air freight will be allowed, but ZERO land or water crossing will be permitted without prior leave to do so with the suspension of NAFTA.

Department of Justice:

This June 24, 2014, file photo shows Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson listens while testifying on Capitol Hill in Washington before the House Homeland Security Committee hearing about the growing problem of unaccompanied children crossing the border into the US. (AP Photo/Charles Dharapak, file)

  • All illegal immigrants with felony records will be immediately identified and arrested by the FBI. Each will be housed on an existing air base for immediate deportation to their country of origin on a military transport. Military escorts will be employed where necessary to ensure safety for all involved;
  • DOJ teams will be formed to investigate all contractors doing business with the immigration ‘industry’ and firms doing any business associated with any cartel;
  • A Special Prosecutor will be assigned to investigate individual state leadership for complicity in the facilitation of illegal immigration activities;

Military:

  • Set up and implement a 20KM deep ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) Operational ‘no-go zone’ for the entire length of the Mexican border with the US;
  • Form several military incursion units that will be deployed on the Mexican side of the border. No federal troops will be used on the American side;
  • Units will ensure that those on the American side can deal with the issues at hand without worry for their safety.
  • In major cities along the border in Mexico, armored American units should be deployed with sizable infantry units to act on ‘no-go zone’ infringement;
  • Aerial assets will be significantly increased to assist with currently deployed units. Drones, fixed wing aircraft, and helicopters will patrol both sides of the border and will be protected by jet fighters orbiting the zone.
  • Threats will be targeted, such as ‘coyotes’, both human and drug trafficking cartels, and each will be identified and taken out on the spot. Great caution will be employed to reduce the chances that injury will come to civilians in these operations.

With these safeguards in place to stabilize the patient, and proactive measures deployed diplomatically, we can and must stem the bleeding.

The political tumult over the Southern Border has never been greater. A significant percent of Americans now feel the pain across the land and want change now. Additionally, this will significantly stem the tide of other threats crossing into our backyards here in America. These include elements from the Muslim Brotherhood and the global jihadists like the “IS” in Iraq/Syria who are openly threatening to attack here again.

America…We must act NOW for the welfare and security of our precious nation.
