Cruz: His Momma is Natural Born. Thus, So is He.

Stunning pundits who said a conservative could not score high in New Hampshire, congrats to Ted Cruz for finishing strong in the primary.

Okay folks, here is why Ted Cruz is eligible to be president according to the Constitution. First, I wish to give a shout-out to my dear friend, Mike “Mr Constitution” Holler, author of “The Constitution Made Easy.” Mike explained and confirmed Cruz’s eligibility.

In a nutshell, the first immigration law passed by Congress and signed by George Washington says, “And the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens…” An additional qualification is that the father of such children must have lived at some time in the US. There you have it folks.

T. Boone Pickens On Obama Oil Tax: “Dumbest Idea Ever”

The Obama administration’s proposed $10.25 per barrel oil tax adds up to approximately $32 billion a year, and critics are coming out of the woodwork in defense of both the oil industry and end users who would foot the bill for transportation system reforms-but it may be a moot point since the effort will simply be killed off by Congress.

At the end of the day, this proposal is simply meant to start a discussion and possibly add to the Obama environmental legacy. The proposal has sparked immediate backlash, with critics blasting it as an impossible production tax, the death knell for the already struggling oil industry, and an unfair policy that would render gas at the pumps more expensive for consumers.

Oil tycoon T. Boone Pickens has sensationally dubbed the Obama proposal “the dumbest idea ever.”

The $32 billion tax per year would be consistent with a production tax, tweeted Ed Crooks, the energy editor of The Financial Times.

More LIES: Viral video slamming Ted Cruz is a big fat fake

With all of the bizarre rabid hatred for Ted Cruz, one would think that his sworn enemies would be able to find something bad about him that was actually true. In the latest anti-Ted smear piece at the Conservative Treehouse, a video featured by our friend “sundance” lies, lies, lies about Ted Cruz.

Created by the presumably well-funded Niskey whose Twitter account @NiskeyTV was born to hero-worship Donald Trump, the video had over 30,000 views at the time of this writing, gaining over 1,500 overnight.

Niskey’s technique is taking Ted Cruz’s words out of context and presenting them as flip flops. Whether the issue is Domestic Surveillance, Amnesty, or a federal registry for gun owners; Niskey turns Ted Cruz’s consistent statements into inconsistent statements.
