Brilliance in the Workplace: Take the ‘Snowflake Test’ – Trigger Warning for Progressives… [VIDEO]

By: Terresa Monroe-Hamilton | Right Wing News

This is one marketing firm that I would definitely hire. The Silent Partner Marketing firm, headed by Kyle Reyes, has put out an uber viral ‘Snowflake Test’. And he’s got thousands of applicants lining up asking for a job and they don’t even know what they do probably. It’s just that impressive. If you are easily triggered or whining is a pastime with you, I suggest looking elsewhere for employment. This job is not for you. If you love the Second Amendment, feel that what you get, you earn and you are grounded in your faith and patriotism, then belly up to the marketing bar.

College strikes me as a supreme waste of time anymore. Yep, I have degrees, but if I had it all to do again, I would do what my son did and immediately strike out on my own. I did that after college and never looked back. But if I had to work for someone else, Reyes would be at the top of my list. Reyes posted the full test on his Facebook page earlier this week and people can’t get enough of it. Just goes to show that they are sick of liberal, progressive bull crap.

From the Independent Review Journal:

Kyle Reyes, CEO of The Silent Partner Marketing, a marketing consulting firm in Manchester, Connecticut, was tired of interviewing “whiney, complaining” job applicants. So he did what any ingenious CEO would do.

Reyes developed a “snowflake test” designed to weed them out.

The CEO told Fox Business Network anchor Stuart Varney that after he released a video taking on “whiney, complaining” college students, he was swamped with job applications, so he came up with the screening tool.

“A snowflake is somebody who is going to whine and complain and come to the table with nothing but an entitled attitude and an inability to back their perspective.

We used it to sort of weed out the people who were inundating us with resumes and didn’t even know what we do for work.”

Sooner or later sanity was bound to win in the workplace. And this is it. I would love to utilize this test on subcontractors I use. It’s epic. The test is the best I have ever seen out there. Take time to read it and see how you would answer it. It’s enlightening. Reyes says that 60% of applicants have been eliminated through the test. And the ones he eventually chooses will be worth their weight in gold.

Reyes told Lifezette, he’s “just here to make marketing great again!” I like this guy. Heh. This is someone I could call a friend.

Federal Judge Upholds Trump’s Travel Ban – Observes the Rule of Law, Not ‘Fuzzy Feelings’

Judge Anthony Trenga, a federal judge in Virginia, has ruled that President Trump’s executive order banning travel from six Muslim-majority countries should stand and is valid. This is in direct contrast to judges in Hawaii, Washington and Maryland who have blocked the order. What this means is the issue has now been ruled on in multiple districts with opposing results and it will now make its way to the Supreme Court for adjudication.

Judge Trenga has said in his ruling that President Trump has the authority to restrict or bar physical entry into the United States. He has also said that the executive order does not mention religion and protects Americans from terrorist attacks. He said that rhetoric on the campaign trail should not be held against the President and that the order is valid. It is not discriminatory as a Palestinian activist has claimed.

From TheBlaze:

A federal judge in Virginia ruled Friday upholding President Donald Trump’s immigration executive order that temporarily bans travel from six Muslim-majority states.

Judge Anthony Trenga, who was appointed by former President George W. Bush, said in his 32-page ruling that Trump was legally allowed to ban travel from those specific countries and that the executive order was not discriminatory in nature as the Palestinian activist who filed the lawsuit requesting an injunction had suggested.

Trenga wrote that the president “has unqualified authority to bar physical entry to the United States at the border.” He also pointed out that the executive order itself does not mention religion and has a “state secular purpose” of protecting U.S. citizens from terrorist attacks.

The decision comes after federal judges in Hawaii and Maryland both blocked key components of the executive order.

Trenga said that even though Trump used the phrase “Muslim ban” as rhetoric on the campaign trail, it shouldn’t be held against the president with regard to the executive order, as the judge in Hawaii previously suggested.

“[T]he Supreme Court has held that ‘past actions [do not] forever taint any effort on [the government’s] part to deal with the subject matter,’ ” Trenga wrote.

This is very good news for President Trump and I am confident that the Supreme Court will rule in his favor as these powers lie indisputably with the executive branch of government. As Young Conservatives points out, the judge didn’t view Trump’s campaign rhetoric about a “Muslim ban” as being dispositive and did not accord it the weight that Judge Derrick Watson in Hawaii did.

The ruling by Judge Trenga in Virginia is actually a normal interpretation of the law. Law is typically interpreted based on the actual case law involved… not in an interpretation of what a judge thinks someone means or on something that has been said concerning the case. That is considered subjective. You don’t look beyond the intent of the executive order… not past the four corners of the document. The order is clear and specific, therefore should be weighed on its merits, not a judge’s interpretation. It is the purview of the President to set immigration policy, not the courts. Judge Trenga ruled correctly on this matter and so will the Supreme Court.

Nebraska Democrats Push Voter Fraud With Refugees Through ‘Welcome Baskets’ [VIDEO]

By: Terresa Monroe-Hamilton | Right Wing News

Say it with me now… VOTER FRAUD. In Nebraska, Democrats are giving refugees gift baskets that include all kinds of nifty items – such as voter registration forms. A refugee cannot legally vote in the US, but that isn’t stopping the Nebraska Democratic Party from pushing voter fraud as refugees arrive in the Cornhusker State. Nebraska Democratic Party [NDP] chairwoman Jane Kleeb is just gushing and proud as punch in the video below. She’s giddy over breaking the law. How typical.

Over 50 gift baskets were collected for refugees and filled to overflowing with diapers, toilet paper, linen and food. But right on top is that voter registration form. I wouldn’t be surprised if ‘Democrat’ wasn’t already checked off for them. What shocked me is her claim that Nebraska now takes in more refugees than any state in the union. Remember, President Trump’s travel ban is having issues at the moment. I would have thought Nebraskans had more sense than this, but evidently not.

From Conservative Review:

The Nebraska Democratic Party is welcoming refugees with open arms, welcome baskets … and voter registration forms.

A donation drive organized by the NDP collected some 50 gift baskets for refugees. Each contained items like diapers and kitchen utensils, a welcome letter from the Nebraska Democratic Party signed by its chairwoman Jane Kleeb, and a voter registration form, according to a video posted to Facebook by the Nebraska Democratic Party.

The video, posted Saturday March 18, discusses the details of the “Refugee Welcome Basket” project and was recorded at the Nebraska Democratic Party’s Spring Meeting.

“Nebraska has, and welcomes the most refugees and immigrants on a per-capita basis,” Kleeb explains in the video as she describes the workshops set up by the NDP. The state welcomed 1,441 refugees, or 76 per 100,000 Nebraskans, between October 2015 and September 2016, according to a report by the Omaha World-Herald.

“When [President Trump] put in his racist travel ban we put out a call to action to Democrats across the state saying ‘help us create welcome baskets for refugee and immigrant families who are making Nebraska their home,’” she says.

Kleeb on the welcome baskets: “We made sure that we had individuals write a little note to the families. And that inside each basket there’s also a letter from the Nebraska Democratic Party welcoming the family to Nebraska. It’s signed by me as chair of the party. And then we include a sticker in there for them to put on their car. It also includes a voter registration form.” Do tell… I’m not sure why they need a sticker for a car they don’t have and can’t afford, but I’m positive the voter registration form is to encourage voter fraud and Kleeb seemingly has no problem with that.

The Conservative Review lays out the law here: “The inclusion of a voter registration form in a ‘welcome’ gift basket designed for refugee families is eyebrow-raising. Individuals with refugee status in the United States are only allowed to naturalize after they spend a minimum of five years in the U.S. and obtain permanent residence (a green card).” When Kleeb was cornered by Conservative Review on her knowledge that refugees are not allowed to vote, she responded with, “I’m not sure.” Right… anyone who believes that is brain dead.

Kleeb unintentionally spelled out the truth of the actions of NDP when asked why they are giving refugees voter registration forms… “That’s just what Democrats do.” Yes, it is and that’s the problem.

Media Lose Another Round to Trump

By: Cliff Kincaid | Accuracy in Media

On the same day that the editorial page of The Wall Street Journal warned that President Donald Trump was going to go down in history as a “fake president,” in part because of his “false tweet” about the “wiretapping” of Trump Tower, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee disclosed evidence of the wiretapping, also known as surveillance.

The Journal editorial, “A President’s Credibility,” will probably not be followed up by an editorial on the Journal’s lack of credibility.

The anti-Trump editorial followed “conservative” Fox News undermining its own commentator, Judge Andrew Napolitano, whose sources said that the surveillance was conducted by the British to give U.S. intelligence officials plausible deniability. Napolitano was apparently suspended.

But thanks to Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), the chairman of the committee, Trump has been vindicated, media credibility has suffered another blow, and the inquiry is taking a very interesting turn. It is now turning to the question of what President Barack Obama knew and when he knew it, and what role FBI Director James Comey has been playing in the cover-up.

At Monday’s hearing, Comey said, “With respect to the President’s tweets about alleged wiretapping directed at him by the prior administration, I have no information that supports those tweets and we have looked carefully inside the FBI. The Department of Justice has asked me to share with you that the answer is the same for the Department of Justice and all its components. The department has no information that supports those tweets.”

The evidence cited by Nunes suggests that Comey lied. Who is he protecting? It looks like Obama and/or his top aides.

Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) had asked Comey: “Did you brief President Obama on any calls involving Michael Flynn?” Comey replied, “I’m not gonna get into either that particular case, that matter, or any conversations I had with the President. So I can’t answer that.”

This is critical because Flynn’s name was improperly “unmasked” and was then illegally leaked to David Ignatius of The Washington Post, resulting in Flynn’s forced resignation as national security advisor.

When Gowdy asked Comey if he could assure the American people that the illegal leak of classified information in the Flynn case was going to be investigated, the FBI director replied, “I can’t but I hope—I hope people watching know how seriously we take leaks of classified information. But I don’t want to confirm it by saying that we’re investigating it. And I’m sorry I have to draw the line, I just think that’s the right way to be.”

Here was an obvious case of illegal conduct, but the director would not confirm an investigation. Yet he confirmed an investigation of Trump and his associates, without any evidence of wrongdoing, and won’t discuss what he told President Obama about the investigation.

“I have confirmed that additional names of Trump transition team members were unmasked,” Nunes said in his statement on the surveillance. He added, “To be clear, none of this surveillance was related to Russia or any investigation of Russian activities or of the Trump team.” Nunes then outlined some of the key issues regarding the surveillance:

  • Who was aware of it?
  • Why it was not disclosed to Congress?
  • Who requested and authorized the additional unmasking?
  • Did anyone direct the intelligence community to focus on Trump associates? and
  • Were any laws, regulations or procedures violated?

The Journal’s editorial attacking Trump’s credibility has backfired. We now know, according to Nunes and the whistleblower who came forward with this information to his committee, that a massive cover-up has been underway involving the intelligence community, including the FBI. Unraveling the cover-up may lead into the oval office—not Trump’s, but Obama’s.

The Journal editorial said Trump’s claim about wiretapping or surveillance had been “repudiated by his own FBI director.” Now that FBI director has been repudiated.

The Journal also condemned the Trump White House for accepting “an unchecked TV claim that insulted an ally,” a reference to Napolitano’s report about British involvement in the surveillance.

What is “unchecked” is the “public denial” from the British Government Communications Headquarters. Why should the British be believed, when there have been decades of collaboration between the GCHQ and the NSA?

The Journal suggested that Trump was clinging to the claim of surveillance “like a drunk to an empty gin bottle.” Leaving aside the defamatory nature of this innuendo, it would appear that the bottle is not only full but that there is more to come.

At this stage in the investigation, responsible media should encourage more whistleblowers to come forward, so that former Obama White House officials, including possibly Obama himself, can be put under oath and grilled about their knowledge of the surveillance.

As for Comey, he joins the Journal’s editorial page writers on the list of people who have completely lost their credibility and can’t be trusted. He should resign and be replaced.

Regarding Fox News, the network should reinstate Judge Napolitano and establish a special unit to investigate the FBI and the intelligence community. Sean Hannity shouldn’t be the only Fox News personality trying to get to the bottom of this Watergate-type scandal.
