Trump Dossier Courtesy of Marc Elias and Perkins and Coie

Oh Hillary… do tell…

Marc Elias is a partner in the law firm Perkins and Coie. Beyond that, he was the general counsel for the Hillary presidential campaign. Prior to that, he did the same for the John Kerry presidential campaign… sheesh… oh yeah… he did the same for Al Franken.

Keep a large supply of popcorn handy… week by week this has the makings of good theater. Opposition research on candidates is nothing new, but this creates a new definition to research, to Clinton and fraud.

What is remarkable is that the Hillary campaign and the DNC punked the intelligence agencies that spent months and huge investigative resources on tracking down people and facts in the dossier. Further, while parts of the dossier are accurate and others not at all, it also proves that someone had a direct point of contact with people inside the Kremlin.

Let that sink in….

According to The Hill, the FBI, “obtained an eyewitness account -backed by documents- indicating Russian nuclear officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President Bill Clinton’s charitable foundation… during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow.”

Clinton campaign, DNC paid for research that led to Russia dossier

WaPo: The Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee helped fund research that resulted in a now-famous dossier containing allegations about President Trump’s connections to Russia and possible coordination between his campaign and the Kremlin, people familiar with the matter said.

Marc E. Elias, a lawyer representing the Clinton campaign and the DNC, retained Fusion GPS, a Washington firm, to conduct the research.

After that, Fusion GPS hired dossier author Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence officer with ties to the FBI and the U.S. intelligence community, according to those people, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.

Elias and his law firm, Perkins Coie, retained the firm in April 2016 on behalf of the Clinton campaign and the DNC. Before that agreement, Fusion GPS’s research into Trump was funded by a still unknown Republican client during the GOP primary.

The Clinton campaign and the DNC, through the law firm, continued to fund Fusion GPS’s research through the end of October 2016, days before Election Day.

Fusion GPS gave Steele’s reports and other research documents to Elias, the people familiar with the matter said. It is unclear how or how much of that information was shared with the campaign and DNC, and who in those organizations was aware of the roles of Fusion GPS and Steele. One person close to the matter said the campaign and the DNC were not informed of Fusion GPS’s role by the law firm.

The dossier has become a lightning rod amid the intensifying investigations into the Trump campaign’s possible connections to Russia. Some congressional Republican leaders have spent months trying to discredit Fusion GPS and Steele, and tried to determine the identity of the Democrat or organization that paid for it.

Trump tweeted as recently as Saturday that the Justice Department and FBI should “immediately release who paid for it.”

Elias and Fusion GPS declined to comment on the arrangement. Spokespersons for the Clinton campaign and the DNC had no immediate comment.

Some of the details are included in an Oct. 24 letter sent by Perkins Coie to a lawyer representing Fusion GPS, telling the research firm that it was released from a client-confidentiality obligation. The letter was prompted by a legal fight over a subpoena for Fusion GPS’s bank records.

People involved in the matter said that they would not disclose the dollar amounts paid to FusionGPS, but said that the campaign and the DNC shared the cost.

Steele previously worked in Russia for British intelligence. The dossier is a compilation of reports he prepared for Fusion. The dossier alleged that the Russian government collected compromising information about Trump and the Kremlin was engaged in an active effort to assist his campaign for president.

U.S. intelligence agencies later released a public assessment which asserted that Russia intervened in the 2016 election to aid Trump. The FBI has been investigating whether any Trump associates helped the Russians in that effort.

Trump has adamantly denied the allegations in the dossier and has dismissed the FBI probe as a witch hunt.

Fusion GPS’s work researching Trump began during the Republican presidential primaries, when the GOP donor paid for the firm to investigate the real estate tycoon’s background.

Fusion GPS did not start off looking at Trump’s Russia ties, but quickly realized that those relationships were extensive, according to the people familiar with the matter.

When the Republican donor stopped paying for the research, Elias, acting on behalf of the Clinton campaign and the DNC, agreed to pay for the work to continue.

The Democrats paid for research, including by Fusion GPS, because of concerns that little was known about Trump and his business interests, according to the people familiar with the matter.

These people said that it is standard practice for political campaigns to use law firms to hire outside researchers to ensure their work is protected by attorney-client and work-product privileges.

The Clinton campaign paid Perkins Coie $5.6 million in legal fees from June 2015 to December 2016, according to campaign finance records, and the DNC paid the firm $3.6 million in “legal and compliance consulting’’ since Nov. 2015 — though it’s impossible to tell from the filings how much of that work was for other legal matters and how much of it related to Fusion GPS.

At no point, these people said, did the Clinton campaign or the DNC direct Steele’s activities. They described him as a Fusion GPS subcontractor.

Some of Steele’s allegations began circulating in Washington in the summer of 2016 as the FBI launched its counterintelligence investigation into possible connections between Trump associates and the Kremlin. Around that time, Steele shared some of his findings with the FBI.

After the election, the FBI agreed to pay Steele to continue gathering intelligence about Trump and Russia, but the bureau pulled out of the arrangement after Steele was publicly identified in news reports.

The dossier was published by BuzzFeed News in January. Fusion GPS has said in court filings that it did not give BuzzFeed the document.

Officials have said that the FBI has confirmed some of the information in the dossier. Other details, including the most sensational accusations, have yet to be verified and may never be.

Current and former U.S. intelligence officials said that Steele was respected by the FBI and the State Department for earlier work he performed on a global corruption probe.

In early January, then-FBI Director James B. Comey presented a two-page summary of Steele’s dossier to President Barack Obama and President-elect Trump.

In May, Trump fired Comey, which led to the appointment of Robert S. Mueller III as special counsel investigating the Trump-Russia matter.

Congressional Republicans have tried to force Fusion GPS to identify the Democrat or group behind Steele’s work, but the firm has said that it would not do so, citing confidentiality agreements with its clients.

Last week, Fusion GPS executives invoked their constitutional right not to answer questions from the House Intelligence Committee. The firm’s founder, Glenn Simpson, had previously given a 10-hour interview to the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Over objections from Democrats, the Republican leader of the House Intelligence Committee, Rep. Devin Nunes (Calif.), subpoenaed Fusion GPS’s bank records to try to identify the mystery client.

Fusion GPS has been fighting the release of its bank records. A judge on Tuesday extended a deadline for Fusion GPS’s bank to respond to the subpoena until Friday while the company attempts to negotiate a resolution with Nunes.

President Trump’s Life is in Danger

By: Cliff Kincaid

In the Mel Gibson film “Edge of Darkness,” a mysterious consultant to a group of conspirators says, in regard to covering their tracks for a series of murders, “…make it so convoluted that anyone can have a theory, but no one’s got the facts.” Many theories have been offered about the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, but the truth is not hard to find. The communists killed Kennedy. And they have the ideological motivation to kill President Trump.

During a year in which Russian interference in the American political process is considered a hot topic, one might think that the communist role in the assassination of an American president would be examined in detail, and that the progeny of the groups which motivated Lee Harvey Oswald to kill JFK would be scrutinized and even banned as criminal organizations. But that’s hard to do when we have the example of John Brennan, who would serve as President Obama’s CIA director, admitting that he voted for the Communist Party USA (CPUSA) ticket when he was in college in 1976. That was 13 years after Oswald shot Kennedy and was arrested in Dallas, saying, “Yes, I want attorney Abt.” John Abt was the longtime chief counsel for the CPUSA.

The Russian Role

President Trump has indicated that he will facilitate the release of new documents in the JFK assassination case. That’s a good thing. But he was the candidate who falsely linked the father of Senator Ted Cruz to Lee Harvey Oswald and JFK’s murder. Trump’s associate, marijuana aficionado Roger Stone, is the author of a book that makes the equally outlandish claim that LBJ had JFK murdered.

Trump should review the hard evidence that the Russian regime and Vladimir Putin’s comrades were ultimately responsible for murdering President Kennedy. It may lead to an understanding of how the “old” Soviet terrorism networks of the 1980s have remained in effect and have played a role in the growth of radical Islamic terrorism threatening the United States and Europe.  He may also come to an understanding that the communists who murdered Kennedy are alive and well on the streets of America and could soon turn their attention to him.

On Tuesday, a fanatic  by the name of  Ryan Clayton of a group called “Americans Take Action” entered the Capitol and got close enough to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and President Trump to throw Russian flags at them as they arrived for a Republican Senate Policy Luncheon.

How did he get so close to the president? Will there even be an inquiry?

This was a serious and ominous breakdown in security for President Trump. Some law enforcement officials were seen in the video of the incident simply walking on by as the anti-Trump zealot threw his Russian flags and shouted “treason.”

Consider the fact that communists who are still inspired by the Soviet Union are holding a November 5 event titled, “The Russian Revolution: 100 years and still shaking the world,” in Washington, D.C. and featuring Brian Becker, a member of the “central committee” of the Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL). Becker is also a host on a radio station in Washington, D.C. controlled by the Russian government through a propaganda front called Sputnik International.

When I paid $100.00 to attend and cover the ANSWER Coalition’s “People’s Congress of Resistance” in September at Howard University, it was “BBecker” from a group called “Justice First” who informed me that they were refunding my money and I couldn’t attend. I was told they didn’t want me to “disrupt the meeting,” a spurious charge designed to conceal what was really going on. Brian Becker, co-director of ANSWER Coalition and co-founder of the PSL, was one of the speakers at the event.

Official literature disclosed that other speakers included representatives of anti-police and pro-North Korea organizations and an official of the embassy of Venezuela.

During his U.N. address, Trump had said, “The problem in Venezuela is not that socialism has been poorly implemented, but that socialism has been faithfully implemented.  From the Soviet Union to Cuba to Venezuela, wherever true socialism or communism has been adopted, it has delivered anguish and devastation and failure.  Those who preach the tenets of these discredited ideologies only contribute to the continued suffering of the people who live under these cruel systems.”

Such comments have made Trump into a target for the communists, just like JFK was.

The number of communist groups active in the U.S. has multiplied, with the Revolutionary Communist Party, a Maoist group, threatening revolution on November 4.  Its founder, Bob Avakian, was an associate of communist Weather Underground terrorists Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, who helped launch Obama’s political career.

While these are said to be on the fringe, please note that James Hodgkinson, who opened fire on a group of Republican members of Congress in June, was a “Bolshevik Bernie” Sanders supporter who declared he wanted to “terminate” Trump and the Republicans.  Incredibly, West Point has just graduated a cadet who declares “communism will win” and has proclaimed himself a member of the Democratic Socialists of America.

Judging by what we see on the streets on America, in the violence of Antifa and the “Refuse Fascism” crowd, there are many more like James Hodgkinson or even Lee Harvey Oswald out there, some of them products of the “Marxist Madrassas” known as colleges and universities. In the case of the West Point grad, they already have military training and skills, including rifle marksmanship.

How many more like him are there in the military academies?

Blood on Their Hands

Communist organizations still operate in the United States because of clever lawyers who insist their criminal activities are somehow protected under the law and the Constitution. In this context, one of the most interesting connections Oswald had to communism was his request after being arrested for CPUSA attorney John Abt. The communist lawyer admits in his book, Advocate and Activist, that Oswald had written to the CPUSA for information and how to join, and that CPUSA official Arnold Johnson had “sent a reply of no consequence, enclosing some promotional brochures.” After the JFK assassination, Abt said he urged Johnson and another party official, Gus Hall, to “inform the FBI about the letter from Oswald,” because the CPUSA was an “innocent” party in the affair. He said, “We never again heard from the FBI on the matter.”

Of course, Oswald never needed a lawyer. Jack Ruby, who killed Oswald, is believed by Ion Mihai Pacepa, the highest ranking intelligence official ever to defect from the Soviet bloc, to have been a Cuban agent whose assignment was to keep Oswald from talking. Pacepa, the former Romanian intelligence chief, wrote a booklet on the Kennedy assassination documenting that Oswald was recruited by the KGB when he was a U.S. Marine stationed in Japan and that, after defecting to the Soviet Union, he came back to America three years later for the express purpose of killing Kennedy. Even though the Soviets, for their own reasons, subsequently tried “to turn Oswald off,” Oswald went ahead with the plan and was already “programmed to kill” by the communists.

Kenneth J. Dillon, a former Foreign Service officer and intelligence analyst, writes that “Given Oswald’s aggressive mentality [he had tried to kill right-wing General Edwin A. Walker] and track record (well known to the KGB), it would have required very little for the KGB to insert into his mind the suggestion that he should assassinate Kennedy. Indeed, virulent communist hate propaganda during Oswald’s years in the Soviet Union might have instilled in his impressionable brain the need to take action, as the occasion presented itself, against those like the American president who thwarted the progress of communism.”

The evidence is overwhelming that he came into contact with communist operatives in the United States, where he became a disciple of Marxist groups like the CPUSA, the Fair Play for Cuba Committee, and the Socialist Workers Party. William J. Murray writes in his book, My Life Without God, that his mother, atheist Madalyn Murray O’Hair, was a communist who was ordered to report to an office of the Fair Play for Cuba Committee and destroy any references in the files to Oswald’s involvement with the group.

The CPUSA is a political entity once funded and directed by Moscow which has just sent some of its young members to Vladimir Putin’s communist World Festival of Youth and Students in Russia. The event was designed, in part, to “honor the 100th anniversary of the great October Revolution.” These young Marxists will return to the U.S. to do Moscow’s bidding,

It seems like communism hasn’t died after all, and that Putin, the Russian President and former KGB officer, has a soft spot for the days of Red Russia.

Terminating Anti-Communist Democrats

The communists killed Kennedy because he was determined to stop communism’s advance around the world. Former CIA officer Brian Latell’s book, Castro’s Secrets, includes the additional revelation from a high-ranking Cuban defector that communist dictator Fidel Castro, who had recommended a Soviet first strike nuclear attack on the U.S., had foreknowledge of a Soviet plot to kill JFK. This establishes beyond any doubt  that there was a communist plot to kill Kennedy and that Oswald carried it out.

JFK’s brother Robert, who had worked for anti-communist Senator Joe McCarthy, was killed by a Palestinian Marxist, Sirhan Sirhan, in 1968.

Interestingly, in his book, Advocate and Activist, CPUSA attorney John Abt writes openly about the CPUSA in the American political system, saying its role “was to push the Democratic Party to the left.” Abt notes that the two CPUSA members elected to Congress, Johnny Bernard from Minnesota and Hugh DeLacy from Washington State, were elected as Democrats. DeLay had close personal relations with Leon Panetta, the former leftist Congressman who became Obama’s Secretary of Defense and CIA director.

Over time, the Democratic Party abandoned its anti-communism, and various members of its Progressive Caucus openly embraced Castro. In 2008 and again in 2012, the CPUSA openly backed Barack Hussein Obama for president. CPUSA insiders knew that Obama had been groomed for his career by a suspected Soviet espionage agent by the name of Frank Marshall Davis. In effect, the Russians had captured the U.S. presidency.

The list of favors to the Russians is a long one. Obama and his Secretary of State Hillary Clinton carried forward a variety of pro-Russian policies, ranging from the Uranium One deal to the New START Treaty cutting America’s nuclear arsenal.

Hence, the “Trump is a Russian agent” investigation launched by Obama and carried forward by Russia-gate Special Counsel Robert Mueller is a complete diversion. What the Russians have done is mount a disinformation operation to protect their agents of influence in the Obama Administration and the Democratic Party. That’s where the treason can be found.

We saw this kind of misdirection before in regard to the JFK assassination. Former communist spy chief Pacepa notes that the Soviets tried to mask their connection to Oswald through a sophisticated disinformation and propaganda campaign called “Dragon Operation.”  They spawned such bizarre conspiracies as that JFK was murdered by LBJ, his vice-president, or the CIA, or right-wingers in Dallas.

At the same time, the Soviets dispatched a Soviet “defector” by the name of Yuri Nosenko to the U.S. after the assassination. Among other things, he told the CIA that Lee Harvey Oswald was not a Soviet agent. Eventually, the CIA accepted his fantastic claims, with then-CIA director Michael Hayden giving Nosenko a ceremonial flag and official letter of thanks before his death in 2008.

As a result, the Russians have never been held responsible for this monstrous crime.

Reagan Understood the Russians

President Ronald Reagan certainly understood what had happened. As noted by Professor Paul Kengor, Reagan blamed the communists for JFK’s murder, noting “…a president was murdered by one who renounced his American citizenship to embrace the godless philosophy of communism, and it was communist violence he brought to our land. The shattering sound of his shots were still ringing in our ears when a policy decision was made to play down his communist attachment lest we provoke the Soviet Union.”

Former FBI agent Herman Bly in his book, Communism, the Cold War, and the FBI Connection, says that the possibility of a nuclear war, coming so soon after the Cuban missile crisis, is why the communist connection to Russia and Cuba was played down. Bly, who reviewed secret documents on the Kennedy assassination, writes, “…I believe the heads of the FBI, CIA, and President Johnson wanted the Oswald case brought to a conclusion as fast as possible as they did not want another crisis with the Soviet Union so soon after the Cuban missile crisis.”

In this context, it is noteworthy that Kengor’s new book, A Pope and a President: John Paul II, Ronald Reagan, and the Extraordinary Untold Story of the 20th Century, confirms another horrendous crime of the communists — that the Soviets were behind the May 13, 1981, attempted assassination of Pope John Paul II.  Kengor says that Reagan’s CIA director Bill Casey confirmed this fact in an investigation he commissioned outside of the official CIA “establishment,” which resisted finding the Russians responsible.

The evidence shows that the Russians have not only interfered in our political process, but are responsible for the murder of an American president, the attempted murder of a pope, and the installation of President Obama.

But nobody wants to talk about that.

To rectify this situation, my group America’s Survival is holding a November 10 Washington, D.C. conference on Russia-gate, focusing on the evidence that Barack Obama is the real Russian agent. One of the presenters, filmmaker Joel Gilbert, promises some new information about what he calls Obama’s “real father,” the CPUSA operative and suspected Soviet espionage agent Frank Marshal Davis. Gilbert says, “Both Frank Marshall Davis and Barack Obama made it a lifelong passion to undermine the United States at home and abroad. Like father like son.”

It’s another bizarre twist in a story that remains largely untold by the fake news media.

I’d taken this photograph a week ago and posted it on Facebook to share with my friends accompanied by a short but thoughtful text.

“I noticed that fall decided to make an appearance here in Buffalo, Texas. This tree is on our property and should be glorious to behold as the rest of it chimes in.”

Interestingly, the lesson presented by Brother Young in the Priesthood hour this past Sunday focused on the meaning of the word ‘behold’ and immediately I remembered having used that word to express my appreciation for an event that had yet come to fruition.

During the lesson my mind drifted to the scriptural account of Jesus on the cross and the words, “Behold thy mother”.  Had I missed the intended meaning of this simple command?

I went back and read a talk given by Thomas S. Monson in General Conference of 1998,  Behold Thy Mother , where he explained an important link between God, the Creator of all, and mothers who fill a similar role.

“As we truly listen to that gentle command and with gladness obey its intent, gone forever will be the vast legions of “mothers forgotten.” Everywhere present will be “mothers remembered,” “mothers blessed,” and “mothers loved”; and, as in the beginning, God will once again survey the workmanship of His own hand and be led to say, “It is very good.”

May each of us treasure this truth: One cannot forget mother and remember God. One cannot remember mother and forget God. Why?  Because these two sacred persons, God and mother, partners in creation, in love, in sacrifice, in service, are as one.”

Behold…  Do we see the beauty all around us and consider it as a gift… really?  When we contemplate the efforts and sacrifice of others who make our lives a little better can we appreciate, really appreciate all that is done, all that will yet be done for our benefit?  That and so much more is included in that simple word, behold.

#SPLCExposed: Shared Goals of Antifa and the Southern Poverty Law Center

“We’ve always believed it’s important to take on groups like the FRC [Family Research Council] that have a foothold in the mainstream. In many ways, they’re more dangerous to our country than hatemongers who wear robes and hoods.” – Richard Cohen, President, Southern Poverty Law Center, October 19, 2017

Antifa and the highly discredited Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) have something in common. They both exist to silence viewpoints they deem unacceptable. Not only does the SPLC leave out Antifa and Communist groups from their so-called “Hate Map,” they use the violent Antifa collective “It’s Going Down” as a source.

As. a. source.

As reported previously at TrevorLoudon.com, a promotional video linked in the “About” section of the “It’s Going Down” website claims that the group is “…creating a material force which can seize territory.” Let that sink in.

Is seizing territory hateful? Evidently not. Watch the promo video used by the SPLC source “It’s Going Down.”
