Israeli Defense Minister Lieberman: ‘We Hit Nearly All The Iranian Infrastructure In Syria’

By: Terresa Monroe-Hamilton

The war between Israel and Iran seems to have begun and the U.S. is strongly standing by the Israelis, thanks to President Trump. Just a day after Trump announced we were pulling out of the catastrophic Iran deal, Iranian Al-Quds forces based in Syria reportedly launched rockets at Israeli forces in the Golan Heights. Israel responded with its most extensive military operation in years and what the IDF described as its largest strike against Iranian targets.

Israel’s unprecedented Thursday counter-strike on Iranian infrastructure in Syria, following the Islamic Republic’s own brazen rocket attack on Israeli military positions, brought the war-making capabilities of both Middle Eastern countries into stark relief as already simmering tensions begin to reach a boil. The pre-dawn barrage flattened Iranian military compounds, intelligence facilities and munition warehouses in Syrian territory.

Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman said at a security conference that Israel had launched a counter-attack against Iran’s Al-Quds forces that took out “nearly all” of Iran’s military infrastructure in Syria. They hit just about every facility after Iran launched 20 rockets at Northern Israeli military installations. It was an epic smack down. “We hit nearly all the Iranian infrastructure in Syria,” Lieberman told the conference, AFP reports. “I hope we’ve finished this episode and everyone understood.” I doubt that, but what isn’t in doubt is that Israel will preemptively fight back with all they have.

Thanks to communists such as Obama, Clinton, Kerry and Power, Iran now has a straight path through Syria to try and encircle Israel. Yesterday was a preview of Israel’s tremendous military presence and response. The strike followed what Israel reports were 20 of either Fajr or Grad rockets fired by Al-Quds forces at Israeli forces in the Golan Heights around midnight. The IDF says that four of the rockets were intercepted by Israel’s anti-missile system; the other rockets failed to hit their intended targets and no Israelis were wounded. Good news all around.

Iran, during the Syrian conflict, has been trying to secure a steady land corridor from its border to the Mediterranean to help Hezbollah – a terror group it backs in Lebanon – and Syrian dictator Bashar Assad. Iran has also stationed increasing numbers of its Revolutionary Guard unit in Syria to bolster its aims. “The use of the corridor is probably intended above all for the movement of troops to Syria to further assist in stabilizing the Assad regime,” it said. “However, at a later stage, or in parallel, the corridor can strengthen Hezbollah’s capabilities against Israel – and perhaps those of other Shiite militias currently stationed in Syria – and thereby intensify Iranian deterrence and the threat to Israel.”

It added: “The delay in operating the corridor is likely due not only to the continued fighting in some of the areas, but also to the Iranians’ fear of attacks on convoys by the United States and/or Israel, as well as by Sunni elements, the Islamic State, and organizations opposed to Assad.”

“If confirmed, the incident would be the first time Iran had sought to directly attack Israeli-controlled territory aside from an alleged attempted drone attack in February,” AFP notes. It undoubtedly won’t be the last. I say bring it and Trump will find a way to help Israel regardless of Congress. This fight is long overdue and I hope they wipe the mullahs off the face of the earth. No apocalypse for you boys and your Mahdi can go know himself.

In response, the Israeli military says it struck around 70 military targets overnight, a raid the IDF described as its largest assault on Iranian targets and the force’s biggest operation in years. According to a monitor, 23 enemy fighters were killed as a result of the strikes, while the IDF reports that all of the Israeli aircraft returned safely. I call that sweet and righteous revenge.

The bombardment led to immediate calls for restraint from Russia, France, Germany and Britain, while the United States put the blame squarely on Iran and stressed Israel’s right to “self-defense.” Germany and Britain joined the United States in denouncing the rocket fire they also said came from Iran, while France reiterated its “unwavering support for Israel’s security.” In a rare, if not unprecedented move for an Arab country, Bahrain backed Israel’s right to “defend itself” after the strikes.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Iran had “crossed a red line” and that the resulting bombardment “was a consequence.” And Netanyahu does not bluff. He keeps his word. Iran has made no comment other than to claim they have no installations in Syria, which is a bald faced lie as usual. “We know that comes from the Al-Quds force,” army spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Jonathan Conricus said, referring to the special forces unit affiliated with Iran’s elite Revolutionary Guard.

As I understand it, Netanyahu had traveled to Russia and warned Putin something like this was coming and to get his people out of the way. A warning to Netanyahu… do not put your faith in Putin and Russia. They are your enemy. They are actively aiding Syria and Iran and will turn on you like a rabid dog.

“We don’t want an escalation, but won’t let anyone attack us or build an infrastructure to attack us in the future,” Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman said Thursday, calling it “a new phase” in their longtime rivalry. If the tensions between Jerusalem and Tehran lead to even greater armed conflict, however, Israel is ready to go toe-to-toe with Iran. “I say again — whoever hurts us we will hurt him 7 times more, and whoever is getting ready to hurt us — we will hurt them first,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Thursday in a video statement. “That is what we did and we will continue to do.”

Scouts Have Lost Their Moral Compass

By: T.F. Stern | Self-Educated American

At one time the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) had my support; but that was before they lost their moral compass or sold it in order to please the politically correct leftists.  Perhaps that compass is on a back shelf at the local pawn shop next to a copy of the Boy Scout Manual, the one containing their Oath.

Scout Oath. On my honor I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; to help other people at all times; to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight. (emphasis added)

Many years ago, back when I was an assistant Scout Master, I enjoyed helping the boys learn how to use a compass and map.  There’s a merit badge for it, Orienteering.  I’d go out the day before our meeting and hide the Prize, something the boys would have to find by use of directions on a map and orienting that map to their surroundings via a compass.

These kids were sharp and figured out the basics in short order.  It taught skills that might come in handy; say, perhaps if they ever went camping in the wilderness or entered military service.

I stopped supporting the BSA quite a while back, when they caved on their moral principles and accepted homosexual adults into their ranks.  That’s when I stopped writing the BSA organization my yearly financial contribution.  I couldn’t support an organization that flagrantly violated their own Oath.  (I’ll have to write a separate article about why I quit supporting the Republican Party)

As reported in the Huffington Post …

“The Boy Scouts of America voted Monday (July 27, 2015) to lift a long-established ban on gay adults  as employees and volunteers within the organization.

The BSA’s full executive board voted 45 to 12 in favor of the change, effective immediately. The vote came after the National Executive Committee unanimously approved a resolution earlier this month stating that “no adult applicant for registration as an employee or non-unit-serving volunteer, who otherwise meets the requirements of the Boy Scouts of America, may be denied registration on the basis of sexual orientation.’”

I continue to support the local Troop, the one that comes by four or five times a year on specific holidays to plant the American Flag at the edge of my yard.  They even added the Texas Flag for those occasions when it’s appropriate.  This service cost me $40.00 which helps fund various activities and the money stays at the local level rather than going to the national organization.

I’ve been reprimanded, about the only way to describe it, reprimanded by some for not being accepting, holding out my arms outstretched in love and fellowshipping Christian fashion for those who’ve only wanted to be part of the Boy Scouts and contribute their skills; but because they’ve got the stigma of being a homosexual, a pervert and threat to young boys they could never be adult leaders to these young men.

My response is, No.  Christian standards instruct followers to love the sinner while avoiding the sin.  It does not include accepting the sin as if it were no different than righteous activity.  Our society has undergone an interesting adjustment that mistakenly removes distinction of unacceptable behavior from common sense discernment.  We are not all one big happy family doing what Jesus would have us do.

For this reason it is important that our young people be protected from the ways of the world, those who would have us believe there is no difference between right and wrong.  The Scouting program fell into a trap and rather than fight for the right they’ve decided it’s easier to get along.

There may have been a threat of litigation, something the left uses to persuade folks to see things their way…or else!  How long can you afford to fight for your conservative cause in the courts, a never-ending system with built in appeals to the next higher court, many of which have activist judges?

It really doesn’t matter how the BSA came to their decision; maybe they actually agree that having homosexual adults in charge of little boys, and don’t forget the little girls now, that’s a good idea. Either way, they’ve decided to follow the path of least resistance.  Little boys and girls along with homosexual adults will fill the ranks of Scouting; but at what cost?

In one of the Indiana Jones movies, the one where an ancient knight was left to guard the Holy Grail, he observed the power-hungry fool who drank from the ornate golden chalice and immediately paid the consequences.  The remark left the old knight’s lips, “He chose poorly”, stating quietly what we all knew to begin with.

There’s another line that comes to mind from the movie Shooter, where a corrupted government shadow organization tied to a U.S. Senator goes about murdering anyone who gets in their way.  One of it’s leaders was called to sit in on an investigation by the head of the Department of Justice as they discovered evidence of genocide in a small African nation, all carried out to obtain the right of way for an oil pipeline.

After exposing the shadow group for what and who they were, the arrogant shadow leader got up and began to leave telling them it was out of their legal jurisdiction and control; but prior to exiting the room the department head rebuked him, “Your moral compass is so…(altering the exact quote without offending)…your moral compass is so messed up…(substitute the more familiar crude expression)…so messed up I doubt you can find your way across the parking lot.

I’d have to say the same for the BSA, they too have chosen poorly and might have difficulty running an Orienteering Course, that is if it involved crossing a parking lot.

Katie Hopkins – Dear Michigan. Please Look to London. We are Your Future. And It is Not Pretty! – Register ASAP for Free Webinar May 19th

Dear Michigan:

Are the nine million residents of Michigan on the same road to Sharia-dominance as the nine million residents of London? Will Michigan set the trend for America?

If you import enough people who will vote for you, you can become Mayor. That’s the lesson the U.K. has learned from its Muslim Mayor Sadiq Khan, who has lost control of crime in the capital, but is still able to find the time to ban ads featuring women in bikinis on the subway, and yet approve ads for Allah and Ramadan on our London buses.

In our capital, 4 people have been shot in the last 24 hours, the youngest of whom was just 13.

And it looks as if Michigan voters could be sleepwalking into the same future for themselves. Michigan could be the first state to elect a Sharia-compliant Muslim Governor. Indeed, Abdul El-Sayed would be the United States’ first. But I can tell you from experience, he is the way-finder, and he will be followed by legion more.

Do not become the U.K. Do not fall as we have fallen.
