Spoken like a true communist. Former CIA Director John Brennan went on Bill Maher’s show, “Real Time with Bill Maher,” to whine about President Trump revoking his security clearance. But it’s what he promoted that is so concerning here. Violent revolution in the streets… something he’s done before. He’s claiming that the political climate under President Trump in America is only going to get worse and more divisive. It’s not Trump doing that. It’s the radical left and media that are guilty of dividing America and bringing us to the verge of civil war.

And if they somehow succeed in removing Trump from office through impeachment (which they won’t), it would be viewed as a soft coup and there definitely would be a civil war at that point. Even Michael Hayden, the former director of the National Security Agency (NSA), gets it: “If President Trump is somehow forced to leave office before the end of his first term, one-third of America will believe it was a soft coup conducted by people, well frankly like everybody here at the table would be their view,” Hayden said. “I think the only way we move beyond this in any way that’s healthy for our democracy is we vote,” the Obama-era intelligence official added. Maybe he should tell Brennan that.

“Fundamentally, though, what he’s doing to this country, he’s dividing us… He’s dividing Americans,” Brennan said of Trump during an appearance on HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher.” “So I’m really concerned that as he continues to play to his base, he’s further dividing us, and I’m really concerned about whether this could spill over into the streets,” he said. Actually, I’m of the opinion that is what he’s hoping for deep down in his black heart of hearts.

President Trump did not revoke Brennan’s security clearance out of vindictiveness or pettiness. He did it because Brennan is a national security threat and is profiting off TV shows and using his status to push a biased political agenda that is harming this nation. Brennan is suing over his clearance being retracted… let him. Trump has executive privilege to do so and legally there is nothing Brennan can do about it. The White House released a statement on Aug. 15 slamming Brennan, citing “lying and recent conduct, characterized by increasingly frenzied commentary” and his engagement in “highly partisan positions.” Tell me how that is not factual and correct in every respect here.

Brennan was the CIA director under Barack Obama from 2013 to 2017. That says it all. He was also directly involved and probably at the forefront of the intelligence community assessment stating Russia meddled in the 2016 election. He has screamed that Trump is guilty of Russian collusion from the beginning even though there is not a shred of evidence to prove it. In fact, he’s done all he can to set Trump up so it appears he is guilty and it still hasn’t worked.

“Treasonous is defined as a betrayal of trust as well as aiding and abetting the enemy, so that was the word that came to mind… This was an opportunity for Donald Trump to fulfill his responsibilities, to say, ‘Russia, cut this out, don’t do it again, and if you do it again, you’re going to pay a cost,’” Brennan said Friday. That’s an attempt to walk back calling President Trump a traitor. It’s not working. Treason is defined under Article 3, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution: “Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.” That seems pretty clear to me and Trump is not guilty of that. Brennan knows that and doesn’t care.

Deadline Hollywood reported: “He’s taken a page out of the playbook of autocrats and authoritarians around the world,” Brennan said, “who try to co-opt the judiciary, who try to delegitimize the free press, who try to use intelligence and security services to go after their rivals.” I think he has Trump confused with Obama. The press has delegitimized themselves by acting as communist propagandists. Trump is appointing and nominating conservative judges just as Obama appointed and nominated liberal ones. As far as the intelligence and security services, they are going after Trump, not his rivals. What a laughable, lying statement.

Maher, of course, introduced Brennan as a true American patriot. Snort. You are kidding, right? More from the leftistsphere:

“I am angry because we have somebody in the Oval Office who has really denigrated the office of the Presidency,” said Brennan, Maher’s top-of-show one-on-one guest. “But more than anything I’m worried – because now we are in a crisis.”

When Maher asked whether Brennan agrees that the Trump presidency poses the third greatest crisis in American history – following the Revolution and the Civil War and before the Great Depression – Brennan said he does.

“And I think it’s going to get worse before it gets better,” Brennan said. “Because don’t forget, Donald Trump has the authority of the President of the United States in his hands in terms of what he can do domestically as well as what he can do internationally to try to distract attention, whether he’s going to pursue some kind of foreign adventure, military or otherwise.”

Again, this is what Obama did far more than Trump. And if Trump does anything like that, it will be for the right reasons not communist ones. Brennan had the nerve to blame Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) for being “the one that put this idea in Donald Trump’s head,” even though, according to Brennan, “Rand Paul has never served on the intelligence committee. He knows not of what he speaks, but yet he has this impression that I’m ‘monetizing’ security clearances, so he continues to spout out on these issues.” But Paul recognizes a turncoat when he sees one and he certainly does know what he’s talking about in this instance.

Brennan’s timing is not coincidental here. With former longtime Trump attorney Michael Cohen and his former campaign chairman Paul Mannafort both being found guilty this week, the left smells blood in the water and feels that they can finally, brazenly go after impeaching Trump. I hate to break it to the communists, but it won’t work. I agree with Alan Dershowitz that Trump has not violated campaign funding laws. No more so than Bill Clinton did when he paid out $850,000 to Paula Jones to walk away and keep silent. You notice that the left had no problem with that years ago, they only have one now that a Republican is accused of doing the same thing.

“Since John McCain has left the hill, the Republican spines have left with him, and there needs to be some reckoning within the Republican Party that we can’t allow this to go on,” Brennan said. McCain is not a true Republican in my opinion. He’s a moderate at best and a progressive at worst. He might as well be a Democrat because he acts like one. Those with a spine are standing with Trump and I’m sure that horrifies Brennan.

“I surely hope that those adults and those people in the White House and in the Cabinet and in the Congress are going to recognize that they need to act before there’s a real disaster.” You mean before the communist Democrats and Antifa bring bloodshed to our streets? Too late for that. This blood is on Brennan’s and the left’s hands. The way to head off a real disaster here is to turn out in droves and vote Republican.
