Living and Dying in Bill Gates’ Fish Bowl

By: Cliff Kincaid

As the virus takes its toll, those of us still in good health and with the ability to think clearly have the duty to explain to our fellow citizens what is really going on. We are living in a global experiment in which “health experts” such as Bill Gates, previously known for software development, have decided to treat us as specimens in a giant fishbowl for study and observation. Many of us will get sick. Many won’t survive.

Gates, co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the recipient of an academic award from Chinese communist authorities, has emerged in recent weeks as an “expert” on coronavirus when just a few months ago the media were starting to pay attention to his sleazy involvement with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Even the New York Times was on to the story, digging up photos of Gates and Epstein at his mansion. One of Epstein’s associates had been placed at the Gates Foundation.

Epstein was among a group of global elites who shared an atheist belief that scientific advances could help them live forever artificially. It’s not exactly clear what Epstein, Gates, and others were contemplating. But Gates’ relationship began after Epstein was convicted of sex crimes.

More recently, Gates has emerged as a Trump critic and big backer of the U.N.’s World Health Organization. But to almost everyone except those blinded by their hatred of President Trump, it is becoming painfully obvious that both Red China and the World Health Organization (WHO) are implicated in what John West, executive director of the Asian Century Institute, calls “the greatest disaster and blunder the world has seen since the Second World War” – the release of the coronavirus and attempts to cover-up its lethal nature and killing potential.

The use of the term “blunder” assumes the virus leaked out of China, or a lab, by accident. That’s not necessarily the case. In any event, West writes that, “The COVID 19 crisis has highlighted the bankruptcy of China’s authoritarian governance which not only greatly facilitates cover-ups and fake narratives, but in that process evidently puts the health of the world’s population at risk.” He suggests pursuing the Australian government proposal for an independent international inquiry “on the origin and handling of the COVID 19 crisis, including the role of the WHO…”

While there is some merit to this idea, what is also required is a serious examination of those in the global elite class who have made it possible for China to conduct human biological experiments that threaten our humanity and survival.  As I recently noted in a column titled, “A Frankenstein Monster Devouring the World,” the Human Genome Project opened the door to a Communist Frankenstein project of human genetic modification and manipulation when a Chinese scientist went public in November 2018 with the news that he had created the world’s first genetically-altered babies. The Chinese authorities were not prepared for this public admission at that time and sent the scientist to prison for speaking out of turn.

As we know, there was a Nazi Germany government plan to eliminate its “unfit” members and create a master race. Between 1939 and 1945 the Nazis systemically murdered as many as two hundred thousand mentally ill or handicapped people. These were, of course, a small part of the Nazi “race purification” campaign that eventually took the lives of six million Jews.

The Chinese Reds are the new Nazis, deciding what constitutes “life unworthy of life.” This may sound harsh, but the fact is that they can easily spare millions of their own people while millions more will also die around the world. We are seeing the impact all around us, as millions get sick or die and an economic depression has taken root as power-hungry local and state governments take control of our personal lives.

As the entire world suffers as a result of China’s malfeasance, this actually appears on the website of the Bill Gates Foundation office in China: “We are working to support China as it takes on a more active international role, leveraging its policy, experience, resources, and know-how in health and development for the benefit of the world’s poorest, especially those living in the Sub-Saharan African region.”

The U.N.’s World Health Organization, which originally claimed the virus was harmless to humans, says 3.3 million people in Africa could die from COVID-19, and 1.2 billion could become infected.

Despite what has become painfully obvious to observers such as John West and many others, Gates remains in China’s cheering section. The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed the world on February 20 that President Xi Jinping wrote a letter in reply to Bill Gates, “thanking him and the Foundation for their support for China’s fight against the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and calling for enhanced international coordination and concerted efforts against the outbreak.”

This was in response to the Gates Foundation on January 27 committing $5 million in “emergency funding to support China’s fight against COVID-19,” and later pledging up to $100 million for China. The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, “In his recent letter to President Xi, Bill Gates commended the Chinese government and people for the strong epidemic response and expressed firm support to China in prevailing over the outbreak.”

This is simply incredible, even criminal. China releases the virus, covers it up, and then claims it is under control, which it wasn’t. How is this supposed to be praiseworthy or exemplary?

The virus eliminates people through suffering and death, while the Gates China office previously was working with the U.N. to cut back on the number of people in Africa actually being born. The Gates Foundation invested in Levoplant, a three-year contraceptive implant made up of hormone-releasing silicon rods that are inserted under the skin. The rods are manufactured by Shanghai Dahua Pharmaceutical Co. and the device quickly got preliminary approval from the WHO. Side effects include changes in menstrual bleeding, headaches, dizziness, nervousness, weight gain, nausea, vaginal discharge, lower abdominal pain, cervical inflammation, itching of the external genitals, and breast tenderness.

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) has introduced Levoplant throughout Africa, offering it free of charge. According to one doctor, there is a pressing “need to control the country’s increasing population due to scarce resources and non-existent social services.” In other words, rather than encourage people through free enterprise to develop their own resources and take care of themselves, and to develop responsible governments, it’s better that they weren’t born in the first place.

This is the U.N. agenda – population control and reduction. It has come to America.

One gets the impression from the global elites that they believe that there are just too many of us and that we are getting in the way of their plans by exercising our rights.

Indeed, another global elitist, Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook, has announced that Americans who use the social media platform to organize protests in favor of reopening their businesses, thereby violating government guidelines, will be banned.

Our rights and our lives are at stake.

Americans Protest The Unconstitutional Stripping Of Liberties By Fascist Governors – They Are Shouting ‘No!’ To Tyranny

By: Terresa Monroe-Hamilton

Two people who identified themselves as healthcare workers at an area hospital stand in the crosswalk at 12th and Grant streets in Denver on Sunday, April 19, 2020, counter-protesting hundreds of people who gathered at the state Capitol to demand an end to Colorado’s stay-at-home order.

This will not end well if things don’t change and fast. And I don’t need to tell anyone that this is just plain nuts. People are being told in Washington they can’t fish, many states say you can’t gather in groups of more than ten, you can’t buy seeds to plant, church attendance is forbidden even in your car, governors are deeming certain businesses as essential and others that aren’t in an incoherent fashion, and whole state economies have been destroyed over COVID-19 which has fewer deaths than we see by the normal flu every year. That’s suicidally insane on a national level. Not to mention fascist – a number of these states are now using Chinese-made drones to enforce social distancing as well – 22 to be exact.

Americans aren’t going to stand for this much longer. The rage out there against mostly liberal governors is palpable. In my state of Nevada, thousands showed up in Las Vegas to protest this weekend and hundreds more were in Carson City. They collectively gave the middle finger to Governor Sisolak a Democrat. The mayor of Las Vegas, an Independent, called Sisolak’s handling of the crisis insane. There have been bigger protests in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, Minnesota, Texas, Indiana, North Carolina, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Vermont and Washington and more are set to come this week. A protest occurred today in western New York.

Americans were already going to re-elect Trump in a landslide because the best the left could offer was a senile Joe Biden. They have only made Trump’s re-election stronger and more certain here while guaranteeing that a bunch of leftist governors and mayors get the boot next time around for their fascist tendencies.

From The Daily Wire:

“Freedom over fear,” said one protester’s sign in Indiana. “Freedom is essential,” said another in Texas. “Shutdown the shutdown,” said a third in Maryland.

Thousands of angry residents surrounded the Michigan state capitol in Lansing last week, staying in their cars to adhere to the governor’s orders but blaring their horns as they shut down the city. The same things happened over the weekend at the Maryland capitol building in Annapolis, where the group Reopen Maryland says the shutdown has crushed small business.

At the capitol in Austin, Texas, protesters chanted “Let us work!” More than a million people have filed for unemployment in Texas since the coronavirus crisis began.

So far, the protests have been peaceful. But as things worsen, that may change. More than 22 million people have filed for unemployment benefits in the past four weeks, and the real numbers are likely far higher. The number of new jobless claims have been jumping by more than 5 million per week, which means if governors keep their states shut down until mid-June and the jobless rate remains the same, another 40 million people could be out of work.

That’s a lot of damage for a virus that, for most people, causes mild or moderate symptoms, a fever, and a cough that both go away in two to three weeks. In addition, the head of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says 25% of infected people might not have symptoms, but other experts say that 50% or more never get any symptoms. That means the virus is likely far more widespread than known, and many Americans may have already had it and didn’t know.

But either way, people are beginning to get fed up, and many are beginning to realize that the cure might be worse than the disease.

Trump has put forth a three-phase plan to reopen the economy which calls on the governors to move forward quickly. He’s putting the decision back in the governors’ laps which is brilliant. It puts their full disdain for the Constitution and the American people front and center. Among the guidelines for Trump’s “Opening Up America Again,” states are told they should not reopen until confirmed cases have gone down over a 14-day period. That means many states wouldn’t open until next month at the earliest. Personally, I don’t agree with that. I feel this has been way overblown and we should have opened yesterday.

The people are really ticked at these governors. At a protest in Minnesota, resort owner Bob Barton told Breitbart News, “I’m here because unless the governor lifts the stay-at-home order, in another 30 days, I’m out of business. I lose my home because we have a three-month season in which we make our living. … Me and hundreds of other resorts will go out of business this year.” That’s already happening here in Nevada. Sisolak shut down the casinos, hotels, and restaurants. Our economy has been devastated and Nevadans are on the verge of revolt here. Even the police in Vegas are belong laid off – so far, 154 of them are now unemployed.

And the fascism is getting worse by the day. Per The Daily Wire, in New Jersey, a woman was charged Friday with violating the emergency stay-at-home order for organizing a protest in Trenton. In North Carolina, the Raleigh Police Department arrested a person for violating the state’s stay-at-home orders, saying, “Protesting is a non-essential activity,” even though the First Amendment guarantees “the right of the people to peaceably to assemble.”

A couple of people dressed up as healthcare workers in Colorado and blocked protesters. They would not identify themselves and it’s questionable that they were who they said they were.

Health care workers stand in the street in counter-protest to hundreds of people who gathered at the State Capitol to…

Posted by Alyson McClaran on Sunday, April 19, 2020

Video of the confrontation shared on Twitter shows a woman holding a sign with the words “Land of the Free” yelling at one of the healthcare workers silently blocking her truck from passing.

Texas, Vermont, and Ohio are among those who are taking steps toward a gradual opening as President Trump pushes to reboot the economy and reopen by May 1st. Several states announced plans to coordinate their response with neighbors including California, Washington, and Oregon; and New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, and Rhode Island.

While socialist Joy Behar of The View calls protesters terrorists, they are anything but that. These are people who want to go back to work and feed their families. Note to the harpies at The View, keeping people at home that are sick is called a quarantine… keeping healthy, productive people at home under threat of fines and imprisonment is called tyranny.

One last example… Len Foxwell — chief of staff for Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot — last Monday on Facebook shared a link to an article about a group called “The Patriot Movement,” which called on people to defy coronavirus-related stay-at-home orders WJZ-TV reported. The station said Foxwell wrote the following on his post, which has since been taken down:

Let’s lure them into a big, big warehouse (we’ll call it something real classy to suit their refined sensibilities, like “America MAGA Platinum Palace”) with the promise of all the unfiltered Camels they can smoke, all the Salisbury steak and banana moonpies they can eat, washed down by all the Old Crow and Icehouse they can drink.

Plus, autographs from Scott Baio and pics with Tawny Kitean [sic], posing all sexy and everything on a sportscar, just like in that old Whitesnake video! Get them in, bar the door, and then let Darwin work his magic.

Nice huh? That shows utter contempt for most of America, for the President and for his supporters. Franchot is standing by this guy even after this as well. COVID-19 has done one thing really well in this country… it has exposed the left for the tyrants they really are. There will be a price to pay for it in more ways than one.

Update On My Husband’s Cancer Treatment – COVID-19

By: Terresa Monroe-Hamilton

An update is in order. Things suddenly went off the rails here when COVID-19 came into play. Garry had been set for two surgeries… one for the hernia around his ostomy and the other being the major surgery to finish the removal of the colo-rectal tumor that is now apparently dead. When the virus popped up, all elective surgeries here in Reno came to an end, postponing Garry’s two procedures for the near future.

Garry is still in remission as far as we know and other than the intermittent exhaustion that puts him in bed, he’s doing well and is in good spirits. He’s still on chemo every two weeks. After visiting with the cancer doc today just before chemo, it was decided that another PET scan will be done in June. At that time, instead of just reducing the chemo itself as they did last time, they will most likely either stop chemo or reduce the frequency of it. Garry will also at that point be talking about his surgeries again with the surgeon. All in all, it’s good news although the surgeries are the scary part here.

If you want to help Garry out, you can give at GoFundMe. You can donate here. You can also donate on PayPal. My email there is [email protected] or you can use the PayPal link on the upper right side of NoisyRoom.net to get there. If you would like to donate some other way, email me at [email protected] and I’ll send you instructions.

We are still facing the debt issue. We just lost a fight with Aetna on one bill that made no sense at all. But in the end, we will get through this. It’s a fight we will win in the end… we may be very broke, but Garry will win his fight against cancer and that is what matters.

Thank you for your ongoing prayers, well wishes and financial support. Now, more than ever, you are helping us beat this monster and we thank and love all of you for it.

British Labour Party Elects ‘Moderate’ Starmer as Leader—A Fabian Socialist

By: Trevor Loudon | The Epoch Times

Western politics has been pushed so far to the left that small “c” communists, such as former U.S. presidential candidate Bernie Sanders and former British Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn, are often labeled “socialists” or even “democratic socialists.”

Some slightly less obvious socialists, such as Democratic presidential contender Joe Biden, are somehow labeled “moderates.”

A case in point is new British Labour Party leader Keir Starmer, who is being sold as a “soft-left” sensible moderate—just what is needed to bring Labour back to the middle after the far-left adventurism of his predecessor, the ultra-left Corbyn. The truth is far different.

Starmer’s replacement of Corbyn wasn’t a victory for moderate Labour principles over socialism. It was a victory for Starmer’s slower and more insidious “Fabian” form of socialism over the more open (and completely unelectable) Corbyn brand of Marxism.

Starmer is a longtime member of the legendary Fabian Society. He serves on the society’s executive committee alongside Anneliese Dodds, who also serves in Starmer’s cabinet-in-waiting—as shadow chancellor of the Exchequer. In addition to Dodds, all the top positions in Starmer’s shadow cabinet went to Fabian comrades: Angela Rayner, deputy leader and chair of the Labour Party; Lisa Nandy, shadow foreign secretary; Nick Thomas-Symonds, shadow home secretary; and Rachel Reeves, shadow chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster.

Ed Miliband, a former Labour leader and now Starmer’s shadow secretary of state for business, energy, and industrial strategy, also has a long history of Fabian Society affiliation.

Nandy also stood for the Labour Party leadership against Starmer and Rebecca Long-Bailey from the Corbyn faction. One Fabian or another was almost certain to win.

While many students of socialist history know something of the Fabian Society’s early history, few realize it’s still an influential force in British, even global, politics.

According to the society’s website, the Fabians derive their name from the “Roman general Quintus Fabius, known as Cunctator from his strategy of delaying his attacks on the invading Carthaginians until the right moment.”

The first Fabian pamphlet carried the note:

“For the right moment you must wait, as Fabius did most patiently when warring against Hannibal, though many censured his delays; but when the time comes, you must strike hard, as Fabius did, or your waiting will be in vain, and fruitless.”

The Fabian Society began in 1884 and soon attracted some of the most prominent leftist thinkers and activists of the era to its ranks.

“The 1880s saw an upsurge in socialist activity in Britain and the Fabian Society was at the heart of much of it. Against the backdrop of the Match Girls’ strike and the 1889 London Dock strike, the landmark Fabian Essays was published, containing essays by George Bernard Shaw, Graham Walls, Sidney Webb, Sydney Olivier, and Annie Besant. All the contributors were united by their rejection of violent upheaval as a method of change, preferring to use the power of local government and trade unionism to transform society.”

Fabians would go on to found the London School of Economics to educate future leaders and the New Statesman magazine as a “respectable” transmission belt for socialist ideas.

The Fabians helped found the Labour Party in 1900 and have maintained their affiliation for 120 years.

As the Society website describes:

“In 1923, over twenty Fabians were elected to Parliament, with five Fabians in [Prime Minister] Ramsay MacDonald’s cabinet. Future prime minister and Fabian Clement Attlee received his first ministerial post at this time. … 229 Fabian Society members were elected to Parliament in the 1945 Labour landslide, with many of them ministers in the Attlee administration.”

The pattern has continued into modern times: “After Tony Blair’s landslide victory in 1997, over 200 Fabians sat in the House of Commons, including many of the cabinet.”

It’s believed that every British Labour prime minister, including Harold Wilson, Neil Kinnock, Tony Blair, and Gordon Brown, have been Fabian Society members.

The Fabians can claim rightful credit for almost all of the extensive British welfare state measures enacted in the 20th century. These policies didn’t just do huge damage to Britain. They were unfortunately emulated across much of the English-speaking world.

India’s first prime minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, was heavily influenced by Fabianism and almost wrecked his country’s economy attempting to implement it.

Lee Kuan Yew, the first prime minister of Singapore, was initially strongly influenced politically by the Fabian Society according to his memoirs. However, he later abandoned his socialist views after seeing the results. In 1993, Lee said:

“They [Fabian Socialists] were going to create a just society for the British workers—the beginning of a welfare state, cheap council housing, free medicine and dental treatment, free spectacles, generous unemployment benefits. Of course, for students from the colonies, like Singapore and Malaya, it was a great attraction as the alternative to communism. We did not see until the 1970s that that was the beginning of big problems contributing to the inevitable decline of the British economy.”

Fabian Beatrice Webb’s 1909 Minority Report to the Commission of the Poor Law provided the foundation stone for much of the modern British welfare state. After World War II, the Fabians, working through the Labour Party, ushered in a social revolution in the United Kingdom.

“The Labour manifesto Let Us Face the Future had been written by Fabian Michael Young and many of the pioneering reforms of the 1945 Labour government had been first developed in Fabian essays or pamphlets,” according to the Society website.

The post-World War II Beveridge Report laid the foundations for the National Health Service (socialized medicine) and other government programs that drove taxes through the roof and caused economic stagnation that lasted well into the 1970s. Many of the Beveridge Report’s ideas were drawn from Fabian William Robson’s essay “Social Security.”

Often, Fabianism overlapped with communism. Sidney and Beatrice Webb, for instance, were avid propagandists for Stalin and the Soviet Union. Their famous two-volume report, “Soviet Communism: A New Civilization?” was much quoted in the communist press.

In 1948, their Fabian Society comrade George Bernard Shaw said: “I am a communist, but not a member of the Communist Party. Stalin is a first-rate Fabian. I am one of the founders of Fabianism and as such very friendly to Russia.”

Starmer also has communist ties—but in his case, of the Trotskyist variety.

In 1986–87, Starmer served on the editorial collective of the Marxist journal, “Socialist Alternatives.” One founder of the publication, Benjamin Schoendorff (pen name Harry Curtis), says the group was “radical anti-imperialist ecosocialists.”

The publication was directly affiliated to a branch of the Trotskyist communist movement led by Egyptian-born Greek activist Michel Raptis aka Michel Pablo and his Paris-based International Revolutionary Marxist Tendency.

Pablo/Raptis was a major proponent of “entryism.” While leading the international Trotskyist formation the Fourth International (FI), Raptis urged his supporters to increase their minuscule influence through systematically infiltrating larger communist parties or “social democratic” formations.

Left-wing British blogger Andrew Coates, citing Wikipedia, put it this way:

“Michel Raptis, is best known for advocating this line, ‘To gain influence, win members and avoid becoming small sectarian cliques just talking to each other, the Trotskyists should — where possible — join, or in Trotskyist terminology enter, the mass Communist or Social Democratic (Labour) parties. This was known as entrism sui generis or long-term entry. It was understood by all that the FI would retain its political identity and its own press.’”

Raptis wrote several articles for Socialist Alternatives under his own name. Communist Party members from several countries contributed to the magazine—most of them likely Trotskyist infiltrators. One regular contributor, Denis Freney, had rejoined the Communist Party of Australia in 1970, after several years working in the revolutionary government of Algeria with Raptis.

Prominent British journalist Paul Mason is a regular speaker at Fabian Society conferences and a former member of the Trotskyist group Workers’ Power—which also practiced “entryism” inside the Labour Party.

In 2018, Mason created five short films for the Berlin-based Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung for their “200 Years of Marx Jubilee” celebration.

According to the organization’s website:

“Alienation, communism, revolution, exploitation and the future of machines are the topics of Marx theories Mason is exploring for showing how Marx, who Masons [sic] describes as the most influential thinker of the modern world, is still highly relevant.”

Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung is a German taxpayer-funded, wholly-owned subsidiary of the German political party Die Linke—which is a direct descendant of the former East German Communist Party.

Mason (a Corbyn supporter) agitated alongside Starmer in the 1980s. In January, Mason wrote a New Statesman column to defend his old comrade from charges that he’s not left-wing enough:

“You can criticize Starmer for many things. But you cannot say he is not left-wing. From the miners and print workers’ strikes onwards, even if you leave aside co-editing a Trotskyist front magazine in his 20s, Starmer has been of the humanist and socially-liberal left. As someone who stood in the way of the same mounted police charge as he did, at Wapping in 1986, I can tell you it didn’t feel very centrist at the time.”

Whether Starmer is simply a leading “garden variety” Fabian or a Trotskyist “entryist” inside the Fabian Society, he is and always has been a committed revolutionary.

Starmer is not “soft left” and he’s certainly no moderate. But he could, at some point, be the United Kingdom’s next prime minister.

Federalism and COVID-19 Recovery: Illegal Agreements Among the States?

By: Richard J. Wright | Gulag Bound

I’m no constitutional expert but Article 1, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution states:

3: No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.

Yet, governors on the West Coast, East Coast, and Midwest are saying they’re working together to coordinate the reopening of their states. It sure seems like this may be dancing around with this part of the constitution. What are these governors colluding on? And why? Are they colluding on how to soak the federal government for money related to the outbreak to try to repair the disastrous economies from before the outbreak?

Freedom of religion. Freedom of Assembly. Right to bear arms. All sorts of rights and constitutional principles are under assault at this time, why not one more? A few state legislatures are starting to get into the act but we’ve got a situation now where we have pretty much one branch of government in both the states and the nation. Save us! Save us! We’ll do anything you say!

Interesting times.

Federalism and COVID-19 Recovery: Constitutional Oversight and Regulation of Commerce in the Face of the Shutdown

By: Jason Brown | Gulag Bound

The US Constitution gave birth to a unique form of government, that of a constitutional republic. For the first time in the history of the world, a country’s founding document set out to restrict the actions and authority of the government rather than attempt to control the citizenry. I felt the need to write this article to explain the reason why Trump is declaring that he has executive authority to reopen the national economy.

First of all, during one of his task force briefings when questioned about this authority by the press, he said that he allowed the governors to implement restrictions for their state as they see fit to accommodate their own people during this so-called outbreak. The keyword here is “allowed”. He did this knowing that ultra-liberal governors would impose draconian limits on individual liberty and use the virus as an excuse to do it. He also knew that the more conservative governors would act appropriately while observing constitutional boundaries. He has exposed the dictatorial nature of those that thirst for god-like authority over the masses.

Yes, states have the sovereign right to regulate the intrastate commerce within their own border while interstate commerce is left to congress. However, when the governors decide to shut down businesses on a mass scale across the board this becomes an interstate commerce issue, because actions that shut down most of a state’s economy, the enormity of the situation created, has a much broader effect on the national economy, therefore affecting the country as a whole.

Interstate commerce is subject to congressional regulation, but in this case, there is no regulation needed, only the assurance that private businesses are allowed to be open and thrive. I ask that you refer to two specific cases to illustrate my point here; United States v. Darby, 312 U.S. 100 (1941) and Wickard v Filburn 317 US 111 (1942). Both of these cases are relevant because they dive deep into the subject of federal regulation of commerce. The shutdown that has taken place here is a violation of private citizens’ rights, therefor the state governments are violating the law. Congress makes law and the president sees to it that the laws are enforced, this includes constitutional laws. The president is only seeing to it that constitutional law is adhered to.

Now that he sees a window to reopen our once-thriving economy, he has declared that he can do this on his own executive authority. Trump is correct. Our God-given liberties that are acknowledged in the Bill of Rights, have a “hands-off” warning to the government and strictly prohibits infringement of these rights. This is our supreme law of the land, imposed on government, not the people.

By Trump reopening the economy, he is recognizing and protecting the rights of the people to assemble, attend church to worship God, and to own private property (small businesses), if he/she so chooses. This shutdown has taken these essential liberties away from Americans, and President Trump is seeing to it that these liberties remain, thus assuring that the law is executed as it should be. State sovereignty does not include violating one’s constitutional rights. During the course of last week’s briefings, President Trump was asked to reference the Constitution to justify this authority to reopen America.

Article II Section 3 states that the President “shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed.” President Trump is merely restoring the rights that have been taken away by overzealous, power-hungry state officials. The President is protecting the rule of law, and the lazy media should be ashamed for refusing to grab a copy on the Constitution and actually read it for once, instead of concocting another gotcha question to throw at the President.

Something Congress Can Do To Actually Help Our Country

By: Frank Salvato

“We want to add more money there…it is very urgent though that we support our — our police and fire, our health care workers, our nurses, our teachers…that’s what the state and local government is about, is meeting the needs of the coronavirus. And everything that we’re doing is about the coronavirus, understand that.” – Nancy Pelosi (P-CA) speaking on the stalled negotiations to return more tax dollars to small businesses.

We all have to take that with a gigantic grain of salt. After all, Ms. Pelosi and her coven of Progressive opportunists packed the last pandemic stimulus package with:

  • $75 million for the National Endowment for the Humanities
  • $75 million for the National Endowment for the Arts
  • $100 million from developing broadband connections in rural areas
  • $50 million to generic legal services
  • $250 million to the IRS for extending the April 15th deadline to file tax returns
  • $60.8 million to clean toilets in our forest preserves (how much does bleach cost?)
  • $25 million for the Kennedy Center
  • $14.25 billion to colleges and universities
  • $13 million specifically allocated to Howard University
  • $7 million specifically allocated to Gallaudet University
  • $75 million for PBS
  • $10 million for the US Senate
  • $25 million to the US House
  • $608 million related to State Dept. programs focusing on coronavirus response for other nations
  • $1.018 billion bailout to Amtrak under the guise of a coronavirus response

And let’s remember, that’s just the federal government spendthrifting our tax dollars. The Federal Reserve has already injected over $10 trillion – trillion – into the financial sector in an attempt to stabilize those knee-jerk opportunists (listen to a very disturbing podcast here).

So, with the negotiations stalled on re-engaging the act of actually helping small businesses instead of loading the federal government’s feed trough for the usual suspects, how about trying something different?

How about crafting legislation, to sunset after the “all clear” is given on this COVID-19 event, that would give the President the line-item veto as an emergency measure? Congress would still control the purse strings but it would allow the President to pare down the tax dollars spent if he deemed it wasteful spending.

As a contingency, Democrats would always be able to complain to their sycophantic media that he was shortchanging someone or some program, and they could play it out in the media before the November elections. They love doing that anyway, i.e. Klobuchar insisting that Joe Biden has already been investigated on the sexual assault claims leveled against him by a former staffer because the New York Times wrote an article about it.

With the initial small business stimulus package being ravaged by hedge funds, brokerage houses, and mid-sized law firms, we need to give flexibility to people in Washington who want to look out for the average American, not continue the plundering of the connected class.

If popular fears prevail and small businesses close on a massive level our nation will experience an economic crisis that will make the Great Depression look like a tropical vacation. What better way for the Progressives to usher in Socialism disguised as benevolence.
