America’s “Days of Rage”: The Extensive Left-Wing Bombings & Domestic Terrorism of the 1970s As the summer of 2020 dawned, left-wing radical groups began rioting and taking over parts of America’s cities. While this specific form of left-wing violence is new, left-wing violence itself is far from new in the United States. Indeed, one of the most hidden and concealed parts of recent American history is the extensive left-wing violence that began in the late 1960s and continued into the 1980s.

At first, one might think that these were isolated incidents of small-scale “protest” or even minor violence. However, upon even a brief examination, we find out that the outpouring of leftist violence over this time period was anything but minor. The most likely explanation for why you have never heard of this until now is that the events of these years have been consciously buried by those who would prefer that you not know about them.

As the left once again ratchets up both its rhetoric and its physical violence, it’s time to re-explore this period of American history. What started as a non-violent student movement quickly escalated into a campaign of terrorism against the American people. And while the similarities may not be terribly striking yet, astute readers of this article will quickly see the world in which we live more and more closely resembling the Days of Rage.

The Days of Rage

The Days of Rage were in fact a short and discrete period of time – three days of demonstrations that took place on October 8 through 11, 1969. Throughout this article, we will discuss events that took place both before and after the Days of Rage but consider this period a sort of “coming out” party for the Weathermen, also known as the Weather Underground.

The Weathermen started out as a faction within Students for a Democratic Society. Without getting too much into the weeds, much of what happens during this period of leftist terrorism in the United States has its genesis in a faction fight between the Weathermen, who controlled the national SDS organization, and the rest of their faction (known as the Revolutionary Youth Movement II or RYM II), who was in opposition to the more classically Maoist Worker Student Alliance.

Tensions ran high because the stakes were high – nothing less than total control of the largest student radical organization in America and all of the spoils that came along with that. Many within the Weathermen faction of RYM II believed that they were fighting literal fascism coming to America in the form of President Richard Nixon.

Sound familiar yet? It’s about to sound a lot more so.

On October 6, 1969, a statue memorializing a police officer killed during the 1886 Haymarket riots was blown up. No one ever figured out who committed this act of iconoclasm, but the tangible effect of the act of political terrorism was the final isolation of the Weather Underground from the rest of the SDS.

The Weathermen then shifted their activity to the Days of Rage, a protest rally with the slogans “Bring The War Home!” Many wielded lead pipes and were clad in football helmets, ready for a confrontation with the police.

Turnout was disappointing. The Weathermen expected a massive turnout, but only got about 800, who stared down 2,000 Chicago police likely itching for another fight after the 1968 Democratic Convention. By the first night, about 500 had deserted the protest, with about half of the remaining 300 being Weathermen from around the country.

Abbie Hoffman and John Froines, two members of the Chicago Seven, showed up but declined to speak and left. The remaining hardcore of Weathermen and their supporters shifted the goalposts to simply fighting the police as constituting victory.

At 10:25 p.m., Jeff Jones, one of the leaders of the Weathermen, gave the signal and chaos erupted. The crowd moved through the city, smashing windows of ordinary cars and middle-class homes throughout Chicago, as well as small businesses such as barbershops.

The next day, October 9, a “Women’s Militia” comprised of about 70 female Weathermen planned to attack a draft board office, but were prevented from doing so by the Chicago Police Department. The governor called up 2,500 National Guard members to protect Chicago, and protests for later in the day were canceled. The Black Panther Party’s local leadership attempted to distance themselves from the Weathermen, describing the group as “anarchistic, opportunistic, adventuristic, and Custeristic.”

The next day was the last day of the Days of Rage proper, centered around a march of 2,000 through a Spanish-speaking area of Chicago. The next day, October 11, the Weathermen attempted to reignite the protests but were quickly sealed off by Chicago’s finest. Approximately half of the crowd were arrested in 15 minutes.

It was after the events of the Days of Rage that the Weathermen became the Weather Underground and began moving underground as the name would imply. At a meeting known as the Flint War Council, which was attended by Barack Obama advisor William Ayers, taking place between December 27 and 31, 1969, the Weathermen dissolved their version of SDS, changed their name to the Weather Underground and declared that they would engage in guerilla warfare against the United States government.

Before continuing with the laundry list of terrorist actions carried out by the Weather Underground, it is worth briefly explaining their ideology. The Weather Underground was not a classically Marxist nor, strictly speaking, a Maoist group. Their cues came more from the American New Left. Thus, much like the radicals creating chaos in American cities in the 2020s, they were far more focused on opposition to the American state, “white privilege” and “white supremacy” than they were in creating bonds across the working class.

In this regard, they differed both from the Maoism of the Progressive Labor Party (made up of former members of the Communist Party, USA, who supported Mao against Kruschev and thus had very real ties to the American labor movement) and the so-called “New Communist Movement” (comprised of younger student activists sympathetic toward Maoism and Third Worldism, but without organic ties to the existing Communist left and the labor movement). They did not, as some other groups in both Maoism proper and the New Communist Movement did, seek either ties with the American working class (which they largely considered “bought off by imperialism”) or the official sanction of Beijing (a long-term goal of both Maoists and New Communists).

There are three important takeaways from all of this inside baseball:

The Weather Underground considered the American government to be fascist.
They believed that American military and civil government institutions should be treated in an identical manner to how the Viet Cong would treat the American military.
The American working class, in particular the white American working class, was considered apathetic and useless at best, but generally more considered an active opponent of revolution – thoroughly reactionary and thus, the enemy.

The Weathermen After the Days of Rage

In the first year after the Flint War Council, the Weather Underground engaged in a series of over a dozen bombings or attempted bombings throughout the United States. While supporters of the Weather Underground generally attempt to downplay the significance of the bombings, the group attacked courthouses, the New York Police Headquarters, the Pentagon and the headquarters of the National Guard. Additionally, police found multiple bomb factories designed to aid the guerilla efforts of the group. While 1970 was a highwater year for the group, there were other years of increased activity and the Weather Underground did not disband until 1977.

There were dozens of terrorist attacks carried out in the years between 1970 and 1977. It would be impossible to talk about them all in detail without writing an entire book on the subject. However, some of them are worth pulling out from the pack to discuss individually:

New York City Arson Attacks: The home of New York Supreme Court Justice John M. Murtagh was attacked with Molotov cocktails. Judge Murtagh was the presiding judge of pretrial hearings for 21 Black Panthers accused of planning a bombing campaign against the city. There were additional attacks against Columbia University’s International Law Library, Army and Navy recruiting booths, and a parked police car in the city.
Timothy Leary Jailbreak: Acting as hired mercenaries for The Brotherhood of Eternal Love, a psychedelic drug distribution enterprise, the Weather Underground broke Timothy Leary out of jail for $20,000.
The United States Capitol Bombing: On March 1, 1971, the Weather Underground detonated a bomb at the United States Capitol.
Pentagon Bombing: On March 19, 1972, the Weather Underground blew up the women’s bathroom of the Air Force wing of the Pentagon in commemoration of Ho Chi Minh’s birthday and in retaliation for the bombing of Hanoi.

In October 1973, the federal government dropped most of the charges against the Weather Underground because new restrictions on electronic surveillance (without a court order handed down from the Supreme Court) meant that the charges likely would not stick. Black Liberation Army

The Black Liberation Army was formed in 1970, by members of the Black Panther Party who operated as members of both groups concurrently. Between 1970 and 1976, the group was involved in over 70 acts of violence, including the murders of 13 police officers. Some of their attacks included:

The bombing of the funeral of police officer Harold Hamilton.
The hijacking of Delta Air Lines Flight 841.
The robbery of a Brinks truck in 1981.

May 19th Communist Organization

The May 19th Communist Organization was a reorganized version of the Weather Underground that emerged after the latter began to fall apart. It included members of the Black Liberation Army, the Black Panthers and the Republic of New Afrika, as well as the Weather Underground.

The M19CO was more classically Marxist-Leninist, but no less eager to engage in terrorism. They broke Assata Shakur, convicted of the murder of a state trooper, out of prison, and spirited her to Cuba. They were also involved in the robbery of a Brinks truck in 1981, along with the Black Liberation Army, as well as several bombings, including those of the National War College, the United States Senate, the Washington Navy Yard Computer Center, the South African consulate and the Policemen’s Benevolent Association.

Symbionese Liberation Army

Most people know of the Symbionese Liberation Army, if at all, as the group who kidnapped and brainwashed Patty Hearst. Beyond this, they are an excellent example of how a small, but committed cadre of left-wing activists can wreak havoc far and beyond their numbers, which never exceeded 22.

Their first major action was the assassination of Oakland, CA superintendent of schools Marcus Foster and badly wounding his deputy Robert Blackburn. The pair were attacked with cyanide-packed hollow point rounds as they left a school committee meeting. Foster, the first black superintendent of schools in Oakland, was assassinated because the SLA believed he was going to introduce identity cards in the school system, which they considered “fascist” and which he, in fact, opposed.

Their most famous action was the kidnapping of Hearst publishing heiress Patty Hearst in 1974. She was held by the group for 19 months before she was apprehended by authorities. At first, the SLA demanded the release of Foster’s assassins, but when this proved impossible, they demanded the Hearst family distribute $70 worth of food to every needy person in California. The Hearst family took out a loan to do so, which would have cost $400 million, but the operation descended into chaos and the SLA refused to free her. The group sometimes restricted Hearst to a dark closet for weeks at a time. She was raped both by leader Donald DeFreeze (“Cinque”) and Willie Wolfe (“Kahjoh”).

When recovered, Hearst had an IQ of 112, as compared to 130 before her abduction. She chain-smoked, had a flattened affect, and had trouble remembering significant parts of her pre-SLA life. She weighed 87 pounds when apprehended.

The group committed a number of bank robberies both before and after Hearst’s kidnapping.

The Lost History of American Leftist Terrorism

Most Americans have never heard of these acts of terrorism from leftist groups that were so numerous throughout the 1970s. But this is a prime example of “those who don’t learn from history are doomed to repeat it.” The urban unrest, which has rocked America in the early 2020s, is nothing new. The 1960s saw both race riots and left-wing terrorist groups looking to exploit animosity between racial groups in America.

The question is what are we going to do about it? The answer so far from our elected officials is “not much.” If leftist terrorist cells were willing to go this far when they had active opposition from the government and corporate figures alike, what are they going to do when confronted with apathy or encouragement from elected officials and the business sector?

The answer remains to be seen, but will certainly be some variant of “nothing good.”

Joan (JS): Linda…when did you have the blazing insight that what you were witnessing in the politics of American leftists were not sincere efforts to improve the system, but rather elaborate hoaxes designed to destroy our country?

Linda (LG): From 2017 to 2019––I wrote a number of articles in response to current events. At about the third article, I realized that there was a consistent pattern of leftist political policies that were presented as altruistic, but in reality were deceitful, tactical, political strategies deliberately designed to collapse––to destroy––America from within.

JS: Indeed, your book spells out the quite astounding number of 50 Humanitarian Hoaxes! And quite courageously, you identify the culprits you believe are responsible for this malevolent con job on America. LG: Yes, there are many perpetrators of this stealth attack––and malevolence describes its destructiveness. But the Huckster-in-Chief is Barack Hussein Obama who, from his first appearance on the national and international stage, proclaimed his intention to ”fundamentally transform America.” Of course, most Americans had no idea that Obama’s goal was to replace our constitutional republic with socialism. We are witnessing the extraordinary success of his seditious plan today.

As I explain in my book, it takes ideology and money to fundamentally transform America. Obama’s anti-American, pro-Muslim, Marxist ideology is taught through Common Core in schools across America. The Black Lives Matter and Antifa so-called protestors who are rampaging through our country today, toppling historical statues and proclaiming their goal to destroy our Constitutional Republic, are actually graduates of our own public school system. They are acting with the incitement of Obama’s resistance group, Organizing for Action (OFA), as well as with the collusion of the globalist media, the collaboration of the RINOs and corrupt radical leftist Democrats in Congress, and the cooperation of Democrat mayors and governors––all of them financed courtesy of their globalist handlers.

JS: And you elaborate in your book what their end game is.

LG: Yes, for these Marxists, the end game of socialism is communism. But for the globalists who finance their mayhem, the end game of socialism is the new world order––a one-world government ruled by the globalist elite themselves, of course! BLM and Antifa are simply useful idiots. Their supporters are low-information individuals who have no clue that the globalists bankrolling this global anarchy and social chaos fully intend to impose a one-world government through the auspices of the United Nations.

JS: In your book, you also describe how both corporate sponsors and businesses support radical groups like BLM and Antifa.

LG: Yes––follow the money. It’s always about following the money. The corporate sponsors of BLM and Antifa, et al, know exactly what the plan is. The 279 globalist companies currently supporting BLM, for instance, manufacture their goods with cheap labor in China. President Trump put the hurt on China with his devastating tariffs and it is a financial nightmare for these globalist companies. They want to get rid of Trump and go back to business as usual with a guy like Biden—a corrupt Democrat tool of the globalists and communist Chinese.

JS: The whole notion of a hoax is something that fools both the American and the international public. What ingredients do you believe went into fooling such a massive number of people when it came to electing an inexperienced community organizer to the presidency of the U.S.?

LG: After WWII it was obvious to the entire world that America could not be defeated militarily. But our enemies did not go quietly into the night. They regrouped and revised their tactical attack plan as an insidious Culture War designed to collapse America from within. They targeted the three supporting pillars of American society––Family, Faith, and Flag. They pitted American capitalism vs socialism, American individualism vs socialist collectivism, American freedom vs cradle-to-grave dependency on government. And then they groomed the perfect candidate, Barack Obama, to do their bidding.

JS: You’ve written in-depth about the two main weapons in the Culture War.

LG: Yes. They are: (1) psychological regression and (2) disinformation. Radical leftist Democrats routinely engage in political correctness, moral relativism, and historical revisionism, all basic operating principles of the disinformation campaign. Children do not question what they are told––and neither do psychologically regressed, propagandized leftist liberals, who happen to be chronological adults. They really are Regressives, not Progressives. You can see this every day when perfectly normal-looking people embody the Humanitarian Hoax behaviors described in my book. They are emotional children disguised as adults.

JS: Which of the 50 humanitarian hoaxes you’ve written about is most relevant in today’s society?

LG: The Humanitarian Hoax of Eternal Childhood. It explains in explicit detail the crippling effect of pressuring a society toward regression and dependence rather than emotional maturity and independence. Again, we see this today in the young people, who have been dumbed down in America’s public schools, willingly taking money to “protest” a system they are ignorant of. Watch them being interviewed—it’s a national embarrassment!

JS: To tantalize our readers, please explain briefly the following Humanitarian Hoaxes (HH):

LG: Diversity is presented as leftist tolerance, inclusiveness, and compassion. In reality, there is NO diversity of opinion tolerated by the Left. Leftist diversity is presented as altruism but designed to eliminate freedom of thought and freedom of speech.

Man-made Climate Change is presented as the most serious challenge facing humanity. The leftist narrative claims all efforts must be directed at saving the planet from global warming or we will all perish in 12 years. In reality, climate-change hysteria is the United Nations’ political scheme to transfer the wealth of productive industrialized nations (especially the U.S.) to non-industrialized, non-productive nations. It is globalized socialism.

Gun Control is presented as an effort to reduce gun violence in society. In reality, gun control is the effort to eliminate the Second Amendment and disarm the public, something our Founding Fathers were determined to avoid.

Community Organizing is presented as the altruistic effort to end poverty. In reality, community organizing is the Cloward-Piven strategy to overload the welfare system and collapse the U.S. economy.

The Muslim Brotherhood presents itself as a civil rights organization advocating peace and tolerance. In reality, the Brotherhood’s mission is to subjugate host populations in North America and replace host religions and cultures with Islam and Sharia law.

Planned Parenthood presents itself as the ultimate healthcare provider to an underserved population and a provider of sex-education to schools. In reality, Planned Parenthood is an active participant in the Culture War on America, attempting to promote gender confusion, promiscuous sex, and unrestricted abortion-on-demand.

JS: The readers you’ve inspired over the past several years want to know what’s next?

LG: Of course I will continue to write political analysis for adults. My focus, however, is on America’s children. It is essential that American children are taught critical-thinking skills again. My personal contribution to that effort is my children’s picture-book series, Mimi’s Strategies. Nationally, the Department of Education must be completely overhauled in both form and content. If one more generation of American children is indoctrinated with anti-American propaganda touting the wonders of collectivism, when these mal-informed kids turn 18 and vote for socialism we will lose the country––a revolution without bullets!

JS: In less than three months, we will vote in perhaps the most consequential presidential election in American history. In terms of today’s tumultuous politics––a president dealing with an unprecedented pandemic and severely injured economy, his rival clearly dealing with clinical cognitive impairment, a radical leftist media not even pretending to be objective, and a push for mail-in voting which is notorious for massive voter fraud––what is your gut instinct about the upcoming presidential election on November 3, 2020?

LG: I remain optimistic, Joan. I wrote The Book of Humanitarian Hoaxes in advance of the 2020 presidential election to make sure voters know WHAT they are voting for, not just WHO they are voting for. This is no small thing. This election is between Trump’s Americanism and Biden’s globalism.

The radical leftist Democrat Party has an anti-American, socialist agenda that seeks to weaken America. They have ignored WHAT President Trump has accomplished to strengthen America and, instead, engaged in four-years of character assassination and false accusations to destroy Trump and his America-first agenda.

President Donald Trump is the existential enemy of globalism. His proud and unapologetic America-first policies are the intractable obstacle to Obama’s insidious plan to transform America into socialism—the stepping stone to globalism’s one-world government. The Democrats have shown they will lie, cheat, and try to steal the election to defeat Trump and bury the serious and indictable crimes the Obama regime has committed.

However, I just don’t think Americans are buying what the Democrats are selling. I believe Trump will be reelected in a landslide.

China’s Claim that COVID-19 is Naturally-Occurring Remains Unproven

Scientific results are no less subject to misunderstanding or even political misuse than any other type of information.

At present, there is no more politically charged topic than the origin of the coronavirus pandemic, the outcome of which could have profound global strategic and economic consequences.

Clearly, it is in the geopolitical interest of the Chinese Communist Party to deflect responsibility for the pandemic by promoting the narrative, both in the scientific literature and the media, that COVID-19 is just another naturally-occurring disease, in which the virus transmits naturally from animals to humans.

That effort has been advanced by China’s refusal to fully disclose the information it possesses and by conducting a politically-motivated scientific misinformation campaign, facilitated by some Western scientists with a vested interest in the outcome coupled to an uninformed and biased media.

In addition, it is understandable — given the traditional trust in the objectivity and altruism of science — for people to not easily accept the determination that a highly infectious and deadly virus was man-made and released from a laboratory.

Nevertheless, now more than ever, we must strive to ascertain the true origin of the pandemic by carefully examining the veracity of the conclusions drawn from scientific data, precisely because the stakes are so high.

Admittedly, I am not a fan of phylogenetic or bioinformatic studies because they are often embedded with quantum leaps in logic and missing explanations.

The new scientific publication about the origin of SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus responsible for the COVID-19 pandemic, entitled “Evolutionary origins of the SARS-CoV-2 sarbecovirus lineage responsible for the COVID-19 pandemic,” is no exception.

Its conclusions, despite any perceived analytical elegance, should be carefully scrutinized.

It would be a mistake to assume that the results presented in the new study support the claim that SARS-CoV-2 was a naturally-occurring “jump” from animals to humans.

The only conclusions that can be reasonably drawn are that SARS-CoV-2 arose from coronaviruses circulating in bat populations, a notion already widely-accepted, and that SARS-CoV-2 and RaTG13, the bat coronavirus identified as its closest relative, share a “sister lineage,” whatever that means, practically speaking.

The authors state that bat coronavirus populations are “largely spatially structured according to provinces,” which makes it difficult to understand how RaTG13, found in Yunnan Province, could have emerged as SARS-CoV-2 in Wuhan, Hubei Province, nearly a thousand miles away from Yunnan.

The authors also do not explain how SARS-CoV-2 could have obtained a receptor-binding domain structure, which is closest to that of pangolins (scaly anteaters), not bats, and simultaneously evolved a furin polybasic cleavage site that exists in none of the closely-related bat or pangolin coronaviruses.

Magically, the inexplicable origin of those unique structures found in SARS-CoV-2, which contribute to its unusual infectivity and pathogenicity, are attributed to unidentified genetic recombinations with yet “unsampled virus lineages circulating in horseshoe bats.”

That is, after more than eight months and hundreds of studies, no one is near to identifying the naturally-occurring source of SARS-CoV-2.

In contrast, the presence of those unique and deadly SARS-CoV-2 structures and its apparent “pre-adaptation” for human infection can be more easily explained by China’s use of artificial genetic manipulation.

Pray, Petition, and Prod Trump-Pence to Reset the War on COVID-19, to Actually Win

They have called it a war, but if so, they are leaving the war strategy against COVID-19 to the confusion of corrupt generals and those field warriors attempting to save lives despite them. At best it is like Gen. McClellan holding up the Grants, Shermans, and Custers, in the Civil War; that was also devious Democrat vs. patriots. At worst, it may be worse than the scheme involving Gen. Benedict Arnold in the American Revolution.

On their watch, that is in the administration of Pres. Trump, and in the Coronavirus Task Force VP Pence directs, catastrophic obstruction has been wrought and profound efforts made in harmful directions, to the enormous potential gains of those seeking global technocratic profiteering and power. Meanwhile, tens of thousands of American civilians are unnecessarily killed. We need a greatly revised and well-articulated war plan. Frankly, we need justice.

Pres. Trump receives lots of cheerleading of various kinds; that’s great. He is also favored with a great deal of prayer, significantly more important; please make it much more. But in social media, for instance, I for one don’t see very much petitioning. Many times, many politicians need to be faced up by the People with reality outside the office and the beltway. Trump and Pence are no exceptions.

In the interest of succinctness and sequence, here is how I put it on Facebook, on the evening of 7/30, pardon the self quoting.

Please join me in intercessory prayer, that Pres. Trump and VP Pence move beyond merely getting the FDA to keep the use of HCQ cocktail preventatives and treatments for COVID-19 from being federally shut down.

They need to aggressively reset policy to give Americans the true top guidelines, suggestions, and support, in order to beat this disease and not subject us to genetically altering vaccine experiments. There is no pandemic where we have safe and effective prevention and treatment engaged.

And there is much more to this than even the tens of thousands of additional lives at stake, as well as those already unnecessarily killed. Much hinges on U.S. policy being reset, immediately, including investigations.

A significant face-up has just occurred by Frontline Doctors, with assistance from Teaparty Patriots (remember the Tea Party?). Their D.C. pressers have raised a great deal of awareness and the Marxofascist censoring of their massively observed communications has brought yet more. The Monday conference also brought a Tuesday audience with Pence and one assistant. On Wednesday, FDA Director Stephen Hahn qualified the June rescinding of FDA authorization for emergency hydroxychloroquine use with a declaration into the breeze that, it’s all “a decision between a doctor and a patient.” Trump spoke again of the use of HCQ treatments, saying “Many doctors think it’s extremely good and some don’t; I think it’s become very political.” Taking it just that far wasn’t all that governmental of you though, Mr. President.

This is not just about the attempts of Democrats to make Trump look bad so they can win an election. That is only one step, along with mass vaccination experimentation and much more. Time to heed what Frontline Doctor Simone Gold plead, in the Tuesday presser, “Let’s all tweet the president. Demand hydroxychloroquine…” (Monday and Tuesday presser videos on this Globe & Malevolence page, a bit out of order, Monday AM, Tuesday, Monday PM.) Let’s make phone calls to the White House. Let’s press the president and vice president, too. Letters still carry weight. Let’s do all those people-power things… as the death toll rises.

Clearly, our Gen. McClellan, Anthony Fauci had a big clue of what should have been done early on, since, in 2005, he suggested chloroquine to the world, to fight the coronavirus threat of that time. What had to be done is what still has to be done. The federal government must set harder, authorized, and suggested guidelines for:

protecting those who are most vulnerable (rather than effectively murdering them, by sending disease carriers into nursing homes, as numerous Democrat governors have done)
treating with the best available remedy [which at present seems to be hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), plus zinc, plus azithromycin]
use of HCQ plus zinc as prophylaxis, as Pres. Trump has personally done and as countless physicians and nurses do
ostensibly, the use of inhaled Budesonide, the popular asthma medicine, at the very earliest signs of a reaction in the direction of SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) since a Dr. Richard Bartlett apparently knows what he is doing
the use of classic inoculations, from the blood of those with antibodies

God bless you, feds, feel free to add further actually positive measures to the list, rather than, say, torture-murder by high-pressure ventilation, as has apparently been a common cause of many deaths in Cuomo and de Blasio’s New York City (I would much rather take the World Trade Center ride if somehow I had to choose)

Pres. Trump seems to be ducking behind misapplied principles of federalism and deference to a few alleged experts, especially those from prior administrations, such as the NIH’s Francis Collins, NIAID’s Anthony Fauci, and Deborah Birx, and CDC’s Robert Redfield. As with most holdovers from the globalist administrations, they have had years and years to be steeped in influence and payola games. Is it not better to foment the intercommunication of physicians in the field and to establish guidelines by what they mutually find to be successful? That sounds more like America at war in a healthcare emergency. We were never to be a nation of (despotic) ministerial control; that is for communist and fascist nations, which means it’s for no one.

Let us use whatever means we can, to call our Commander in Chief to make aggressive adjustments. And let the Marxstream media, the devil, and the spirit of McClellan take the hindmost.

CIA Fought With FBI Over Unvetted Steele Dossier

Poor lil John, he is trying to write a book and wants access to some of his CIA files and notes. That request has been denied. His book titled: Undaunted: My Fight Against America’s Enemies, at Home and Abroad, slated for release in October may not have some citations or chapters in it because he has been denied access to classified material. President Trump said his security clearance was apparently never revoked. Hmmm.

Meanwhile, it appears the large share of the RussiaGate operation against Donald Trump is in fact owned by the FBI. There are some CIA operatives however that do need an explanation, beginning with Eric Ciaramella.

The FBI continued to rely on intelligence from Christopher Steele, the former British spy who alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, even after the CIA warned his allegations were “very unvetted,” according to newly declassified documents.

“We would have never included that report in a CIA-only assessment because the source was so indirect. And we made sure we indicated we didn’t use it in our analysis, and if it had been a CIA-only product we wouldn’t have included it at all,” the CIA’s deputy director of analysis told the Senate Intelligence Committee in an April 21 report.

The report, declassified on Tuesday, shows that the FBI successfully pushed to include Steele’s information in a January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) regarding Russian interference in the 2016 election after a “bitter argument” with the CIA.

While multiple claims by Steele have since been debunked by investigators, the bureau had also used Steele’s intelligence to surveil former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.

Then- FBI director James Comey and deputy director Andrew McCabe argued that Steele’s information was relevant to the question of Russian interference in the 2016 election and lobbied the CIA and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence to include Steele’s dossier in the January 7, 2017 ICA.

On Dec. 20, 2016, Comey had tried to include Steele’s information in the body of the ICA but John Brennan, then- CIA director, “pushed back,” saying he was “very concerned about polluting the ICA with this material.” The agency eventually agreed to add the information in a two-page annex to the ICA on Dec. 29, 2016.

An assistant director for an intelligence agency supported the annex’s information regarding Russia’s election-related efforts, but warned allegations of collusion involving members of the Trump campaign was uncorroborated, according to the report.

“I can tell you that there is no information coming from [redacted] sources that would corroborate any of that,” the official told the Senate panel, adding that Steele’s Trump-related information was “very unvetted.”

Brennan told the committee that someone in the British government had called him to clarify that they were not involved in creating the dossier.

“He wanted to make sure that I understood and that others in the senior officialdom of the U.S. government understood that that officer, Steele, had been a former [redacted] but had no current relationship with [redacted] and that dossier was not put together in any way with [redacted] support,” Brennan said. “So he wanted to make sure there was a separation there.”

An Interesting Arrest in Portland of a Militant Arsonist

The FBI and special agents of the U.S. Marshall service are not heard from at all when it comes to the daily assaults in Portland. Perhaps this one particular arrest will offer some hope for the work being done in Portland and many other cities around the country.

Portland Man Charged in May 29, 2020 Arson at Justice Center

PORTLAND, Ore.—U.S. Attorney Billy J. Williams announced today that Edward Thomas Schinzing, 32, has been charged by criminal complaint with using fire to maliciously damage or destroy the Justice Center in downtown Portland on May 29, 2020.

Multnomah County and the City of Portland own the Justice Center building located at 1120 SW 3rd Avenue in Portland. The facility houses the Multnomah County Detention Center jail and the Portland Police Bureau headquarters.

According to court documents, Schinzing was marching with a group of protestors when he arrived at the front of the Justice Center shortly before 11:00 p.m. on May 29, 2020. A few minutes later, several people broke windows near the northwest corner of the Justice Center where the Corrections Records Office is located. They subsequently entered the secured office through the broken windows.

Three civilian Multnomah County employees were working inside the Corrections Records Office at the time and fled for safety as the windows were broken. Based on a preliminary review of publicly-available videos from YouTube, Twitter, surveillance cameras, and still photos posted online, about 30 individuals entered the Justice Center through the broken windows. The individuals spray-painted portions of the office; damaged computer and other office equipment, furniture, and interior windows; and started fires.

Among those who entered the Justice Center, Schinzing was identified by a comparison with a jail booking photo and a distinctive tattoo of his last name across his upper back. Schinzing spread a fire that started near the front of the office by lighting additional papers on fire and moving them into a drawer of a separate cubicle.

At about 11:08 p.m., the building’s fire sprinkler system activated and extinguished the fires. At about the same time, law enforcement officers secured that portion of the Justice Center. The Multnomah County Detention Center housed approximately 289 inmates at the time.

Schinzing made his first appearance in federal court today before a U.S. Magistrate Judge and was ordered detained pending further court proceedings. Arson is punishable by up to 20 years in prison with a mandatory minimum sentence of 5 years.

This case is being jointly investigated by the FBI; Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF); U.S. Marshals Service; Portland Police Bureau; Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office; and Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office. It is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Oregon.

Criminal complaints are only accusations of a crime, and a defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

Willie Brown’s Mistress #HeelsUpHarris To Be Biden Heartbeat Away From WH?

At least it sure looks that way based on a since-pulled Politico story suggesting the California Senator was Biden’s soon-to-be-announced VP pick. Was the story wrong or simply premature? It was based on a photo of a notecard held by Biden on which it looked like talking points in favor of Harris were written down in anticipation of the questions Biden might get in announcing her:

Joe Biden was uncharacteristically tight-lipped on Tuesday about the final stretch of his search for a vice president. But the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee seemed prepared to talk about at least one leading contender: California Sen. Kamala Harris.

As he took questions from reporters on Tuesday, Biden held notes that were captured by an Associated Press photographer. Harris’ name was scrawled across the top, followed by five talking points.

“Do not hold grudges.” “Campaigned with me & Jill.” “Talented.” “Great help to campaign.” “Great respect for her.”

For a time it looked like Harris wasn’t even on the shortlist, consistently failing to make the top tier in the Democratic presidential primary debates, after being ignored in either another Biden brain cramp or a deliberate snub in which he called former Illinois Sen. Carol Moseley Braun the only African-American woman to serve in the Senate, and after a heated attack from Harris during a debate regarding Biden’s record on school busing:

The debate-stage skirmish was one of the seminal moments of the Democratic primary. Harris, who is Black, said Biden made “very hurtful” comments about his past work with segregationist senators before she slammed his opposition to busing as schools began to integrate.

“There was a little girl in California who was a part of the second class to integrate her public schools, and she was bused to school every day,” she said. “And that little girl was me.”

At the time, Biden called her comments “a mischaracterization of my position.”

A Biden pick of Harris would fulfill Biden’s identity-politics decision to pick a “woman of color” although Sen. Elizabeth Warren, the fake Cherokee Indian, could also qualify. Harris is glib, if not articulate, a stark contrast to Biden who can’t complete a sentence or a thought or remember where he is. It comes as Biden steadily slips among minority voters.

More great news for the Trump campaign. Blacks and Minority voters are at record highs for President Trump.

Rasmussen Reports released their latest polling of likely black voters of President Trump’s job approval is now over 40%.

If Trump gets just 20% of the African-American vote it is curtains for the Democrats and a landslide for Trump. Biden’s patronizing of African-Americans is typified by his arguably racist and demeaning remark that if blacks do not vote for him they are not in fact black. Does Harris believe this as well? Biden has the baggage of supporting the 1994 Crime Bill which incarcerated thousands of young African American males while Trump passed and signed criminal justice reform which freed them and the likes of Alice Marie Johnson who was locked up for non-violent crimes:

Alice Marie Johnson, the Tennessee grandmother featured in a Super Bowl commercial spotlighting President Trump’s record on criminal justice issues, spoke to Fox News Tuesday in response to Trump’s critics after he pardoned seven people and commuted the sentences of four others. …

“I know I wasn’t politically connected,” Alice Marie Johnson told “The Story.” “And I know that three of my friends, Judith Negron, Crystal Munoz, and Tynice Hall, were granted commutations today and they definitely are not politically connected, and anyone who thinks these women should not have been granted clemency has not looked at their cases.”

Biden is and was pandering while Trump acted with genuine concern for the plight of minorities in the inner cities which is why he was pushing opportunity zones. Before the Chinese virus and the Democratic urban riots, those zones were reducing minority unemployment to record lows with wage growth at its highest among lower-income and minority voters.

For eight years Obama-Biden did nothing while Kamala Harris, as a former California state attorney general and San Francisco district attorney, did measurable harm to the community she claims to be a leader of:

She is counting on strong support from African Americans. But many black voters are wary of her 27 years as a prosecutor enforcing laws that sent African Americans to prison….

Still, her home state’s high rate of incarcerating people of color goes a long way in explaining the trouble she has had selling her candidacy to black voters nationwide. In California and many other states, racial disparities in imprisonment have intensified resentments of what many see as deeply ingrained discrimination in America’s criminal justice system….

But the prisons remain emblematic of chronic racial inequities in the justice system. African Americans make up less than 6% of California’s population but 29% of its inmates, according to the state Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Latinos are 39% of the population but 43% of the inmates.

Tucker Carlson of Fox News calls Kamala Harris a corrupt and dangerous fraud who sees laws and powers only as means to punish her enemies, pursue her agenda, and get elected. She seems particularly fond of abusing the law herself as she pushes her agenda in with a ruthlessness that would make any despot blush. As Carlson noted:

Carlson, who called Biden’s vice-presidential pick the “most consequential” choice in U.S. history, disputed Sen. Kamala Harris’s authenticity on her progressive positions, saying the “front-runner” only stands by issues she knows will get her ahead in the polls. He cited the California Democrat’s low polling numbers at the time that she ended her own bid for the presidency and dropped out of the Democratic primary race.

“The wrap on Harris in exit polls is that she’s a fraud,” Carlson said. “She doesn’t really believe in anything, she’ll say whatever it takes. Of course, that is also Harris’s primary strength.”

Carlson also brought up an incident in which anti-abortion activist David Daleiden filed a lawsuit against Harris, alleging she and California Attorney General Xavier Becerra conspired with Planned Parenthood to terminate an investigation he was conducting into the fetal-tissue business. Daleiden accused Harris and Becerra of violating his First Amendment rights and abusing the state’s two-party recording law to silence “disfavored speech.”

“I think what we can conclude from this episode is that Kamala Harris, or any politician willing to use law enforcement to stop journalism she doesn’t like, probably doesn’t care too much about civil liberties or equality under the law, and indeed, she doesn’t,” Carlson said.

Kamala Harris, like Biden, supports Planned Parenthood’s crimes against the unborn and takes money and endorsements from the abortion industry. One remembers her bitter and vitriolic participation in the Supreme Court confirmation hearing for Justice Brett Kavanaugh, her resorting to lies, falsehoods, and innuendo in an attempt to get what she wanted. Biden is dangerous, only because he will let others control him and run the show. Harris is worse. She knows what she’s doing and will do it with astounding relish and ruthlessness,

The well-rehearsed attack on Joe Biden that nearly derailed his candidacy during the clown-car Democratic presidential debates by Sen. Kamala Harris should have come as no surprise to those who have watched her rise to political prominence. Never mind its relevance or accuracy. For Harris, the ends have always justified the means.

We saw during the confirmation hearings for now-Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh that Kamala Harris is an ambitious politician with a chain-saw-prosecutorial style designed to bludgeon her targets with attacks and arguments that are more bluster than brilliant. She revealed herself to be a political opportunist who, as Sen. Cory Booker’s “Spartacus moment” fizzled, knew an “Elmer Gantry moment” when she saw one. As Jonathan S. Tobin noted in National Review:

She first earned notoriety in the Senate last year by demonstrating open incivility bordering on bullying when she interrogated Attorney General Jeff Sessions and the national-intelligence chiefs. Bullying witnesses and cutting them off before they have a chance to answer is her modus operandi during hearings….

The same qualities were on display during her questioning of Kavanaugh. But while, like the other Democrats, she never succeeding in outsmarting the judge, she was the only one to momentarily flummox him by bringing up the Mueller investigation.

She started with an impossibly general and specious query about whether he had ever discussed the Mueller probe with “anyone.”… by asserting, even by implication, that Kavanaugh might somehow be part of the Russia-collusion discussion, Harris gave liberal Democrats exactly the kind of red meat they crave.

Along with her snide and disrespectful prosecutorial tone, that made her the winner of the first day of the Kavanaugh primary.

But Harris did more than badger, mislead, and imply in her attempt to slander Kavanaugh. Harris circulated a deceptively edited video designed to further her narrative that far from being an originalist that would apply the law fairly in any case, including those involving abortion, Kavanaugh was an active participant in the campaign to repeal Roe V. Wade. As Ashe Schow noted in the Daily Wire:

Harris’ Twitter account put out a clip that appeared to show Kavanaugh referring to birth control blanketly as “abortion-inducing drugs.”

This is clearly deceptive, as it’s obvious this was not the beginning of one of Kavanaugh’s answers. Kavanaugh’s full sentence, which would have only required one or two extra seconds had Harris’ team started at the beginning, made it clear he was summarizing what a party in a Supreme Court case said.

Kavanaugh said, “In that case, they said filling out the form would make them complicit in the provision of the abortion-inducing drugs that they were, as a religious matter, objected to.” (Emphasis added.)

Harris was willing to falsify evidence to slander Kavanaugh and push the false narrative that Kavanaugh was just another pro-lifer waging a war on women. As she tweeted:

Kavanaugh chooses his words very carefully, and this is a dog whistle for going after birth control. He was nominated for the purpose of taking away a woman’s constitutionally protected right to make her own health care decisions. Make no mistake – this is about punishing women.

Make no mistake – her abuse of Kavanaugh and Biden is about advancing the career of Kamala Harris. While portraying herself as a victim of segregation Biden supported, she neglected to point out her vehement opposition to school vouchers and school choice, things that would really free minorities from being trapped in failing schools and give them a real and equal shot at getting a quality education. She’s all for busing children from and to the schools the government chooses, but not for letting parents send their kids to the schools they choose. Harris in 2017 joined fellow Senate Democrats in a 24-hour floor session trying to sink the nomination of pro-school choice nominee Betsy DeVos to be Education Secretary. As Joy Resmovits reported in the Los Angeles Times:

Harris’ remarks came amid a 24-hour marathon session that Democrats mounted to debate DeVos’ nomination on the Senate floor — a last-ditch effort to secure the one additional Republican vote needed to torpedo her confirmation.

DeVos, a Republican fundraiser from Michigan, former state party chair and school choice activist, has faced intense opposition since her confirmation hearing in January — the most of any of President Trump’s Cabinet picks. DeVos spent her career advancing school vouchers, which would allow students to use public dollars to attend private schools, both secular and religious.

It would seem it is Kamala Harris who continues to stand in the schoolhouse door. During a visit with DeVos to Saint Andrew Catholic School in Orlando Florida in 2017, President Trump rightly called education “the civil rights issue of our time.” As the New York Post reported:

Trump’s visit capped off a week in which he addressed the nation in a Joint Session of Congress, pledging to fix the education system in America, invoking civil rights and claiming it could be fixed using school choice — using public funds to enroll students in alternative charter schools and private schools as traditional public schools.

“We want millions more to have the same chance to achieve the great success that you’re achieving,” said Trump during his visit to St. Andrew Catholic School in Orlando, which receives a state-funded benefit to operate as a religious school.

“St. Andrew’s Catholic School represents one of the many parochial schools dedicated to the education of some of our nation’s most disadvantaged children, but they’re becoming just the opposite very rapidly through education and with the help of the school choice programs,” Trump said in very brief remarks….

“As I’ve often said — in my address to Congress and just about anyplace else I can speak —education is the civil rights issue of our time. And it’s why I’ve asked Congress to support a school choice bill,’ he said.

Don’t ask Kamala Harris who, while thanking school busing for helping to launch her career, owes much more for her advancement for her association with former Democratic Speaker of the California Assembly Willie Brown. As the Washington Examiner noted:

Kamala Harris’ first significant political role was an appointment by her powerful then-boyfriend Willie Brown, three decades her senior, to a California medical board that has been criticized as a landing spot for patronage jobs and kickbacks.

Then 30, Harris was dating 60-year-old Willie Brown, at the time the Democratic speaker of the California State Assembly, when he placed her on the California Medical Assistance Commission in 1994. The position paid over $70,000 per year, $120,700 in current money, and Harris served on the board until 1998.

The medical commission met twice a month, and Harris, a United States senator for California since 2017 and now a 2020 Democratic presidential candidate, missed about 20% of the meetings each year, according to commission records obtained by the Washington Examiner.

Harris, now 54, and Brown, now 85, started dating in the spring of 1994, showing up arm-in-arm at numerous high-profile functions, including Brown’s lavish parties and celebrity galas. He has been separated but not divorced from his wife Blanche Vitero since the 1980s and has maintained a string of girlfriends over the years.

Hey, politics makes strange bedfellows, as they say. Can we count her as a hardcore feminist then? Conservative Twitter icon James Wood has dubbed her #HeelsUpHarris, Kamala Harris is a dangerous and malevolent political opportunist who doesn’t belong in the same zip code as the White House – and the Lincoln Bedroom.

Chinese Embassy in San Francisco Still Open, Why?

Primer: The Chinese consulate in San Francisco is harboring a biology researcher who falsely denied connections to the Chinese military to obtain a visa and gain access to the country, according to court documents filed by the FBI.

The filing came as part of a document that cited a slew of other episodes in which Chinese nationals allegedly lied on their visa applications by hiding their military connections. More details.

Every country spies. And many countries — including the U.S. — use their diplomatic outposts to do it. But for years, China has used its embassies and consulates to do far more than that.

Why it matters: The Trump administration’s recent hardline stance against China’s illicit consular activities is a public acknowledgment of real problems, but it comes at a time when U.S.-China relations are already dangerously tense.

Driving the news: Last week, the U.S. demanded that China close its Houston consulate in order to “protect American intellectual property and Americans’ private information,” White House National Security Council spokesperson John Ullyot said in a statement.

In response, the Chinese government ordered the closure of the U.S. consulate in Chengdu, a facility nestled in China’s more remote inland region that served primarily as a visa-issuing office for Chinese hoping to visit the U.S., and was not a major hub for U.S. intelligence activity.

Yes, but: The Houston consulate wasn’t China’s most important espionage hub.

“San Francisco is the real gem but the U.S. won’t close it,” a former U.S. intelligence official told Axios.
It indicates the Trump administration is likely making an example of the Houston consulate in a bid to achieve its goal of a reduction in Chinese espionage activities without taking an even harsher measure, such as closing the San Francisco or New York consulates.

The Chinese government has long used its embassy and consulates in the U.S. to exert control over student groups, collect information on Uighurs and Chinese dissident groups, and coordinate local and state-level political influence activities.

Surveilling Uighurs: Leaked classified Chinese government documents have revealed that Chinese embassies and consulates are complicit in the ongoing cultural and demographic genocide against Uighurs.

The CCP has sought to track down Uighurs who have left China and force them to return, with orders to place them in mass internment camps “the moment they cross the border.”
China’s embassies and consulates have also collected information on Uighurs abroad and submitted that information to Xinjiang police.
Consular officials have frequently refused to renew Uighur passports, telling them they must return to China in order to obtain new documents — only to be disappeared into camps as soon as they do.

Controlling Chinese students: The Chinese embassy and consulates keep close tabs on Chinese students in the U.S., occasionally sending them political directives and quietly organizing demonstrations.

The Chinese embassy and consulates have paid students to demonstrate in support of visiting Chinese leaders, instructing them to crowd out anti-CCP protesters. They have also asked Chinese Students and Scholars Associations (CSSA) presidents to hold study sessions on party thought and to send back photos of the sessions to ensure compliance.
“I feel like the tendency is that the consulate tries to control CSSAs more and more,” one CSSA president told me in 2018.

Supporting United Front organizations: Chinese diplomatic officials regularly meet with leaders of U.S.-based organizations tied to the United Front Work Department, the political influence arm of the CCP, and preside over the ceremonies and banquets held by these organizations.

One such organization, the National Association for China’s Peaceful Unification, has branches in more than 30 U.S. cities. Its members issued statements in support of China’s official foreign policy positions, and the Chinese embassy and consular officials encourage them to engage in local U.S. politics.

The bottom line: Dealing with bad behavior by diplomats is a highly sensitive geopolitical issue that can easily result in damaged relations.

Economic Espionage

To achieve its goals and surpass America, China recognizes it needs to make leaps in cutting-edge technologies. But the sad fact is that instead of engaging in the hard slog of innovation, China often steals American intellectual property and then uses it to compete against the very American companies it victimized—in effect, cheating twice over. They’re targeting research on everything from military equipment to wind turbines to rice and corn seeds.

Through its talent recruitment programs, like the so-called Thousand Talents Program, the Chinese government tries to entice scientists to secretly bring our knowledge and innovation back to China—even if that means stealing proprietary information or violating our export controls and conflict-of-interest rules.

Take the case of scientist Hongjin Tan, for example, a Chinese national and American lawful permanent resident. He applied to China’s Thousand Talents Program and stole more than $1 billion—that’s with a “b”—worth of trade secrets from his former employer, an Oklahoma-based petroleum company, and got caught. A few months ago, he was convicted and sent to prison.

Or there’s the case of Shan Shi, a Texas-based scientist, also sentenced to prison earlier this year. Shi stole trade secrets regarding syntactic foam, an important naval technology used in submarines. Shi, too, had applied to China’s Thousand Talents Program and specifically pledged to “digest” and “absorb” the relevant technology in the United States. He did this on behalf of Chinese state-owned enterprises, which ultimately planned to put the American company out of business and take over the market.

In one of the more galling and egregious aspects of the scheme, the conspirators actually patented in China the very manufacturing process they’d stolen and then offered their victim American company a joint venture using its own stolen technology. We’re talking about an American company that spent years and millions of dollars developing that technology, and China couldn’t replicate it—so, instead, it paid to have it stolen.

And just two weeks ago, Hao Zhang was convicted of economic espionage, theft of trade secrets, and conspiracy for stealing proprietary information about wireless devices from two U.S. companies. One of those companies had spent over 20 years developing the technology Zhang stole.

These cases were among more than a thousand investigations the FBI has into China’s actual and attempted theft of American technology—which is to say nothing of over a thousand more ongoing counterintelligence investigations of other kinds related to China. We’re conducting these kinds of investigations in all 56 of our field offices. And over the past decade, we’ve seen economic espionage cases with a link to China increase by approximately 1,300 percent.

Joe Biden Calls for Jihad Against America

Speaking via Webinar on 20 July 2020, presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden addressed the “Million Muslim Votes” summit, sponsored by a Muslim Brotherhood operation called Emgage Action. Among other things, he (certainly unwittingly) endorsed jihad against the United States (U.S.) when he cited from a hadith, well-known to Muslims, but likely not so much to Biden. It’s worthwhile here to explore just how this whole episode may have occurred.

Emgage Action is a Muslim Brotherhood-linked Political Action Committee (PAC) that endorsed Biden back in April 2020. Left out of most media accounts, however, is the fact that Emgage Action’s parent organization, Emgage USA (formerly called Emerge USA, an acronym for Empowering, Motivating, & Educating Resourceful Grassroots Entities), is a front group for the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), which is the U.S. branch of designated Foreign Terrorist Organization, HAMAS (itself the Palestinian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood). CAIR was named by the Department of Justice an unindicted co-conspirator in the 2008 Holy Land Foundation HAMAS terror funding trial.

The Emerge USA/Emgage USA connection to the Muslim Brotherhood may be traced back to the founding in November 2006 in Broward, Florida of a 501(c)3 called “Center for Voter Advocacy” whose mission was to promote Muslim candidates for elected office. The founder of the Center for Voter Advocacy was Khurrum Wahid, a past Director of CAIR-FL and legal advisor to CAIR National.

Wahid has been a regular speaker at Muslim Brotherhood events sponsored by front groups like the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) and the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). From the Center for Voter Advocacy, Wahid moved on to become a co-founder of Emerge USA, along with a young Brotherhood operative named Farooq Mitha, who served in the Obama administration from 2010-2011 as Special Assistant to the Director of the U.S. Department of Defense Office of Small Business Programs.

In August 2014, Emerge USA changed its name to the current Emgage USA. Many of the Emerge USA leadership figures, including Wahid and Mitha, simply moved over to Emgage USA, where Wahid served as Chairman and is now listed as a Co-chairperson. Mitha is listed as a Board Member. 2014 is the year that the Muslim Brotherhood (under the aegis of the Turkish AKP, or Justice and Development Party) formed its first political umbrella group in the U.S., the USCMO (U.S. Council of Muslim Organizations). Emgage is one of the USCMO’s key members.

So, to recap this dizzying sequence of linkages (yes, it is done deliberately to obscure the connections): first, there was the Muslim Brotherhood. Then, HAMAS. The U.S. branch of HAMAS is CAIR, founded in 1993. Through the continuing leadership figure of Khurrum Wahid, we can trace from CAIR to the Center for Voter Advocacy, to Emerge USA, and now to Emgage USA. It is Emgage USA via its Emgage Action PAC that endorsed Joe Biden and featured him as a speaker at the 20 July 2020 online summit. Biden’s senior advisor, Farooq Mitha, sits on the Board of Emgage USA, a key member organization of the Muslim Brotherhood’s U.S. political group, the USCMO.

At that summit, Biden mindlessly quoted from a well-known hadith [177] 78 – (49) by Sahih Muslim, one of the two most authoritative of all hadith collectors. David Wood produced an excellent video about that hadith, explaining exactly what it says and what it means. This is the hadith itself:

“Whoever among you sees an evil action, let him change it with his hand (by taking action), if he cannot, then with his tongue (by speaking out); and if he cannot, then with his heart (by hating it and feeling it is wrong), and that is the weakest of faith.”

According to this hadith (and another follow-on one as well), true-believing Muslims are obligated to “strive” with hand, tongue, and heart against those who fail to obey Allah’s commandments, encoded in Islamic Law, or shariah. It does not matter if those failing to obey are Muslims or not: shariah is meant for the entire world, like it or not.

We know the Arabic word for “strive” as “jihad.” Jihad to impose and enforce shariah includes kinetic warfare to terrorize unbelievers (think al-Qa’eda), subversion (think the Muslim Brotherhood), promotion of Shariah-Compliant Finance (think the U.S. Treasury Department), and information operations (think taqiyya by posers who only pretend to oppose shariah). Amputation, beheading, crucifixion, execution for adultery, apostasy, and homosexuality, flogging, and sex slavery are all part of Islamic Law.

Every informed Muslim listening to Joe Biden understood that he was encouraging them to wage jihad against non-believing Americans. We can be fairly certain that Biden had no idea what he was actually saying, but just as certain that Muslims listening now know he can be made to say whatever they would like to hear. This is incredibly dangerous.

On a final note, then, we need to ask how this segment found its way into Biden’s speech. Which advisor, which speechwriter made sure that hadith came out of Joe Biden’s mouth? Well, how about senior Biden advisor Farooq Mitha, whom we now know is a Muslim Brotherhood operative, who sits on the Board of Emgage USA, a key member of the USCMO? Matthew Edwards wrote a good summary of how the Islamic Movement has penetrated the Biden campaign at Jihad Watch on July 1, 2020, entitled “Islamic Movement Influence Operations Target Biden Campaign.”

That Joe Biden has no idea who’s inside his campaign is bad enough. But wondering whether the Trump campaign does is even more worrisome.

Norm Eisen Partnered With Nadler On All Things Impeachment

When Democrats took back the House of Representatives in 2018, the Judiciary Committee hired Norm Eisen to be special counsel.

He’d been a White House ethics czar and a U.S. ambassador to the Czech Republic during the Obama administration. And when he showed up to work for Congress, he started preparing for the possibility that the House might impeach President Trump.

Less than a year later, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced an official impeachment inquiry. Eisen’s new book, A Case for the American People: The United States v. Donald J. Trump describes this moment in time through the House vote to impeach Trump and the Senate trial, which ended in acquittal.

The book reveals that Eisen had drafted 10 articles of impeachment a month before Pelosi’s announcement. More here from NPR.

The Former White House Ethics Lawyer Umpiring Trump’s ...

While we all seem to rely on leaks and alleged leaks for unknown truths or some access to an inside track, perhaps just reading Norm Eisen’s book is a must to understand the real workings in Washington DC.

Sure, it will make Republicans and conservatives angry but consider reading it to understand more and for context as well as the opportunity to think more strategically when it comes to politics in DC.

“A Case for the American People,” by Norm Eisen — an architect of the House Democrats’ impeachment strategy —isn’t shy about its conclusions: Eisen believes in his bones that Trump is a recidivist criminal who must be ousted to save the republic. He also believes the Democrats who engineered Trump’s impeachment are heroes on par with the founders. The book is, at the bottom, an effort to convey those conclusions — and Eisen’s centrality to the impeachment effort — to the wider world.

But Eisen’s 280-page chronicle of the impeachment era, replete with his inside-the-room knowledge of how the process unfolded, juxtaposes lawmakers’ lofty pronouncements about protecting democracy with the often provincial tensions and messy House politics that drove decisions of national significance.

Eisen, who signed up as a House Judiciary Committee attorney in early 2019 with an eye toward impeachment, also describes the hail of early “f— you’s” he delivered to House Intelligence Committee aide Daniel Goldman, who he said had accused him of treading on the panel’s turf. (They would later get past the initial tension, Eisen says). He describes how internal Democratic politics led him to shave a planned 10 articles of impeachment — encompassing a sweeping range of allegations such as “collusion” and “hush money payments” down to three, and then two after vulnerable Democrats rejected charging Trump with obstruction of justice.

Eisen reveals the sometimes painful conflicts between House Judiciary Chair Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) — in Eisen’s eyes, the unsung hero of impeachment — and House Intelligence Chair Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who often resisted Nadler’s lead-foot on the impeachment accelerator. Nadler drew Pelosi’s ire throughout the process by leaning into calls for impeachment faster than the rest of the House was ready for, and Eisen said Nadler had accepted that it would take time to restore his “former level personal warmth” with the speaker.

Eisen writes. [Nadler chief of staff Amy Rutkin] and I furiously worked our Rolodexes, as did the entire staff.”

Among their successes? Eisen writes that he persuaded anti-Trump conservative Bill Kristol to rescind support for a select committee and that Rutkin persuaded progressive Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) to retweet Kristol’s reversal, adding her own note of urgency to leave the process with the Judiciary Committee. Eisen — a former ambassador to the Czech Republic and Obama White House’s ethics czar — regales readers with his decades-old entanglements with many of the figures involved in Trump’s trial, from Trump’s trial lawyers to even the State Department’s impeachment witnesses, like former Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch, whom he describes as “my friend and former colleague.” Read more here from Politico.
