Barry Nussbaum: Hello, and welcome to ATP Report. I’m Barry Nussbaum. We have a very special friend of the family on today, but before I bring her on, let me remind all of you in ATP land to do us a favor, take out your cell phone, text the word TRUTH, T-R-U-T-H, and send it to the number 88202. When you push send, you’ll be signed up in four or five seconds to receive all of ATP’s work products. The videos, writings, and links to all the important things that we do absolutely for free are right in the palm of your hand.
Okay, then, let’s bring on Clare Lopez. A long time in service to the United States government at the State Department and the CIA. She is our resident expert on American foreign and domestic policy, and she runs Lopez Liberty. Welcome back, Clare.
Clare Lopez: Thank you, Barry. Always glad to be back with you.
Barry Nussbaum: Always a pleasure. I learn so much when we chat, and it’s always appreciated. So, let’s jump right into lots of big news this week to ask for your opinions. Russia has just demonstrated an anti-satellite missile strike capability. They blew up one of their own satellites with one of these missiles, and now they have joined our rival China in capacity and capability for, well, I guess you’d call it space warfare.
So, Russia and China have now added a warfare component to their military and outer space. Is this their answer to the United States Space Force? Will there be a Cold War in space?
Clare Lopez: Well, you know, Barry, the militarization of space has been going on for quite a long time. We’ve noticed it, of course, with China, which is probably the leader in anti-satellite capability. Russia now, maybe trying to catch up with China. The thing about the Russian test, they blew up an old, defunct, not functioning satellite of their own.
Still, the debris that’s scattered from the explosion, the breaking up of that satellite actually threatened to damage their own space station up there. So, they weren’t terribly careful about what they were doing, but the point is they’ve demonstrated a capability like China’s, that I don’t know the United States has a defense against.

Since the 1978/79 revolution against the Shah of Iran, the Ayatollahs regime has adhered to its mega-goal of global Shite domination, developing mega-capabilities (nuclear, ballistic technologies, and worldwide terrorism), aiming to remove/subordinate its mega-obstacle, the USA.
During 1962-1970, then anti-US Egypt was involved in the Yemen civil war, as a springboard to topple the pro-US regime in Saudi Arabia and, subsequently, all other pro-US Arab regimes in a most critical region to global trade, oil, and security, the Arabian Peninsula.
Since 2011, Iran’s anti-US Ayatollahs are deeply involved in the Yemen civil war on the side of the anti-US Shite Houthis (“Soldiers of Allah”) – via Iranian and Hezbollah manpower, military supplies, training, and intelligence – as a springboard to oust the pro-US Sunni House of Saud (bordering North Yemen), and subsequently, all other pro-US Sunni regimes in the Arabian Peninsula.
In February 2021, the US removed Yemen’s Shite Houthis – who are Iran’s proxy – from the list of terrorist organizations, courted the rogue Ayatollahs regime, terminated US support of the pro-US Saudi military offensive against the anti-US Houthis, and pressured the Saudis on account of human rights violations. However, in November 2021, the Houthis stormed the US Embassy in Sanaa, holding a few of the local staff hostage, demonstrating – once again – that Islamic terrorists bite the hands that feed them.
Yemen’s geostrategic importance for the US
The limbs of the Iranian octopus extend from the Persian Gulf and Central Asia to the whole Middle East, Europe, Africa, South, Central, and North America, including Yemen, where Iran’s Ayatollahs outflank the Persian Gulf, Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean, and the Gulf of Aden, playing a decisive role in fueling the civil war, as a dagger aimed at its Sunni arch-rival, the pro-US Saudi Arabia.
Iran’s Ayatollahs are aware of the geostrategic significance of Yemen – regionally and globally – and its impact on the national security, homeland security, and economy of the US, “The Great Satan,” which they consider the most critical obstacle on their way to global domination.

John Stormer’s 1964 seven-million copy bestseller, None Dare Call It Treason, is the most successful in the history of conservative journalism and is still relevant today. John Stormer’s book had a dramatic impact on Ronald Reagan personally and the movement that later elected him as president. Cliff Kincaid’s interview with this great Christian conservative, who did so much to educate the public, was conducted in 2014.

Dr. Shane Truman Todd, who was working on a project in Singapore involving China-owned Huawei, was murdered just before he was scheduled to return to the United States. The title of Mary Todd’s book, Hard Drive, is a reference to a computer hard drive found after his death that documents the nature of a project in Singapore involving Huawei that he feared would compromise U.S. national security. Mary is now running for Congress in Montana, seeking justice for her son and trying to hold China accountable for its attack on the American way of life.

Two doctors, almost a century apart, united in a common purpose.
Respected South African TV and radio journalist and war correspondent Lara Logan recently triggered leftist ire when she compared Dr. Anthony Fauci, with the infamous Dr. Josef Mengele. “What you see on Dr. Fauci, this is what people say to me, that he doesn’t represent science to them. He represents Josef Mengele … the Nazi doctor who did experiments on Jews during the Second World War and in the concentration camps … The level of suffering that has been created because of this disease is now being seen in the cold light of day, i.e., the truth, the people see there is no justification for what is being done.”
Mengele was notorious for causing serious harm and injustice – torturous experimental procedures and surgeries on Jews primarily, but also on Romani and others. If we review Fauci’s history and allow him to continue ad infinitum, there’s no telling that he may well exceed Mengele’s title, “Doctor of Death.” The experiments performed by both were often touted as being for the greater good, that the intense suffering of some is acceptable for medical advancements that benefit the more worthy.
The world has been made aware of Fauci’s painful experiments on dogs, whose vocal cords were cut to eliminate their barks and whimpers, and on monkeys, without the benefit of pain killers or anesthesia. Research in psychology and criminology shows that animal abuse is not just a sign of the abuser’s minor personality flaw, but a symptom of deep mental disturbance. They will move on to cruelty to their fellow humans – and he has.
We now know that Fauci used tax-payer dollars for NIH-funded experiments performed on hundreds of AIDs orphans in a New York City hospital in 2004, resulting in the death of more than 200. Nurses revealed that they tested Thalidomide on some children, a medication that is already known to produce severe birth defects in thousands of children. One report said that pregnant women or those considering pregnancy were forbidden to dispense the drug, yet it was administered to children through a G-tube directly into the stomach and intestines. The children “shriveled and died,” but it was deemed for the greater good.

Our Framers understood that a free State cannot exist without an armed and trained populace (the Militia). Accordingly, they wrote a Constitution which prohibits the federal and State governments from infringing the natural right of the People to keep and bear arms.
Under our Constitution, the federal government has no authority to make any laws whatsoever over the Country at Large restricting the rights of the People to keep and bear arms. Gun control is not an enumerated power. Furthermore, the Second Amendment expressly forbids the federal government from infringing the right of the People (the Militia) to keep and bear arms.
The States are also prohibited from infringing the right of the People to keep and bear arms by Article I, Sec. 8, clauses 15 & 16, US Constitution. Those two clauses provide for the Militia of the Several States, and implicitly prohibit the States from making any laws which would interfere with the arming and training of the Militiamen in their States. 1
Applications for Congress to call a convention under Article V, US Constitution
Various groups, such as Mark Meckler’s Convention of “States” (COS) organizations, have been lobbying State Legislators to pass applications asking Congress to call an Article V Convention.
Whether or not State Legislatures should ask Congress to call an Article V Convention is one of the most important – and contentious – issues of our time. The Delegates to such a convention, as Sovereign Representatives of the People, have the power to throw off the Constitution we have and propose a new Constitution, with a new and easier mode of ratification, which would create a new government. 2
The Pennsylvania Senators Roundtable Discussion
On November 8, 2021, several Pennsylvania Senators conducted a roundtable discussion about whether they should pass Mark Meckler’s “COS” application (SR 152) for Congress to call an Article V convention. In addition to Mark Meckler and his allies, two large gun rights organizations, Gun Owners of America and Firearms Owners Against Crime 3 were present at the roundtable.
Much of what Meckler said at the roundtable is not true. But this paper focuses on his comments ridiculing his opponents’ concerns that, if there is an Article V convention, we could lose our existing Right to keep and bear arms.
