Secure Borders for Ukraine and America

By: Cliff Kincaid

Pete Hegseth of Fox News questions why Biden is worried about the borders of Ukraine and not those of the United States. The correct answer is that we should support secure borders for both countries and oppose Russian aggression.

Hegseth, a true patriot, served in the Middle East, and we thank him for his service. The difference between his wars and Ukraine is that the anti-communists running this former Soviet republic are not asking for American troops, only American arms.  Why can’t we demand security for America and Ukraine? There is no reason we can’t do both.

As we demand security on our southern border, we should also affirm sovereignty for the U.S. and Ukraine while objecting to Russian aggression. Why is this position so difficult to understand and adopt?

We are not nation-building in Ukraine. The country is already independent of Russia.

Some conservatives are frustrated that Biden won’t protect our own border and they take out their anger on Ukraine. Another factor is corruption in Ukraine and financial ties to the Biden family. But Russia is even worse. It supplied the dossier the Democrats used to investigate and impeach Trump.

Pro-Russia “Conservatives” Being Set Up as Traitors

By: Cliff Kincaid

Republicans hoping for the realignment of the two major political parties, in response to China Joe’s disastrous year in office, are expressing concern about “isolationist” sentiment in the GOP that has a Russian flavor.

The callous indifference to the fate of Ukraine by such personalities as Tucker Carlson and Laura Ingraham of Fox News and Steve Bannon, who is backed by a mysterious benefactor from China and a controversial American businessman, is alarming.

“What makes all of this even more disturbing,” notes geopolitical analyst J.R. Nyquist, “is the way in which current Russian mobilizations coincide with Chinese mobilizations, and how both coincide with the ongoing pandemic.”

The pro-Russia “conservatives” have critically analyzed the Chinese Communist Party’s virus wars on America and the world but are strangely indifferent to Moscow’s strategic designs and deceptions. This has made Tucker Carlson of Fox News a favorite on Kremlin television.

One of the Fox News favorites, Colonel Douglas Macgregor, insists that “we helped to create [the crisis] in Eastern Europe,” when in fact Russia invaded Ukraine under Obama/Biden in 2014.

Macgregor is a senior fellow of the American Conservative, whose advisory board is chaired by Tucker Carlson, and appeared on Russian-funded Russia Today (RT) television in 2014,  where  “he echoed several narratives of Russian propaganda as he fully supported the sham Russian-organized ‘referendums’ on Luhansk and Donetsk independence from Ukraine and suggested that some parts of Ukraine would have been rather Russian than Ukrainian,” noted the Euromaidan Press, an organ of Ukraine’s anti-communist revolution.

Nyquist comments that some patriotic Americans “view Russia as a potential ally” because of the impact of disinformation. “This has happened because Russian leaders have long pretended they are no longer communist,” he notes. “At the same time, American Reds, who present themselves as Democrats, pretend they are at odds with Russia.”

One strange aspect of what is unfolding before our eyes is that many American conservatives have accepted Vladimir Putin as a Christian leader. Our book Back from the Dead shows that Putin adopted Orthodox Christianity as another ideological front, in order to fool the West. The Russian regime is in reality the return of the Evil Empire that Reagan worked so hard to destroy. It is perhaps the most incredible deception of all.

Those Secret Migrant Flights, More Nefarious than Reported

By: Denise Simon | Founders Code

The Biden administration is now an official travel agency for illegal immigrants… and it is a coverup.

Two million illegal immigrants from dozens of countries crossed over from Mexico last year, and the Biden administration is facilitating the cartels’ people-smuggling operation — at taxpayer expense.

Under cover of darkness, every night the federal government is transporting illegal migrants as fast as it can away from the border on secret charter flights into unsuspecting communities around the country. Officials have lied and obstructed the few journalists who have tried to reveal the truth.

76 of 349101521immigrants40CS Immigrants from the southern border getting off a World Atlantic Airlines airplane and boarding charter buses at Westchester County Airport in White Plains, NY on October 15, 2021.

“The government is betraying the American people,” the contractor told a Westchester County police officer in a conversation that was recorded on the cop’s bodycam on the tarmac of the county airport on Aug. 13, 2021. The men were standing beside a Boeing 737 flown in from Fort Bliss, Texas, by iAero Airways under charter by the federal government.

Footage shows planes full of undocumented immigrants being unloaded at Westchester County airport during the middle of the night on August 13, 2021.

Damning Footage

The 51-minute footage was obtained under a Freedom of Information Act request by former Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino, a Republican candidate for governor in 2022.

Throughout the footage, police Sgt. Michael Hamborsky expresses frustration that local police have been given no information about the flights arriving after curfew at the airport, in breach of security protocols.

Why is Senator Schumer Supporting Putin’s Pipeline?

By: Denise Simon | Founders Code

Washington is a nasty place due to lobbyists and money and Senator Schumer (D-NY) is chin deep in it all especially when it comes to how he votes on the globally disputed Nord Stream 2 Pipeline… .otherwise known as Putin’s pipeline.

(By the way, after Biden decided to no longer support energy independence of the United States, we too are buying crude oil from Russia and it is dirty oil.)

As a primer to this on how politics, diplomacy, and military conflict all converge, know this —>>>

U.S. State Department spokesperson Ned Price said on Wednesday the Nord Stream 2 pipeline between Russia and Germany will not move forward if Russia invades Ukraine.

But back to Schumer:

Affiliates of two European companies that fund Russia’s Nord Stream 2 pipeline contributed to the campaign of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.), who Republicans say has blocked sanctions on the Kremlin-backed project.

ENGIE North America and BASF Corporation each gave $2,500 to Schumer in September through their corporate political action committees, according to newly disclosed Federal Election Commission records. ENGIE North America’s parent company and a BASF subsidiary are part of a consortium of five companies that finance Nord Stream 2, which will transport natural gas from Russia to Germany. While President Joe Biden has called the pipeline a geopolitical threat to Europe that helps Russian president Vladimir Putin, last year he waived sanctions on the project.

Nord Stream 2 route

Republicans have pushed for legislation to enforce sanctions only to be met with resistance from Senate Democrats and the White House. Schumer for months blocked Republican requests to vote on a sanctions bill. He approved a vote on sanctions legislation proposed by Sen. Ted Cruz (R., Texas) earlier this month in exchange for Cruz lifting holds on several State Department nominees. The bill received bipartisan support by a 55-44 vote, but Senate Democrats used filibuster rules to block its passage. Democrats say they want to use sanctions against the pipeline as a last resort should Russia invade Ukraine.

The contributions to Schumer came amid an aggressive lobbying effort in Washington over sanctions on the 764-mile pipeline. The five European companies that back Nord Stream 2—Wintershall, ENGIE, Uniper, Shell, and OMV—have paid millions of dollars to lobbying firms to block sanctions.

America is Still Being Fleeced by Coddling China

Surfing? Really?

According to a recent grant notice, the United States’ Mission to China is funding a $25,000 grant to “carry out a program to engage Hainan’s surfing community and local environmentally active social media influencers on the topic of climate change and impacts to ocean environments.” It’s your tax dollars at work in the surf of the South China Sea.

That’s right. While Beijing continues its military buildup in the South China Sea, the Biden Administration is making sure surfers enjoy the waves!

The grant describes the ideal program activities to include:

  • “one surfing clinic, environmental protection activity and climate discussion led by popular Chinese surfing athletes and including U.S. Consulate staff and local environmentally active social media influencers”;
  • “one video product based on the surfing clinic, activity and discussion that includes messaging on the connections between local ocean communities, climate change and the importance of global climate action”;
  • “one million post views on multiple Chinese platforms of final video product after being shared by program participants.”

SMH… but there is more.

Remember John Podesta? Well, he has a brother… Tony and where Tony goes, so goes John.

Well-connected Democrat Tony Podesta raked in $1 million last year lobbying the Biden White House on behalf of Chinese telecommunications giant Huawei.

U.S. Will Require Vaccinations for All Border Crossings

By: Denise Simon | Founders Code

Except for the getaways? Exactly how does this get enforced?

Is anyone else a non-believer besides me?

As COVID-19 cases continue to rise nationwide, the U.S. will require non-U.S. travelers entering the country by land or water to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 beginning Saturday, Jan. 22.

The new rule affects both the U.S. Canada and U.S. Mexico border crossings and it includes travel for essential or non-essential reasons.

The new restrictions will not apply to U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or U.S. nationals.

COVID-19 testing is not required for entry via land or ferry port of entry.

The Department of Homeland Security first announced the new rules back in October when the White House announced that beginning November the U.S. government would move away from the country-by-country restrictions. This was previously applied during the COVID-19 pandemic and adopted travel policies that relied primarily on vaccination to advance the safe resumption of travel.

In March 2020, to prevent the further spread of COVID-19, the U.S. government issued restrictions on travel into the United States. DHS implemented temporary restrictions, limiting entry at the U.S. northern and southern land borders to persons engaged in essential travel, including lawful trade, emergency response, and public health purposes.

Feds are Breaching Small Business Privacy via Loans

By: Denise Simon | Founders Code

Banks and other lenders are about to be forced to be federal agents… it goes beyond banks and lenders by the way… it includes payday retail and pawn shops.

The Consumer Financial Protection Agency is drafting rules to require banks and lenders to collect demographic information from small-business-loan applications — a process that has taken more than a decade.

But a group of Democratic senators has raised concerns over the new rule even as they urged the agency to issue a final rule quickly, according to a Jan. 13, 2022 letter. That letter was signed by Small Business & Entrepreneurship Committee Chair Ben Cardin, D-Md., Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Chair Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio., Ron Wyden, D-Ore., Dick Durbin, D-Ill., and Cory Booker D-N.J.

“For years, we have pushed the CFPB to move forward on this important rulemaking, and we are pleased that you are doing so now. It is the CFPB’s responsibility to carry out this mandate by issuing a final rule as soon as practicable,” the senators wrote in the letter.

At issue is a provision from The Dodd-Frank Act, which Congress passed in 2010, required that lenders collect such demographic data, including business ownership by race and gender, in an effort to track the lending environment for small businesses. The CFPB ultimately issued a proposed rule in 2021, with comments due Jan. 6, 2022. The agency received more than 2,100 comments, according to Regulations.gov, including from banking industry groups that believe the new rule is too onerous, to lending advocacy groups that feel the new rule does not do enough to ensure the data collected will show a full picture of small business lending.

Can Ukraine Survive Putin and Biden?

By: Cliff Kincaid

There is no doubt that NATO, once an anti-communist alliance, has been expanded too fast and was illegally transformed into an offensive force, such as we saw in the former Yugoslavia, and which was ordered by Democratic President Bill Clinton. It has become weak and ineffective, especially because its key member, Germany, was ruled by an alleged Russian agent, Angela Merkel. She made Germany dependent on Russian energy while terminating the nation’s nuclear power program.

A true whistleblower with direct knowledge and access to incriminating documents, not hearsay, the late Soviet dissident Vladimir Bukovsky exposed how America’s “progressive” elites served as apologists for communism and documented how the European Union was a Soviet project from the start. Bukovsky co-authored (with Pavel Stroilov) the eye-opener, EUSSR: The Soviet Roots of European Integration, which examines “secretive discussions between Western and Soviet Union leaders planning to create a collectivist European Union State.”

This outcome is the subject of the “negotiations” between Putin and Biden.

Nevertheless, the Russians still hate NATO as a symbol of allied military might. There is a lesson here.

When China Joe Biden does something that seems right, such as reaffirming NATO, you can bet the worldwide communist movement will react with hatred and disgust. We have to look beneath the surface of this dialectical debate.

It’s all a show, as China Joe has no real intention to stop Moscow. After all, he gave approval to its Nord Stream 2 pipeline to Germany and Europe. He gave Russian economic blackmail power over Germany and Europe, leading to the EUSSR. It’s a  done deal.

But the communist response is noteworthy nonetheless. The Communist Party USA, once funded by Moscow, claims, “While major media in the U.S., both conservative and liberal, have everyone on edge waiting for a Russian ‘invasion’ of Ukraine, they ignore the reality that the U.S. has already ‘invaded’ not just Ukraine but numerous other countries in the region.”

History shows that NATO was conceived as a defensive force and countries voluntarily joined it.

Modern Day Train Robbers Threaten the Whole Nation

By: Denise Simon | Founders Code

Sadly and factually, the Department of Justice, the FBI, and District Attorneys have been silent on all this and crime across the country.

Michelle Wilde bought a piece of sand art during a visit to Jerome, Ariz., earlier this month. Rather than carry it home, she had the shopkeeper ship the $145 frame to her.

Instead of arriving at her home in Everett, Wash., the package ended up next to a railroad track in East Los Angeles. The frame was gone. The box remained.

It was among thousands of boxes recently found littered along Union Pacific Corp. UNP -2.20% tracks in the middle of Los Angeles. Thieves had broken into the train cars and made off with items shipped by Dr. Martens, Harbor Freight Tools and small businesses alike. The scene has set off finger-pointing between the railroad, local officials and police about who is to blame and how to stop a modern twist on one of the country’s oldest crimes.

“Why are people breaking into [railcars] and why is no one doing anything?” Ms. Wilde said, when she was contacted by a Wall Street Journal reporter to inform her of the fate of her package. “We’re like in year 13 of a pandemic so nothing surprises me about human behavior.”

Union Pacific said it has seen a 160% jump in criminal rail theft in Los Angeles since December 2020, including sharper increases in the months leading up to Christmas, when trailers are loaded with inventory bound for stores or gifts shipped to homes. The total losses to Union Pacific, with a market capitalization of $155 billion, have come to $5 million over the past year. That doesn’t include losses tallied by customers shipping on its rails.

Train robberies date to the dawn of railroads, and Union Pacific has had its share of famous heists. In 1899, Butch Cassidy’s gang robbed the Union Pacific Overland Flyer No. 1 as it passed through Wyoming. The group stopped the train and blew up its safe. A posse was sent out in pursuit of the bandits.

In other parts of the country, thieves occasionally plunder everything from alcohol to appliances from freight trains that either stop or crawl through areas. The railroads combat the problem with their own police forces. Union Pacific has more than 200 police officers, but they must patrol thousands of miles of track across 23 states.
