Shut down the RNC!!! Communists conspire to create chaos in Cleveland

By: Trevor Loudon | New Zeal

Hardcore revolutionaries are working overtime to disrupt, even shut down, the Republican National Convention opening Monday in Cleveland.

Mmggdd

Unless Cleveland’s police are well prepared and resolute, the city’s streets could well see bloodletting and violence on a scale not seen since Chicago 1968. Given the recent spate of communist-driven and White House encouraged anti-police violence and the almost visceral hatred many on the left feel towards prospective Republican nominee Donald Trump, almost anything could happen. If City leaders don’t firmly stand behind their “thin blue line,” the radicals will try to turn Cleveland into a cauldron of hatred.

Tom Burke

Tom Burke

Grand Rapids, Michigan based activist Tom Burke, one of the lead organizers of the Coalition to Stop Trump and March on the RNC, says the protest has two aims. “One is it helps to build movements in this country by tying local groups to national issues. Secondly, it has an impact on the elections because the media starts to cover what the protesters are saying. We have a very different agenda than the Republican Party — and this year, in particular.”

Mick Kelly

Mick Kelly

Mick Kelly, a co-leader of  Coalition to Stop Trump and March on the RNC stated, “We plan on marching right up to the site of the RNC. We insist that our right to protest is respected. The people of this county are rejecting Trump and his racist, anti-immigrant, and anti-Muslim attacks.”

Both men are long time leaders of the neo-Maoist Freedom Road Socialist Organization/FightBack! One of the most militant groups in the country, Freedom Road has actively supported Marxist insurgencies in the Middle East and Latin America for decades and enjoys a close relationship with the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a leading American Muslim Brotherhood front group.

Hassan Shibly CAIR left, Mick Kelly right, Tampa 2015

Both Burke and Kelly were among 23 mainly Chicago and Minneapolis based activists whose houses were raided in 2011, during an FBI crackdown on the Freedom Road Socialist Organization/FightBack! faction.

According to Tom Burke:

“Thousands of people are coming to the RNC to protest Trump. Buses are being chartered to come to this protest from as far away as Minnesota, and we plan on being within sight and sound of the RNC on July 18.”

About 40 immigrant rights, student, anti-war, labor and low-income organizations have announced their support for the protest. Almost all are front groups for Freedom Road or their allies, the pro-North Korea and Iran Workers World Party.

While Freedom Road and Workers World are leading the charge, almost every communist group in the country is likely to be involved. Cleveland is in easy driving distance of the communist strongholds of Detroit, Minneapolis and Chicago, and not too far from New York, Boston and Philadelphia. Freedom Road and Workers World are mobilizing their cadre from all over the Midwest; down to Durham, North Carolina; Tampa Bay and Tallahassee in Florida; and across to Salt Lake City, Utah.

The endorser list is growing and includes communist fronts such as Chicago based National Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression; the Milwaukee Anti-War Committee; People’s Opposition to War, Imperialism and Racism; Students for a Democratic Society; the United Workers Organization of Wisconsin; the Detroit Active and Retired Employees Association; the United National Antiwar Coalition; and Muslims for Social Justice.

Many of the same organizers helped lead the mass marches that drew thousands at the 2008 RNC in Saint Paul, Minnesota and the 2012 RNC in Tampa, Florida. The protests in Cleveland are expected to be both much larger and more violent.

The demonstration will put forward the slogans:

“Dump Trump, Say No to the Republican Agenda. Stand Against Racist, Anti-Immigrant, and Anti-Muslim Attacks. We demand Peace, Justice and Equality.”

Tom Burke states:

“We have now applied for permits to march on the RNC and we insist that the permits are granted in a timely manner. We have a right to protest Trump and his racist, reactionary agenda, and that is exactly what we will do on the opening day of the Republican National Convention.”

Mick Kelly added:

“While the coalition wants permits to ensure the broadest participation in the protest, we will march permits or not.”

“We will have speakers representing a wide range of struggles — Black Lives Matter, Palestine and the Right to Return, Indigenous demands to scrap the racist mascot of the Cleveland baseball team, doctors marching a few days later against Islamophobia, justice for migrants, LGBTQ rights, Detroiters fighting foreclosure, and many more,” said Cleveland-based march organizer Susan Schnur. “We encourage people to bring signs and banners representing their own struggle against bigotry, economic injustice, and the capitalist system responsible for both.”

Susan Schnur

Susan Schnur

As Lydia Bayoneta, long time Rochester, NY activist and Workers World Party organizer explained:

“The racist onslaught of police terror in the United States is part of a worldwide mobilization of racist, Islamophobic, anti-immigrant and reactionary forces. In Cleveland, the eyes of the world will be focused not only on the reactionary forces, but also on the growing resistance within the U.S to racist police terror and all forms of oppression.”

At the 3,000 strong People’s Summit in Chicago last month, I interviewed more than a dozen communists from several parties. Most were looking to Cleveland. Several talked of the US being closer to revolution than any time since 1968. You could see the light of revolutionary fervor in their eyes. They saw Cleveland as a revolutionary opportunity of a lifetime.

God forbid that a Democrat-led city allows these people to live out their bloody fantasies.

“Hope and Change” Becomes “Death and Destruction”

By: Cliff Kincaid | Accuracy in Media

Hope

BLM PosterPresident Barack Obama laid the groundwork for the Black Lives Matter movement in his first term when he said that the Cambridge, Massachusetts police “acted stupidly” after an African-American professor was arrested in his own home. It turned out the white policeman was protecting the home from what he thought was a burglary. Although the policeman had an impeccable record and there was no evidence of racial bias, Obama found him guilty of racism and “stupidity.”

Obama was trained by his mentor, Communist Frank Marshall Davis, to consider white people guilty of racism. Davis told a young Barack that black people had “reason to hate.”

Frank_Marshall_DavisOn virtually every occasion involving a police confrontation with black people—except in Dallas when five police officers were shot and killed by a racist black—Obama has sided with the rioters and the mob against law enforcement.

Black Dallas Police Chief David Brown revealed on July 8, 2016 that the sniper who killed five officers and injured another seven “said he was upset about Black Lives Matter,” during the negotiations with police. He meant that the Black Lives Matter protest, which was being protected by police, had inspired him to take action.

“These murders are the predictable outcome of the ‘war on the police’ and the racial polarization that has been fostered in this country,” said former Republican Virginia Governor Jim Gilmore.

Gilmore pointed the finger at America’s first black President. He said, “President Obama’s statement this past Thursday, before the Dallas attack, on police shootings also helped set the stage. The President’s statement condemning the Dallas attack is too late to undo his terrible earlier statement implying that the police are targeting African Americans—an infamous lie.”

He was referring to the fact that, days before the murders, Obama had lectured the nation about “racial disparities that exist in our criminal justice system” and pushed for so-called criminal justice reform—legislation that could empty the prisons and put hardened criminals back on the streets.

When two killings of black men were caught on video and protests erupted throughout the country, Obama could have calmed the nation. Instead, he threw gasoline on the flames of discontent.

As a result, protests across the United States spread from coast-to-coast, not only in Minnesota and Louisiana but in Washington, D.C., San Francisco, Oakland, New York City, Ferguson, Atlanta, Jackson (Mississippi), Baltimore and finally, Dallas.

Obama’s Role in the Violence

Chicago Police Officer Martin Preib says that “…perhaps no president in the United States has politicized and then undermined the federal law enforcement agencies more than Barack Obama. It’s a truth many Americans are slowly realizing in the wake of the decision by the FBI not to indict Hillary Clinton for her illegal actions in the email scandal.”

“What is truly chilling,” he writes, “is how Obama has used federal law enforcement as an instrument of his intense anti-law enforcement ideology, an ideology utterly unique in the history of American presidents, revolutionary even.”

MartinPreibPreib said, “Obama’s knee-jerk response to blaming police in shootings around the country betray this willingness to vilify police, no matter how much evidence indicates the police acted legally and responsibly. It is a tactic by Obama that undermines local law enforcement and rallies public sentiment against the police…”

William Johnson, the executive director of the National Association of Police Organizations, said in an interview with Fox, “I think [the Obama’s administration] continued appeasements at the federal level with the Department of Justice, their appeasement of violent criminals, their refusal to condemn movements like Black Lives Matter, actively calling for the death of police officers, that type of thing, all the while blaming police for the problems in this country, has led directly to the climate that has made Dallas possible.”

Attorney General Loretta Lynch actually delivered a message to Black Lives Matters (BLM) activists, advising them to continue their protests: “Do not be discouraged by those who would use your lawful actions as a cover for their heinous violence.”

This wasn’t the first time that the Obama administration had encouraged anti-police protests. FBI Assistant Director and Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund President Ron Hosko noted that the Justice Department’s “ill-timed decision to launch a full investigation into the Ferguson Police Department at the height of racial tensions in that community” amounted to “throwing gasoline on a fire that was already burning.”

He added, “Many officers were disgusted by such a transparent political maneuver at a time when presidential and attorney general leadership could have calmed a truly chaotic situation.”

Nevertheless, we are seeing the pattern repeated, as the national political party conventions get ready to take place. It is as if the White House is screaming, “Burn Baby Burn.” It is their opportunity to paint Donald J. Trump and Republicans as racists.

The 2016 Democratic Party platform appears sympathetic to the agitators, saying, “…We will push for a societal transformation to make it clear that black lives matter and there is no place for racism in our country.”

Hillary ClintonIn addition, both former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and U. S. Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) have sought support from the group in their respective campaigns for the Democratic nomination.

Earlier in the presidential campaign season, former Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley backpedaled after declaring during a Democratic forum that “all lives matter.” Actor Justin Timberlake actually apologized to BLM for saying, “we’re all the same.”

Blood on Their Hands

The officers in Dallas were attacked in plain sight of the sniper because they were guarding and escorting 800 BLM protesters. The killer saw this as an opportunity to murder.

David BrownThat the demonstrations would turn violent—or inspire cop-killing—was to be expected.

Black Lives Matter, whose activists met with White House official Valerie Jarrett, is an organization that salutes convicted cop-killer Assata Shakur as a role model. A member of the Black Liberation Army (BLA), a group that worked with the communist terrorist Weather Underground, Assata Shakur, also known as Joanne Chesimard, killed New Jersey State Trooper Werner Foerster “execution style” by shooting him in the head as he lay wounded by gunfire, according to the State Troopers Association of New Jersey. She was convicted of murder and went to prison, but with the help of the Weather Underground, escaped to Cuba, where she is still being protected by the communist regime.

The BLM website features this quotation from Shakur: “It is our duty to fight for our freedom. It is our duty to win. We must love each other and support each other. We have nothing to lose but our chains.”

FBI photo file showing the different appearances of Assata Shakur.Shakur’s notion of “freedom” is to be found in Cuba, where there is no freedom and the dictatorship controls the movements and activities of its citizens. It is a regime that sponsored terrorism and cop-killing on American soil.

“Black Lives Matter, as far as I am concerned, is a radical hate group,” said El Paso County’s black Police Chief Greg Allen. “And for that purpose alone, I think the leadership of this country needs to look a little bit harder at that particular group. The consequences of what we saw in Dallas is due to their efforts.”

“Black Lives Matter, which I have renamed ‘Black Lies’ L-I-E-S Matter, it’s nothing more than an astroturf operation,” Milwaukee’s black Sheriff David A. Clarke told the American Journalism Center’s Alex Nitzberg. “It’s just the latest shallow disguised, confederation if you will, of community organizers and leftists that specialize in fostering disorganization and rebellion in ghettos and other struggling areas throughout the United States of America.”

David ClarkeIt may be astroturf, in the sense that it’s a political organization with shadowy big money backers, but the strings ultimately go right into the White House. After these activists met with Obama, there can be no doubt about that.

In his special AIM Report, “Reds Exploiting Blacks: The Roots of Black Lives Matter,” investigative reporter James Simpson examined the funding and backing of this organization. Back in January, Simpson predicted that the movement could “assist President Obama’s exploitation of racial divisions in society beyond his final term in office.”

It appears Obama couldn’t wait until he was out of office. Perhaps the Trump candidacy caused him to act sooner.

As Obama knows, the incitement of racial protest and unrest leading to the murders of police diverts the attention of the public and the news media from the real problem in black America—the breakdown of the African-American family. Obama’s own family was dysfunctional, as he was virtually deserted by his mother and turned over to his grandparents, who turned him over to his communist mentor, Frank Marshall Davis.

At a time like this, Obama could have provided real leadership, convening a special summit to examine the crisis in black neighborhoods and among black families. Instead, he exploited racism for political purposes.

Into this void we see courageous individuals like black Puerto Rican Ismael Hernandez, founder and executive director of the Freedom & Virtue Institute, who says, “By portraying our present family problems as a legacy of slavery and perennial racism, we can relinquish responsibility for the crisis and place it in the hands of whites or in the hands of the state.”

Hernandez is a former member of the Puerto Rican Communist Party who converted to Christ and has written, Not Tragically Colored: Freedom, Personhood, and the Renewal of Black America.

He understands the Marxist agenda—to make blacks into wards of the state, subject to political manipulation and exploitation by Democratic Party politicians.

ismael hernandez 2016“I grew up hating the United States, hating capitalism, and blaming capitalism and America for the poverty we saw around us,” Hernandez said in an interview with Marvin Olasky of World magazine. “And I hated America for the bad marriage that my mom and my dad had, because my father was only interested in revolution.”

Obama grew up the same way, as a result of the influence of black racist Frank Marshall Davis. However, Obama, in his own biography and when he was running for office, didn’t even have the honesty and integrity to acknowledge the role that Davis had played in his own life. Davis was only “Frank” in his book, Dreams from My Father.Hence, Obama adopts the Marxist playbook of treating blacks as victims of white society. His knee-jerk reaction in police confrontations is to blame the police.

Dreams_from_my_fatherIn a story from October 2015, Obama defended the Black Lives Matter movement and claimed that the protests “are giving voice to a problem happening only in African-American communities.” He said, “We, as a society, particularly given our history, have to take this seriously,” thus blaming American history and slavery for current problems.

“I think everybody understands all lives matter,” Obama said. But he went on to defend the racist term, “Black Lives Matter,” saying, “I think the reason that the organizers used the phrase ‘Black Lives Matter’ was not because they were suggesting nobody else’s lives matter. Rather, what they were suggesting was there is a specific problem that’s happening in the African-American community that’s not happening in other communities.”

Obama added, “And that is a legitimate issue that we’ve got to address.”

Yet, in case after case, including the police killing in self-defense of black thug Michael Brown in Ferguson, the evidence (in that case from Obama’s own Department of Justice) vindicated the conduct of the police.

At a White House meeting with Black Lives Matter activists Brittany Packnett and DeRay Mckesson, Obama said they “are much better organizers” than he was at their age, and that he is “confident that they are going to take America to new heights.”

We saw those “new heights” in Dallas, where the sniper’s Facebook page showed him in a dashiki, holding a clenched fist in the air. Johnson’s cover photos are a black liberation flag and a black power fist.

Black Lives Matter marchThis was the inevitable result of the White House rolling out the red carpet to Black Lives Matter. The red turned out to be blood.

The black racist killer told police that he “was upset about the recent police shootings” and “wanted to kill white people, especially white officers.”

The bloody trail from the massacre in Dallas leads to the White House.

Another participant in that White House meeting was the Reverend Al Sharpton, who participated in the Tawana Brawley hoax back in 1987, in which a black girl made false and damaging charges of rape against a group of white men. Sharpton was found guilty of defamation and ordered to pay a financial fine in that case.

Obama consciously decided to treat him as an ally, despite Sharpton’s history of anti-white agitation.

All of this sends a message to black youth—go ahead and agitate and exploit racial differences. The President of the United States is with you, even if you “Blame Whitey” with no evidence.

Bill OReilly 2016A different message should be sent. When black churchgoers were massacred in Charleston, South Carolina, by a white racist, most blacks in the area, even families of the victims, reacted with a message of racial healing and forgiveness. It was a tender and touching moment that brought people of all races together. We have seen none of that from the White House.

Equally offensive, Hillary Clinton has pandered to the mob, begging forgiveness for her husband’s 1994 crime bill that put black “superpredators” in jail and more police on the streets.

As we noted in a column about one particular exhibit at the Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock, Arkansas, both Mrs. Clinton and Senator Sanders “seem to believe that highlighting black crime is now considered racist, and that white racism is actually the real problem in black communities that have been devastated by black criminals.”

The “Making Communities Safer” exhibit of the Clinton Presidential Library highlights the tough-on-crime policies of the Clinton administration, including the building of prisons. Those policies, now considered racist by the Democrats, did far more to keep black families and their neighborhoods safe than the anti-police and racist rhetoric now gushing out of the White House.

The War on Police can only claim more lives.

Violent Radicals Prepare for Cleveland and the Republican Convention

By: Terresa Monroe-Hamilton

Protest

Over 40 groups are preparing to protest the Republican Nation Convention in Cleveland next month. It should be no surprise that radical communists are leading the way. The massive move on Cleveland is being promoted by the leftist website Fight Back! News.

It is being labeled as the “Coalition to Stop Trump and March on the RNC” rally and is scheduled for July 18th which is the first day of the convention. The protest will put forward the slogans, “Dump Trump, Say No to the Republican Agenda. Stand against Racist, Anti-immigrant and Anti-Muslim Attacks. We demand Peace, Justice and Equality.”

“We’re hoping for a march that draws thousands,” states Coalition spokesperson Mick Kelly. “There is a growing tide of anger in the country, directed against Trump and the reactionary, anti-people agenda of the Republican Party. We intend to fill the streets with people who reject their racist, anti-immigrant, and anti-Muslim attacks.” Tom Burke, also of the Coalition, states, “We are hearing from unions, anti-war, student, immigrant rights, and other groups that are mobilizing for the July 18 march. We have every reason to expect a large turnout.”

The Coalition to March on the RNC and Dump Trump, Stand Together Against Trump and the People’s Fightback Center/March Against Racism are gathering protesters by the thousands to descend on Cleveland. Some estimates go as high as 40,000 protesters. I kind of doubt that number, but who knows at this point. Other groups joining the party include AIDS Healthcare Foundation, the Workers World Party, Black Lives Matter, Organize Ohio, Global Zero, Resist the 2016 Cleveland RNC, Citizens for Trump/Our Votes Matter March and Trump March RNC.

Reliable reports are coming in that somewhere between 6,000 and 8,000 radicals will show up in the streets and that doesn’t count the pro-Trump groups that will flock in to counter protest. The Coalition to Stop Trump and March on the RNC is planning a rally at Cleveland Public Square, followed by a march down Ontario Street to the Quicken Loans Arena – the site of the RNC.

Protest1

Leading the violence and chaos will be the Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO). FRSO is a Marxist-Leninist group that openly advocates for minorities to secede from the union and form their own racial nation states. One of the common protests out there by these radicals is “Make America Mexico Again.” They are closely affiliated with Black Lives Matter and have major connections in San Francisco.

Students and Graduate Activists at the University of Illinois, Chicago (SAGA) will also be attending the protests. They were instrumental in shutting down Donald Trump’s rally in Chicago.

Kait McIntyre bragged on FightBack.org:

Kait McIntyre, another member of SAGA, says, “shutting down Trump at UIC was historic and a beautiful illustration of what people are able to accomplish when they unite and work together. The action inspired similar demonstrations around the country, capturing interest and giving hope to all those fighting for justice across the world. I believe the march on the RNC will show us the same thing.”

She is a member of the Freedom Road Socialist Organization, who has hosted anti-Israel events for the group in Chicago.

Per Breitbart, the following is a partial list of attendees. A number of these groups have also been part of rallies to support convicted terrorist murderer and illegal alien, Rasmea Odeh.

  • Cleveland Jobs With Justice
  • Legalization For All Network
  • Minnesota Immigrant Rights Action Committee
  • Lucha Unida por Padres y Estudiantes (L.U.P.E.) (translates to United Fight of Parents and Students)
  • Youth Empowered in the Struggle at UW-Milwaukee
  • Chicago Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression (Began in 1973 as part of Free Angela Davis movement)
  • Utah Against Police Brutality
  • AFSCME Local 1216 – Sandusky, Ohio based United Auto Workers Union
  • United Workers Organization — Milwaukee, WI
  • International Action Center – founded in 1972 by Ramsey Clark
  • Anti-War Committee – Minneapolis, Chicago, Utah, Tuscon, Milwaukee
  • Peoples Opposition to War, Imperialism, and Racism – South Florida
  • Institute for Global Education, Grand Rapids, MI
  • Jacksonville Progressive Coalition
  • American Party of Labor
  • Students for a Democratic Society: University of PA, Houston, TX University of Minnesota, Tampa Bay, Tallahassee, FL University of Utah, Angelina College, Texas, DuPage, IL
  • Community Uprise – University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee
  • The Student Union Movement at Milwaukee Area Technical College
  • BAYAN, USA – an alliance of 20 progressive Filipino organizations
  • International League of Peoples’ Struggle: an international communist coalition
  • U.S. Palestinian Community Network

The city of Cleveland originally tried to set up “Free Speech Zones.” They will not be used because they are ineffective, not to mention unconstitutional. A federal judge has just ruled that Cleveland’s security measures are unconstitutional as well. At a Thursday morning hearing, US District Judge James S. Gwin said he would issue a preliminary injunction forcing the city of Cleveland to rewrite its restrictions for a potentially contentious convention expected to draw up to 100,000 politicians, delegates, supporters, protesters and media. It’s going to be a madhouse and probably very, very dangerous for all involved.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Ohio had sued the city of Cleveland in a lawsuit that also included a liberal group, Organize Ohio, and a conservative group, Citizens for Trump, that had hoped to hold parades near the convention events in the heart of the city. The city’s regulations restricted parades to 18 separate 50-minute time slots on a single route near the convention. The city had also banned all sound amplifiers larger than bullhorns and all speaking platforms within a security zone that stretches more than three square miles within the city. City officials argued that such items could be used to hide bombs.

The security zone is a less-restrictive area than the smaller US Secret Service-protected “hard” security zone that will be immediately drawn around convention events and media filing areas. The ACLU did not contest the restrictions on the “hard” security zone in its lawsuit and the zone does not seem to be affected by Gwin’s order. I will add here that I don’t believe any amount of so-called security will stop the violence. I hope I’m wrong, but I doubt it.

Meanwhile, the National Lawyers Guild is prepping for the FBI and instructing protesters on how to handle and respond to them. The National Lawyers Guild is based in New York, NY and was organized with the assistance of the Communist International in 1936 as a legal action front operated by the Communist Party USA. It is the largest US affiliate of the Soviet-controlled International Association of Democratic Lawyers. The FBI is currently knocking on certain doors to reach out to community members before the convention and to assess risk surrounding the event.

Maggie Rice, 28, an organizer with Food Not Bombs, a volunteer group that provides food at demonstrations and to the homeless, said an FBI agent and a Cleveland police officer in plainclothes had contacted two of the group’s members last week. The FBI is putting radicals on notice that they are there and watching.

The protesters expected in Cleveland include groups of all ideological stripes — many openly antagonistic to one another. Anti-war demonstrators, progressives opposed to Trump’s agenda, groups rallying for economic or social justice, bikers and truckers showing support for the presumptive GOP nominee and the controversial Westboro Baptist Church, which protests the country’s tolerance of gay and lesbian relationships, have all applied for demonstration permits or vowed to show up in Cleveland for the convention, which will run July 18th to the 21st.

This convention will be the most contentious and volatile since 1968. It has the potential for massive violence from communists and radicals that will be there to confront the RNC and their supporters. As far as reality TV goes, this one should be a ratings smasher. Cleveland is getting ready to rumble.

The communists protesting Trump; Update on Albuquerque’s police horses

By: Renee Nal | New Zeal

Anti-Trump protestors attack police and their horses (Twitter)

Anti-Trump protesters attack police and their horses (Twitter)

Six police officers were injured and a horse was knocked over during a “protest” against Donald Trump in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Spokeswoman Celina Espinoza said “said every APD officer who responded was hit by rocks or debris.”

The horses are doing fine (see below).

The mainstream media has completely hidden the fact that the vast majority of anti-Trump protesters were “organized” by radical communist groups.

The Washington Post reported that “of about 1,000 peaceful protesters,” a rogue group consisting of “mostly young, raucous rioters joined the ranks, hurling burning T-shirts, rocks and bottles toward the police and police horses trying to contain them…”

The local news seems to have been written by one of Donald Trump’s communist opponents, as Blair Miller reported with his own special brand of commentary that “[T]here were, as was to be expected in the state most densely-populated with Hispanics, people using their First Amendment right to hurl insults and four-letter words at Trump and his supporters.”

American Spring – Bread and Circuses

By: Terresa Monroe-Hamilton

George Soros

It was a hot time in the old town the other night in Chicago. Donald Trump was scheduled to speak at a rally there with thousands in attendance. That rally had to be cancelled because thousands of violent protesters showed up. Many had tickets to the event. The protest seems to have been organized by MoveOn.org, Bill Ayers and Code Pink. CPUSA, Illinois Coalition of Immigrant and Refugee Rights and ANSWER (Act Now to Stop War and End Racism) also had a hand in it. George Soros has invested approximately $15 million to stage protests like this one to ensure a Clinton victory in November. Troops on the ground included La Raza, the Black Lives Matter movement, the Nation of Islam and the New Black Panthers. It was a who’s who of anarchists, extremists, radicals and freaks. Trump never even arrived at the event. He told the attendees to disperse and go in peace. Unfortunately, it did not go down that way. The decision to cancel the event was Trump’s and was not a recommendation from the police. I say he made the right call on this one.

Bernie Sanders of course blamed Trump, which is just ridiculous. Donald Trump has a right to free speech. The protesters also have a right to protest, but peacefully. They weren’t doing that, so the police should have dispersed them. This is what Sanders had to say:

“As is the case virtually every day, Donald Trump is showing the American people that he is a pathological liar,” Sanders wrote. “Obviously, while I appreciate that we had supporters at Trump’s rally in Chicago, our campaign did not organize the protests. What caused the protests at Trump’s rally is a candidate that has promoted hatred and division against Latinos, Muslims, women, and people with disabilities, and his birther attacks against the legitimacy of President Obama. What caused the violence at Trump’s rally is a campaign whose words and actions have encouraged it on the part of his supporters.”

Reds Exploiting Blacks: The Roots of Black Lives Matter

By: James Simpson
Accuracy in Media

This is a report from the AIM Center for Investigative Journalism

BLM PosterThe Black Lives Matter movement (BLM) casts itself as a spontaneous uprising born of inner city frustration, but is, in fact, the latest and most dangerous face of a web of well-funded communist/socialist organizations that have been agitating against America for decades. Its agitation has provoked police killings and other violence, lawlessness and unrest in minority communities throughout the U.S. If allowed to continue, that agitation could devolve into anarchy and civil war. The BLM crowd appears to be spoiling for just such an outcome.

Nevertheless, BLM appears to be exercising considerable leverage over the Democratic Party, in part by pressuring and intimidating Democratic candidates such as Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders (VT) into embracing their cause. The movement could also assist President Obama’s exploitation of racial divisions in society beyond his final term in office.

This report examines in detail, for the first time, how communist groups have manipulated the cause of Black Lives Matter, and how money from liberal foundations has made it all possible.

Leftist Origins

Exploiting blacks to promote Marxist revolution is an old tactic. The late Larry Grathwohl, former FBI informant in the Weather Underground, understood from personal experience how white communists exploited blacks and other minority groups. He said that Weather Underground terrorists Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn regarded Barack Obama, whose political career they sponsored, as a tool—a puppet—to use against white America. Obama’s legacy at home will certainly include more racial division.

BLM launched in 2013 with a Twitter hashtag, #BlackLivesMatter, after neighborhood watchman George Zimmerman was acquitted in the Trayvon Martin killing. Radical Left activists Alicia Garza, Patrisse Cullors and Opal Tometi claim credit for the slogan and hashtag. Following the Michael Brown shooting in August 2014, Dream Defenders, an organization led by Working Families Party (ACORN) activist and Occupy Wall Street anarchist Nelini Stamp, popularized the phrase “Hands Up–Don’t Shoot!” which has since become BLM’s widely recognized slogan.

Garza, Cullors and Tometi all work for front groups of the Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO), one of the four largest radical Left organizations in the country. The others are the Communist Party USA (CPUSA), Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), and the Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism (CCDS). Nelini Stamp’s ACORN—now rebranded under a variety of different names—works with all four organizations, and Dream Defenders is backed by the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), the ACLU, the Southern Poverty Law Center and others.

FRSO is a hereditary descendant of the New Communist Movement, which was inspired by Mao and the many communist revolutions throughout the world in the 1960s and 1970s. FRSO split into two separate groups in 1999, FRSO/Fight Back and FRSO/OSCL (Freedom Road Socialist Organization/Organizaci?n Socialista del Camino para la Libertad). Black Lives Matter and its founders are allied with the latter group. Future references to FRSO in this article refer to FRSO/OSCL.

FRSO is comprised of dozens of groups. The radical Left model is based on alliances of many organizations that are working on separate issues but dedicated ultimately to the same thing: overthrowing our society in order to replace it with a hardcore socialist (read communist) one.

The goal is to present the appearance of a formidable mass of organizations. Some are large, but many are little more than a website or Facebook page. When necessary, they can all come together to promote the cause du jour. The deaths of Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown and others were mere pretexts for socialist agitation. The real enemy is “the system.” This is why the BLM crowd denies the facts of those cases. As Stamp has said, “we are actually trying to change the capitalist system we have today because it’s not working for any of us.”

BLM is one of many projects undertaken by the FRSO. Except for the website, blacklivesmatter.com, there is no actual organization. The website implicitly acknowledges this, describing #BlackLivesMatter as “an online forum intended to build connections between Black people and our allies to fight anti-Black racism, to spark dialogue among Black people, and to facilitate the types of connections necessary to encourage social action and engagement.”

FRSO membership is disproportionately represented by blacks, gays and women, and self-consciously emphasizes those issues. Garza, who penned a “Herstory” of BLM, is a “queer,” black veteran activist involved in numerous FRSO organizations. Her resumé includes:

Cullors describes herself as a “working class, queer, black woman.” She claims the country killed her father, a drug addict. At a 2015 Netroots Nation conference, Cullors led chants shouting, “If I die in police custody, burn everything down… rise the fuck up! That is the only way motherfuckers like you will listen!” Cullors founded and directs Dignity and Power Now (DPN), which claims to seek “dignity and power of incarcerated people, their families, and communities.”

Cullors was trained by Eric Mann, a former Weather Underground leader who exhorts followers to become “anti-racist, anti-imperialist” activists. Mann runs another FRSO front, the Labor/Community Strategy Center. Like most professional leftists, he makes good money—over $225,000 annually—living in “the system” he advocates destroying.

Tometi is the daughter of illegal aliens from Nigeria. While in college, she worked for the ACLU defending illegal aliens against “vigilantes” opposed to illegal immigration. She is currently the executive director of Black Alliance for Just Immigration (BAJI).

The Funding

FRSO/BLM organizations are generously supported by a universe of wealthy foundations. Some, like those employing BLM founders Garza and Tometi, receive money directly. Others, like Cullors’ DPN, are financed by organizations designed specifically to underwrite the activities of others. Amounts reflect donations received over approximately the past decade.

NDWA (Garza)—2013 revenues were $5.5 million. The NDWA board includes two members of CASA de Maryland, the Illegals’ version of ACORN. CASA also received a grant from NDWA in 2013, as did the radical Left Institute for Policy Studies. NDWA receives funding from the following foundations:

NDWA

POWER (Garza)—2013 revenues were $456,676, including $92,173 in government grants. POWER evolved from the now defunct communist groupSTORM (Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement). Obama’s former “Green Jobs Czar” the self-described communist, Van Jones, served on STORM’s board.

POWER

RTTC (Garza)—2013 revenues were $248,190. RTTC is a nationwide network of activist organizations that resists the gentrification of inner cities because it displaces “low-income people, people of color, marginalized LGBTQ communities, and youths of color…”

RTTC

SOUL (Garza)—Despite its small size (2013 revenues at $110,304), SOUL claims to have trained 679 organizers in 2013.

SOUL

BAJI (Tometi)—2013 revenues were $321,570. This modest organization only lists two full-time staff, yet receives support from many recognizable foundations.

BAJI

Cullors’ DPN is underwritten by Community Partners, a Los Angeles based non-profit with a $24 million budget (including $4 million in government grants) that fiscally sponsors non-profits. It is not an FRSO organization.

Advancement Project (AP)—an FRSO group that funds a variety of radical causes. AP sees America as a racist, oppressive nation and, according to Discover the Networks, “works to organize ‘communities of color’ into politically cohesive units while disseminating its leftist worldviews and values as broadly as possible by way of a sophisticated communications department.” Its 2013 revenues were $11.3 million.

Advancement Project

Movement Strategy Center (MSC)—also facilitates funding, development and advancement of FRSO organizations. Its 2013 revenues were $7.5 million, including $156,032 in government grants.

MSC

The Return of Van Jones

Mainstream funders have helped fund BLM as well. For example, United Way has partnered with A&E and iHeartMedia to create Shining the Light Advisors, a committee of “nationally known experts and leaders in racial and social justice,” to oversee grant disbursements. These “advisors” include such radicals as Van Jones, Advancement Project co-director Judith Browne Dianis, and Rinku Sen, president of the Applied Research Center (ARC).

Fergusl FRSO BannerBLM’s mission includes a kitchen sink of favored radical Left causes, including support of poverty elimination programs, prison deinstitutionalization, illegal immigration and gay rights. Highlighting FRSO’s orientation toward gay blacks, it describes how “Black, queer and trans folks bear a unique burden from a hetero-patriarchal society that disposes of us like garbage and simultaneously fetishizes us and profits off of us, and that is state violence.”

Its wide network of affiliates and partner organizations like CPUSA and ACORN allows BLM to turn out large crowds. Many participate simply to protest, commit violence, loot or all three.

FRSO was prominent at the Ferguson protests and videoed the event. It has even created a Black Lives Matter button. Following are more FRSO organizations involved with BLM. (Funding estimates provided when known).

  • Showing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ) is a “national network of groups and individuals organizing White people for racial justice.” SURJ quotes Garza saying that “We need you defecting from White supremacy and changing the narrative of White supremacy by breaking White silence.
  • Strategic Concepts in Organizing and Policy Education (SCOPE)—Its 2013 revenues were $2.8 million. Led by Anthony Thigpenn, a former Black Panther and board member of the Apollo Alliance. Apollo is the secretive alliance of labor, environment and other Left activists that formulated Obama’s trillion dollar “stimulus” plan. Board member Van Jones described Apollo “as sort of a grand unified field theory for progressive Left causes.” It is now a project of theBlue Green Alliance.

SCOPE

Obama handshakeBLM groups have also joined with CPUSA,CCDS, DSA, SEIU, Color of Change and many others. Anarchist and top OWS organizer Lisa Fithian, who orchestrated the 1999 Seattle World Trade Organization riots, trained Ferguson protesters. Fithian says “Create crisis, because crisis is that edge where change is possible.”

Fithian echoes Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven—creators of the infamousCloward/Piven Crisis Strategy—who spent decades attempting to provoke ghetto blacks to riot, because “Poor people can advance only when ‘the rest of society is afraid of them.’” Rasheen Aldridge, seen above meeting President Obama, was a leader of the Ferguson protests. He has participated in numerous CPUSA events in 2013, 2014 and 2015. Another prominent CPUSA member active in BLM protests is Michael McPhearson, who leads the Don’t Shoot Coalition.

Carl Davidson and Pat Fry, co-chairs of CCDS, exploited the revolutionary atmosphere of the Ferguson riots to create an eight-point plan for “Left Unity” demanding “a common aspiration for socialism.”

CCDS Black-Lives-Matter

Missourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment (MORE) is Missouri’s rebranded ACORN group. It created an illustrative chart offering a snapshot of the Left’s grievance agenda. Capitalism is always the problem. Socialism is always the solution.

Corporate Capitalism

Interestingly, MORE doesn’t believe in socialism when it is footing the bill. MORE promised to pay Ferguson protesters $5,000/month to hang out and cause trouble. But just as ACORN stiffed its employees while preaching socialist generosity, MORE stiffed the protesters.

Islamist organizations have also jumped on the BLM bandwagon, reminding us of the unholy alliance that exists between them and the radical Left. In September 2015, the Muslim Brotherhood front-group Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) joined BLM activists in storming California Governor Jerry Brown’s office. CAIR also participated in the Ferguson protests. Meanwhile ISIS is recruiting American blacks for its cause.

Intellectual Genealogy of Black Lives Matter

“We must be ready to employ trickery, deceit, law-breaking, withholding and concealing truth… We can and must write in a language which sows among the masses hate, revulsion, and scorn toward those who disagree with us.”—Vladimir Lenin

That quote from the Soviet Union’s first leader captures the entire essence of the Left’s strategy. No matter what the issue, no matter what the facts, the Left advances a relentless, hate-filled narrative that America is irredeemably evil and must be destroyed as soon as possible. The BLM movement is only the latest but perhaps most dangerous variant on this divisive theme.

Communists use language and psychology as weapons. Their constant vilification is a form of psychological terror. It puts America and Americans on trial. The verdict is always guilty. Facts don’t matter because the Left does not want to resolve the problems they complain about. They use those problems to agitate and provoke, hoping conflict becomes unavoidable—thereby creating a self-fulfilling prophecy. Their hatred is tactical.

Obama’s favorite Harvard professor Derrick Bell devised Critical Race Theory, which exemplifies Lenin’s strategy as applied to race. According to Discover the Networks:

“Critical race theory contends that America is permanently racist to its core, and that consequently the nation’s legal structures are, by definition, racist and invalid … members of “oppressed” racial groups are entitled—in fact obligated—to determine for themselves which laws and traditions have merit and are worth observing…”

Bell’s theory is in turn an innovation of Critical Theory—developed by philosophers of the communist Frankfurt School. The school was founded in Frankfurt, Germany in 1923. Its Jewish communist scholars fled Hitler’s Germany in the 1930s, relocating to Columbia Teachers College in New York. Critical Theory—which discredits all aspects of Western society—rapidly infected the minds of newly-minted college professors, who then spread its poison throughout the university system. We know it today as political correctness.

White Privilege

The “racist” narrative was turbocharged with the concept of “White Privilege,” the notion that whites—the dominant group in capitalist America—are irretrievably racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, fill-in-the-blank-ophobic, imperialistic oppressors who exploit everyone. Whites are the only true evil in the world andshould be exterminated.

Race TraitorThe “White Skin Privilege” idea was created in 1967 by Noel Ignatiev, an acolyte of Bell and professor at Harvard’s W.E.B. Du Bois Institute (Du Bois was a Communist black leader who helped found the NAACP). Ignatiev was a member of CPUSA’s most radical wing, the Maoist/Stalinist Provisional Organizing Committee to Reconstitute the Marxist-Leninist Communist Party (POC). POC was the intellectual forerunner to FRSO.

Writing under the alias Noel Ignatin, Ignatiev co-authored an SDS pamphlet with fellow radical Ted Allen, titled White Blindspot. In 1992 he co-founded Race Traitor: Journal of the New Abolitionism. Its first issue coined the slogan, “Treason to whiteness is loyalty to humanity.” Its stated objective was to “abolish the white race.” More specifically, the New Abolitionist newsletter stated:

“The way to abolish the white race is to challenge, disrupt and eventually overturn the institutions and behavior patterns that reproduce the privileges of whiteness, including the schools, job and housing markets, and the criminal justice system. The abolitionists do not limit themselves to socially acceptable means of protest, but reject in advance no means of attaining their goal (emphasis added).”

But do not be confused; “White” does not mean white. “White” in radical construction means anyone of any race, creed, nationality, color, sex, or sexual preference who embraces capitalism, free markets, limited government and American traditional culture and values. By definition, these beliefs are irredeemably evil and anyone who aligns with them is “white” in spirit and thus equally guilty of “white crimes.” Ignatiev still teaches, now at the Massachusetts College of Art.

The Black Lives Matter movement carries this narrative to unprecedented heights, claiming that only whites can be racists. And while justifying violence to achieve “social justice,” the movement’s goal is to overthrow our society to replace it with a Marxist one. Many members of the black community would be shocked to learn that the intellectual godfathers of this movement are mostly white Communists, “queers” and leftist Democrats, intent on making blacks into cannon fodder for the revolution.

Ramping it up at #Mizzou: Black students advised to ‘arm themselves’

The Young America’s Foundation “exclusively obtained a private message from students at the University of Missouri” advising peers to “arm themselves with tasers and pepper spray.” Also, TheBlaze reported that black students are being advised by peers and on social media to get weapons, presumably to protect themselves against vague, unsubstantiated hate crimes.

For background read: Radical Students Take Missouri University Hostage: Issue Demands; Oust President [Video] From the YAF article:

“…a group of students will be gathering to form a ‘safe place’ and intend to protect it with ‘non-lethal weapons’ throughout the course of the day. ‘Black students and [their] closest allies at Mizzou are encouraging their peers to arm themselves with tasers and pepper spray.’…”

Here is the image captured, which was “…sent earlier this morning and disseminated through private Facebook groups and text messages in order to deliberately avoid public exposure…”

As pointed out at theBlaze, “Students and supporters on social media have also called for black students to arm themselves while on campus.”   Mizzou1 But the incidents that have led up to the insanity are highly questionable. Back in September, University of Missouri Student Body President Payton Head “reported that people shouted racial slurs at him from a passing pickup truck, galvanizing the protest movement.” There was also a completely unsubstantiated account of a feces swastika.  Today, it was reported that Payton Head further posted about the Ku Klux Klan being on campus, then deleted the post:

oops.

It is clear that someone wants trouble. Hopefully the majority of students will see through the insanity.
