Award winning black actor and civil rights activist Samuel L. Jackson cut a radio ad for the congressional special election in Georgia. Jackson urged Georgia voters to vote democrat to stop racist and sexist Trump. http://bit.ly/2pJHfSy
Folks, as an American who happens to be black, I respectfully report that Mr Jackson has a history of delusional thinking in regards to race relations in America. Over the years, Jackson has repeatedly excoriated Americans. Recently, Jackson accused America of being “full of white supremacists” who elected a “white supremacist president.” http://bit.ly/2oinzVG
Everything out of this so-called civil rights activist’s mouth is counter productive to real black empowerment.
I challenge you to name a blockbuster Hollywood movie which does not feature Samuel L. Jackson. Okay, that statement may be a bit over the top, but you get my point. This guy is an awesome actor. His work ethic is legendary. Rather than trashing the millions of white movie goers who purchase tickets to see him, shouldn’t Jackson be focused on encouraging blacks to follow his lead?
What gets me about so many of these mega-wealthy and mega successful blacks is they never say “do what I did to become successful”; work hard, make responsible choices and strive for excellence. No, instead, these rich blacks betray their people by advocating the Democrats’ keep-them-on-our-plantation formula. These powerful black mouthpieces for the Leftist agenda tell blacks, “Y’all should demand more government assistance checks and democrats mandating lower standards for blacks.” Every Democrat so-called black empowerment program subliminally sends blacks the message that they are short-bus-to-school Americans. Leftists are peerless in their bigotry of lowered expectations in regards to black Americans.
This is why as a black conservative, I remain frustrated that Republicans are branded racist. In reality, Democrats are the true racists. My GOP brothers and sisters have never talked down to me or inferred that standards needed to be lowered to give me a fair shot.
That is all my 90 year-old black dad asked for back in 1952, a fair shot at becoming a Baltimore City firefighter. Despite horrific racist working conditions, dad won “Firefighter of the Year” two times without a single standard lowered for him. That’s what I’m talkin’ ’bout! http://bit.ly/2pajirD
By sticking his nose into the Georgia congressional election as a Democrat hack operative, Mr. Jackson is selling-out his people again; helping to falsely brand Trump a racist. Have you checked the numbers Mr. Jackson? Blacks suffered big time under 8 years of Obama; epidemic unemployment; socially and economically going backwards. http://bit.ly/1VJG0jM
Trump will be far better for blacks than Obama. http://bit.ly/2eSpXhS Mr. Jackson, I pray that you will get your head together. Please stop being a puppet, continuing Democrats’ decades of deceiving and exploiting blacks to keep them voting Democrat.
Mr. Jackson, please start proclaiming the truth to black youths, “Do what I did and you can have what I have.” Samuel L. Jackson’s net worth is approximately $165 million.

Some conservatives/Republicans are concerned about a lack of post-election unity on our side. Some are still Never Trump. Some hope Trump will betray us so they can say “I told you so”. Some are angry that Trump won without adhering to traditional political dos and don’ts. Some dislike that Trump is not ideological – not a pure conservative.
Some on our side have suggested that we may have been better off had Hillary won. They say it would have united conservatives/Republicans to defeat her. I disagree.
Trump defeating Hillary was a extraordinary Christmas gift from God; an opportunity to put the brakes on the Left’s mission to destroy every tradition and institution we hold dear that have made America great. Trump’s victory also exposed that we who love America are the majority. Folks, that is priceless. Knowing that we have not lost our country to Leftist indoctrination is far more empowering than unity gained fighting a Clinton Administration.
How many times have you felt dispirited over the past 8 years? You thought a majority of Americans hate their country. You thought a majority believed the Left’s lies. America was founded on bigotry and hate. The world has too little because America has too much. America deserves to be punished. Americans support Obama rolling out the red carpet for illegals. Remember your little Johnny coming home from elementary school crying his eyes out over our mean founding fathers and hating himself for being white?
The Left told us a majority are in favor of America’s decline called social justice. For crying out loud, schools taught our kids the song “Proud To Be an American” is racist and banned it. http://bit.ly/2hwK6tY The Left told us only a misguided ignorant minority feel good about our country. It appeared patriotism was outdated. The battle to save America as founded was lost. Candidly, only my trust in God and refusal to surrender my beloved country kept me fighting.
Then, this guy Trump came along and boldly proclaimed on national TV, “I want to make America great again!”
Elites in both parties laughed hysterically. But the American people (all races, genders and economic groups) connected with Trump. The Left instructs Americans to hate their homeland and white members of our American family. Americans instinctively know this is wrong. Trump’s words excited and energized Americans, reigniting a neglected flame of unity and patriotism. Trump possibly won the presidency that day. Despite the Left’s purposeful hate-generating spin, Americans instinctively know Trump wants to make us all great again.
Conservatives/Republicans who say Hillary winning would not have been so bad obviously do not grasp the catastrophic consequences of Hillary in power.
Leftist media’s tearful extreme hysteria post-election confirms that had Hillary won they would immediately build a 50ft wall of protection around her. Hillary would continue Obama’s decline of America with impunity; without fear of blame for the negative consequences.
Trump’s landslide victory confirmed that Americans know our country is declining. And yet, thanks to the mainstream media protecting him, Obama is not blamed for Americans’ sufferings despite being in power for the past 8 years. The Left will provide the same Teflon protective coating for their first leftist woman president.
Some say we could stop president Hillary because the GOP controls the House and Senate. The greatest predictor of future behavior is past behavior. When did the GOP seriously oppose Obama? All I hear is crickets. The GOP will not oppose the first woman president. Even now, RINOs are singing backup as the Left sings, “Trump is the Worst Thing that Ever Happened to America.” http://bit.ly/2gOOV1R
Eight years of Hillary would equal game-over for the SCOTUS, for repealing Obamacare, for stopping LGBT aggression, for religious freedom, for the Constitution and game-over for free speech. Leftists are well on their way criminalizing free speech. http://bit.ly/1PAzsBy
Meanwhile, anti-Trump people on our side view Hillary in the WH as no big deal, politics as usual; an opportunity to unify conservatives/Republicans to defeat her.
The Left is throwing everything including the kitchen sink at Trump to end his presidency before it begins, terrifying people with absurd lies. “Trump will send blacks back to Africa. Trump is advocating hate and violence. Trump hates women.” Tragically, a true believer Hillary supporter set himself on fire. http://bit.ly/2gv9naB
The more Trump succeeds the more insane the Left will behave trying to stop him. Democrats, mainstream media and Hollywood will insidiously triple down generating fear and hate. The left’s goal is to sell the lie that We the People did not give Trump a mandate to throw out the Democrats’ foul smelling bucket of crap.
Trump needs us to have his back folks. If Trump ever drinks the left’s Kool-Aid on an important issue, by all means loudly call him out on it. Otherwise, we must rally behind our president who has already begun pulling our country back from falling off the cliff into socialist/progressive hell.
C’mon anti-Trump conservatives/Republicans, join the celebration! Welcome aboard the Trump Train. http://bit.ly/2hhamcV

Starting on Tuesday, August 30th, Free The Delegates will launch an astonishing national ad in the midst of the presidential race.
The hard-hitting ad, named “Keep Your Word” uses Donald Trump’s own words. The ad will be aired in what were once battleground states such as Virginia, Ohio, Florida, and Michigan. Trump is now trailing Hillary Clinton by up to double-digits in several key states.
Regina Thomson, Executive Director of Free The Delegates, weighed in:
“It’s clear that Mr. Trump destroyed all semblance of credibility he had after the convention – the American people agree. He is behind by double digits in several states that should be in contention. This continued carnival, called by some ‘a candidacy’ will cost my fellow Republicans the Senate and the US Supreme Court.”
After documents surfaced implicating Paul Manafort in corrupt dealings in the Ukraine with ties to not only Vladimir Putin, but the Russian mob, now comes a new bombshell. It turns out that Manafort probably broke the law, secretly routing at least $2.2 million to two prominent Washington lobbying firms in 2012 from the pro-Russian governing party in the Ukraine. He did it in a way that hid those connections to influence foreign policy. Bad Russian plant… bad, bad.
Per the AP, under federal law, US lobbyists must declare publicly if they represent foreign leaders or their political parties and provide detailed reports about their actions to the Justice Department. A violation is a felony and can result in up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. Manafort has some ‘splainin’ to do and federal charges may be forthcoming.
The Trump campaign, now in panic mode, shuffled the deck quickly last night, saying that Trump doesn’t like to be ‘constrained’. I guess he’s not into handcuffs much. Go figure. Manafort is still on his team as campaign manager… wouldn’t want to sever that life or death connection to Putin, now would we?
Look carefully at who Trump brought up the ranks. Kellyanne Conway joined the Donald Trump campaign three weeks ago and she has appeared on television an average of three times daily, projecting titanic optimism: Trump will win over America’s women as his new campaign manager. That’s just laughable. But even more hilarious is the selection of Breitbart’s Steve Bannon as CEO… a vicious and predatory media hit man with leanings toward racist nationalism. He’s literally turned Breitbart into Pravda for Donald Trump. Which is apropos considering that BuzzFeed put out that he was accepting $500 per story at Breitbart in 2014 to favor Russia over the Ukraine. Think about that and then think about all of Trump’s nefarious Russian connections. Once again, Bannon sought Trump out just as Manafort did. Last but not least, former Fox News Chairman Roger Ailes has been hired to prepare Trump for the debates. Yeah, that ought to be great for PR and women love men who have sexually accosted other women. What a winner.
And don’t forget Donald Trump’s daughter and her husband, Jared Kushner, who spent some time on billionaire Democrat David Geffen’s yacht off the coast of Croatia on Friday. The couple were photographed jet skiing and sunbathing on the $200 million boat, named the Rising Sun. Geffen, a Hollywood executive and close friend of President Barack Obama, donated large sums of money to both Bernie Sanders’ and Hillary Clinton’s campaigns during the primaries, according to the Daily Mail.
Ivanka is said to be vacationing with Wendi Deng Murdoch – Rupert Murdoch’s ex-wife and Vladimir Putin’s current rumored girlfriend. Cozy with Russia AND Progressive Marxists. It’s a twofer and all in the elite family, don’t ya know.

And we come back to Manafort, because he is key in all this. Manafort and business associate Rick Gates, another top strategist in Trump’s campaign, were working in 2012 on behalf of the political party of Ukraine’s then-president, Viktor Yanukovych. During the period when Gates and Manafort were consultants to the Ukraine president’s political party, Gates was also helping steer the advocacy work done by a pro-Yanukovych nonprofit that hired a pair of Washington lobbying firms, Podesta Group Inc. and Mercury LLC. That’s right… the freaking Podesta Group.
Gates told the AP that he and Manafort introduced the lobbying firms to the European Centre nonprofit and occasionally consulted with the firms on Ukrainian politics. He called the actions lawful, and said there was no attempt to circumvent the reporting requirements of the U.S. Foreign Agents Registration Act.
The heads of both lobbying firms told AP they concluded there was no obligation to disclose their activities to the Justice Department. Manafort did not directly respond to AP’s requests to discuss the work, but he was copied on the AP’s questions and Gates said he spoke to Manafort before providing answers to them.
Political consultants are generally leery of registering under the foreign agents law, because their reputations can suffer once they are on record as accepting money to advocate the interests of foreign governments — especially if those interests conflict with America’s.
Ironically, one of the lobbying firms Manafort and Gates worked with has strong Democratic ties.
The founder and chairman of the Podesta Group, Tony Podesta, is the brother of longtime Democratic strategist John Podesta, who now is campaign chairman for Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. The head of Mercury, Vin Weber, is an influential Republican, former congressman and former special policy adviser to Mitt Romney. Weber announced earlier this month that he will not support Trump.
Whether Manafort and Gates will be prosecuted for this is unclear, but it would not surprise me. Prosecutions under the Foreign Agents Registration Act are generally rare, but they do happen. This looks extremely corrupt to me and it appears that Manafort was covering up where the money was coming from and why.
Then you add Carter Paige, who is heavily invested with Gazprom and living in Putin’s lap and Michael Flynn ― a former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency who was paid by a Russian state-funded television network to speak at its 10th-anniversary gala ― who Trump brought to his first national security briefing on Wednesday. Flynn is strongly connected to Russia. And did I mention he’s a Democrat? All of these people might as well be living in the Kremlin and if they tried harder they couldn’t more obviously be plants.
They are all certainly national security threats, but here we go… bringing our biggest enemy into our election and possibly into the White House. SMH. With Hillary Clinton you get the Middle Eastern Islamists, the Russians and the Chinese. With Trump, you get the same, only more Russian seasoning with a hint of mob. #WorstElectionEver #NeitherOne2016
Accuracy in Media Editor Roger Aronoff was a guest on “Cavuto Coast to Coast” on July 29 on the Fox Business Network. The topic was the mainstream media’s double standard in covering disunity at the Republican National Convention, but not so much at the Democratic National Convention.
Aronoff spoke about how the plans for a unified Democratic convention were undermined by WikiLeaks revelations. “I think the Democrats had dreams of a unified convention going in, and WikiLeaks kind of burst their dream when they dropped nearly 20,000 emails going into the weekend, which set off a whole chain of events,” said Aronoff. “And Bernie Sanders and his supporters became outraged when it was revealed that the DNC had had its thumb on the scale to help Hillary Clinton secure the nomination.”
“Many are still angry, and still planning on ‘Bernie or Bust,’” said Aronoff, who wrote an article discussing the WikiLeaks emails and revelations of media complicity. Aronoff exposed how the incestuous media has been working with Democratic leadership toward a common goal.
“They [the media and Democrats] were determined to keep this as beautiful a production, as unified as they could make them because they have an agenda: they want Hillary to win,” said Aronoff. Granted, Sanders was able to get Democratic National Committee chair Debbie Wasserman-Schultz to resign, and he influenced the party platform. However, “…once they got that behind them the media focused strictly on the speakers at the convention, Michelle Obama, and Barack Obama, and Bill Clinton, and then of course Hillary last night.”
Hillary Clinton’s nomination may have featured a star-studded line-up, but ongoing dissension—deliberately ignored by the media—continued boiling under the surface.
“But, yes, there is a definite long-time bias in the media, that’s institutional, that was revealed through these emails,” he said. “We’ve been talking about it for nearly 50 years now.”
You can watch Aronoff’s recent appearance on “Cavuto Coast to Coast” here.
Donald Trump accepts the republican nomination for president
It has been reported on three different occasions now, twice from Donald Trump himself, that he would like to form a super PAC to defeat one of the very few voices for constitutional conservatism in the senate, Ted Cruz.
Trevor Loudon is very concerned that Trump’s anti-Cruz rhetoric will further splinter the conservative base.
“To beat Hillary Clinton in November, Donald Trump needs Ted Cruz supporters,” Loudon said. “Trump has to decide right now: ‘Does he want to beat Hillary, or does he want to beat Ted Cruz? He can’t do both, they are mutually exclusive.”
On Friday, less than 24 hours after accepting the republican nomination for president, Trump addressed Republican National Convention volunteers and focused, inexplicably, on Ted Cruz. In addition to reviving the truly offensive lie that Ted Cruz’s dad had something to do with the assassination of John F. Kennedy, Trump said, as reported at the Daily Wire:
“I like Ted, he’s fine. Again, I don’t want his endorsement. If he gives it, I will not accept it, just so you understand. If he gives it, I will not accept it, just so you understand. If he gives it I will – I will not accept. It won’t matter. Honestly, he should’ve done it because nobody cares and he would’ve been in better shape for four years from now if he’s gonna be – I don’t think, I don’t see him winning anyway, frankly. But if he – if he did I – it’s fine. Although, maybe I’ll set up a Super PAC if he decides to run. Are you allowed to set up a Super PAC, Mike [Pence], if you are the president to fight somebody?”
Trump obsesses about Ted Cruz during speech to RNC volunteers the day after he accepts the nomination for president
In the wake of the booing at Ted Cruz’s speech at the Republican National Convention this week, allegations that have been buzzing around in relation to Trump’s evident-attempt to destroy Ted Cruz’s career have come to light and should be explored:
Trump’s campaign had Ted Cruz’s speech well in advance,
Trump surrogates sought to encourage boo’s during Ted Cruz’s speech,
Texas delegates furious with Cruz,
Sheldon Adelson refused to allow Ted Cruz in his suite after Cruz declined to endorse Donald Trump,
Trump surrogates are now actively attempting to unseat Ted Cruz as Texas Senator,
On the day after his acceptance speech, Trump denied that he insulted Heidi Cruz and again questioned whether Ted Cruz’s father was involved in the JFK assassination.
Trump’s campaign had Ted Cruz’s speech well in advance
Donald Trump tweeted that he saw Cruz’s speech “two hours early.” But as reported at the Washington Examiner,
“Sen. Ted Cruz informed Donald Trump on Monday during a telephone conversation that he would not endorse the Republican nominee during his speech to the GOP convention.”
Cruz adviser Jason Johnson additionally claimed that Cruz “made it clear to Trump during an in-person meeting in Washington a few weeks ago that he would not endorse him…”
As also revealed at Twitchy, Trump surrogates had the speech well in advance. One of the most compelling tweets illustrating this is from Sean Davis of The Federalist.
Since the RNC will probably lie and say Cruz changed his speech, this is the text the RNC sent out at 8:21p.m. pic.twitter.com/7g96QDBC4L
Either Donald Trump is the most incompetent politician I have ever seen, or he is throwing this election. Yesterday started off badly for the Trump campaign and got progressively worse.
Trump’s strategy and tactics during this election have made absolutely no sense. In the primaries, as he swept from state to state winning, he let his people go. He left virtually no one on the ground to fight in the main showdown between Trump and Clinton. He used people to win delegates and then discarded them. His campaign staff is down to approximately 30 people and several of those are family members – those family members are all Democrats and have heavily supported Dems in previous elections. He has 1/10th the staff that Clinton has. Compare that to Clinton who has around 400 staff members working for her. He has just over $1 million in the bank, compared to Hillary Clinton, who currently has over $43 million to use and her accounts are growing. Trump does not have staffed teams working on communications, data, rapid response or his ground game.
Hillary Clinton and her allies have reserved roughly $117 million in ad time between now and Election Day, including more than $20 million in key swing states over the next few weeks alone. The Trump figure for that same period is $0. In fact, Trump has announced he will not go after Clinton until after the convention is held. A pro-Trump super PAC announced a $700,000 buy, but not only is that a drop in the bucket, it isn’t directly from Trump. Self-funding? Any funding would be an improvement.
Until yesterday, we didn’t know how much Trump had raised. But yesterday was an FEC filing deadline. Hillary Clinton raised $28 million in May. Trump raised $3 million and loaned his campaign another $2 million, ending the month with a little over $1 million in the bank. This is not how you run a campaign for the presidency. He can’t possibly pull off a win this way and I believe he knows it. Did you know that Ben Carson’s campaign has more cash on hand than Trump’s right now? I’m not kidding. Ted Cruz has six times more cash on hand right now than Donald Trump and Cruz dropped out at the beginning of May. We are less than five months from election day and Trump hasn’t even approached the starting line, much less started running. Hillary is already picking out drapes for the White House.
Aside from the lack of money, the turmoil within the Trump campaign is a full fledged dumpster fire. Last month, Donald Trump fired his national political director of just a few weeks. Today, less than a month before the Republican convention kicks off, he cut loose campaign manager Corey Lewandowski. Then he gets rid of another top aid for putting out a tweet later in the day. Word has it that bedlam reigns in the Trump camp. Lewandowski should have been fired long ago, but others on Trump’s team are just about as bad. Rumor has it those that were loyal to Corey are on the chopping block. Pretty soon there won’t be anyone left.
My favorite tweet out there on this comes from Michelle Fields:
And Ben Shapiro nailed it:
Here’s a chart that is truly sobering:
Trump is losing ground, not gaining out there. All the propaganda and conned masses in the world can’t change the fact that everywhere you look, Trump is despised and not wanted as president.
Pro-Clinton Priorities USA just released their best fundraising month numbers yet. They collected more than $12 million. So far, they have collected $88.7 million, with another $45 million in pledges. “The organized and well-funded push for Clinton contrasts sharply with the chaos that surrounds the groups supporting Trump,” reports Matea Gold. “At least five super PACs are in the mix, creating confusion among donors unsure where to put their money.” There is little data available from most of the groups, but “one of the first groups on the scene, Great America PAC, has raised just $3.5 million since forming in February.
“The super PAC rolled out a new ad Monday spotlighting the massacre in Orlando and featuring a former Navy SEAL who touts Trump as ‘willing to make tough choices to protect America.’ The spot is part of a $700,000 TV campaign set to air nationally and in key states over the next several weeks.”
Here’s the ad:
It’s an impressive ad, but the majority of the military does not support Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton. In fact, Trump has at least twice made statements about military members stealing money from Iraq and his fundraising for vets has not released all the funds for them yet. I personally don’t consider him a friend of military personnel and I know many who feel the same way.
Not only is Trump running a flailing, losing campaign… he has his kids handling it and he is also not taking direction or advice from anyone.
Trump has been a Democrat most of his life. Suddenly, he donned Republican garb and went out among the sheep who flocked to his propaganda and lies. He must laugh himself silly that people are sooo very gullible. They are actually desperate… people will do anything to keep Hillary out of office and after losing so long under the incompetent Republican powers-that-be, they just want to win again. But what if the pied piper that says he will lead them to victory is just Hillary in drag? Or worse yet, a plant to ensure that Hillary Clinton becomes president? If that were the case, would Trump be doing anything different than he is now?
Look at who is currently helping him. Ivanka Trump is a Democrat as is her husband Jared Kushner. Jared is Jewish and Ivanka has converted to Judaism. Trump has used him as a prop to win over the Jewish community. But remember, Trump talks of a two-state solution and withdrawing support for Israel. It’s all sleight of hand and pandering.
Kushner contributed more than $100,000 to Democratic campaigns and committees over two decades. Considering his fortune, that’s not so much, but he is a supporter of liberal, Democratic candidates. And he is the man running Trump’s campaign now. His father is also a wealthy real estate tycoon who was sent to prison for witness tampering… by Chris Christie. Dear old dad was known for mafia-like tactics, so he has a lot in common with Trump.
It is widely believed that Jared and Ivanka were the ones behind the abrupt firing of Lewandowski. From what I hear, Trump didn’t even go see the guy… he called him and then he was led out of Trump Tower by a couple of security guards. It’s pretty clear who is calling the shots now and it’s all in the family.
Both Jared and Ivanka were supporters of Barack Obama and his policies, with a special emphasis on President Obama’s executive actions on immigration reform. Tell me how that jives with Trump’s stance on the issue? It is one more indicator to me that he will not keep his word on that subject. He’ll negotiate and shift.
Kushner contributed $2,000 to Hillary Clinton’s 2000 campaign for U.S. Senate in New York and later contributed $4,000 to the committee supporting then-Sen. Clinton in 2003. Recipients of Kushner’s contributions also include Sens. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Robert Menendez (D-NJ), both of whom were members of the so-called Gang of Eight pushing for congressional legislation on immigration reform in 2013.
Kushner has also contributed to the campaigns of Democratic lawmakers who cheered Obama for granting temporary legal status to millions of illegal immigrants. He has donated to Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-NJ), both of whom celebrated the controversial executive order as encouraging, productive and necessary.
The lone Republican recipient of Kushner’s money was former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Kushner contributed $1,000 to an exploratory committee for Giuliani’s U.S. Senate bid in 1999, FEC records show.
Trump has himself contributed to Democratic committees in the past, including committees associated with Clinton, Menendez, Schumer and Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV). Trump also donated to the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation, which he has said drew the Clintons to his 2005 wedding. The business mogul only ramped up his donations to Republican groups and candidates in the last five years, while he was preparing to run on the Republican ticket and hoodwink the entire party.
Kushner made the contributions under a number of different companies that are associated with Kushner Companies, where Jared works as chief executive. The real estate and development company was started by Charles Kushner, Jared’s father, who is a multimillionaire Democratic donor. Charles Kushner was sentenced in New Jersey federal court to two years in prison for tax evasion, witness tampering and making illegal campaign donations in 2005. The FEC also fined Kushner over $500,000 for making the illegal campaign donations. He’s out now and is being low-profile, but his son is very prominent… especially now in the Trump campaign.
Ivanka contributed $16,500 to Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in the 2006 midterms when then-Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi was fighting Republicans. She contributed $7,500 to Harry Reid’s Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee that same midterm election year. Ivanka also gave $8,000 to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in 2008 during a presidential election year.
She has also contributed $4,000 to California’s far-left Attorney General Kamala Harris; $17,500 New York’s Democrat Gov. Andrew Cuomo; the Democrats’ National Leadership PAC in 2006 and 2008 – an organization associated with the “Act Blue” 527 organization during years that Democrats were fighting against Republicans; and $7,700 to far-left Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton, a pro-abortion feminist who supports protecting LGBT community members from illegal immigration deportations.
Other Democrats that Ivanka Trump contributed to are: Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand ($2,000); Hillary Clinton for U.S. Senate and president ($3,400); the Democrats’ scandalous Eliot Spitzer for governor ($3,000); liberal Congressman Charlie Rangel; California’s liberal Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom ($500); democrat Sen. Chuck Schumer ($4,500) in 2014; and Democrat Sen. Cory Booker as recently as 2014 ($20,400).
It appears that out of more than 30 campaign contributions, Ivanka only contributed to three Republican campaigns – John McCain, Mitt Romney/Paul Ryan for president ($75,000) and Carly Fiorina. Her contributions to Republicans represents less than 10 percent of her contributions – the rest have been to Democrats.
So, we have a candidate with a Democratic history and his children who are ostensibly running his campaign and have a Democratic history. We have a team that is imploding and what few that are on staff are being fired. Trump has spent the past few weeks doing almost everything you would do if you were trying to throw an election, from attacking a federal judge over his Mexican heritage to not building a serious ground game or actively raising the money necessary to wage a credible campaign for the presidency. He’s not savaging Clinton as you would expect him to and he is not making nice with the GOP or the delegates.
Instead, he has masterfully used propaganda through Fox News, the Drudge Report, Breitbart, Gateway Pundit and others to get his message out. Whenever things die down a bit, he creates a new emergency so he can be in the headlines again. He aims his messages and speeches at his audience depending on the crowd he speaks in front of and how they feel that day.
Trump is already blaming people for stealing the convention from him:
Trump says if offered $5 billion to drop out, “I guess we’d have to think about it.” And while he keeps all that up, a delegate revolt is indeed brewing at the convention. The GOP may just decide in the end to risk a revolt and go with someone else more stable and presidential. Someone more ‘Republican’. 48% of Republicans now want a different nominee.
Trump is also quickly becoming a massive joke:
For all the world it looks to me as if Trump is looking for an exit or is simply going to ‘lose’ to Hillary and then blame others for it, while enriching himself once again and maybe getting a news network or something out of the deal. Clinton is leading Trump even with all her scandals and the fact that everyone hates her to pieces. Trump should write a new book: The Art of Losing. It would be a best seller after this fiasco.
While showing an image of Donald Trump as a wrecking ball, veteran leftist operative Webster Tarpley told the recent Left Forum in New York City, “If we play this right, he can destroy the Republican Party.” The comments, delivered at the major left-wing gathering of the year, reflect the belief among “progressive” activists that the Donald J. Trump candidacy can be used to destroy the Republican Party and usher in a major period of Democratic Party rule, under the increasing influence of an openly socialist faction.
“This party must be destroyed,” Tarpley said, referring to the Republicans.
Tarpley’s analysis of the political scene takes on additional significance as we see evidence of communists and Mexican nationals protesting outside Trump rallies and assaulting Trump supporters. Tarpley’s audience was the Left Forum, which is described as “the largest annual conference of a broad spectrum of left and progressive intellectuals, activists, academics, organizations and the interested public.” The theme for this year’s event was “Rage, Rebellion, Revolution: Organizing Our Power.”
Those participating included the Democratic Socialists of America (which supported Barack Obama and now Bernie Sanders), the Southern Poverty Law Center, representatives of the governments of Cuba and Venezuela, the “Exonerate Ethel Rosenberg” campaign, CodePink, the Palestine Solidarity Committee, the Workers World Party, the Trans Queer Liberation Movement, and the Greek Communist Party.
A former operative in the movement led by Lyndon H. LaRouche, an aging Marxist ideologue who served time in prison on fraud charges, Tarpley is viewed by the left as an expert on the class struggle that defines the evolution of the American political system. He has been a prominent figure in the so-called 9/11 Truth Movement, which blames unnamed U.S. officials for carrying out the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. He is today associated with the Tax Wall Street Party, a group backing the Sanders proposal to raise taxes on financial transactions in order to finance a socialist super state.
Drawing on historical sources and stories about turmoil in the Trump campaign and the GOP, Tarpley predicted that Trump’s candidacy will divide the Republicans and result in one of its factions merely surviving as a regional party based in the Deep South, rural areas, and the intermountain West. However, he said the party itself has become so dependent on “aging white men,” a shrinking percentage of the electorate, that it may be “demographically doomed” in the long term.
Tarpley, who thinks Sanders has not gone far enough to the left, believes opposing Trump and calling him a fascist is a smart organizing tactic by the left. In his talk, “Destroy the GOP—Split the Dems,” Tarpley describes the Sanders campaign and associated groups as “New Deal Democrats,” as opposed to the “Wall Street Democrats” backing Hillary Clinton. Eventually, if everything goes according to plan, the Sanders wing of the Democratic Party will take control in a “progressive realignment,” and a “new progressive coalition” could emerge and dominate American politics for decades.
“Trump is the trigger” for this dramatic series of developments, he told the leftist conference, and it means the Republican Party could go “extinct,” since it is perceived as being hostile to the new immigrants who have flooded into the country. He is predicting a complete political realignment for the period 2016 to 2046.
However, left unsaid in his presentation is whether after Mrs. Clinton is presumably done with her first term as president, she could be challenged for another term by the Sanders wing of the party, possibly represented at that time by Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA).
But the idea that Warren is somehow against the interests of Wall Street and finance capital is, of course, complete nonsense. She ran for the Senate with the support of hedge fund billionaire George Soros and other big money liberals.
While Tarpley is not a supporter of Mrs. Clinton or President Obama, he gives Obama, a skilled Marxist-trained operative, enormous credit for assembling a winning coalition in the presidential campaigns of 2008 and 2012. He explained, “2008 was a watershed election, and in retrospect that will become more obvious than it is now.” He said Obama had ushered in “a new phase” of politics that has put tremendous pressure on the Republican Party to generate support from enough of the electorate to survive as a national political entity.
“That future is what you have to keep your eyes on,” he emphasized. “That’s where you have to get. It means a crushing defeat for Trump, if we can do it.”
At the same time, Tarpley acknowledged that Trump supporters have “legitimate economic beefs,” based on the declining standard of living, and the fact that “deindustrialization” has harmed the middle class by destroying millions of factory jobs. But the Republican ideology is “in crisis,” as factions of the party disagree over the benefits of free trade and solutions to other economic problems. Other major Republican donors have libertarian tendencies that threaten the GOP coalition as well, he stated.
While the demise of the Republican Party may seem like wishful thinking, Tarpley outlined a political scenario that is plausible to outside experts and which could mean that the GOP would meet the fate of other political parties in American history—such as the Federalists, Whigs, and Know-Nothings — “by breaking apart” and losing the presidency, the Congress, and the Supreme Court in the process.
Tarpley’s predictions about Trump’s negative impact on the Republican Party came just a few weeks before Trump unleashed a series of attacks on a “Mexican” judge, who was actually born in the United States, prompting more concern from current and former Republican officials that the Trump presidential campaign could jeopardize Republicans prospects in November.
The destruction of the GOP also means the defeat of what Tarpley called the “neocon warmongers,” defined as those who favor U.S. military intervention against radical regimes and terrorist groups in the Middle East.
Continuing the pro-Russian bent that has long characterized the LaRouche movement, Tarpley favors the destruction of NATO. He was a speaker at the “No to War, No to NATO,” conference in Rome, Italy, which also included a representative of the old Soviet front, the U.S. Peace Council. Tarpley then participated in a forum on “good relations with the Russian Federation” held in St. Petersburg, Russia.
While Trump has been critical of U.S. military intervention in the Middle East and has questioned the need for NATO, a one-time anti-Soviet alliance, these positions were not of any interest or concern to Tarpley. Instead, Trump was viewed as an opportunity to divide and weaken the Republican Party.
With the Republican Party out of the way, the activists making up the Left Forum would be able to consolidate their power in the Democratic Party and move it even further to the left, in terms of more socialism at home and more accommodation of “anti-imperialist” and “anti-capitalist” forces abroad.
