   how ridiculous ! we’ve had marriage equality in the u.s. and other countries for a decade now and the only result has been happily married couples. how do these guys get elected to ‘protect and defend the constitution’ when they have no idea what the constitution is all about ? equal protection applies to all american citizens…which includes citizens who happen to be gay.
