   Not quick enough! Debka.com just reported that ISIS has captured Tabqa airbase in Syria after a 2 week battle. Tabqa is SW of their northern stronghold of Raqqa. 100’s of Syrian solders trapped there were killed.

   Then there is the Islamists that have another airbase in Tripoli Libya.
