Read your bible, I dare you! You might discover that certain nascent, woke ideological abstractions are essentially bizarre counterfeits of the time-honored originals. It’s no surprise when you consider that, according to legend, Old Nick (Satan) was the first plagiarist in history, and remains the father of lies to this day. Part two of this article concluded with the transgender demand that an individual who identifies as “they” must be called “they” by others. Such woke dogma is being taught in many locales including public schools, and it’s being enforced widely. This woke linguistic nonsense is crafted to advance a delusion. It’s irrational, grammatically unorthodox, and in obvious contravention of established social and cultural standards. No human individual identifies as “they” unless someone or something has messed with their mind.
Mental health professionals correctly diagnose such self-proclaimed identity multiplicities as schizophrenia or dissociative identity disorder. Per contra, there was a time not so long ago when such mental infirmities were attributed to demonic possession. Perhaps those oldfangled diagnoses weren’t so far off after all. In his travels, Jesus of Nazareth encountered a demon-possessed character. Our Savior inquired of him, “What is thy name?” The disturbed stranger answered, “Legion” because many devils had entered into him. One man calls himself “Legion,” another calls himself “they.” Does one require a degree in psychology to perceive the distinct similarity? I reckon not.
Consider the iconoclasm of the city of Babel circa 2242 BC. Many hankered to ditch their Creator, defy His authority, and sidestep His law, along with its restraints. Meanwhile, they set forth to erect a tower tall enough to reach the sky, designed to ensure their own survival in the event of a subsequent flood. Among other things, they said, “Let us make a name for ourselves.” All of which led the Lord to conclude that every sacrilegious unconventionality was now within the easy reach of Babel’s citizenry. In response, the Lord acted. And what did He do to impede their progress? He confused their language.
Let’s review: Over 4,000 years ago the iniquitous people of Babel dismissed God and eschewed His governance, declaring instead their own sovereignty. In order to distance themselves from the Lord and display their open rebellion, they sought to make a new name for themselves. And confused speech was the means by which the Lord retarded their progress. The similarities between Babel and the woke are fascinating. Let us depart the ancient world now and turn our attention to the year of our Lord 2024 and Babylon’s paganish transgender doppelganger.
By dismissing God, denying nature, and declaring their de facto emancipation from the ageless and authoritative headwaters of morality and stability, the transgender movement has conveniently borrowed this libertine page from Babel’s ignominious history. Have you noticed that essentially all woke transgender persons reserve the right to decide upon a new, self-appointed name for themselves? Transgender adherents routinely “make a name for themselves” (from Ellen to Elliot, from Bruce to Kaitlin, etc.). In the tradition of Babel, making a name for oneself is par for the transgender course.
For millennia, and until the recent advent of trans culture, your parents decided your name, your friends (or sometimes your enemies) chose your nickname, and neutral observers distinguished your pronouns, quite correctly in most cases. Besides renaming themselves, the woke invariably insist on specifying their own abstruse, woke pronouns. In Hebrew, the word “babel” actually means to confuse and/or confound. And how could language be made any more confusing than by enacting (and enforcing) a made-up conglomeration of nonsense pronouns like zim, cyr, and xie?
The English word “babble” originates from the city of Babel (and later the empire of Babylon). Webster defines it as “To utter meaningless or unintelligible sounds.” To most objective observers, the aforementioned made-up pronouns peculiar to transgender theory (zim, cyr, and xie, etc.) fit that definition like a glove. Woke self-naming and the insistence that others accommodate (humor) you in the use of your preferred pronouns constitute the epitome of vainglorious self-adulation and self-worship. In other words a woke, transgender form of (I-doll-a-try). Welcome to Babylon Two Point Oh!
According to the scriptures, way back “In the beginning” God created man, then He created woman from man. Whether the story is fact or fiction is a highly subjective matter, but the concept that our Creator alone enjoys the exclusive ability to make a woman from a man has remained unchallenged since the dawn of history. You didn’t make yourself. You exist because something (or someone) made you what you are. You had absolutely no say in the matter. Either God, or your parents, or nature, or evolution (or some combination of those) made you. Take your pick.
These facts are inarguable: We are not our own makers or the re-makers of ourselves or others. God forbid that we would ever countenance or cultivate such outlandish blasphemies. God or no God, transgender theory doesn’t add up, not even close. But nowadays advocates of the woke culture presumptuously claim that a woman can be made from a man, and by a man, apart from (and opposed to) the creative hand of God or nature. Until recently, mere mortals had neither the unbridled hubris nor the depraved audacity to claim such plenary creative adroitness. The words of the serpent in the garden come to mind, “Eat the fruit, and you’ll be like God.”
Some quixotic enablers of gender transition actually say they’re correcting the mixed-up, gender-scrambled error of God (or nature). They theorize that a healthy and fully correct mind that is 100 percent rational and free of delusion was somehow affixed within the wrong body. But many mental health professionals would rightly disagree and conclude the opposite; that in most cases of gender dysphoria, an otherwise healthy and fully correct body is in fact occupied by a wrong mind. Trans theory callously dismisses this distinct probability. In his 2nd epistle to the Thessalonians, Paul describes a time in the future in which (for many) the love of the truth will fade away precipitously. Many politicians, college professors, mainstream media journalists, activists, and their gullible adherents fit this description. Paul goes on to say that the love of truth protects us from delusion. And further, those who ignore the truth in favor of make-believe will invite upon themselves a double dose of delusion, such that they would believe the lie. If the transgender shoe fits… well, you know the rest.
Elon Musk speaks poignantly about his son (formerly Xavier, now Vivian) and his/her self-proclaimed gender transition, “My child was killed by the woke mental virus.” The idea that a woke, transgender mental virus “killed” Xavier might seem rather hyperbolic. Nevertheless, Elon astutely observed that the woke have a specific reason for invoking the improbable term “dead-naming.” According to transgender dogma, dead-naming is the practice of referring to a trans person as their sex/gender that was identified and affirmed (quite correctly) at birth, or by their given birth name established (to last a lifetime) by the subject’s parents years previous to their supposed transition.
Woke “dead-naming” suggests that a trans person must have his/her old self die to become a new creation. Thus, woke ideology suggests that a trans person experiences some form of death and a subsequent resurrection. Where have I heard that idea before? Oh yeah, in that little old book, the translation of which was commissioned years ago by James, the King of England. Coincidentally, the ritual of baptism is symbolic of death and resurrection. Jesus speaks of the need and benefits of being “born again.” His death and resurrection is a foreshadowing, a type correlating to our own death and subsequent resurrection, thus fulfilling the anti-type.
Hebrews 9:27 – “It is appointed unto men once to die.” It’s kinda’ hard to argue with that. Exactly what follows our death is a matter of faith, and thus, it’s highly debatable. For certain believers it includes judgment and after that, a resurrection in which many previously deceased mortals assume immortality with a new body granted to us by and through the grace of our Creator. Half the country strongly believes this scenario, while the other half finds it totally preposterous. Maybe it is, but no more so than the dubious woke transgender myth that a man can become a woman (or vice versa) with or without the aid of modern technology. That simply by thought, wish, whim, or declaration, we can exchange our sex/gender for another, trading reality for delusion. Sorry boys and girls, you can’t. Such aberrant, pseudo-transformations have been and always will be an outrageous falsity, a presumptuous crime against nature, and an impudent affront to nature’s God.
And while we’re on the subject, the incomprehensible forces of God or nature determined your sex. Since when did one person’s thoughts supersede the conclusions drawn by scientific experts and countless objective observers? Especially when those thoughts are in conflict with reality. The concept of transgenderism is a woke illusion. The stubborn fact remains that your sex and gender are synonymous, preordained in utero, codified in your DNA, determined by medical science at or before birth, and absolutely irreversible. Men and women cannot be remade or converted (one to the other) by imagination or declaration, or by the prescription of pharmaceuticals. Neither by Faustian surgical mutilation that is at once grotesque, sterilizing, irreversible, and all the while merely cosmetic, or by any uncustomary manner of demented human intervention. I invite you now to join me in this simple invocation. “Lord, Grant us the serenity to accept the things we cannot change, the courage to change the things we can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”
Our begotten children are created by the loving confluence of male seed and female ovum, combined with the intangible ( some might say holy) spark of life. That’s the only way men and women are made. Anything else is appropriated right from the pages of Mary Shelley’s 1818 novel. Maybe you saw the classic black-and-white movie featuring Borris Karloff as the god-awful product of uninhibited madness coupled with unscrupulous science that is patently unethical, unprincipled, and immoral. True to the book’s premise, the movie depicts the ill-advised misutilization of an abnormal, miscreant brain, and its baneful negative consequences. By all appearances, woke transgender theory shares a similar, inauspicious origin, and in many cases, an equally unwholesome outcome as well. The lesson of Frankenstein is that there are moral and ethical lines that science, especially pseudo-science must never cross.
In the book of Revelation, John foresaw a time when the whole of humanity would be divided into two groups, the saved and the unsaved. The saved are granted eternal life and the unsaved face utter destruction. You can believe that or not, but the distinctions betwixt both groups can be of interest. The saved are described as loyal and willingly obedient to their Creator. The unsaved are characterized (among other things) as those who, “loveth and maketh a lie.” A person might know the truth or speak the truth, but at one point Christ proclaimed, “I am the truth.”
Look around, it’s obvious to any objective observer who the makers of lies are, and who the lovers of lies are. For those who opted for the red pill, these realizations are clearly evident, and as advertised, they are indeed troubling. So, take it from me. Be careful what you wish for. The same truth that will set you free, can (and often does) discomfort, bedevil, and haunt you. Some say, “Ignorance is bliss.” Perhaps it is, but despite the irksome and vexatious trappings that accompany the knowledge of the truth, I reckon it’s better to know it than not to.
Transgenderism is many things. It’s a theory (an unproven one). It’s a social movement fueled by a woke agenda. It’s a radical revolution, bent on defying convention. It’s false science masquerading as compassion. It’s nonsense resulting in woke doublespeak that requires a fraudulent array of newly coined, counterfeit words to bolster it. It’s an affront to God and nature. It’s an insult to one’s intelligence and common sense. And above all, it’s a lie, a consequential one with far-reaching implications. The choice is yours. The red pill or the blue pill, the truth or the lie, common sense or nonsense, adherence to the laws of nature, or the outright rejection of nature’s capitularies. Choose wisely, my friends.
