The GOP is making use of research on KeyWiki and here on the New Zeal blog to expose Neil Abercrombie for the Socialist he is. On July 12, in Obama File 107, I wrote of Abercrombie’s covert membership of the Democratic Socialists of America. On July 21, following the Abercrombie campaign’s denial of my findings I posted again, with the denial having raised still more questions. Then on August 10, I posted again, asking the question, “Is Abercrombie lying?”
Republican Duke Aiona is running against Democrat Neil Abercrombie for Governor of Hawaii. Yesterday I received the following email in my inbox:
Aloha Trevor,
We have less than 5 weeks until Election Day. Time is running out for us to expose Neil Abercrombie and his extreme liberal plans for Hawaii.
There is a reason he won the Democratic Primary Election: his policies appeal to the far left. We cannot afford to let Hawaii slip further into an unbalanced government system. Will you help us expose Neil Abercrombie by making a small contribution of $25, $50 or $100 now?
Despite his denial, hard evidence has surfaced that proves Neil Abercrombie is associated with the Democratic Socialists of America. He even delivered an “extemporaneous, impassioned speech” to the “Socialist Caucus” delegates at the 1992 Democratic Party Convention.
Among this and other things, Abercrombie is the king of irresponsible spending. He was successfully named Porker of the Month by “Citizens Against Government Waste” in August 2009. Not to mention, Abercrombie handed $3.5 Million of our tax dollars to his buddy at Pacific Biodiesel. The founder of Pacific Biodiesel co-chairs his gubernatorial campaign!
I don’t need to convince you that Duke Aiona is our choice for Governor. I do need your help to get him elected and prevent our state from becoming the most liberal-dominated state government in the union. Please help us expose the dark side of Neil Abercrombie to the mainstream voters with a generous donation of $25, $50, or $100.
