The popular hashtag #NeverTrump was going solid for a good day, but eventually fizzled, like all hashtags do. But there seemed something suspicious – while it seemed that the hashtag was still going strong, it was no longer on the list of Twitter Trends.

I am pretty sure #NeverTrump is trending, just removed by Twitter. If you open it up, it is used more that the other trends. An observation.

So this author did a little experiment. Based on the results, #NeverTrump had more tweets in a ten minute period than the second and last trend on the United States Trends list.
