Challenging the Most Recent FBI/DHS Domestic Terrorism Report

By: Denise Simone | Founders Code

Terrorism appears to have taken on a wider set of definitions and is no longer confined to militant Islam. Seems on the domestic front, there are all kinds of profiles, groups, politics, and criminals now in the classification according to the most recent government report.

After the January 6th event in Washington DC, the FBI applied every available human resource and technology to identify potential criminals that they deemed performed a criminal act such as parading. Meanwhile, we have heard little if anything about convictions from all the destruction, death, and looting from last summer much less how it continues now with the smash and grabs. It has been reported that the FBI embedded some point people in the January 6th Trump rally and that is a common practice with thousands of cases for decades by the FBI, so did the FBI embed anyone in any of the ANTIFA or BLM or with these large groups across the country doing smash and grabs?

We should have regard for the rank and file FBI and DHS employees but we must challenge management for obvious reasons. Let’s go a little deeper, shall we?

Notice ‘intimidate civilian’ population…

Notice ‘destruction of critical infrastructure’…

The report is not very long and it is suggested you read it here.

The next scandal to be mentioned is the school boards versus parents and the Department of Justice. It is not just about Critical Race Theory, it also includes forced mask-wearing and then what else is being taught in the classroom without parental knowledge or consent such as sexual diversity. In fact, much of what is taught when it comes to sexual diversity is actually pornography. No one at the Department of Education or the Department of Justice even cares about those violations of laws involving minors. Riots in America: Why is the Fuse So Short? | Clarion Project

Simply said, Americans are being coerced into believing the application of the law is fair and equal, that is hardly the case. We have an activist government and it is being propped up by activists in every agency at the federal level and now we are seeing it at the state level as we discover these ‘Soros’ district attorneys refused to prosecute and the same goes for hundreds of judges. It goes far beyond the defunding of the police.

America is in a bad place when it comes to law and order. Laws have no value unless they are applied and applied equally. Criminals and activists are using social media apps and encrypted apps to communicate and coordinate… is that being investigated?

Biden’s Recent Brain Scan Shows Nothing – Wait, What?

By: Daniel John Sobieski

Joe Biden may have announced his intention to run for reelection in 2024 but it is clear from his stiff-legged gait and increasing mumbling incoherence that the only thing he’ll be running for in 2024 may be the bathroom. His recent physical exam has done nothing to dispel the growing belief among the public and some political professionals that Joe Biden is dangerously near the point of complete physical and mental collapse.

Amazingly, his physical exam did not include either a cognitive test or an MRI brain scan despite an obvious need for both, a fact noted by medical expert and Fox News contributor Dr. Marc Siegel after a curiously rosy scenario offered by WH Physician Kevin O’Connor:

WH Physician Kevin O’Connor stated that Biden “remains a healthy, vigorous, 78-year-old male, who is fit to execute the duties of the Presidency successfully.”

But, O’Connor noted that Biden’s current medical problems include “a-fib with the normal ventricular response, hyperlipidemia, gastroesophageal reflux, seasonal allergies, spinal arthritis and mild sensory peripheral neuropathy of both feet.”

Dr. Marc Siegel, a Clinical Professor of Medicine and a practicing internist at NYU Langone Medical Center raised his voice to share what he thinks about Biden’s exam.

“I don’t like that they ascribe his gait issues to a broken foot. First of all, why did he fall,” Siegel questioned, going on to say that the report also “prescribes the gait problem to spondylosis.”

“That’s an incomplete characterization,” Siegel continued. “What I want to know is, where’s the MRIs and where’s the EMGs?’’

“They did a thorough neurological exam, but they also need to do a nerve conduction EMG, and they need to do an MRI of the brain and the spinal cord to try and explain where this gait problem comes from,” he stated.

“If we’re looking into neurological causes for the gait change, I don’t think the way they characterize that in the physical is sufficient,” Siegel said. “I want more information. I want to know what the MRIs show, and I want to know what the nerve conduction EMG shows to rule out more extensive things, that by the way, can be associated with cognitive changes like mental status, like dementia.”

Hunter’s Deal with China on Cobalt, Slaves and Human Rights Violations

By: Denise Simon | Founders Code

It is not just about batteries for electric vehicles, it is really all batteries and the Obama/Biden administration allowed this nefarious deal to happen.

The Biden family began gifting China with anything it wanted and it continues now in the Biden presidency.

Congo and the cobalt mines employ slaves… .even child slaves. so, let’s begin here, shall we?

Google parent Alphabet, Apple, Dell, Microsoft, and Tesla won’t have to face a class-action suit claiming the tech giants bear responsibility for the alleged use of child labor in Congo to mine cobalt, a key ingredient of batteries in electric cars and consumer electronics, a federal court in Washington ruled Tuesday.

An NGO called International Rights Advocates launched the suit in December 2019, on behalf of more than a dozen families of children killed or hurt in the artisanal cobalt mines in the Congo, responsible for more than two-thirds of global production of the metal. source

If the whole world wants cobalt, and all the cobalt is in Congo, why are people in the country dying of hunger?

The president’s son was part owner of a venture involved in the $3.8 billion purchase by a Chinese conglomerate of one of the world’s largest cobalt deposits. The metal is a key ingredient in batteries for electric vehicles.

NYT’s: An investment firm where Hunter Biden, the president’s son, was a founding board member helped facilitate a Chinese company’s purchase from an American company of one of the world’s richest cobalt mines, located in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Time to Sanction the Mexican Government for Violating Public Safety

By: Denise Simon | Founders Code

In July of 2019: Mexico’s Congress passed an asset forfeiture bill; there were no additional changes to Mexico’s counterterrorism legislation in 2019. The government lacked adequate laws prohibiting material support to terrorists and relied on counterterrorism regimes in other countries to thwart potential threats. Additional reading here.

CARTEL monsters have hung nine bodies from a bridge in a chilling warning to rival gangs amid a bloody Mexico turf war.

A tenth victim was also found on a nearby road by horrified residents in the Zacatecas municipality of Cuauhtémoc on Thursday at around 6 am.

Officials believe the gruesome display is related to a dispute between cartels in the area Credit: AP

The nine bodies were eventually removed from the overpass by police at around 10 am local time, as locals went about their day.

According to local media, the majority of the deceased were identified as residents of the small town Cuauhtémoc, which has a population of just 6,660.

“They pay for the sins of others, it is not fair that they do this to us because they pay for the sinners,” one spooked local told TV Azteca Noticias.

Another added: “It’s scary to go out at night. You have to go to sleep early and every night there is noise, motorcycles, screaming, things like that.”

An “intense investigation” was underway, the local government said, although no arrests have yet been made.

Details on Mathboi Fly, the Waukesha Parade Deadly Driver

By: Denise Simon | Founders Code

We pray for the victims and Waukesha. There are children and adults in serious medical conditions at a few hospitals and we can only pray for a full recovery.

Meanwhile, we have to wonder why Facebook and Google did not alert law enforcement to the various posts as Brooks predicted this act of his. Was he on the FBI’s radar? Seems we also continue to have major law enforcement with District Attorneys tied to George Soros.

But read on…

Scanner traffic from the area revealed that a driver’s license found in the abandoned Ford Escape belonged to Darrell Brooks Jr. When located, he had a key to a Ford on him according to scanner traffic and he was complaining of shoulder pain. A red vehicle similar to the Ford Escape is shown on Google Maps for the address listed to Brooks in Wisconsin online court records. That home is where Milwaukee officers were located shortly after the incident. Brooks also gave that same address in regard to an open felony case just days before the tragedy according to Heavy.

Brooks was released from prison on a cash bail of $1,000 on November 19, only two days before he committed the mass casualty event, a court record shows. The sheriff posted the bond on November 11. source

In 2016, Brooks re-posted a quote in 2016 on a now-deactivated Facebook account that read: “Run them over. Keep traffic flowing & don’t slow down for any of these idiots . . . ,” according to independent journalist Andy Ngo. Other anti-police content was also featured on Brooks’s feed. As for his profession, Brooks is reportedly a rapper, according to a music video that Ngo uncovered.

SecDef and SecState Announce they have no Clue What Russia is Doing

By: Denise Simon | Founders Code

That is a pathetic condition by our agency secretaries and that means the National Security Council at the White House along with the President himself have no clue, hence no policy. What is the problem with Russia you ask?

Not in order of priority:

1. Early on November 15 astronauts aboard the International Space Station received an unexpected directive: Seek shelter in your docked spacecraft in case of a catastrophic collision. The station was about to pass through a freshly created cloud of orbital debris that posed a significant risk to the seven space travelers on board.

Four NASA astronauts, who had arrived just last week retreated, to their SpaceX Dragon capsule, while Russia’s two cosmonauts and another NASA astronaut took cover in their Soyuz spacecraft. They stayed inside these orbital lifeboats for about two hours, then repeated the exercise roughly 90 minutes later, as the station again passed through the new debris cloud. NASA has since canceled a handful of planned activities, warning that the schedule would be in flux.

“It’s a crazy way to start a mission,” mission control told the crew during a briefing.

The U.S. State Department later confirmed that the debris endangering the space station was produced when Russia tested an anti-satellite (ASAT) weapon and intentionally destroyed one of its own defunct satellites. The impact left behind hundreds of thousands of debris objects that now pose a risk to the ISS crew and other satellites in low-Earth orbit (LEO).

“Even though we know they have this capability, we were shocked that they chose to test it as they did,” says Kaitlyn Johnson, deputy director of the Aerospace Security Project at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. The test shredded a satellite whose orbit intersects with the path of the ISS, putting the humans on board, including Russian cosmonauts, at risk.

“The things rumbling around my mind are: Why now? What is this tied to? What message are they trying to send? And why that specific satellite?” she says.

The Russian defense ministry has since released a statement confirming the test but denying any risk to the space station: “The U.S. knows for certain that the resulting fragments, in terms of test time and orbital parameters, did not and will not pose a threat to orbital stations, spacecraft and space activities.” more details

I Trust Kyle Rittenhouse With A Gun More Than I Trust Alec Balsdwin

By: Daniel John Sobieski

The Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms is what has really been on trial in the Kyle Rittenhouse proceedings in Kenosha, Wisconsin. His use of that “giant gun,” as the liberal cable media describes his AR-15, to defend himself has been on trial, not the rioting, looting, burning, and killing that has occurred in the BLM/Antifa riots that ravaged the nation in 2020’s “mostly peaceful” protests.

That he successfully defended himself with that AR-15 against a less than stellar cast of pursuing potential murderers that were part of a raging mob of leftist loons is irrelevant. Kyle Rittenhouse was white, male, and bearing arms the Constitution of the United States said he could, therefore he was guilty as charged. Meanwhile, actor and producer Alec Baldwin roams free after killing his Director of Photography, Halyna Hutchins, on the set of his movie, “Rust,” after failing to practice the gun safety gun control zealots scream about. Guns in the home to protect you and your family are dangerous and should be banned. Hollywood prima donnas recklessly waving and pointing guns at their movie crew members are not worthy of condemnation or accountability apparently. The irony in the Rittenhouse and Baldwin cases, aside from Rittenhouse being on trial for ending someone’s life with a gunshot while Alec Baldwin is not on trial for ending someone’s life with a gunshot, is that the only truly innocent person to die in these cases was shot by Alec Baldwin.

Kyle Rittenhouse was not chased and hunted down by the Vienna Boys Choir:

Joseph Rosenbaum, a 36-year-old residing in Kenosha, was the first man who Rittenhouse fatally shot on the evening of Aug. 25, 2020.

Drone footage of the encounter appears to show Rosenbaum chasing Rittenhouse before the teenager turned around and fired four shots at close range, fatally striking Rosenbaum.

Rittenhouse testified that he acted in self-defense after Rosenbaum threatened to kill him and tried to grab his gun, but prosecutors argued that Rittenhouse provoked Rosenbaum earlier in the evening.

Hours before the fatal encounter, Rosenbaum had been released from a local hospital in the wake of a suicide attempt, the Washington Post reported last fall.

He had pending charges in Wisconsin for alleged domestic abuse and jumping bail at the time of his death.

In December 2002, a court in Pima County, Arizona, sentenced him to a decade in prison on child molestation charges. He spent just over 14 years in prison and committed dozens of disciplinary infractions, state records show.

Biden Admin is Forcing Every City/Town to be an Illegal Sanctuary

Where is the compliance with the law on this?

Flying into the United States from any foreign country, passengers even though vaccinated with validated proof still go through extreme procedures due to COVID including additional testing, including American citizens returning home. Yet… walking across the Southern border requires… NOTHING. NOTHING. NOTHING.

According to CDC requirements, all air passengers, two years of age or older, traveling internationally, regardless of vaccination status, must provide a negative test to the airline before boarding the flight.

  • Passengers fully vaccinated must provide a negative test no more than three days before the flight’s departure from a foreign country, in addition to showing proof of vaccination.
  • Passengers over two years of age not fully vaccinated must provide a negative test no more than one day before the flight’s departure.  Except in the limited circumstances allowed by CDC, unvaccinated travelers will be US citizens and legal permanent residents.

Those who recently recovered from COVID-19 may travel with documentation of recovery and a letter from a licensed healthcare provider or public health official indicating the patient is cleared for travel.

However, it was just a few months ago that a federal judge blocked portions of Florida law passed in 2019 preventing the entire state of Florida from being a sanctuary state:

A federal judge in Miami on Tuesday blocked Florida from enforcing a ban on so-called sanctuary cities, declaring portions of a law unconstitutional and tinged with “discriminatory motives.”

The judge’s ruling struck down a key portion of the 2019 law that prohibits local and state officials from adopting “sanctuary” policies for undocumented migrants, a main focus for Gov. Ron DeSantis, who vowed to ban “sanctuary cities” in Florida when running for governor in 2018 even though there were none in the state.

The judge also blocked the state from enforcing a provision in the law that requires law enforcement officers and agencies to “use best efforts to support the enforcement of federal immigration law” when they are acting within their official duties. But the court allowed other provisions to stand, including one that required state and local law enforcement agencies to comply with immigration detainers — federal requests to hold undocumented immigrants past their release dates so that immigration agents can pick them up. The entire ruling is found here.

So, the Biden administration is taking advantage of this ruling by flying into the State of Florida, secretly and without any warning, several dozen flights full of illegal immigrants. Frankly, Governor De Santis should revoke all landing rights to DHS chartered flights…but read more…

Is the U.S. Healthcare System About to Collapse?

By: Denise Simon | Founders Code

There’s a reason a 76-year-old woman with a broken femur had to wait 95 minutes for an ambulance at the main TSA checkpoint in the middle of the nation’s busiest airport over the summer.

Half of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport’s fleet of fully-staffed EMS ambulances were 500 miles away.

11Alive’s investigative team tracked the airport’s Medic 1 and Medic 2 ambulances to the back lot of a factory in Ohio, where Atlanta Fire & Rescue had sent them for extended rebuilds with no replacements ready.

We were told at the time when those two ambulances went into the shop that they will only take 90 days to get it back in service,” Airport General Manager Balram Bheodari told the Atlanta City Council Transportation Committee on Aug. 11. “However, because of the disruption of the supply chain, we were informed it would take 180 days to get those ambulances back,” Bheodari testified.

But the city was told the ambulances would be out of service for 240 days, according to internal documents obtained by The Reveal through public records requests.

The vendor’s written quote with the 240-day estimate was delivered to the city in November of last year, six months before the ambulances were sent to Ohio. Both Medic 1 and Medic 2 were sent for refurbishment at the same time, further reducing available ambulances at Hartsfield-Jackson, the nation’s busiest airport.

The airport had purchased new ambulances in the past, which can replace the old units with no loss of service. However, it’s not clear why the city chose a lengthy rebuild instead, or why both units were sent to Ohio simultaneously instead of one at a time.

Crazy… but then again… emergency rooms can’t handle patients anyway as noted below.

Hospitals battle burnout, compete for nurses as pandemic spurs US staffing woes | S&P Global Market Intelligence

LONG BEACH, Long Island (WABC) — The emergency department at a Nassau County hospital has temporarily closed due to nursing staff shortages as a result of New York’s vaccine mandate.

Officials at Mount Sinai South Nassau said Monday that all other options were exhausted before the decision was made to close the ER, starting at 3 p.m.

Instead, patients in need of emergency care will be directed to the hospital’s main campus in Oceanside. An ambulance will be stationed at the ER at all times for the duration of the closure.

The closure will last for up to four weeks and could be expanded, depending on staff availability.
