The Fall of Afghanistan Report, One Year Later

Axios is reporting in part:

The White House is planning to circulate a new memo on Capitol Hill defending President Biden’s decision to withdraw troops from Afghanistan and claiming the move strengthened national security by freeing up critical military and intelligence agents, according to a copy of the document obtained by Axios.

Why it matters: The memo comes as many across Washington are still seeking answers about the flawed evacuation. Republicans in particular are planning to use the one-year anniversary to reexamine the failures that led to the Afghan capital swiftly falling into the hands of the Taliban.

Driving the news: The memo was written by National Security Council spokesperson Adrienne Watson in part as an attempt to preempt criticism from Republicans who are releasing an interim report on Sunday outlining what they see as the failures of the administration’s preparations for the evacuation.

  • The GOP report, led by Rep. Michael McCaul (R-Texas), ranking member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee and the likely chair of the panel if Republicans take back the majority next year, claims the Biden administration left key decisions on how to evacuate civilians from Kabul until the final hours before the city fell to the Taliban.
  • “There was a complete lack and a failure to plan. There was no plan and there was no plan executed,” McCaul said on CBS’ “Face the Nation” on Sunday morning.

We Can’t Impeach Our Way Out of This

Communism has come to America but the conservative and Republican establishments can’t admit it. They are afraid of being labeled McCarthyites.

An outfit called the Conservative Action Project, comprised of the conservative elite, just released a  “Memo for the Movement” entitled “Garland and Wray Must Be Impeached,” referring to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray. It’s too little too late. We can’t impeach our way out of this predicament.

Even abolition of the CIA and the FBI won’t be enough. The corruption is too deep.

As if the CIA and FBI were not enough, an additional 87,000 IRS agents will be unleashed on those who resist.

Some say the villains are Soros, Schwab, and their ilk. The immediate problem is that building off 8 years of Obama, we are witnessing the creation of a communist regime in a free country that is designed to use the police powers of the state to destroy the working class through socialist economic policies and Cultural Marxism.

Their champion, President Donald J. Trump, must be destroyed as well.

Communist Jan Kozak’s blueprint, How Parliament can Play a Revolutionary Part in Transition to Socialism, explains how a socialist one-party state can be accomplished through an electoral strategy. It is the Democratic Party’s playbook.

At this late date, conservatives must begin to identify the “progressives” as the communists they are and explain their tactics and strategy. Fearing the label of “McCarthyism” only confuses people about the need for congressional internal security committees to expose and identify communists and Islamists. Until that happens, Trevor Loudon has the best online encyclopedia, KeyWiki, to keep track of the “enemy within.” One current profile is of Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), who was caught addressing the Connecticut Communist Party’s annual awards dinner on December 12, 2021.

Blumenthal is the tip-off that the Democratic Party is their chosen vehicle.

Hat Tip to at Least One Whistleblower

According to Bloomberg News, the Biden administration is also reallocating $860 million in funding for COVID-19 relief to cover pandemic costs relating to illegal immigrant children.

In a letter reviewed by the news outlet, Health Secretary Xavier Becerra told members of Congress that his department would move funding to ensure illegal immigrant children’s safety, in addition to the staff taking care of them at shelters. Additionally, last year the General Accounting Office performed a comprehensive audit and the result(s) stinks when it comes to the Department of Defense.

The Department of Defense has provided U.S. Customs and Border Protection with personnel and other support for at least 2 decades. DOD evaluates requests for assistance against 6 criteria, including cost and how providing support would affect military readiness.

We looked at 4 such requests for assistance that DOD approved. We found that DOD used unreliable cost estimates and didn’t fully evaluate the effects of the requests on military readiness. Also, DOD didn’t track all costs or give Congress timely information on the full costs it incurred for homeland security support, as it was mandated to do. The Presidency from Hell

Joel Gilbert argues that Michelle Obama will replace Joe Biden as the Democratic Party presidential nominee in 2024. Whether it’s Michelle or somebody else, Barack Hussein Obama is running the show. His former vice-president, Biden, is clearly a frontman, who nominated another frontman, Attorney General Merrick Garland. His job is to keep Donald J. Trump out of the White House so that the Democratic Party can consolidate its power as the leading socialist/communist organization in the “Free World,” on the road to a global utopia through a process the Marxists call “Permanent Revolution.”

The report that a federal magistrate linked to Obama approved the raid on Trump’s home is just one more example of who’s calling the shots.

Don’t worry about Hunter’s “laptop from Hell.” This is the presidency from Hell, a third term for Barack Hussein Obama.

We wrote three books about this, Red Star Rising, Comrade Obama Unmasked, and Permanent Revolution, describing what we are living and suffering through.

Leave no doubt that America’s current predicament is the result of eight years of Obama, a Marxist student of Russian agent Frank Marshall Davis who met with Chinese Communist President Xi to plot the final phase of the world revolution. The Chinese press called it a meeting of “veteran cadre,” yet another indication that Obama’s Marxist experiment was being organized in cooperation with China and Russia. That meeting preceded the release of the China virus.

Remember that Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell stopped Obama’s nomination of Garland to the Supreme Court, then turned around and voted for his nomination as Biden’s Attorney General. Trump got three Supreme Court vacancies as a result but is now in the crosshairs as he contemplates another presidential run. Garland is an agent of Obama and McConnell has to know it.

In addition to publishing three books on the political significance of the Obama presidency, my group America’s Survival, Inc. warned the Senate that Garland, then a federal judge, was implicated in a major cover-up involving a member of the Weather Underground, the terror group whose leaders Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn backed Obama for the presidency in 2008.

Before YouTube terminated my channel, eliminating 500 videos from public view, I had analyzed the issue of Merrick Garland’s involvement in a court case brought by the Obama Administration to drop terrorism charges against a communist by the name of Elizabeth Anna Duke. She was a member of a Weather Underground spin-off that specialized in terrorism, including bombing the U.S. Capitol in 1983 and fake IDs. Then-Judge Merrick Garland found no problem with a magistrate who arbitrarily dropped the charges against her, at the request of Obama’s Justice Department.

His resume includes that he studied at Princeton and the University of Pennsylvania and went on to work at the U.S. Treasury Department and in the Department of Justice’s public integrity section.

As nutty as it may be, Reinhart was actually appointed by President Trump… then there is this? (making a correction here thanks to a patriot)

The process is as follows:

A U.S. magistrate judge is a judicial officer of the district court and is appointed by majority vote of the active district judges of the court to exercise jurisdiction over matters assigned by statute as well as those delegated by the district judges. The number of magistrate judge positions is determined by the Judicial Conference of the United States, based on recommendations of the respective district courts, the judicial councils of the circuits, and the Director of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. A full-time magistrate judge serves a term of eight years. Duties assigned to magistrate judges by district court judges may vary considerably from court to court.

That lawsuit that Trump has in short is as follows:

Defendants who consented to the delay included the Democratic National Committee; HFACC, Inc.; DNC Services Corporation; Perkins Coie, LLC; Michael Sussmann; Marc Elias; Debbie Wasserman Schultz; Jake Sullivan; John Podesta; Robert Mook; Fusion GPS; Peter Fritsch; Glenn Simpson; Nellie Ohr; Igor Danchenko; Neustar, Inc.; and Rodney Joffe. The Trump lawsuit alleged civil violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, injurious falsehood, theft of trade secrets, violations of the Stored Communications Act, and other actions — 16 in total. Clinton and a significant percentage (if not all) of the named defendants have moved to dismiss the case, mostly because the statute of limitations for the claims pressed by Trump have already passed. More details here.

It’s Real –> Financial Transactions over $600 to the IRS

There are countless payment platforms known as digital wallets (apps) now. PayPal, QuickBooks, Wise, Venmo, Zelle, Stripe, ApplePay, GooglePay, and Xoom are just a few. Included should also be online sales apps like Marketplace by Facebook and OfferUp. Digital money is moved there also. All digital transactions get reported… leading up to $600.00, in fact, $600.00 has nothing to do with the whole matter.

Perhaps it is a good time to quit using them and go to the old fashion cash method which would put cashiers in a panic.

Why go to cash? Well, after the Senate passed the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 and it was revealed that the IRS would be more than double its size… perhaps they need all those people to investigate all transactions leading up to that pesky $600.00.

A proposal from the Biden Administration that would require banks to monitor personal accounts and report all financial transactions over $600 to the IRS is under fire.

On Tuesday, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen defended the proposal on CNBC’s “Squawk Box,” calling the collection of financial information “routine” after some in the banking community criticized it as an unprecedented invasion of privacy.

“It’s just a few pieces of information about individual bank accounts,” the secretary said.

Now that we have established that, it is important to understand his role in all things against not Trump but supporters and conservatives. One cannot overlook the fact that the FBI lied on several applications and warrant details at the FISA Court on all items of the #RussiaHoax. Lying has become a political disease inside the Beltway.

As a primer, not one person in the media is noting how President Obama and Vice-President Biden took their own selective documents and sequestered them for the presidential library and had them warehoused at the University of Delaware, respectively. Neither allows any public access.

After all the commentary from the consequences of the FBI Washington DC Field Office performing the raid at Mar A Lago allegedly over a National Archives causal referral to the Department of Justice, The Daily Mail appears to have the best detailed summary for context.

Based on the Presidential Records Act which was enacted after the Watergate scandal, considering the following details by The Daily Mail:

FBI agents who raided Donald Trump‘s Florida estate have been in discussions since June with his legal team about a trove of presidential documents on the property, it emerged on Monday night, as speculation continued to swirl about what exactly they were looking for.

The raid was carried out on Monday, and confirmed by Trump himself. The White House is believed to have learnt of the raid when the rest of the world did, and was not informed in advance.

In February it emerged that Trump had taken classified documents out of the White House when he left in January 2021, and some of those were handed over to the National Archives.

Monday’s raid is thought likely to be related to the remaining boxes of documents, although it remained unclear why the FBI decided to raid the estate.
