Egypt is facing a general strike followed by a Marxist revolution.
Though most commentators focus on the Muslim Brotherhood, it is actually the Marxists who are in the driving seat.
Here Al Jazeera interviews Egyptian Marxist leader Hossam El Hamalawy.
This is what Egyptian ‘democracy’ looks like.
Marxism and islam have a lot in common. Marxists want the state to control the means of production and the mullahs in iran are cornering all the wealth in the country. Islam has what amounts to an income tax on every thing a person earns similar to tithing. Between the business profits and the tax the religious leaders become very rich and powerful. the mosque is not subject to any type of audit so the people have no idea of the corruption. Neither believe in individual rights, both hold the mosque/state as the highest authority. Resistance or rebellion are heretical acts punishable by death.
