The Tea Party Express is preparing to transform today’s “Defeat Bart Stupak” tea party rallies in Escanaba, MI and Sault Sainte Marie, MI into victory parties for our supporters.
The Tea Party Express has launched a historic and unprecedented effort against Stupak for the past month. No other similar national political effort has taken place in modern times in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and we have been proud of our $250,000 TV and radio campaign to “Defeat Bart Stupak” and the rallies we’ve been holding in Stupak’s district that have drawn the support of thousands of Stupak’s constituents.
Here are the ads that have been running on the airwaves in Stupak’s district as part of the Tea Party Express’s $250,000 “Defeat Bart Stupak” ad campaign. No other similar group or movement has launched as large of a political effort in Michigan Congressional District 1.
