Back from the Nation’s Capitol with a clear message – HELP!!!

Hi folks!

Back from our nation’s capitol, exhausted but exhilarated from the 1700+ mile trip up and back in 37 hours! Many thanks to John Vail of Cape Canaveral and Kristinn Taylor of Melbourne who took turns driving (while I mostly slept) getting us there and back safely.

Later today I’ll be posting about my impressions of the Rep. Michele Bachmann- inspired Capitol steps rally against Health Care Reform and subsequent calls in Congress in the Cannon Building at The Radio Patriot (Radiopatriot.wordpress.com).

Meantime, here’s a very important message from Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa), who is calling for reinforcements at the Capitol Fri. & Sat. to stop Obama/PelosiCare

During the course of our House Calls at the Capitol yesterday afternoon, a group that included Kristinn spotted Rep. Steve King at one of the entrances of the Cannon House Office Building.

King asked us to keep the pressure on by coming back to the Capitol today, Friday and tomorrow, Saturday until the vote occurs at 6:00 PM tomorrow evening.

If you were not able to make it to yesterday’s rally, or did so and can do more, PLEASE return to Capitol Hill to give the representatives who are actually working for us, some much needed reinforcements!

A Constitution-defending American at yesterday’s Rally on Capitol Hill

While roaming the grounds of the US Capitol yesterday, Kristinn Taylor obtained a list of possible Democrat defectors of the now infamous “Healthcare” bill.

Kristinn was asked to post this list of wobbly Democrats on FreeRepublic in an effort to mobilize our forces and overwhelm these members with phone calls and e-mails asking them to vote NO on the socialization of our healthcare. Many of these are “bluedog” Democrats whose vote is critical for passage. I include them here for you.

Nancy Pelosi had just scheduled the vote for tomorrow:
Saturday, November 7, 2009 at 6 PM.

If you were unable to answer the call to surround the Capitol yesterday, here is your chance to help the cause, while those of us who were there get some much needed sleep.

The message is short and to the point: KILL THE BILL!
