Gateway Pundit: Congressman Jim McGovern (MA-3) says on the floor that defunding NPR because the content isn’t agreeable is a ‘lousy’ way to make decisions. But if the GOP wants to go down that road, “we should be fair and balanced in the way we do it,” and take away federal advertising dollars from Fox News.

Apples and oranges. NPR is a taxpayer funded Leftist organization, Fox News is not funded by the taxpayer, How much advertising does the federal government really spend except to try to convince America that they don’t suck.
