LARGO, Fla., March 5, 2012 /Standard Newswire/ — In a shocking decision delivered Feb 28th, President Obama’s Security and Exchange Commission ruled that PepsiCo’s use of aborted fetal remains in their research and development agreement with Senomyx to produce flavor enhancers falls under “ordinary business operations.”

LARGO, Fla., March 5, 2012 /Standard Newswire/ — In a shocking decision delivered Feb 28th, President Obama’s Security and Exchange Commission ruled that PepsiCo’s use of aborted fetal remains in their research and development agreement with Senomyx to produce flavor enhancers falls under “ordinary business operations.”

PepsiCo lead attorney George A. Schieren noted that the resolution should be excluded because it “deals with matters related to the company’s ordinary business operations” and that “certain tasks are so fundamental to run a company on a day-to-day basis that they could not be subject to stockholder oversight.”

Debi Vinnedge, Executive Director of Children of God for Life, the organization that exposed the PepsiCo- Senomyx collaboration last year (see www.cogforlife.org/senomyxalert.htm) was appalled by the apathy and insensitivity of both PepsiCo executives and the Obama administration.

“We’re not talking about what kind of pencils PepsiCo wants to use – we are talking about exploiting the remains of an aborted child for profit”, she said. “Using human embryonic kidney (HEK-293) to produce flavor enhancers for their beverages is a far cry from routine operations!”

PepsiCo also requested the resolution be excluded because it “probed too deeply into matters of a complex nature upon which shareholders cannot make an informed judgment.”

“In other words, PepsiCo thinks its stockholders are too stupid to understand what they are doing with the remains of aborted children,” Vinnedge stated. “Well they are about to find out just how smart the public really is when they turn up the heat on the world-wide boycott!”

Vinnedge is warning consumers to be on guard for the roll-out of PepsiCo’s newest beverage that claims to cut sugar and calories by 50%. The product is called Pepsi Next and is anticipated to hit the market in the coming weeks.

PepsiCo stated that their goal with Senomyx is to produce new beverages with reduced sugars and calories. So is Pepsi Next the new Senomyx-PepsiCo creation?

While fetal components are currently not in the final product, there is growing concern among consumers that it could happen in the near future. With the explosion of health foods on the market, there is nothing to stop companies from using fetal remains as protein ingredients.

Impossible, you say? Actually because of GRAS rules (Generally Accepted as Safe) it might not even trigger FDA oversight. And that has consumers plenty worried about just what might be “next” from the industry!

It also makes Oklahoma Senator Ralph Shortey’s SB1418 banning the sale of products that are developed with or contain aborted fetal remains, critically important for consumer protection. Believe it or not here it is… canababy. Flavor enhancers derived from parts of human fetus and put into products you consume. Research it for yourself before you believe.

Please vote in 2012 and vote to make Obama a one term president and to remove about 98% of the existing Congress. 2012 is our last real chance to stop this agenda!

Mainstream Media Hype ‘Freezes’ Unemployment Rate and Obama’s Future

Today, it was widely reported that although weekly first time jobless claims were 362,000, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that the private sector added 227,000 jobs–both of which were slightly higher than expected.

However, the back story is that the White House was expecting the unemployment rate to fall, as a result of the “significant” number of jobs created.

But, alas, this all important economic gauge of the economy–remained stubbornly frozen in place at 8.3 percent–about where it stood shortly after President Obama’s inauguration.

Why?

The short answer is that the “labor participation rate,” which is determined via telephone survey each month by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, climbed from 63.7 percent to 63.9 percent in February, increasing the denominator in the unemployment rate equation by a greater number that the jobs created.

As a bit of background, the rate was level at just over 66 percent during the summer of 2008.

But, at about the time Sen. Barack Obama won the Democrat Presidential nomination the rate quickly fell, into what would become a serious downward trend–falling to its’ lowest point of 63.7 percent in January 2012.

As the average length of unemployment jumped to 40 weeks, from just 16 weeks prior to the onset of the real estate and financial crisis, it is easy to understand why people could become discouraged enough to leave the labor pool.

Now, the February uptick to 63.9 is significant, and represents the other side of the proverbial “double-edged sword”–the exact opposite effect to that which had been causing the “magical,” systematic 20 basis-point (0.20) monthly decline in the unemployment rate beginning last September…even though no jobs were created in August.

Ironically, the increase in the number of people looking for work, thereby causing this “freeze” in the unemployment rate, is no doubt the direct result of the mainstream media having trumpeted “the second coming” of the long delayed “Recovery Summer” all over American airwaves for the past four months.

Although this gambit was obviously designed to float President Obama’s reelection bid, it also had the opposite impact–creating the hope of finding a precious job, among a legion of the long-term unemployed.

There is no single, greater motivator than hope.

And, I believe, these fine people are perhaps providing us with another priceless signal…

Obama Syndicate‘s Panetta: Congress No Longer Relevant Governmental Body

Horrifically, what I wrote and warned about in 2008 (and since then in multiple columns) would happen if Obama was elected has now occurred.

On 7 March 2012, backed up by Obama sycophant Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey, the Obama Dictatorship’s Defense Secretary Leon Panetta (defense of and for Obama–only) advised the Senate Armed Services Committee that the Obama Administration had no responsibility to even consult Congress in matters of waging war. Panetta said, however, as a courtesy they would be informed. He further stated that the Obama administration would now seek “international permission” (which he said included NATO and the United Nations) for any of Obama’s war adventures overseas. General Dempsey (apparently looking for a UN job) said that his “authority” for making this determination was to look toward “an international legal basis.”

As Senator Sessions asked both men questions, never once did either Panetta or Dempsey even mention-in-passing the US Constitution as having any bearing–let alone legal basis–in their decisions at all. For those leftist doubters, watch the video cited below in its entirety. As Sen. Sessions said, their comments are truly “breathtaking.”

Since Obama’s inauguration (aka “coronation”), he has been quickly forcing the USA into joblessness, lack, poverty, bondage and submission. He has already nullified much of our Bill of Rights and US Law in favor of “ObamaLaw.” Now, the dictator has advised Congress that the 3 co-equal branches of government no longer exist. In fact, with a stroke of his pen or a commandments issuing forth from his forked-tongue mouth, he is essentially saying: ‘You–as do the American people–exist only if I say you do‘! Obama is now saying that Congress is irrelevant. And if its members don’t like it, he will speak them into non-existence.

For years now, under this tyrant, Congress has been warned over and over again to stop him. They have remained silent. We have told them this would happen. Still, they said and did nothing. Despite Speaker of the House John Boehner’s feeble pretense of being strong, he has consistently voted with the dictator. He hoped to keep his job as Speaker–a job he said he has wanted his entire life! Some members of Congress have now decided that it’s time to create and pass a resolution to make bypassing Congress an impeachable offense. However, now the coup has occurred and it includes the Obama syndicate and the leaders of the US Military–headed up by ‘We’re all international Marxists and UN supplicants now’ “General” Martin Dempsey. Too little–too late from an entirely submissive-to-Obama Congress.

The USA is now being run by a completely criminal and illegal government. The Republic HAS been officially overthrown. It’s only a matter of time before it starts actively and forcefully going against the American people. I predict that it will not be long before the real reason for the FEMA camps’ refurbishing and recent activations will be evident. Talk of Hitlerian tactics are now in the wind. This appears to be a 1930’s redux.

Despite Rush Limbaugh’s statement, this is the time for panic. For too long our “leaders” have chosen lies over the truth and too many in our population have gone along with them. We-the-people are now only beginning to reap the whirlwind.
